Naruto was cursed as a small child to be trapped in the form of a fox, except once a month for a few days, he becomes human again.

Wondering around trying to find a way to become human. The young fox found a boy around his age lost in the woods. Naruto had helped the boy, but once they got toward the pathway Naruto got his paw stuck in a trap. And that was the day his life forever changed.

Naruto jumped through the window, internally smiling. The raven had always left the window opened, for when the fox disappeared.

Sasuke came into his room when he found the fox curling up on his bed, he learned after the first few times the fox always came back. " Where do you go, Naruto?" The raven made his way to the bed. { Haha you don’t want to know.}

Sasuke sat down on the bed and the fox lazily made his way to the male. Sasuke was amazed, he had meet Naruto when he was seven and he was now nineteen. But everywhere he went the fox was with him, and instead of a fox he acted like a guard dog. Sasuke petted behind the foxes ears, causing the fox to melt into the touch. He was the strangest fox in existence, and the only time Naruto left his side. Was when he disappeared but that was only for a few days, then he was right back home. { Oh gods, right there I hate it when I can’t scratch there.}

"Do you go to meet a girl fox maybe?" Sasuke chuckled when he got a funny look from the fox. { That’s not even funny.}

None of his friends believed but his family did, the fox was smart. He understood everything that was said to him, unless he was ignoring them. And the fox was addicted to ramen, which was weird but Sasuke didn’t mind. Even if the fox wasn’t human, he trusted Naruto more than anyone else. And he considered the fox his best friend.

"Oh he's finally back, I wonder where he goes." Mikoto stepped into her sons room smiling at the scene. Sasuke was petting the fox that had curled up in his lap.

"I asked him the same thing." Sasuke signaled the fox to get up. And Naruto did just that, he got down on the floor and waited. { I was comfortable too.}

"Well you two get cleaned up and I’ll start breakfast." Mikoto smiled happily, the fox was a part of their family. And he was the first fox Mikoto had ever sen with bright blue eyes. But she quickly learned to treat Naruto, the same as one of her children. Even if it seemed strange, the fox acted humanly. And Sasuke well Sasuke was emotionless just like his father and brother, except for when it came down to his friend.

Naruto tried to sneak away when the raven grabbed him." Come on Naruto, who knows where you’ve been." { I was hiding in a cave, naked. So that's just mean.}


Naruto was great full for the fur, when Sasuke sat him down in the bathroom and started striping his clothes. Sasuke was tall and well built, his pale flesh that resembled the moon. Midnight black hair that spiked up in the back his bangs that were down past his chin, and endless black eyes.

If Naruto ever became human again, he hoped he could still be by the raven, but not as a friend. If Naruto ever got permanently back to normal, he wanted to be the taller males’ lover. Yes that’s right Naruto was in love with the raven, but there wasn’t anything he could do about it. Well not like this at least.

Sasuke took a shower while Naruto sat there in the tub trying not to stare. Till the raven turned around and got on his knees to wash the fox. It wasn’t anything new, they always took baths together when they were younger.

{ Hey don’t make me look like a fuzz ball this time, when you dry me off ok. }

" Don’t pout, doesn’t it feel better to be clean" Sasuke chuckled again when the fox growled. {I don’t feel so good, I knew I should have took some clothes with me.}

After they had dressed and eaten, Mikoto had talked Sasuke into going out with his friends. "Lets just get this over with Naruto." Sasuke grumbled as he walked toward the park, Naruto walking right next to him.


Sasuke watched the fox approach Akamaru. "You have to wonder if they can actually understand each other." Kiba walked up next to the raven.

"Hn."

{Hey mutt.} Naruto sat in front of the large dog.

{Hey brat.} Akamaru stared at the fox.

{ You don’t smell so hot, you sick.} The dog asked standing he licked the foxes’ head. {You got a fever.}

Naruto started rubbing his paw repeatedly over where the dog licked. { That was gross, and im Fine.}

{ Why don’t you just tell them, so you don’t have to leave the house when you turn?} Akamaru laid back down.

{Oh yes how do I say that. I change then go to them and say, hey im your pet and im actually human. } Naruto rolled his eyes.

{ Sounds fine to me.}

Naruto raised a fuzzy brow. { I don’t think it’s a good idea, what if I never change back fully.}

{Maybe they could help you if you told them.}

{Or maybe they would think I was a freak.} Naruto snarled.

{ Do you believe that they think so little of you?} Akamaru growled.

Naruto stomped off leaving an annoyed Akamaru.

Sasuke was ignoring everyone and watching the fox and dog interact, he wondered what they were talking about. Yes Sasuke believed that they were actually talking, though he would never tell anyone that.

Naruto sat on Sasuke's lap, still pissed off about his talk with Akamaru.


"Sasuke lets go out tonight." The pink haired girl chirped followed by the blonde haired girl.

"Why would he want to date you?" just like that the two were fighting. Both Sasuke and Naruto had annoyed looks.

"They say pets resemble their masters." Neji smirked when both Sasuke and Naruto glared at him.

Naruto laid his head down in the raven’s lap, listening to the people talk. He really wished he could join in their conversation and actually have them hear him.

Sasuke began running his hands through the red fur, hoping they would shut up soon so they could leave. Sasuke smiled, he wondered what Naruto would say if he could talk.


Sasuke decided it was time to leave, Sakura wouldn’t leave him alone. Naruto tried to bite her. { She had it coming she wouldn’t shut up, and I feel like shit. } Naruto felt like he was drunk.

Sasuke looked back when he realized the fox wasn’t next to him, Sasuke quickly rushed to the fox’s side and scooped him up into his arms.

"Naruto what’s wrong." Sasuke could feel heat coming from the fox, did Naruto get sick.

Sasuke carried the fox in his arms. " Call the vet." Sasuke stormed up to his room.

Mikoto and the two other males, followed Sasuke to see what was wrong.

" What’s wrong dear?" Mikoto walked into her son’s room.

" Something’s wrong with Naruto." Sasuke laid the limp fox on his bed, as he started searching through the phone book.

Fugaku petted the fox’s head. "Well he is quite old for an animal."

Sasuke's eyes widened, it couldn’t be that.

"Let me see. " Mikoto looked over the fox the same way a mother would her son.

That’s when it happened Naruto let out a startled yelp, as he started to toss and turn.

"Naruto?" Sasuke rushed back to the fox.

"What’s wrong with him?" Mikoto asked worriedly.

Itachi and Fugaku watched though it was sad, they both figured the same thing. He was old in animal age.

Naruto's body started twisting and turning as Sasuke scooped him up into his arms, trying to calm the fox. "its ok naruto, you'll be ok." Sasuke held the small fox tighter, hoping to calm him.

Then everything went black to naruto.

" What the hell happened." Naruto brought a hand to his head. Wait a hand, Naruto quickly shot up looking around the room. Sasuke and the other others froze the second they herd a soft voice.

"NARUTO." Mikoto hugged the boy.

"Naruto." Sasuke was still in shock.

"Sasuke." Naruto looked to be in just as much shock.

"Are you ok Naruto? This is amazing." Mikoto finally let go of the boy, she looked over the boys body.

"This but how, its not even time." Naruto stared at his hands.


"When you’re finally considered an adult, you become completely human." Everyone turned to the male sitting in the window.

"What?" Sasuke spoke.

"Jiraiya." Naruto eyes widened.

"You’re supposed to be dead." Naruto pointed a finger at the long-haired male, who just rolled his eyes.

" I bet you didn’t even read any of those scrolls, I left did you."

Naruto blushed crimson. "So" Naruto crossed his arms and pouted.

"I figured as much, when I stopped by to see you. The place was completely abandoned. So I figured I better see what kind of trouble you got your self it." Jiraiya shook his head. "Damn kids."

" Don’t call me a kid, old man." Naruto slammed his hands down on the bed. " Why didn’t you come sooner huh,I bet you were out chasing women, while I was thinking everyone was dead?" Naruto yelled.

" Don’t yell at me brat, maybe if you had read those scrolls like you were told to. You could have saved your self some trouble." The man yelled back, while everyone else in the room watched in shock.

Naruto turned away from the male and pouted. " Whatever, I don’t remember ever being told to read anything, old man."

"Oh you were told you just ignored it." The male turned away as well.

" You must be senile, cause I never herd you say anything." Naruto went to get up but the sheets were twisted around him. "Stupid blankets."

"Well since you fine i'm leaving." Jiraiya jumped out the window, before Naruto could free himself.

"WAIT DAMN IT. " Naruto yelled, as he fell out of the bed. "That old man, he would rather chase women than help his grandson." Naruto sat up on the floor, running his fingers threw blond spikes.

Naruto looked over to the group, so that's why he left, he didn't want to help explain anymore. this was going to be fun, he would get that old man back, for this. Well at least, he came long enough to tell Naruto that, instead of Naruto spending month's wondering when he would turn back.

Sasuke sighed as he walked into the house it had been two weeks since Naruto became human. They all talked about everything, the curse having to become an adult before it’s broken. Which was stupid to Sasuke, but he was great full for the time he had Naruto. And if it hadn't been for that curse, they would have never met.


And Sasuke didn’t mean to, but he distanced himself from Naruto. He just needed to think and take the whole thing in, that’s why he stayed the last two weeks at Neji’s. Were things going to be different now, would they still be friends? would Naruto want to leave now? could he let Naruto go? These were only a few of the things, that had been eating at his mind.

No one was home, he figured his mom took Naruto out somewhere with them, he was glad. He hoped that Naruto was happy. That was another thing, had Naruto ever been happy. he didn't know now, how could someone be happy, like that. Sasuke ran a hand through black locks, what should he do now?


Sasuke entered his bedroom. And stopped next to his bed, a big lump was curled up under the blanket. Sasuke pulled back the blanket reveling a small framed body with lightly tanned flesh, blond spikes down to the smaller males shoulder’s. And six whisker like marks three on each cheek, Sasuke smiled; he figured they were from being a fox.

All his worries just disappeared, just like that. just seeing Naruto like this, made him happy.

"Naruto." Sasuke spoke softly.

Bright blue eyes blinked open, and caught Sasuke off guard. When Naruto had pounced on him. " Im sorry Sasuke, I didn’t want you to hate me. That’s why I never said anything."

Sasuke's eyes softened. " I don’t hate you, I was just surprised." Sasuke brought his arms up and hugged the smaller male.

"It’s nice, to be able to see you like this." Sasuke whispered.

Naruto laid his head into the nap of Sasuke's neck. " I love you, so please let me be your lover." Naruto half yelled and half spoke.

Sasuke smiled. " You’re supposed to date before you become lovers, Naruto."

"So lets date, then ill become your wife.” Naruto smiled. “ Just wait."

Ok so this is a gift fic for kyra because I got the idea from reading ‘it was all and will never be' don’t ask how I got this from that, cause im not sure dude. But since I did here ya go.
