For some reason my review didn't show up, but I wanted to say that I've enjoyed all the new chapters since the last time.
The pace of the story feels right to me and I especialy like your characterisation of Gaara.
Can't wait for the next chapter and Happy New Year

Interesting twist now... I wonder... nyan! What are you conjuring in that wicked fanfic writer mind...nyan? Tut, Tut... dont tell me, nyan!! Show me!! And.. btw... I want to read a lemon soon... The tension between those two is thick enough to be cut with a knife... poor Hokage san needs to let go of his stress... ne? and I am sure Gaara being such a good friend is more than willing to help... ne? So, a lemonade please? with lots of sugary sourness, ne? I almost cant wait!!
Oh, the ambush at the lake was a great scene... I got a bit confused with the attacking Kiba, but after reading the scene twice I was able to understand... When they mentioned Kiba being seriously hurt I was like WTF? but it was so cool!! nyan!! Assertive Gaara... nice!!! and cute!!! >.< *squee!!!*

I'm on chapter 3 at the moment. I'm enjoying the progression of the story, but feel that the grammar needs a second check before posting. It's a little confusing to read through, when there are so many misplaced possessives and disagreeing verb tenses.

Sooo close..mm..kisss...heh..I decided to keep reviewing while I have time. Vacation soon over -tear- Demo, why did you have Naruto out in danger when he can't use his chakra!?! Well..he DID have Gaara to protect him so I guess I won't hurt you ^_- No more teasing, even if I want to know why the group us attacking Naru. I don't want him to feel so guilty anymore, no one blames him but himself...right? Anyways, continue on, some smut would be nice by the way.

Sorry it's been a while - I haven't had a chance to review any earlier than this before and I'm reviewing before work so unfortunately I'll have to cut it short
Anyhow just wanted to say I've really enjoyed the new chapters and Gaara steadily making his move on Naruto. I'd love to see how this all plays out and can't wait to read chapter 11
