:meh: I wanted to make it longer but since i couldn't i may just do another. hehe. she wanted mermaids and i must admit it's such a fun idea even if i didn't do it justice.XDXD also my SasuNaru day submission.

[Do mermaids have a heaven?] well they believe in Greek gods, and in Hades realm there was three sections one of which could be reffed to as a type of heaven.

Naruto rested his head against a large rock watching the waves come up and splash against the surface. “so this is where you swam off too.” Naruto leaned back staring at his best friend to came up to him. Naruto smiled brightly as the other mumbled something about disliking the surface, that was only because Sasuke was so pale and disliked the sun the only time the other male would come up to the surface was to get Naruto and drag him back down. Though Naruto had thought he bought himself some time up here when he told the mermaids where Sasuke was hiding out this morning.

“let’s go Naruto a swim anything other than lazing around up here.” the male frowned as he saw a seagull, his natural enemy the little fuckers always attacked him for some damn reason, maybe it had something to do with him calling them stupid all the time, not just them, just about every land animal decided that they disliked the Uchiha.

“Go ahead Sasuke; I want to stay up here for a bit.” Naruto snickered as the bird seemed to be staring down his friend.

Sasuke glared at the creature keeping his eye contact he wouldn’t risk it trying to go on him again. He preferred having Naruto by his side at all times to keep any girls from trying to get Naruto as a mate, though they wouldn’t come up here so he guessed it was okay. “Just don’t take too long.” that was his way of saying be careful, he hated to admit that he could worry about another person so much but he did.

Naruto’s smile widened as Sasuke left the male seemed to worry about him a lot; however he already knew that if it was anyone else coming up here Sasuke wouldn’t bother with them. Naruto never really knew how to describe there….well there friendship… Naruto leaned against the rock he and Sasuke spent every possible moment together aside from these rare times when he would let Naruto be to enjoy some time on the surface.

But after 22 years neither of them had chosen a mate or even talked about taking one, in fact Sasuke avoided the mermaids like some sort of evil sea serpents and Naruto hadn’t really thought about it before this morning when he overheard his parents talking about the fact that he had yet to choose anyone.

He didn’t seem to be interested in a mate and having offspring he wasn’t ready for that, and to be honest he really didn’t see it happening.

Though he never asked why Sasuke hadn’t, he could have any mermaid that he wanted he was handsome a fast swimmer his upper body was very attractive… or so he heard many of the girls say… then he had a long black fin Naruto liked how the color matched his hair and eyes. They were the same size actually, weren’t they, only their colors were different… wait… he wasn’t sure what that had to do with anything.

Naruto shook his head, well either way he wouldn’t worry about it right now.

Naruto’s eyes caught something floating, his curiosity peeked, he quickly moved towards it.

Gaara stared in disbelief, he wasn’t sure what to say or think his life was saved… by a mermaid- merman? He wasn’t sure, maybe he was dead, the male was sexy aside from the golden tail, no it made him look stunning… though that wasn’t the issue, he just found out mermen were real he didn’t know what to say. He just stared into the sky blues whiskered marked face and that smile. He really had to be dead surly that was it.

He eyed the blond carefully the male inspecting his legs and body like it was the first time seeing someone like him… well someone with legs.

“What’s it like?”

Gaara looked back into bright blues. “What?” there was that bright smile again. “What’s it like? You know using these.” Naruto poked at the redheads legs.

Gaara leaned forward running his finger over the fin. “What’s it like having this?”

Naruto’s eyes lit up as he grinned.

Naruto looked around the corner he didn’t see Sasuke or anyone, that was good, he didn’t need a lecture right now. Gaara was bringing him something called ramen he was looking forward to trying it and watching a movie, the humans were so exciting-- and he knew Sasuke would only scold him for befriending and meeting with a human. So he had to keep it a secret it made him feel bad for doing so, however he didn’t see how he was really hurting anything. He would make it up to Sasuke somehow, however that could wait till later.

Naruto came to a quick stop when he saw Sasuke’s older brother talking with him, it was unusual, the two hardly talked-- he didn’t have time but he was curious. Naruto got a little bit closer, maybe he would just see if it was something bad, then if not he would go.

“It’s very easy little brother.”

“Anyway, why should I care? What reason do I have to change into a human?”

“You just got to concentrate is all I’m saying you may need the ability.” Itachi chuckled turning and swimming off as Naruto pressed himself against the rock he was hiding behind him.

Was Itachi telling the truth? That was amazing! Why didn’t he ever know that, this was amazing, that meant.. That meant he could go places with Gaara instead of sitting on the beach, he couldn’t wait to tell Gaara this, oh, this was great. Naruto quickly started towards the shore.

Sasuke hit a rock what the hell did that have to do with anything. What did that have to do with Naruto ditching and hiding things from…him… no way Naruto couldn’t be, could he? He would have said something, but he knew how much Sasuke hated going to the surface therefore Naruto was going off on his own. ‘Damn it’ he needed to find Naruto…

Gaara watched in amusement as Naruto kicked his new feet in the water a large grin on his face as he did so though Gaara’s eyes slowly moved up the lightly colored legs trailing up more he smirked Naruto was really sexy. “Since I can walk now. Gaara we can have some real fun right?” Naruto’s grin widened.

“We need to get you some clothes first.” though he really didn’t mind a naked Naruto…

Sasuke growled as he stepped onto the land, falling over as he did. “What the Hades is the point of these damn things.” he growled again in frustration. “This is just pointless, why would Naruto want to use these cursed things.”

He took a deep breath after he growled, again twenty minutes of trying and he still couldn’t get the damn things to work the way they were supposed to. Not that he knew how, he just assumed he would figure it out once he got up here. It wasn’t working, and he needed it to, because he needed to find Naruto.

Sasuke stood again falling face first. “I hate you Poseidon.” Sasuke growled in the sand…

“Hey you okay?” Sasuke growled as he heard a female voice approaching, he growled yet again… “Why?”

Naruto couldn’t contain his joy as they continued roaming the city, all the places they had visited. He never knew they had so many interesting things on the surface. It was a lot of fun he wondered if he could ever get Sasuke up here with him, if he could maybe Sasuke would have a little bit of fun.

Naruto stopped in front of a building with flashing lights a wide grin crossing his face when he read the sign ‘arcade’. “Let’s go in.” he turned bright eyed to Gaara who nodded with a smirk, it was surprisingly easy to please Naruto this was going better than he could ever imagine.

Sasuke adjusted the black tank top shirt after he tied the shorts. He got the clothes he was wearing from a blushing young female who also gave him a wad of cash, he really wasn’t sure what good the cash was for though he didn’t care she said it was for the view then walked away giggling. After giving him some paper with numbers scribbled on it, which was immediately tossed, though the cash was in his pocket he really wasn’t sure what he would do with it, but figured it was to humans what pearls and clams were to sea people, it may come in handy depending on how long it took to find Naruto.

His eyes were shifting back and forth as he searched for the said male, ignoring the sights, the sounds, and smell of land living. He needed to know what was so great about land living, that Naruto would sneak away and ditch him to be here, and so far he just didn’t see the appeal to it.

Sea people held hands and kissed… wait… Sasuke stopped approaching the shelve he lifted the book that had to males kissing. How the hell did two males mate? They didn’t lay eggs, were there other ways they didn’t know about? Sasuke flipped through the book staring at each drawing…

“There’s better yaoi manga’s in the back of the store more explicit.” the male with a mask smiled as he approached Sasuke. “There a lot better than these one.”

Sasuke found himself following the male; maybe, he should take a break from looking just for a few moments.

Sasuke stepped out of the store as the sun was setting maybe Naruto was on his way back to the sea he usually was back before then.

He started back towards the beach he hoped Naruto was back, he-- well had some new found clarity on things and he must say if it really worked like that, he wouldn’t mind being on land. Also that guy named Kakashi offered him a job and was insightful on a lot of things, he seemed to know what Sasuke wanted to ask but couldn’t. Though he would think on that it really more or less depended on if it really was as good as that guy and those books made it out to be…

Naruto sat next to Gaara on the beach, Naruto finishing the last of the chocolate off as they stared at the sun set. “Thanks Gaara maybe next week I can get my friend to come along.” Naruto snickered he would really enjoy watching Sasuke try to walk for the first time that would be a lot of fun he was sure.

Gaara stared at Naruto if the other brought someone with him this may be his last chance then, with a smirk Gaara pulled Naruto into his lap. “There’s much better things a human body can do.” his smirk widened as his hands moved cupping Naruto’s ass.

“Oh, yeah?” Naruto stared blankly at the other male what was it with humans and that area of a body he had seen a lot of people touch other people there; he didn’t see the appeal of it. Then again if Sasuke had an ass as Gaara stated he would probably grab at it too, man, he really wanted to see Sasuke with legs.

“Mate.” Naruto furrowed his brows sitting up. “Since when?”

“Does it matter?”

“No, I just think I should know these things Sasuke, besides Gaara’s just a friend.” Naruto stood arching a brow at Sasuke. “you’re up here!” all the other thoughts escaped his mind, like mate and his friend’s possessiveness as he tackled Sasuke into the sand. “I didn’t think you would come up here on your own.” Naruto grinned.

“hm.” Sasuke frowned.

“So how can we be mates huh?” Naruto’s grinned, he liked that idea he didn’t even have to think about it, he would just trust his friend/mate to have a plan. “Oh, I don’t want kids though, not sure if that still qualifies with us both males or not.”

Sasuke brought a hand up to rub his temple, only Naruto would say something like that, even to him it sounded absurd. “Out of everything that’s all you can think of?”

“It’s just its an awesome day and I like you so I don’t see any reason to protest to it, sides if you came all the way up here just to say that, it means you’re serious, so no I don’t have any other problems, I just wanna know how two guys can mate.”

“Oh, well then if you’re happy with it, you’ll be really happy knowing we stay on land to do it.” Sasuke smirked as he grabbed Naruto’s arm rolling him over so he was hovering over Naruto. He looked up smirking to see the redhead walking away, other than that, the beach was empty he really was lucky, today couldn’t get any better. He couldn’t even remember why he didn’t like it up here anymore.


“First Naruto clothes need to come off.” this got better and better, Sasuke leaned back, slowly peeling off his clothes, Naruto nodded though Sasuke didn’t see it. Quickly taking his shoes and clothes off, however he kept his eyes focused on Sasuke’s body. This was the first time he was seeing Sasuke like this-- both males stayed silent as they stared at each other’s naked bodies, Naruto’s hands stretched out pulling Sasuke down on him, lips connecting.

Naruto blinked a few more times thinking about it, he did care for Sasuke more than anyone else so he guessed there was no harm in trying it. “fine.” but so help him if it hurt he would do the same to Sasuke to make him pay.

Sasuke smiled almost darkly as he leaned down smashing their lips together. As his finger trailed back to its destination, tongues entangled in a heated kiss as Sasuke’s middle finger slowly started probing the puckered entrance.

Naruto grunted but pulled Sasuke’s head closer when the other tried to end the kiss. It wasn’t so bad, it wasn’t great either all there was really was a slight pressure. However it was bearable so long as Sasuke’s tongue stayed in this mouth.

Naruto pushed his hips down as Sasuke’s knee slipped in the sand causing Naruto to cry out at the almost dizzy feeling that filled him, he didn’t know how to explain it, he just knew-, “Sasuke m-more, right there again.”

Sasuke‘s smirk widened. “Because if we go back I can’t put my cock-,” Sasuke was cut off my Naruto jumping over the table covering his mouth with both hands, as people stopped staring at the loud crashing noise of both males hitting the floor.

“Is that the only reason!” Sasuke nodded as Naruto’s brow twitched. Why? Why did he want to be human in the first place? Because of that he turned his best friend/ now lover into a pervert.
