This was a request by Pete91888, he requested a Naruto/Tsunade/Shizune oneshot.

Mentions NejiTen at the beginning, do not worry, I'm not playing favoritism here, I just needed some pairing, and NejiTen was the first that came to mind.

Also, I omitted Tonton completely.

And I only realized about halfway through the Yuri scene that he wanted Naruto in there instead of the Naruto he listed was reffering to the title. When she found the girl in front of her AGAIN, with her arms held up, obviously trying to stop her, Tsunades anger broke through. "What do you want, you little brat? I have no time for you!", she told her off rudely.

"Go to the academy then.", she dismissed her curtly and strode past her.

Tsunade was in a dilemma, she did not want this girl following her, but she also had no intents on returning to Konoha anytime soon.

But, in a sense, Tsunade had to admit that Shizunes presence and heartwarming perseverence was what helped Tsunade carry on with everything. The same persistence she encountered years later when they came across a brat named Uzumaki Naruto and her old teammate, Jiraiya. By then, she and Shizune had gone through a lot amd they had come to the point where they could understand the other without exchanging much more than a glance.

Shizune, to her knowledge, couldn't find the right man and even if she did, Tsunade feared that she would be torn in her loyalties between her and her love. But that worry of her had disappeared when she returned to Konoha as the Hokage. Part of her had also made that decision for Shizune. But just now she realized that Shizune was still an evident single and it bothered her.
