Sweet forgivness
Word from the writer: This was my first fic I ever wrote, so I´m sorry if it’s filled with grammar and spelling mistakes.
Prologue:
Orochimaru and Kabuto have been defeated by the joined forces of Sasuke and Naruto.
Sasuke left shortly after the battle, to go after his brother Itachi to fulfill his revenge. He succeeded in finding and defeating his older brother, but instead of killing Itachi, Sasuke brought his captured brother along as he returned home to the hidden leaf village.
He handed over Itachi to the village council; with a request; He wanted to be allowed to return to his old life as a citizen of Konoha and wanted to be able to work as a ninja again.
The council was not happy about what had happed in the past, but accepted the Uchiha heir back as a ninja of the hidden leaf village.
There were terms though; he would not be allowed to lead teams, take S-missions or join the Anbu nor hunter rank.
Sasuke accepted the terms and was put back on active duty in Neji Hyuga´s team together with Shino.
Uchiha Itachi was trialed for his crimes and executed.
Sakura were on her way to become one of the best medic-nin under Tsunade´s supervision and
Naruto´s working with Kiba and Shikimaru as Anbu. He still had shinobi missions and forms a two man team with Kakashi.
Chapter 1: Feelings
Naruto and Kakashi had just returned from another hard S-rank mission, it was already late in the afternoon and they were both tried and hungry.
“Wanna stop by Ichiraku´s?” Kakashi asked his blonde partner.
“Sure, your treat?” grinned the blonde, looking forward to a few delicious Bowles of the best ramen in town before going to bed.
They were just returning from a mission, where they had to spy on The Sound, hoping to get some information about their new leader, a young man, with a large amount of chakra and a very bad temper.
He could therefore pose a huge treat to the village of Konoha if he was planning an attack. Kakashi and the blonde had already delivered the gathered information to the Hokage and were now looking forward to a few days of rest and some good ramen at Ichiraku´s.

Sitting down at the table where the blonde were sitting, Kakashi waved his hand at Ichiraku to order miso ramen for him and the blue eyed teenager, which was served immediately.
The blonde was already chatting loudly with his friends Rock Lee, Ten-Ten and Neji who was also eating regularly at Ichiraku´s.
“Hi guys!” they turned around to see who was greeting them.
“Oi Neji, have your team just returned as well?” the blonde shouted at the black-haired youth.
“Yes, we had to escort a royal to the cloud nation,” he said calmly.
Letting himself fall down on a chair next to Naruto, he leaned his head against the blonde’s shoulder. “How was your mission, sunshine?”
“Okay. We got what we wanted and avoided fighting.” Naruto said, not reveling anything else, as it had been a secret mission.
“Don’t look so serious Sunshine, it doesn’t suite you!” Neji hugged the blonde.
“Eh Neji, would you stop the hugging part,” the blonde grinned while trying to push his friend away.
“Aren’t you a lovely couple?” Sasuke entered the ramen stand with an irritated expression on his face.
Naruto blushed while pushing Neji away.
” Oi, bastard”
Neji just pulled the blue eyed boy in again, kissing him on his whiskered cheek, smiling fiercely at the raven haired boy.
“Pervert!” Sasuke muttered as he turned on his heel and left.
The blondes pushed Neiji away from him.
“Hey why did you do that, now he will...?”
“Oh, stop it... I know you like him… besides there’s nothing wrong with teasing that cold bastard a little,” Neji giggled, letting go of his friend.
“Eh… um… what do… you eh… mean?” The blonde’s face was now graced with a deep red color.
His friends giggled at the boy’s reaction.
“Come on, we have all noticed how you look for him when he or you return from a mission!” Kakashi grinned while patting the flushing blonde on the back.
“It’s okay, sunshine,” Neji smiled. “You two are like the sun and moon, but still you can’t live without each other, now can you?”
“Well they say that opposites attract each other!” Ten-Ten said from another table close to the one Naruto and Kakashi sat at.” You must admit that fits on you two very well!”
Naruto stared at his friends in disbelief at first, then his lips parted in a huge grin. Was it really that obvious that he liked the raven haired boy more than just a friend?
“You really should tell him.”
“No I can’t do that Neiji… he is my best friend… what if … he’ll hate me or run away again? I don´t think I would be able to make it if I lost him again!”
“If he is really your friend, then he won’t stop being you friend no matter what! Besides, he returned to you after the issue was solved with his brother, am I right or am I right?” Neji said with a smile.
Naruto looked at his friends and felt very happy to have so many good and caring friends.
“Thank you all for being my friends,” he whispered with a smile on his lips.
“Hey, we’ll be you friends no matter what, Sunshine!” Neji hugged the blonde again.
“Eh, I need to go now.” This is getting to emotional, the blued-eyed boy thought, as he left his friends at the ramen stand to go straight to his apartment.
As he lay in his bed and ready to fall asleep, he couldn’t help to smile at the encouragement his friends were giving him.

Sasuke had felt so angry as he walked out the door at the ramen stand. Why the hell was Neji hugging his Dobe and why had Naruto let that jerk kiss him?
The Uchiha was growling, he didn’t like to see the blonde together with that man and especially as he was being pressed closely against Neji´s body, receiving the kiss on the tanned whiskered cheek.
He had wanted to yell at the blonde, but he didn’t want to make a scene, as Uchiha´s always acted calm and cool. Besides what wouldn’t they think of him screaming at the blonde like an angry wife.
He had seen the blondes face turn red and the blue-eyed teen always looked so cute while blushing.
“What I´m I thinking” he murmured to himself as he visualized the blonde blushing in his mind.
He was still upset as he entered the Uchiha compound; he had wanted to meet with the blonde alone, telling him how he looked forward to another round of sparing, the only way he knew how to tell the fox that he liked to spend time with him.
Slipping out of his close before going to bed “Tomorrow, I ´ll talk to him,” he said to himself as he wrapped his body in the silk sheets and imaging the happy smile of a certain blonde young man his mind.
