Full Summary: Naruto thought that he couldn't get in love because of his social status of an outcast.But that didn't stop him from falling in love with a certain silver-haired he saw everyday at the train station. But something happens and he falls for someone else.

The train headed for Nakano will soon arrive at track 2!

Train. Station. Crowd. That meant people.

He let out a deep sigh at the thought. What was a good use for knowing people if they would treat you like trash or worse, if they would have hoped that you wouldn’t have been born?

Naruto rose his head and stared at his own reflection from the mirror. Right now he was in the bathroom from the railway station trying to put his thoughts in order. And plans too.

Why was he doing this again? Oh yes, because he couldn’t get the picture of that man out of his head. For weeks he planned this day. He got tired of only watching how his crush would stay a few meters away from him, not giving him at least one glance or not even knowing something about his existence!

He turned on the tap and let the water fall in his hands. After the small amount of water gathered, he splashed his face with it, cold feeling tracing his body, awakening all his senses to reality. Water dripped from his long blonde locks but he didn’t pay attention to them. He just stared at his image and a smile tugged on his lips. He didn’t even look 16, surely, last summer you could tell that he was in primary school because of his shortness and chubby features but as months passed, he slowly changed. Like a metamorphism. He chuckled to himself. Such strange thoughts he had at this moment.

“Naruto, are you done yet? The train is gonna be here any minute.” A voice yelled from behind him. The blonde wiped the water with his hands and stared at the door which separated him from the voice which called him.

“I’ll be there in a sec.” he sighed.

He has been in this bathroom from the station for almost half an hour. But he didn’t care, his only purpose for doing all of this was for someone…special to him. His stomach would turn and his heart would flutter only thinking at him. Naruto turned slowly to his image again and stared into the blue eyes which stared at him back.

“I’m going to ask him his name today.” He saw the lips in front of him depart as the words came out. “Just watch-“

“Naruto! He’s here!” Ino yelled from behind the door.

His heart ceased to beat and taking a deep breath of air, he started start to walk towards the door with robotic moves. All his energy from the beginning, the energy in which he trusted so much, left him and only emotion including nervousness were there. His face got little red like it would happen to a girl which was going to see her long-time love.

He walked out of the door and heard how it closed behind him. The noise was so loud, so cold that it scared him. He sighed and his mind only swung around this thought: There he was…

He froze, not knowing what to do next, he could only watch him talk a few meters away. He was talking with his friends and it was pretty obvious that a joke has been told because he was laughing very hard with his friends. They were four of them, and they were so tall at this distance, it even gave him the impression that if he’d get closer he would be called short and they would barely look at him.

He gulped again, not even the slightest idea came to him.

“Come on, Naruto.” Ino tried to encourage him. “Talk to him.”

Naruto sighed again, Ino knew for a while about Naruto’s secret crush about a boy. It surprised him how she wasn’t very disturbed about the fact that he had some not very holly tastes in gender. But anyway, she still remained his best friend and… for his displeasure, she encouraged him, well it wasn’t an encouraging, it was more like a demanding.

“Fine.” He said serious.

The same time, same place, same train, the boy attended the school near Naruto’s house. All Naruto knew about him was the silver hair, his black like night eye(s) as one of them was covered by a patch, the smile… so bright… so beautiful that it mesmerized him not making him put his thoughts right. The alluring personality. Naruto was contended just to watch him for distance. But he felt that the time has finally come to learn more about him.

So today he was going to learn the name of that silver-haired boy.

Taking the first step forward would surely tell him if all of this was right… Breathing heavily, he started to sweat and he finally put his right foot on the ground but… he stopped. One second of full hesitation passed and then… with the speed of light he turned around started to run towards his friend.

“Shit. I can’t do it after all! Not while his friends are with him!” he yelled and sped up his pace.

Ino swatdropped at his action not believing what the blonde just did. Naruto finally reached there and started to pant because of the running but he could still feel the intense glare which Ino was giving to him. He straightened and rubbed the back of his head as he would usually do when he was in distress or when he did something stupid. Like now.

“Fine! I’ll ask him for you!” Ino said triumphantly and started to walk towards the small group which was a few meters away. Naruto barely had time to realize what the girl planned but when she was getting closer and closer to the group, he snapped and went directly to Ino. Naruto finally grabbed her by the waist trying in his failing attempt to stop her from coming closer to the boy.

“No! Don’t!” he said

Something shone in Ino’s eyes and something told Naruto that this was what she expected.

“Then get your butt out there, dumbass!” she said and in a swift of a movement she turned around and the blonde reached in front of her. Then, without a second thought she pushed him hard forward that he even lost his balance.

The boy tried to do something but unsuccessfully as his face hit something warm and he closed his eyes at the soft contact. But he opened them slowly. Then, peeking up, his heart skipped beats as he met a black gaze staring down at him. He widened his eyes open and his cheeks started to get very warm.

It was him. Now it was the perfect opportunity to ask the boy’s name. ‘Ok, Naruto. Just…breathe and… don’t panic!’ he yelled to himself continuously.

He watched how the older boy’s surprised face went from a surprised one to another one which seemed annoyed. Naruto gulped for the nth time that day and gathered all the courage which he thought that it laid inside him.

“Um…excuse me…um… may I ask… um. Um…” Your name. he stuttered. He stopped as he thought how girly he was acting now and he didn’t even succeed in saying what he desired. Naruto kept his gaze away from his face which for unknown reason made him blush. Only a small glance towards the taller boy made him realize how handsome he was. At first, the blonde thought that he was going to ignore him but the next thing surprised him by very a lot.

“Hmm? You wanted to ask me what?” the silver-haired asked and put on a bright smile which made Naruto even more nervous. If that was possible.

“What now?” a voice asked and two of his friends entered Naruto’s view The one which talked had his hair in a high ponytail and an expression of boredom was all over his face. “Another fan of yours?” he asked.

“And it’s a guy this time!” The other one which had brunette hair laughed at Naruto. He had two red tattoos on his cheeks and when he smiled Naruto could see his sharp canine teeth.

Naruto’s head started to spin around now that the other friends interfered. I can’t do it… I can’t bring myself to ask him. . His friends even laughed at him. How was he supposed to ask him now?

“Ex…Excuse me!” Naruto tried to give another try. Just... just do it already, moron!

“Oh, Naruto-kun!” a voice yelled in the distance and Naruto froze. All the redness from his cheeks disappeared as he realized who it was. “You forgot your little lunch box! Don’t you want ramen today?”

It was Iruka. Oh shit. he thought. Nothing could get any worse than this situation. Naruto turned around shocked seeing his step father in the distance carrying a small box. Then, without a second thought, Naruto crouched so his parent couldn’t see him in the crowd. So embarrassing. God, make everything gone!

“Naru-chan, come get your ramen!” Apparently God didn’t want to save him. It does please you, doesn’t it, God? he thought while looking at the sky. Then, Naruto went as fast and stealthily as he could behind a tall bench and stood there, hiding from his father which wouldn’t stop from yelling in the station. He could feel how all the stares were given to him.

Why now? Why me? Everybody is watching! Please God, make it end soon! he closed his eyes and put his hands on his head clenching them in fists.

“Hey.” a voice said. Naruto startled and looked up from his spot at the sound of the voice. As he looked up he noticed a boy which was stretching his hand towards his and for a second his heart stopped beating. Naruto couldn’t see his face because the sun rays which were falling in his eyes. “This way.” he spoke.

Not knowing what was happening around him, the next thing he knew was the sudden a grip around his right hand, and then he had been pulled up. A second later, he was already on his feet, but he didn’t stay too much in place as the boy dragged him away. What was he doing?

But after he made a few steps on metal he realized that he was already in a train. The doors closed behind him quickly and pushed him more inside and with that, more into his savior.

Naruto’s face flushed a little red as he met the gaze of the other boy. He was a dark haired boy, spiky on the back and with small bangs covering his face, his eyes were black and his skin was pale and smooth. Naruto felt his hands beside his head as he was lying against the doors, not to mention that the raven’s face was close to his.

Then, Naruto saw a small startle in the other one’s eyes and with that the raven broke the eye contact and retrieved his hands. After regaining his composure, he turned half around from Naruto.

“You caused quite a disturbance sitting down there. Dobe.” He said not looking at the blonde and searching for something in his bag. Naruto didn’t know what to say first. Should he say thank you or scold him for the insult. He didn’t have much time to figure it out. “Here. Your box.” he said after a while and handed the said object to Naruto.

Naruto remained speechless at this. All he could do was to stare in his obsidian gaze which was so deep. Why would the raven get the lunch box from his step father? The taller one frowned a little and retrieved the box from his sight giving him a questioning look.

“You’re Naruto, right?” he asked. Naruto nodded slowly then he caught the box which the other one dropped in his hands. “Take it.” Naruto looked at the object in his hands then back at him. Who was this guy? He hasn’t seen him before.

“Ooh so you know each other?” a voice yelled and Naruto stopped breathing again as the silver-haired from before entered his view. The newcomer pulled his right arm over the raven’s shoulder and Naruto could only stare at them.

“No, we just met.” He said coldly.

They were friends? They knew each other? Naruto could only think that they were going to laugh at him later for all the stupid things he made. What should he do? Should he run? Forget about that, he’ll have to take a different train from now on. This was beyond embarrassing. Naruto leaned his head forward. I’ll never get to learn his name.

I suck.

No only that, but he felt… weak, the room started to spin around him and… his eyes were getting blank. Easily but surely he started to lose his balance and he fell forward. He didn’t see if someone was there but he could feel colliding into something warm and his hand tried to grab that thing but… it only scratched it and a final ripping sound filled his ears. He saw only darkness now as his body went limp.

The raven boy realized too late what was happening to the blonde boy until he felt how he collided into him and made him lose his balance too. His hand somehow reached for something to grab but instead he caught his shirt and because of the fall he ripped it.

His nails dug in his skin and 3 lines appeared on his chest as he scratched him. He felt the small burnt from the chest but he caught Naruto before it was too late and landed on the ground on his back while holding the blonde with one hand and with the other one holding the bar for support. Everyone turned their heads in his direction to see what the commotion all about was.

“I am really really sorry!” Naruto tried nervously to tell him. Although it amazed him how the other one wasn’t mad at what he did. Well, he ripped his shirt, probably a very expensive one and he even scratched his chest.

“Please, excuse my friend. He is very frail.” Ino said shyly.

“So… you ok?” Naruto asked him worried.

“I’m fine.” He said but Naruto could feel that he wasn’t. Something told him that the raven was very angry with him and his continuous glare, it was scaring the hell out of Naruto.

“I’ll buy you a new shirt…” Naruto tried pathetically to say hoping that the raven would forgive him.

“Don’t bother. I’ve got plenty. Dobe.” He said while muttering the last part under his breath. And with that he turned around and started to walk away.

His silver-haired friend caught up with him and in his walk, he turned his head a little and gave Naruto a small smile.

“Bye.” That was all what he said.

Naruto leaned his head forward and depression suddenly took over him as he thought over and over again at all the happenings from that day. It wasn’t supposed to happen like this. He only had to ask his name and that was all, Naruto even disturbed one of his friends and he probably hated him now.

“Naruto ? Are you feeling ok?” Ino patted him on the back trying to make him feel better but even she knew that it wouldn’t succeed.

He was so embarrassed. He only thought that won’t be even able to look at the silver-haired anymore. And he was leaving again from his sight, like he always did. Naruto sighed, why did it have to happen to him?

“Hey! You over there!” a voice yelled cheerfully in the distance. Naruto startled and with his heart little, he looked up trying to maintain his happiness. Naruto saw how the silver-haired was coming while waving his hand towards him. Finally, he reached in front of him and then, with a grin on his face, he straightened.

“Too bad you have to leave so soon, Naruto. Take these tickets.” He said. “My band is performing at our school fair and you should bring your friends along.” He smiled then he became serious. “Guys, girls. Bring what you can. We have no preferences.” Then he laughed and winked at Naruto. “The band members are very good looking!” he said and handed the blonde the ticket. Then he spun on his heels and turned around. He started to run but he turned his head and made a peace sign with his right hand. “You must come watch us play! And I’ll be even expecting you!” he winked again.

A feeling of happiness traced Naruto’s body as the other’s figure faded in the distance. His blue eyes fell on the small paper and he could only think that somehow he got lucky after all of this.

“ Saaay…. Wasn’t he a cute one?” the taller one said wrapping his hand on his best friend’s shoulder like he would usually do. The raven gave him a skeptical look but kept his gaze forward.

“Probably.” He said in a monotone voice. The other one frowned and gave him a stare.

“ Hm? Probably?” he insisted.

“Shut up.” The raven muttered under his breath trying to close his shirt the best he could. The other burst out in laugh causing the raven to stop and give him one of his famous glares. “What?”

“Nothing.” He laughed harder. The raven raised an eyebrow and waited for him to stop laughing in order to give him the answer but he didn’t. He started to walk again leaving the raven behind.

Naruto barely had energy to smile, he could only lay there and watch the boy of his dreams walking away with his friend. He seemed so energetic and happy that it made his knees go weak.

“Good job, Naruto! Didn’t believe that you had it in you.” Ino cheered happily grabbing him by the shoulders and looking down at the ticket.

“He even gave you VIP seats. Isn’t that neat?” she added.

He made a small smile.

“Yeah, it’s kinda neat.” He gave me…VIP seats… . His eyes fell on the ticket again and since he received the small paper he noticed the small drawing from there.

On the right side there were the names of the sponsors which didn’t catch his attention too much. The only thing which did was the small drawing from the bottom. It represented a spiky head with hair defying the norms of gravity and with a patch covering the left eye, holding a peace sign and a bubble was above his head.

My name is Uchiha Sasuke, nice to meet you! See you at the concert!”

The message was written in the small bubble.

Uchiha…Sasuke.

Naruto pictured the image of the silver-haired inside his head. His name is… Sasuke. He talked to me. Face to face. He even knows my name. Naruto raised the ticket above his head not getting enough of staring at it. His head only spun around the idea of his name: Sasuke

It got off with a bad start,… but he couldn’t complain in the end about it. He was that happy about it that he would even faint from all that joy.

“What? Naruto, snap out of it, you’ll fall! And you’ll lose your ticket!” Ino yelled and grabbed him but that only made her lose her balance and fall on her back with him in her arms. “Baka Naruto.” She said serious but deep in her voice only amusement was there.

A huge grin plastered on Naruto’s face and he couldn’t care less if he would get hurt. He was just too happy! Too happy! And with that his hand gripped the small paper more at above his head. Ino smiled too seeing her best friend happy and ruffled his hair while staring at the ticket too.

“You really lost your mind.” Naruto heard Ino’s voice somewhere in the distance. And slowly he closed his eyes.

Sasuke… I’ll be there at the concert cheering for you.
