Icha Icha: Clinical Lessons

Disclaimer: Naruto is smart, and he's fucking Shizune. Do you really think this would happen in canon?

A/N: Is it me, or have all of the Yondaime's been a bit of a bust. One tried to steal a bloodline and then had the audacity to ask for the head of the man who thwarted his attempt (although it seems he's gotten better with age, maybe it was youthful idiocy and arrogance that influenced his actions), one tried to create a weapon out of his own child, then spent several years trying to have him killed, one was being controlled by a terrorist organization and had kids killing their best friends to become Genin, and one was cut down long before his time, leaving the village back in the hands of a man way past his prime.

There will be some OOC, but if you've read my work before then you know this is mostly standard.

"BAACHAN ASKED YOU TO WHAT?!?!?!?!" Naruto yelled. Now I'm sure you're wondering what Naruto had been told that would cause him to react in such a way. To completely understand, you'd need a bit of backstory. I think going back to his 2+ year stint away from the village with Jiraiya would be a good place to start.

Escena Retrospectiva

Jiraiya watched the shirtless blond perform the chakra exercises again, a seal tag in hand in case he lost control of the fox's chakra again. He'd found that watching Naruto's seal as he tried to harness the fox's chakra was a much better warning system than the one that had resulted in the scar on his chest. He was just a tad disappointed that he'd had to use this fall back training schedule though. The boy's basic skills had been so poor that he'd had to spend almost an entire year and a half reteaching him all of the lessons that had been ruined because of foolish teachers or the brats own study habits. He was definitely going to have to talk to Iruka and Suzume about who was screwing with the boy's lessons, and if he knew the two, some heads were gonna be rolling.

While he was decidedly impressed with how much Naruto had grown (almost up to high Chuunin level) just with getting the basics mastered, he was also angry that they wouldn't have time to go beyond anything Chuunin level training unless he extended the trip. Still, knowing Naruto, even learning just basic Chuunin level skills and tactics would probably put him at a level bordering Jounin with Kage Bunshin and his unpredictability.

While that wouldn't be enough to take on a member of Akatsuki alone, so long as he had some support, Naruto would be okay until he could get him to Myobokuzan for Sage training. Jiraiya groaned. The paperwork that would fall in his lap as a result of trying to override the rule of a single Toad Sage at a time was really going to cut into his research time when they got back.

It was as Naruto was making a bit of success that Jiraiya noticed something. It was another seal, this time on his shoulder. Telling Naruto to hold the amount of chakra he had, Jiraiya crept over, and began studying the seal. It was a suppression seal, but it had nothing to do with the Kyuubi's seal. Deciding to see what the hell it did, Jiraiya studied it some, and after deciding that it wasn't harmful, he began to release portions of the seal. Ten minutes later, he'd decided that this wasn't some seal an angry Konoha nin had placed on him. This was placed by a seal master, one of incredible skill, and since he knows that he hadn't done it, it had to have been Minato or sensei. His money was on the old monkey, because Minato wouldn't have had the time to place an extra seal on him after using the Shiki Fuuin. This meant it was done to protect him, but from what he didn't know.

Well he had an idea...a Jinchuuriki that showed shinobi talent would have been made into a weapon, just like what Iwa had tried to do to old Roushi, and neither Sarutobi nor Minato would have approved of that. Once he'd finally removed the seal, and deemed that there were no ill effects, they resumed their training; moving on to some basic sealing. Even though the boy didn't have the mind for the true art, item sealing was basic enough that Naruto should have been able to understand. Mere minutes after removing the seals, Jiraiya noticed a drastic change in his student's intelligence. Naruto had shown a rapid understanding of material that would have taken him hours, and a severe dumbing down of the lecture, to finally grasp.

A week later Naruto discovered the hidden ability of Kage Bunshin, and his training began to accelerate at a pace that had even Jiraiya stunned.

As Naruto walked through the streets, he couldn't help feel a little uncomfortable at the looks he was getting. Where before there was anger, hatred, and a whole host of other like-minded synonyms, now there was shock, fear, and something else from many women that he didn't quite recognize; something that scared him. Being smarter was a blessing, but it was also a bit of a double edged sword in certain circumstances. Sure he'd found things easier to comprehend, he knew and remembered things more easily, and he was all around smarter than before, but he was also able to observe and better understand things he'd previously overlooked. Sure this was one of his best pranks ever, but some of the looks he was getting kind of killed his thunder. He didn't like the predatory looks he was getting; they unnerved him more than Gaara had when he'd first met him.

Deciding he'd had enough of the disturbing looks, he took to the rooftops, and bolted towards the large building at the base of the Hokage Monument. It took almost no time to get there, and as he entered the Hokage Tower, he noticed several of the shinobi giving him double takes. Funny how a change of wardrobe could bring out a resemblance that had already been there for twelve years. He'd learned on his trip that the Fourth Hokage was his father (apparently the shinobi of Hidden Rock were able to see the obvious resemblance), and had taken up a similar outfit, but without the Jounin vest.

The orange pants he wore were taped as they went into black sandals. He wore a long sleeved orange shirt underneath, which was just a bit looser than the standard Anbu tops. His cloak was the same make as his father's, but with a different design. While it still had the flames at the hem, they were smaller, and they were orange against a black backdrop. He had the Uzumaki Clan symbol across the back, as well as a Nine Tailed Fox beneath it in a fighting crouch, tails fanned out behind it. As he passed the secretary's desk, he noticed that the normal attendant was missing. In her place was his neechan, Shizune. Smiling, Naruto walked up to the desk, and said.

"Heya neechan," Although his voice was a bit deeper than it had been, only one person in the village called her sister. Without looking up, she replied.

"Hey Naruto, glad you're back." She replied, reading through some papers.

"So, how ya doing?" Naruto asked.

"Busy, the normal secretary is out on maternal leave, and I have to fill in on top of my duties at the hospital." With a sigh, she set her pen down, and rubbed her eyes. Looking up with a smile, she froze when she saw her long time crush. A massive blush spread over her cheeks, and she almost stuttered until she saw Naruto's confused look and his whisker marks. "S-sorry, Naruto-kun, you just startled me. My, you look just like the Yondaime like that."

"Yeah, well, I figured my dad looked pretty good in this, so maybe I would too."

"Your father?" Shizune asked. Naruto gave her a huge fox grin.

"Yeah, Ero-Sennin finally told me who my parents were."

Shizune's blush burned even brighter if it was possible. To find out that her little brother was not only the son of her biggest crush, but looked just like him. This was going to be a problem. Reigning in her wayward emotions, Shizune stood, and gave Naruto a big hug. Regardless of how awkward things were sure to get, it was still good to have him back, she just hoped he couldn't feel how hard her nipples were getting. Backing up, she said.

"Hang on, I'll let Tsunade-sama know you're here." Shizune pressed a button on the desk, and in a slightly shaky voice said. "Tsunade-sama, you have a visitor, and he's got a huge surprise for you."

When the voice called to send them in, Shizune gave another blush filled smile to Naruto, and sent him in. Naruto, for his part, was trying to figure out what was wrong. Her face was red as a tomato, was neechan getting sick? Naruto figured he'd find out eventually, and went on in. Too bad he didn't realize how soon that would be. When he entered the room, Tsunade was hunched over her desk.

"Give me a second, I'm almost done." When she was done with the form, she looked up, and had the same reaction as Shizune, only without the blush. "Minato?"

"You haven't gone senile while I was gone, have you baachan?" Naruto answered with a question of his own. Naruto felt a fist in his head, before he went poof, revealing an identical blond behind him.

"I told you don't call me that, brat." She answered.

Taking a better look, Tsunade noticed that while the make of the outfit was mostly the same, the color scheme was all wrong. There was only one person on the planet who wore that much orange; although she was glad to see it was at least toned down, and darker than that eyesore he'd left in. "Hmm, you look good; I'm guessing Jiraiya told you about your parents."

"Yep, and he told me why I wasn't supposed to know until next year." Tsunade raised her eyebrow.

"So why did he tell you so soon?" Naruto grinned, before using his Oiroke no Jutsu. In a lusty voice, he replied.

"Because that pervs weaknesses are pathetically obvious." Naruto turned back, not bothering to mention that it was his new improved version that had forced Jiraiya's hand. "Not to mention, we did get chased out of Earth Country by a bunch of angry Iwa ninja."

"I take it you noticed the awkward stares." Naruto nodded. "I think that this is your best prank ever, the people are just now starting to see the obvious."

"Yeah, but a lot of the looks were kind of creepy too, like they wanted to eat me. That reminds me, though, Shizune-neechan was acting really weird." He explained. "Her face was red, and she was stuttering like Hinata used to around me."

Yes folks, while Naruto may be smarter, he's still terribly naive about women. Tsunade then did something that Naruto wasn't expecting; she burst out laughing.

"This is going to be interesting." Naruto gave her his famous squint look. "Naruto, Shizune used to have a major crush on your father. She always lost her composure, and fell apart around him. She even fainted a few times." Naruto blushed at the implications, realizing these were the same actions of a certain shy, indigo haired girl he knew. "Now you come back looking just like him, this must really be bothering her. I bet her face was red as a tomato." Naruto's increasing blush was all the answer she needed.

"Are you telling me that she might have a crush on me now?" Naruto asked.

"I doubt it, but your resemblance has definitely brought up some feelings she thought she had buried. I remember when your father started seeing your mother. She told me that if she couldn't have him, she was going to marry Minato's son, if he had one. I think she was about 13 at the time." Naruto got a look on his face that Tsunade knew meant trouble for her former pupil. "Just don't over do it. We don't need a bunch of love sick older women, especially kunoichi, trying to rape you." Naruto gave her a confused look. The busty woman stretched her stiff muscles, before sighing. "You don't honestly think that Shizune is the only woman in the village that had a crush on your father. He had a bigger following than that bastard Uchiha."

Naruto groaned. If there was one thing he never envied about Sasuke, it was the fangirls; with the exception of Sakura, he was man enough to admit.

"So, I take it your training was good," Tsunade said. "Jiraiya didn't run off to perv it up when he should have been teaching you."

"He was on his best behavior." Naruto said. "Well, for him anyway."

"That's not saying much." Tsunade quipped. Switching gears, she said. "I got a letter a few months ago that you started using Kage Bunshin to train."

"Yeah, and with my ability to create hundreds at a time, I got several more years out of my training than normal. While I was able to concentrate on strengthening my body, and increasing my speed and agility, my clones were learning different Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and even Fuuinjutsu. Imagine, having a hundred clones working on Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Fuuinjutsu each, for two years, and then spending all that time working solely on my physical abilities. Ero-Sennin even had me using a hundred or more clones working on strategy, learning different subjects, and even playing shogi against each other. There was no point in learning Genjutsu, because even with fifty clones working on it, I was hopeless. The only good that came of that, is that I can dispel just about anything short of high A-rank Genjutsu just as well as the Byakugan or Sharingan can."

"By the way, where is that pervert?" Tsunade asked, just noticing his absense

"I dunno." Naruto said shrugging. "He was mumbling about toads and paperwork before he just up and left."

Tsunade's eyes widened. Was he doing what she thought he was? Shaking her head, she looked at Naruto and smiled.

"Well come here, and give me a hug, brat." She said standing. "I missed you. It'll be good having you around again."

Naruto gave the woman a large bear-hug, before leaving her to her paperwork...but not before commenting how maybe she should use Kage Bunshin to help her with her paperwork, since she'd still get the memories back. Tsunade stared into space for a few seconds, before grinning. Looked like she owed the pervert a bottle of sake.

Naruto had been back for little over two months, and that time had been filled with more drama and weirdness than should be normal for a single person. Almost from the day he returned, he'd been chased down by women who'd thought he was the Yondaime returned. Kunoichi had started to give him the eye, some a little more aggressively than others. Even the two women- both single mothers- who'd talked so badly about him that day he'd failed his third Academy exam were even trying to catch his attention.

He'd luckily been called away on a mission to help Suna rescue Gaara from Akatsuki; although the looks Sakura kept giving him made him nervous. She seemed angry at him for some reason, and even more so when Temari had commented on him having grown up nicely. Luckily the ensuing battle had taking his mind off things, and they'd thankfully been able to get rid of two Akatsuki members. When Chiyo-baa brought Gaara back to life, Naruto was glad that his friend was still around, but got really nervous when Gaara's...friend...Matsuri hugged him in thanks. He really didn't like the look Sakura was giving them.

Once he'd gotten back, it seemed like someone had officially declared it Naruto hunting season. Again he'd been saved by an out of Konoha mission, but given what happened afterward, well, he rather felt the mission was a waste of time.

Sasuke was being even more of an asshole than he remembered, and Naruto was seriously questioning his resolve to bring the bastard back. On the way home, he'd been trying to remember whether he'd specified a condition Sasuke had to be in when he brought him back, and cursed himself for thinking that. That he'd even considered euthanizing Sasuke wasn't lost on the blond.

So it was back to the village, and back to being the prey of almost every woman he encountered. He'd done quite well for himself, dodging the numerous women, young and old, who wanted to bed the Yondaime look alike- who they had also learned was his son. It had taken two whole weeks for someone to finally corner the blond, and just as his luck would have it, it was two women in Anbu. From the way that they were able to keep up, they had to be of Jounin level, and that would make escaping them with noone harmed very difficult. Luckily for Naruto, Tsunade had found him just as they'd finally torn his pants off, and escorted him to the hospital.

Naruto found himself sitting on a hospital bed, nude from the waist down. What made this even more awkward was that Tsunade was reaching towards his crotch.

"Why do you have to do this, baachan?" Naruto whined, reverting to his old self for a moment. "Couldn't you have someone else do this, it's awkward."

"Look Naruto," The older woman sighed. "I only trust four medics other than myself to do this exam. You know as well as I do that having Sakura do this would have been more awkward than with me, Hinata likely would have bled herself to death, if she was even awake long enough to do the exam, and unless you want all of Konoha to become aware of this monster, then Ino is out of the question."

Naruto had no choice but to agree with her points. While his crush on Sakura had dwindled, Naruto could admit to finding her, Hinata, and Ino very attractive; especially after having seen how much they'd grown in his absense (Hinata in a major way). Being naked and alone with any of them would have given him bad thoughts that would have given him an erection. That would have made things extremely weird between he he and Sakura, and likely gotten him hit.

With Hinata's recent fainting spells around him being accompanied by a nosebleed, seeing his privates would have probably resulted in the exam not being done, and likely her hospitalization; how he'd been completely oblivious to her feelings, he didn't know. It was just too bad that Hinata gave off that little sister vibe. No matter how hot she looked now, or what effect she had on his body, that just wasn't his thing.

Ino, well, Ino never could really keep a secret unless it pertained to village security, and him being gifted in such a way would have been the biggest piece of gossip to fall into her lap since Asuma and Kurenai were outted as being a couple. A thought then occurred to him.

"You said there were four people that you trusted, so why can't Shizune-neechan do it?" Whatever he was expecting, it wasn't for his obaachan to laugh.

"You really don't want her to do this right now. Hell, you'd be better off with one of the other three." Naruto looked at her with a confused glare. "Naruto, it's been awhile for Shizune." Naruto raised an eyebrow that plainly told her he needed more info to understand.

"The last time that Shizune got laid was with a young man she met over a decade ago, regardless of my urging her to get that itch scratched." Naruto huffed, wanting her to get to the point.

"Long story short, with her being extremely 'frustrated', and you looking like her biggest crush; if Shizune had seen this, she might not have been able to control herself, and she'd have likely raped you." For some reason, the thought of Shizune having her way with him seemed kind of nice, and his exposed organ reflected that. "I sincerely hope that isn't for me, Naruto." Tsunade quipped.

"Hey, you still look pretty good for an old hag." Naruto answered cheekily.

'Especially with those watermelons stuffed in your top.' Naruto nearly gasped at the voice in his head, before shaking away the thoughts. 'Damn Ero-Sennin.'

"Ero-Sennin isn't the only guy I've seen stare at your chest. When we were in Suna, Gai-sensei said that your beauty inspired Lee to enter the Summertime of Manhood." Naruto added, causing Tsunade to snort.

Now a little more relaxed, the exam went off without a problem. Naruto still blushed, and had an erection during the entire exam; after all, he did have an attractive woman (regardless of the fact he knew she was old) holding onto his penis, with her other hand wrapped around this balls squeezing gently. He was certainly glad when that was over, although, Tsunade's hands had felt kind of good down there. When Tsunade was taking her latex gloves off, she asked.

"Tell me, have you ever been taught where babies come from?" Naruto shuddered.

"I know the basic gist of the process, but I'm unfamiliar with the act itself." Naruto answered. "Ero-Sennin tried, but that turned into peeping stories, and was more traumatizing than reading his smut books." Personally, Naruto thought that if the pervert actually took the time to develop the plot more, and make his smut just a bit more believable, then he'd have a much better product. "When he started talking about the time he peeped on my parents, I just tuned him out."

Tsunade smiled evilly. 'Perfect, and I think I have just the teacher in mind.' In her mind, she could see the chaos that Shizune teaching Naruto about sex would cause. Then again, they might actually hit it off.

Later, she called Shizune into her office to tell her the news, prompting a rather predictable reaction. She woke up an hour later, and immediately began protesting. After much yelling, screaming, crying, the frightening of several errand boys, the use of massive amounts of Killing Intent which caused several hardened Jounin to wet themselves- but had little effect on Shizune- and finally, a small bout of threatening (involving Maito Gai being told that Shizune found spandex to be very sexy), Shizune reluctantly agreed. She'd teach Naruto about sex, but she also warned Tsunade that should something happen, she couldn't be held responsible for her actions. While the comment was muttered, Tsunade heard it, and smirked.

'That's what I'm counting on.'

Escena Retrospectiva Final

And thus we find ourselves back where we started. For those of you just joining us, or who skipped the plot to get to the action, Naruto had asked for confirmation of Tsunade's request in his typical 'I just got something weird sprung on me' manner.

"She asked me to teach you about sex, Naruto." Shizune replied her voice breathy, and her heart racing.

Seeing Naruto looking so much like Minato was bad enough, she'd already been feeling things for him that she knew she shouldn't because of his father, but then she'd started having feelings for him that couldn't be blamed on Minato Namikaze. Now Tsunade had her teaching Naruto about sex, disguised as The Talk. She knew that her Lady was up to something, but she also knew that this was something that Naruto needed to know as well. She just hoped she could restrain herself. Regardless of certain thoughts and mutterings she may have committed, she still felt it would be highly unprofessional to take advantage of such a situation, and indulge in such actions.

Taking a few deep calming breaths, Shizune asked, "Ano, could you tell me what you know, so we don't have to discuss this more than necessary?"

Looking at her with a slightly fearful expression, Naruto answered, "Well, I know that sex is usually between a man and a woman, and that it's supposed to feel really good. Um, I know that's how babies are made, but I don't know how, or much of anything else."

In her mind, Shizune was screaming bloody murder. Not only would she have to describe the process of creation, but she'd have to teach him about the parts involved, the act itself, and pregnancy prevention (1).

"Well, since I'm pretty sure you're familiar with the male parts of the equation, I'll just go over what part they play." Naruto nodded, still a little embarrassed by the conversation. "I guess, all you really need to know is that the sperm, which carries the male's DNA, is produced and stored in the testicles until their ready for use. They travel through a series of tubes, and eventually mix with the semen which provides the nutrients to help them on their journey. Finally the combined fluid comes out through the penis." Naruto nodded his understanding, and she continued.

"Now, I know this may be a bit embarrassing for you Naruto-kun, but I was told to explain this as well." Naruto gave her a look of trepidation, as she pulled out a scroll, and unrolled it. Drawn on the scroll, was the inside of the female reproductive system. "This is the entire female reproductive system, but unless you plan on becoming a medic, there's really only a few parts you need to worry about." Taking a breath, she explained. "Now, the female reproductive system is divided into three main parts: the ovaries, vagina, and uterus. At certain intervals, the ovaries, which produce the female's eggs, release an egg. The egg then passes into a waiting area of sorts, where it will remain until either fertilization, or menstruation. Once fertilized, the zygote will pass through the fallopian tube into the uterus, and attach to the Uterine Wall. The uterus is attached to the vagina through the cervix." Coming upon a term he didn't know, Naruto asked her about it. "Well, the cervix is the further most point in the vagina, the last barrier between the vagina and the uterus, or womb." Each point is punctuated by Shizune pointing to each part as she describes its function.

"The vagina, as I'm sure you're aware, is where the penis goes in. Once the penis ejaculates, the sperm travels the vagina, through the cervix and across the length of the uterus, into the fallopian tubes, towards the egg. The sperm then penetrates and merges with the egg, fertilizing it."

Shizune paused, before swiftly rushing onto the next part. "Okay, now we'll move onto the actual act." Naruto's eyes widened. "I'm sorry, but Tsunade-sama said I had to explain anything you didn't know." With that, she unrolled the scroll some more. There before his eyes, was the most detailed depiction of a woman's vagina that he'd ever seen. Naruto sat mesmerized by the sight, and explanation of it.

While his mind subconsciously stored the information, Naruto found himself unable to keep from wondering if Shizune's looked like that. This was followed by thoughts of when he'd started thinking of Shizune that way. 'Man I'd have been more comfortable with baachan doing this; at least then I could have reminded myself that she was old.'

When the description was over, there were five things that had stuck out in his mind. First was the clitoris, how sensitive it was, and its location. Second was that the girl had to be wet before you put it in, or it would be uncomfortable. Third, oral sex was a good way to get in the mood, as well as a way to get lubed and ready for intercourse. Fourth was the anus, and that there were actually people that liked to have sex there; which he thought was really weird. Finally, and he felt this was one of the most important things, was the issue with the hymen. He'd never known that there was a barrier there a woman's first time, or that it would hurt so much for them. She said that for some lucky women, they won't have to worry about it, but most do.

While he'd been tempted to ask if all women looked like the picture, he figured that such a question would be rude, and that it was highly unlikely. He'd groaned when she told him that any more details he wanted about the act of sex itself, like tips and tricks, could be found in Jiraiya's books. No matter how pervy the Sage and his books were, they had some very good techniques. He'd been tempted by the brunette again, this time to ask her how she knew that.

"Okay, now I'm going to teach you about birth control." Shizune said. "There are many different types, but the most effective is of course not doing it. If you must, there are many ways that are very good at protecting you. There is a pill that women can take, but it only protects against pregnancy, not diseases. Next are condoms, which most civilians use. While they work very well against pregnancy and disease, they are not 100 percent, and unless you get a top quality brand, then you may as well not use one at all, for all the good it will do you. The Contraception Jutsu is mostly for on the spot, good for a few hours, and prevents most of the sexually transmitted diseases you hear about running rampant in those seedy brothels. The hand seals are Tori, Tora, Hitsuji, Saru, and Inu. If done right, your hands will glow a greenish color, just a bit lighter than medical chakra. You complete the jutsu by placing your hand over the woman's abdomen or the man's testicles, and it creates a protective chakra barrier that neutralizes the sperm. The last is a type of herb concoction that most kunoichi use. It's good for three months, and protects even better than the jutsu against both disease and pregnancy. There's only one disease that is capable of beating the herbal method, and that's cured easily by a topical cream. Although, I'd still be careful of who you sleep with; I've heard it's a rather uncomfortable affliction to have, because the treatment burns."

'Although, with the Kyuubi, I doubt that you'll have to worry about any diseases...' She thought.

Smiling at Naruto, she asked. "Did you get all that?" Naruto gave her a grin that made her heart skip a beat. 'Kami-sama he looks so much like him, I can barely control myself.'

"Yep, every single detail." Naruto replied.

"Okay, now I want you to try the Contrception Jutsu a couple times to make sure you have it down." Naruto did the seals, and got a shock when his hands lit up in green flames."

"That's just a bit too much, chakra. Try it again, but with less chakra." It took a few more tries for Naruto to get it, but once he had, Shizune congratulated him.

"Now I want you to use it on me. We'll need to get an estimate of about how long you need to hold it for the jutu to fully take. If you use it on yourself, you'll feel a light tingle, but I wouldn't recommend it. I've heard it makes a man too sensitive to perform well."

Naruto blushed, before placing her hand on Shizune's abdomen. What she'd neglected to mention, was that it was also mildly arousing for women too; Naruto's jutsu seemed to be even more so , because she was very wet now. Once she felt the tingle that signified the jutsu had worked, she told him that his estimated time was about three seconds. Naruto made a mental note to hold it for a five count just to be sure.

"So, is that all?" Naruto asked.

'Oh screw it; I'll probably never get another chance. And since I had him use the prevention jutsu on me, I don't have to worry about getting pregnant.' Making a bold decision, Shizune went to her office door, and locked it. Afterward, she ran through some seals that caused the room to glow blue.
