*OMG* I'm not dead, lol. just haven't had the time to write anything. Anyways I checked my reviews and want to thank all those to R&R. As one of the reviewers suggested it put more warnings here they are.

* This will be a dark fic, so there will me non-con, rape, torture, mind-fuck, and pretty much anything my very sick muse tell me to write ( I know poor Naruto T_T). Now I'm working on chpt 5, but need some help, love to hear more idea's and kinks from you readers to torture poor Naru with*

As he stood in front of he’s superiors and peers, he couldn’t believe it. How could they doubt him; not believe that he didn’t do it. He had thought that he had finally earned their respect. But it was all for nothing, they were going to kill him.
Naruto stood in the centre of the court room, hearing the evidence against him, that he had been found at the scene of the crime, that his chakra was found all over the room and on the victim. It also didn’t help that the victim was still in a coma. He tried to tell them that he was at home, that he had not left his apartment all evening. The council turned deaf ears to his cries. To them the beast was finally showing its true colours, with knowing smirks, they watched Narutos pitiful attempt to defend himself as the evidence was piled up.

It wasn’t long after the council had left, that they came back. Everyone knew the verdict, even Naruto. There was no mercy in anyone eyes, from council members, to baa-chan, to people he saw as friends and family. Everywhere he looked he was hated, anger, discuss, and even disappointment shown in those harsh eyes.

The slamming of the gravel brought his attention back to the front of the court where the judge (aka baa-chan) and the rest of the council sat. “It is this courts decision that the defendant Naruto Uzumaki is hear by found guilty of assault and battery, found guilty of sexual assault, and attempt at murder. He is here by sentenced to life imprisonment, with no chance of parole. If the victim Hinata Hyuuga should die or does not wake up, you will be then beaten within an inch of your life then hanged until dead.” The voice of the Hokage was close and void of any feeling. “Remove the prisoner from my court room and take this filth to where it will spend the rest of its miserable excuse of a life.” The Anbu guards stationed by, stalked forward and grabbed Naruto roughly by the arms, and shoved him to towards the exit.

As he was escorted out of the court room, people were cheering over the verdict and those close to him where spitting on him, yelling rude comments and making gestures.
At last he was through the door and into the back hallway, that was used strictly for prisoners to and from the court rooms. Just when Naruto thought the day couldn’t get any worse there in the hallway waiting for him was Neji. Naruto hadn’t seen any Hyuuga in the court room; he figured they were at Hinata’s bedside. Neji at first didn’t move from his position, leaning against the wall, but after glaring at Naruto he pushed himself from the wall and started walking towards Naruto and his guards. When he was face to face with Naruto, only then did he say anything; “You had us all fooled Naruto, you must have been laughing at our stupidity. Thinking that we should have known better, after all the stories our parents told us. You deceived us all with that smile and carefree mask. Well no matter, justice and the truth has finally been shown, but know this Naruto, Konhona has passed you its justice, we Hyuuga will give you ours. No one harms a Hyuuga without paying for it.”

With that said, out of no where Neji decked Naruto right in the face, before he abruptly turned and disappeared. Leaving a shocked Naruto to nurse a sore jaw, and an even more broken spirit. All the while with his Anbu snickering behind him.
Shortly after Neji had disappeared the Anbu pushed Naruto down the lengthy hallway, towards the exit where the prison transfer bus was waiting for him.

Once Naruto boarded the bus he was chained to the seat by chakra chains, to complement the chakra cuffs he already had on his wrists. He personally thought it was overkill. The ride to the prison was long and bumpy. The prison was buildt inside the very mountains that surrounded Kohana. The entrance was indiscreet; if you weren’t paying attention you’d miss it completely. The only thing that gave it away was the number of guards watching what looked like an entrance to a mining shaft. The guards removed the chain connecting him to the bus, and removed him from the bus, and toward the building that he would stay in for the rest of his sentence. The Anbu on his right turn towards him and smirked “welcome to hell on earth Naruto, I truly hope you enjoy your stay here” laughing at him the Anbu pushed Naruto towards a man waiting by the entrance to the prison. “Naruto Uzumaki, you have been sentenced to life imprisonment for you crimes, take a good look at the sun and sky this is the last time you will ever see them” replied the deep baritone of the Prison Warden. Naruto’s eye’s widened with tears as he took the advice of the warden and quickly took in the surrounding area; the wind, the trees; the bright sun over head, the sound of the area. He took it all in like a drowning man for air. It was over to quickly for Naruto, and the warden soon motioned the guard near him to move the prisoner inside.

Once inside the mountain entrance, with sparse lighting Naruto was ushered to a cable lift, once inside the warden took out a key and place the key into the control panel allowing access to the floors of the building. The warden pressed the bottom floor where solitary confinement was. Since Naruto was the Kyubi they were not taking any chances with the prisoner so chakra cuffs and a collar awaited once he got in the cell. It was a long trip to the bottom of the shaft, where they escorted a silent Naruto down a long hallway with even sparser lighting than before, through out the hallway there were doors to cells sporadically placed along the hallway. They kept walking down the hallway til they reached the end where a lone door stood. The door was covered in kanji’s of protection and to ward against anything inside the cell. The warden turned to Naruto “welcome to your new home prisoner 45692,.” He opened the cell and motioned two guards to follow.
Upon entering the cell, Naruto noticed it wasn’t very large, maybe 6 feet by 9 feet high, there was a whole in the floor that he guessed was to be his toilet. And a small sleeping roll in the corner. That was all, aside from a chain bolted to the back of the wall that was attached to another chain and collar. It was said collar that caught Naruto’s attention; said collar that was picked up by the warden. He opened the collar and moved towards a panicking Naruto while the guards held him. “No, I didn’t do it, please believe me, let me go I don’t belong here….get that thing away from me …Nooooo *hiccup*….please nooo” but regardless of the prisoners outcry the warden with the help of the two Anbu guards was able to attach the collar around the boys neck. Then with out another word the warden and Anbu dropped a sobbing Naruto on the ground and walked out of the cell, locking the door shut, activating the kanji to secure the prisoner.

Leaving a distraught Naruto sobbing in the dim light of the cell, as absolute silence surrounded him.Naruto didn`t know how long he had sat there in the middle of his cell crying, but when he came too, he crawled over to where the bed roll was and lied down, shortly falling asleep after the trauma of the day caught up with his tired body.
When he woke up the next day…or was it? There was no window, no way of tell the time or day. He woke up disoriented and confused, then the past days events came flooding back. Another sob escaped from his lips, he had hoped it was all a nightmare that when he woke up it would all be a dream. But it happened; he was alone, abandoned by everyone.

His stomach grumping shook him out of his self-pity, he was hungry, with everything that had happened the day before, he hadn’t been feed. He was sooo hungry, he moved towards the door, his chains rattling behind him. “Hello anyone there? Can I get some food please…..I’m hungry…..someone, anyone please” yelled out Naruto as he banged his fists against the cell door. He waited and waited, yelling and banging on the door until his voice ran out to a whisper “Please.” But no one came. No sound escaped the heavily warded door. Even if there was someone in the area they would never hear Naruto’s cries for help. Not that they would care, if they had heard.


*next day- two and half days without food*


Naruto woke to the feeling of his stomach twisting in hunger pains, his whole body felt sore and weak. Two days without anything to drink or eat was starting to show. His mind felt dull, he couldn’t seem to focus on anything. He hadn’t seen or heard anything from anyone in two days. Not since he was placed here in this cell/cage. He was sooo hungry he could eat vegetables raw (heheheh we all know his dislike for the stuff). He had stopped banging on the door after his hands started to bleed, he had even gone so far to check his cell again for anything to eat or drink…nothing. Not even water to drink. He was at the point of considering drinking his own piss if water or food didn`t come soon. He hadn’t moved from the bedroll since last night, but he just didn’t have the energy to move. That was until he heard something at the door to his cell, a key opening a lock, and the door pushed open to reveal …….Kiba? ….then a little more to show Shino. Carrying something that smeled so heavenly….ramen!
