Appearance difference between ages 16 and 20: Naruto's appearance hasn't really changed over the years. He had already developed an adult body at the age of 16 and gradually gotten taller with more defined features. The most noticeable differences are that of his hair length and facial hair. Since puberty, Naruto was an avid shaver. It wasn't until Sasuke returned, did he start to grow it out because Sasuke enjoyed the feeling when touching his face. Personality: Blind ambition was all well and good as a child, but Naruto has grown up a bit. He no longer wishes to be Hokage, as his goal of being accepted by the village has already come to past. He also has Sasuke, and a family of his own. It was surprisingly easy it was to accept these things. After Sakura's betrayal, Naruto had every intention on marrying Sasuke, if only to prove to his lover that he was no longer emotionally invested in the woman. Despite being sure, he put off asking until Sasuke popped the question himself. Being a father also came easy to him, as he had already been taking care of Sasuke.

After the initial move to the Sand Village, Sasuke's depression drove Naruto into providing for the both of them. He learned to cook, clean, work, and make time for Sasuke whenever he could. When Sasuke started to come around and got a job teaching, Naruto would still make his lunches and visit him on most day during his lunch break. He felt it was important for Sasuke to eat properly and not be alone. When the twins came in, a second floor was built on their farm house to for more room. The kids are upstairs, while the parents stay downstairs. He is still as fierce as ever if his friends or family are threatened, but more realistic on fighting.

Since the merger with Sasuke involving Kyuubi, Naruto can sense Sasuke most of the time and tell when there is something wrong. He can also 'smell' when Sasuke is aroused.

Appearance difference between ages 16 and 20: Sasuke's appearance changed quite a bit. After his final battle with Naruto's Kyuubi, the use of his Sharingan damaged his eyes severally. This caused all of the color to fade to gray and partial blindness. After Naruto recovered from his coma, Sasuke continued to fall into depression and the whims of his friend. His hair grew long, making him mirror Itachi a bit more. Eventually, Sasuke came out of his depression long enough to find work as a teacher to help the ever busy Naruto around their new house. Naruto bought him some specially made glasses for his sensitive eyes and medication, which kept Sasuke from going entirely blind.

After the merger with Kyuubi, the fox demon and Naruto's chakra restored his sight and strength. The black voids came back to full light and Sasuke no longer needed to wear glasses. Afterward, he cut his hair as well to get back to 'his old -new- self'. Sasuke also grew taller, matching Naruto in height, but is proud that he is 'taller', even though it's simply half an inch.

Personality: After his final battle with Naruto's Kyuubi, Sasuke kept replaying over his mind how Naruto was ready to die for him. It greatly affected him and he lost the will to fight anymore. The entire time Naruto was comatose, he barely ate and slept, afraid that Naruto might die. When the blond recovered, Sasuke was so beside himself, he started to agree with whatever decisions Naruto made. Still, he spent a long time depressed and gradually came around thanks to Naruto's constant support. It wasn't until his journey into Kyuubi's mind, did he finally confess everything to Naruto's images and his brother.

Being a father has brought a lot out of Sasuke, that people did not know was there. He's strict on his kids appearance, making sure they don't look a 'hot mess like your other dad.' Being the school teacher, he pushes them to study more than Naruto. Between the twins, Sasuke is known as Father, and Naruto is Dad.

Sexuality: Sasuke and Naruto have a pretty even relationship, as in no one is strictly a bottom or top. If Sasuke had to pick, he would chose the bottom, only because he gets off on teasing Naruto into nearly raping him. However,  he does enjoy seeing Naruto so worked up and willing to spread. His mind would go blank in order for him to even have natural impulses and he would think about Naruto most of the time to maintain his erection. Jugo holds the secret that every time he had sex with Sasuke, the Uchiha would call Naruto's name.
