Many people pull the sad, depressed Naruto in their stories, but many of them don't portray it well, or just have a horrible writing style. From this first chapter, I would say your doing a good job of avoiding both of those things. Keep up the good work, and I hope you recieve a lot of positive feedback.

Wow. Confused about something though. I though Yondamie (sp) died after sealing the Kyuubi in the technique that Sandaime (sp) used that steals your soul. So how could the photo exist with Naruto as a baby? I thought that Naruto was born in the middle of the battle or before it and that the whiskers came from the seal? Oh well. Anyways love the fic. Keep up the awesome work. Now git and work on it. coolsa.
