I like the image of the red and blond hair mixed together and its impact on Neji.

The detail of Gaara keeping razorblades at Neji's in order to "cut" was a little startling. It seems kind of out of context and awkward. I wonder if that side of Gaara will be developed further in the story?

A suggestion: when incorporating song lyrics into a story, separate them out clearly with empty spaces so the reader can easily see what's lyric and what's narrative or dialogue. It looks more elegant as well as being easier to understand.

now that was cute. poor shika making the mad dash for the bathroom (most likely to take care of a certain... "problem" )
and try as i might, i can't quite picture neji with short hair. that hair is like his trademark... and it got cut....
