shino/anbu

Im trying to find a fic i read a while back starring Shino. He was really depressed that the guy he liked (either Kiba,or Shika or Neji) didnt like him back and was apparently with someone else (gaara). Ibiki comes up with an idea to help and offers him a "job", that whenever he wants company he puts a dog bowl out of the back door and Anbu members know they can come in "have some fun". He starts to like one of the Anbu members, but he stops coming and he thinks he got hurt, Ibiki says he's ok. Then the guy he likes tells him he likes him too and they get together in the end.
