AN: Ahhh, but it has been a long time since I've posted bits like this, hasn't it? Okay, so what is going on with these really?

Well, I had discovered that I had some of the Bits and Pieces requests on my Y!Gallery journal and was planning on moving them to a new file. That was back in May but life got a bit busy.

Then Y!Gallery got hacked and everything, and I mean EVERYTHING went down in a ball of flames. Taking my list. I've been working on rebuilding my horror legends/myths based list so I can at least get a few of these out.

So, this time, the list goes into my Gdocs.

For those who wish to request: Give me a pairing, and if you wish a SHORT idea for the idea. And I mean short.

There are 10 slots to start.

Enjoy.

*~*~*~*

Ino groaned and dug around in her bag, pulling out her keys to her apartment building. She had to stay behind in her university library to use their computers since her own died on her and was currently about to head up to the 14th floor where her apartment was.

Walking in, she eyed the stairs before groaning at the thought of climbing them, blue eyes rolling. She hated taking the elevator but could deal with it. Especially since she hated getting home so damn late, especially when Naruto and Kiba, both men living on the same floor, weren’t with her.

Shaking her head, she pushed the elevator and pushed the button for her floor when she stepped into it. She blinked when a man shoved his hand into the closing doors and pushed them open with a smile. He was out of breath and mussed, but still good looking. With hair pulled into a ponytail and an easy going smile, he stepped in and stood next to her.

Reaching out, he paused at seeing the lit up button. “You live on 14?” he asked.

Ino smiled slightly. “I do.”

“Interesting.” He pressed the button for 13 as the doors started to close. “I just moved onto the 13th myself.”

They fell into silence as Ino rocked on her heels, hands tucked into her pockets as she nibbled at her bottom lip. She watched as the floors went past them, sneaking a few glances over at the other man. She had to admit to herself that the guy was good look, and wondered if he would like to go on a date with her some time. When he looked over at her, she smiled sweetly, eyes batting as the elevator came to a stop.

As soon as the doors opened, he stepped out and smiled at her once more. “See ya later…” he drawled.

Ino beamed. “See ya.”

When the elevator doors were halfway closed, his smile suddenly became a scary leer, eyes dancing with murder as he pulled out a large knife from his bag. “...Upstairs.”

Ino could only watch as he turned on the ball of his foot and run for the stairs, the doors closing too fast for her to stop them. She flew at the elevator panel and started to pound on the buttons, trying desperately, futilely, to get the elevator to stop.

Knowing that even if she screamed, no one would hear her. Kiba snored loudly and slept like the dead, and Naruto wore earplugs and had to use an alarm clock loud enough to be heard four apartments away because of that. It didn’t help that at the moment, they were the only three that lived on the 14th floor.

She still screamed when the doors opened and the man was already standing there, waiting for her.

Two days later, Kiba and Naruto were packing up her apartment, using the heavy load elevator that was in the far back instead of the main elevator to get up and down. Naruto was looking haunted while Kiba shuddered each time they heard the elevator ding.

All they could think of was just how horrified Ino must have been and the fact that no matter what the angle of the security cameras, the man’s face had never been caught. Not once.
