It was already midnight; even though it was dark the sky was so clear you could see all the stars.

Konan smiled and put the note on a table nearby. Konan started to take her clothes of and headed towards the bathroom. She turned open the shower, the water was cold at first but after a short period of time it was nice and warm. She needed that shower so badly. Not only to wash away the dirt but also the sins had she committed. She turned off the water and grabbed the first towel she could reach. It still smelled like him, it was the smell of rain on a hot summer night.

Konan dried herself off while walking towards the bed. She let go of the towel and slipped into bed naked. She preferred to sleep naked just so she could feel the silk of the sheet against her skin.

“I need a shower first” was all he said and stood up and walked towards the bathroom.
