Naruto Rewrite(Title is not final)
Chapter 1: Time for mourning
Two ninja fight to the death at The Valley of the End.
One ninja wears a jumpsuit that's largely orange.
The opposing ninja wore a dark blue shirt and black shorts.
The ninja in orange transformed into a demon-like state.
The ninja in blue also transformed into a demon-like state.
"Sasuke I'm going to bring you back"Naruto yelled.
"I'm going to kill you and make my way to Orochimaru "Sasuke yelled back.
Naruto and Sasuke can't hold their transformation for long.
Both ninja start charging their attacks for one final clash.
Naruto uses the demon chakra to form a shell to shape his attack.
Sasuke's attack fueled by the seals chakra changes the color of the attack.
They finish charging their attacks and leap at each other.
"RASENGAN"Naruto calling out his attack.
"CHIDORI"Sasuke also calling out his attack.
The two attacks clash. The Chidori punches through.
Sasuke punches a hole in Naruto chest cavity.
He then tosses him into the water to die. Naruto's lifeless body falls to the bottom of the lake.
"Finally I've severed ties and gained the Mangekyo Sharingan"Sasuke said in victory.
"Farewell you baka"Sasuke said as he speeded off towards Orochimaru's lair.
Sasuke tried activating his newfound power,but couldn't.He chalked it up to himself low on chakra.
Meanwhile....
Kakashi raced through the forest towards the Valley of the end sensing something bad happened.
After about 10 minutes Kakashi reached the Valley of the End.
"Naruto"Kakashi yelled trying to find the ninja.
After searching for a hour with his Nin-dog team they gave up the search.
Kakashi started to return to Konoha dissappointed that he lost one of his students.
Two hours Later Kakashi returned to the village.
"Did you bring back Sasuke?"Sakura asked.
"Also what about Naruto?"Sakura rapid fired the questions at Kakashi.
Kakashi looked down at the ground in shame.
"N-no I won't believe it "Sakura said with a horrified face.
"We couldn't find naruto nor sasuke "Kakashi said with a sad face.
"B-but that doesn't mean that Sasuke or Naruto are" Sakura couldn't finish her sentence.
"We couldn't sense Naruto any more, also by the time my nin-dogs and us got there we could sense Sasuke left a while before we got there"Kakashi said.
Sakura started to break down crying.
Three days later
The whole village was called to gather at the observatory to mourn the loss of Uzumaki Naruto.
The village was dressed in black garbs for the funeral.
Some people were crying at the funeral. Some people were glad he was dead.
Hinata was the saddest of all.
She cried on the way to the funeral and on the way back home.
Hinata was in anguish for two reasons. The first reason was because Naruto died and she loved him.
The second reason was because she wasn't able to confess her feelings for him before he was killed.
1 day later
Hinata was going to ask Tsunade for soem time off to mourn for Naruto more.
Just when Hinata was about to open the door she overheard Kakashi talking to Tsunade about the report he submitted about that fateful day.
"I didn't think Sasuke would kill Naruto" Tsunade said surprised.
"He probably did it to get the Mangekyo Sharingan" Kakashi said.
"What is the Mangekyo sharingan?" Tsunade asked.
"Well the Mangekyo Sharingan is gained from killing your best friend and sense Naruto was closest
to Sasuke it would make sense he was his best friend" Kakashi said.
"Sasuke is more revenge bent and power-hungry then I thought "Tsunade said in disgust.
Hinata heard this and collapsed to the floor.
She finally found out who killed Naruto and why.
She could not and would not forget who killed Naruto.
"Uchiha Sasuke" Hinata said hearing the name of her loves killer.
One week has passed sense she had heard of the one who killed her dear Naruto-Kun.
The Hyuuga Heiress only thought was of revenge.
Hinata was cold to everyone since Naruto was killed.
Everyone on the Hyuuga Compound has also noticed this change.
“Hey Hiashi have you noticed Hinata’s change in attitude lately?” asked Neji Hyuuga.
“Yes, It’s quite unlike her” Hiashi said.
“Do you think Uzumaki Naruto’s death has affected her more than we thought it would?” Neji asked.
“I think it’s good that Uzumaki kid died” Hiashi said.
Neji got angry at that remark.
“How can you say that about Naruto, He saved the village during Orochimaru’s attack” Neji said.
”That means nothing, we could’ve done fine without his help” Hiashi said.
Neji knew Hiashi was coldhearted, but he didn’t know he was THIS coldhearted.
Neji used to think that Naruto was a failure, but that changed during their battle in the chunin exams.
All over Konoha people were pondering over Naruto’s death.
Kiba,Shino, and Kurenai were still wandering how Naruto could’ve been killed.
“Naruto was a ninja that never stayed down, I just don’t get it” Kiba said.
“Yes, it is quite a shock” Shino said.
“I fought Naruto before” Kiba said
“He’s a person no matter how much damage I inflicted on him he wouldn’t stand down” Kiba said.
‘I wander how Hinata-chan taking this’ Kurenai thought to herself.
Over in another part of Konoha Might Guy’s team (excluding Neji) were training.
“I can’t Naruto was killed in the prime of youth” Might Guy said.
“I know Guy-sensei, Naruto-kun was basically the prime example of youth” Rock Lee said.
“I didn’t know Naruto-kun that well, but I wish I could’ve gotten to know him better” Ten-Ten said.
“The villagers always made Naruto-Kun out to be a monster” Ten-Ten said.
“I didn’t get that Ten-Ten-chan, why did they do that?”Rock Lee asked
“It’s not Naruto’s fault the villagers treated him that way” Might Guy said.
“Naruto had the Kyuubi kitsune sealed in him” Might Guy said
“WHAT?” Ten-Ten and Rock Lee said in unison.
Over at the BBQ restaurant Team 10 was talking about Naruto’s death.
“How could Naruto die?” said Chouji
“Naruto usually was able to beat the odds when it came to battles, I mean just looks at the Chunin finals” Shikamaru said.
“I wish I would’ve gotten to know him better” said Ino“ Kakashi told me that until Naruto and Sasuke fought on the Hospital roof, their rivalry was just about pushing each other to become stronger and was more of a friendly rivalry than how it turned out. He said he was told by Jiraiya that Itachi said he wasn’t strong enough and that might’ve caused the change since Sasuke wants revenge on his brother” said Asuma.
The next day…..
Tsunade was in the Hokages office with piles of papers to be signed all over the place.
“YOU BAKA” said Tsunade drunkenly while holding a shot glass of sake.
“Why did you have to go and get your self killed?” Tsunade said as tears started to run down her flushed face.
Someone knocks on the door.
“Who the hell is it?” said Tsunade angrily.
“It’s me Jiraiya” said the Toad Sage.
“Come on in” said Tsunade
Jiraiya enters Tsunade’s office
“I’m going to go and collect some information on Akatsuki” said
Jiraiya
“Ok, just don’t get your self killed” said Tsunade now having a serious expression on her face.
“Don’t worry about me.” said Jiraiya giving Tsunade a confident smile.
“Ok, than good luck” Tsunade said getting tired.
Jiraiya walks back towards the door and stops.
“It’s not your fault that he died” said Jiraiya in a serious tone.
“I just thought I would tell you that so your not blaming your self like you did with Nawaki and Dan” said the Toad Sage.
Jiraiya closed the door and left the Hokage’s mansion and saw Shikamaru on the way out.
“Hey you’re Shikamaru aren’t you?” asked Jiraiya when he saw Shikamaru.
“Yea, do you need to talk to me about something Jiraiya-Sennin?” asked Shikamaru.
“Yes, Do you know where the Hyuga girl is?” asked The Toad Sage.
“Yea, she should be over by the Hyuga compound and if she’s not there you could look around for Neji and see if he knows where she is” said the chunin.
“Ok, thanks” said Jiraiya as he walked away.
Jiraiya walked towards the Hyuga compound and found a Hyuga girl that he recognized as Hinata.
Hinata looked towards the source of the voice and saw a man with long white hair and markings on his face which she realized was Jiraiya one of the Sennin.
“Oh, hi Jiraiya-Sennin” said Hinata getting up from her seat.
“Hey I noticed that you were crying a lot at Naruto funeral, more than the others that were crying” said Jiraiya.
Hinata’s face became very sullen at Jiraya’s words.
“It’s okay to be sad Hinata, but I don’t think Naruto would want you to stay sad” said Jiraiya.
“I just can’t get over his death, it just hurts so much” said the Hyuga girl.
“Would it help if I could give you something to remember Naruto by” said Jiraiya.
Hinata’s face became very hopeful, but she remembered even if she had something to remember him by it wouldn’t help the emptiness she felt.
“How would it help me remember him by” asked Hinata
“Well its 2 things I want to give you to remember him by and it would help you in ways you wouldn’t believe” said Jiraiya.
Hinata was desperate by this time and decided to take Jiraiya up on his offer.
“Ok, so may I ask what these 2 things are that will help me remember him by” asked Hinata.
“Well, I might have mislead you when I said they were things” said Jiraiya
Hinata was confused.
“So what do you mean by having mislead me?” asked Hinata.
“Let’s go to the training ground and I will show you what I mean” said Jiraiya.

Authors note: This is just the beginning so it’s not that good. Most of my good ideas for this story (at least to me they are good) don’t happen till later on. I would like some advice on this and how people like my writing style.
