All Alone

Chapter Fifteen




Shikamaru yawned and stretched as he woke up for a new day. His date with Sasuke the night before turned out alright after they got away from the yelling Naruto. They did go to the movies, it was just some action movie with lots of explosions and blood. Not that it really mattered since he spent most of the movie trying to think of what to do when it was all over. He did try to give Sasuke a kiss after he walked him home, but he only allowed one on the cheek which was still pretty good.
Now he stood up and went to the shower he was still sticky from masturbating himself to sleep. (O.o I would put it in detail, but Shikamaru is using his Shadow manipulation jutsu on me.) (Everyone knows this is full of crap, but better stop my babbling, people came for the story and not my jibbering)
After everything was done he strolled out and into town with a bounce in his step.
“Hey stop right there Shikamaru!”
‘Naruto. Damn it there goes my perfect day.’ He thought and turned to the blonde.
“What do you want?”
Naruto smiled mischievously at him and the other boy did not like it.
“I want to challenge you.” Naruto said and a sweat drop slid down Shikamaru’s head.
“Challenge? What for?”
“He he! Whoever wins gets to be with Sasuke!” Naruto said and Shikamaru’s eyes exploded…again not literally.
“What!?” He grimaced as it dawned on him. ‘He was jealous last night not disgusted! Oh man this is getting bothersome, but I am not giving up.’ Shikamaru thought.
“Hmmm. What kind of challenge? I don’t want to fight each other, that’s just plain stupid.” He said and Naruto growled.
“Fine then!” Naruto thought for a moment and then smirked. “First off we’ll see who helps the most people around the village then when we’re done with that you think of the second task. There will be a total of four.”
“Fine by me.” Shikamaru said and cracked his neck.
“Okay. Ready…get set…GO!” Naruto raced off before the other boy could get ready and Shikamaru’s eyes lit up with fire.

Meanwhile Kakashi and Tsunade watched as the two boys raced around the village doing things from helping to paint houses to cleaning kitty litter boxes.
“Eh, what are they doing?” Tsunade asked with slanted eyes.
“I guess this is their fight.” Kakashi said with a raised eyebrow.
“Well this is pretty lame.” She said.
Kakashi nodded in agreement and watched as they two continued to freak out the poor people of the village.

By the time the two boys finished the sun was going down and both was sweaty and out of breath.
“Hah, I beat you.” Shikamaru panted and received a exhausted glare.
“Well there’s always tomorrow. Now tell me what the task is?” Naruto asked breathlessly.
“I think whoever makes Sasuke the best meal of the day wins.” Shikamaru said with a evil grin.
“If we do that then he’ll know what we’re doing.” Naruto protested and the other boy gave a grunt.
“So, we’ll just tell him what’s going on.” Shikamaru said.
“What if he gets mad? He doesn’t even know I like him!” Naruto wailed.
“Well I do now.” The two boys screamed as Sasuke walked up to them. “How long have you two been doing this?”
Once the two regained themselves Shikamaru spoke first.
“Just today, I didn’t even know Naruto liked you also until today. I swear.” Shikamaru said and Sasuke’s eyes went to the blonde.
“Why didn’t you say anything sooner dobe?’ He asked and Naruto fidgeted.
“Because I thought you would beat the shit out of me if I did.”
Their was silence until finally the Uchiha sighed.
“Okay then tomorrow you go ahead with you two’s plan or whatever you call it.” Sasuke said.
“Really? I call breakfast!” Shikamaru said.
“Make it lunch.” Sasuke said.
“I call lunch than!” Shikamaru corrected.
“Fine I’ll do dinner.” Naruto said and with nods they broke away.

“What idiots.” Sasuke said to himself with a smile.

“Well this is actually getting more interesting.” Tsunade said.
“I agree. So tomorrow we’ll see who wins round 2.” Kakashi said.

NOTE: This is getting a bit off what the title says eh? I was originally going to have it be full of angst but it’s turning more into a comedy. Oh well.
