Mediaminer.org for one. Yes I am biased, I am one of the mods there, but we do allow adult stories to be posted there so long as there are disclaimers and warnings. As for suggestions to improve, I think blocking out your sex scenes would be good as well as adding a bit more description. Sometimes you jump from one act to another without explaining how you got there. Sakura getting totally naked comes to mind. In all your grammar is good, there are a few instances where you mess up your speech tags a bit, but that is something that is hard to learn. I look forward to seeing more from you, and good luck with writing and being a single mom.
