I agree with pretty much everything you said in your notes. The only thing I disagree with is Sasuke being likable.
Personally I hate him to such a degree I almost couldn't watch/read the series. Part of the reason I enjoy reading you're fic is that Sasuke is utterly evil and I get to hate him remorselessly for cannon acts and for what you’re making him do. Maybe that isn't your intention but as far as I'm concerned any fic where I can hate Sasuke, he has to be quite in character.
But yeah, keep writing!

I loved your essay on Sasuke in the Author's note but don't get the wrong idea, I love your story too actually I adore it. Bastard Sasuke is so intriguing.

Anywho, you mentioned something in your thesis that you wrote this story because it was something you would enjoy reading and that's really what writing should be all about. The fanfics I write are all stories that I, myself, would read because if I wouldn't enjoy reading them then I wouldn't enjoy writing them.

So, keep at it and remember to enjoy it.

Aww man... Naruto :S... and Shino umm does that means that he'd like to be with Naruto after his final comment? Sasuke - well, what can I say I mean is he just sleeping with Shino because Naruto won't sleep with him? Call me dmb but I'm as clueless as Naruto and the fic's making me really sad - which I supposes is good lol because I guess that's the reaction you're going for (Hina no baka, it's called angst!) Anyway, really liking this one so I'll be looking out for the update ^_^

I don’t know why but this brought a smile to my face! I was like: “And he probably will Sasuke.”
Sometimes when I read fictions Sasuke always depend on that Naruto is going to stay with him for all eternity - Just because Naruto loves him. But somehow I don’t feel like this is the case in this story. I don’t think that Naruto going to stay whit Sasuke if he keeps doing what he is doing… and you said it yourself:

“Please, keep in mind, we do have a damaged, vulnerable Naruto in this fic and not a vengeful Naruto (at least not yet….;-)”

At least not yet. - That made me strangely happy! And I can wait for more of this fiction!^^
It so dark and intense - even if in some parts I don’t really get Sasuke’s arguments and wants to strangle the living shit out of him. Just hope the “at least not yet” - comes soon!^^

Loving the fiction!

oooh I like this, and I can get Sasuke...it really is never about love, not really, to those who rape and hurt those they claime to love is pretty dumb,in thier minds they THINK they love you, but its more of a power issue, they get off of being able to dominate and in Sasuke's case, to be the Hero Naruto needed in order to worm his way into Naruto's heart, its again about control and Yes I agree there is lust and desire in there, Rape and all sexual assaults are crimes of passion, but rarely about love in general or arousal, its more like they seem to get off on the power to control, to dominate, its a heady sort of aphrodisiac...ok enough of that, I cant wait to read more on this, although I know its dark and sad, and I hurt for Naru, I also know Naru is a fighter, so I dont believe Sasuke no matter how hard he will try, will actualy break Naruto, I think and hope in the end, Naruto will break him or at least free his heart from the person who has it chained to his..and no all that stuff above is not physco babble, or at least not too much, lol, I am a surviver of rape and abuse so I have come to understand some things on this subject and yes some may find it wierd that a rape/abused person reads stuff like this but for me, its sort of an outlet..in my mind I know its not real, and being said, I also know that there is the possiblity that ther will be hero so to speak or Naruto being able to protect and defend himself and not let Sasuke keep doing this to him, things I once wished for, for a knight in shining amor to save me, to have this ubber strength to protect myself...of course none of it happened, but readin stories that do have them in it, sort of helps heal old wounds...ok babbled enough sorry for that, but I do like this and wish to read more, its an interesting read and I cnt wait to read more, huggles and smiles Mija...:-)

i really like the story i always say that a jealous possesive sasuke is the best but when you add sadistic it is just theat little something extra that makes it all seem so specail. are you going to make this end as a sasuxnaru or is naruto going to end up with shino or soeone else. can't wait to find out at the next update.

Once again. Awesome. I love the fact that this isn't another fic that'll make me cry. The fandom of Naruto really needed a fic like this.

I love the interaction between Shino and Naruto, and odd couple in my opinion, but it worked so wonderfully in this fic, same with Sasuke and Shino. Ah, but I do love Shino...enough of my fangirling~! XD

I also love the pace of the fic...it moves slowly, but you give us just enough to keep up coming back for more.

Can't wait for the update.

i love this story i never read something like this before keep it up but i hate to see naruto so hurt. at least it's different than the other mushy junk with naruto and sasuke.....can't wait for the next chapter^^
