Good start, definite potential. I don't know why you said it's an overused plot, I don't remember reading any other stories similar except for SasuNaru being the pairing and it being an mpreg. And that leads into what I found the be my problem with this story, there are soooo many SasuNaru mpregs already. I really want to see one that is NejiNaru, ItaNaru, or GaaNaru. But whatever it's your story so you'll go with whatever pairing you like best. Though if your ever looking to write another mpreg story, I would love to see one of those pairings if your willing. You are planning for Naruto to be the pregnant one right? Because anything else seems a litle hard to explain, at least to me. Your grammer and your spelling is very good, I'm noticing the quality of writing is getting a bit better around here. I'm wondering if it's a trend:D Anyways I can't wait to see where this story is going to go. How is he going to use Sasuke? If Naruto is going to be pregnant how is he going to do this mission? If he does this mission while pregnant will there be problems? So many things this story makes me wonder about and that's a good thing. So yea, great start and please update very soon.
