Chapter Eighteen

Sasuke yawned and walked out of the hospital with Naruto following. Shikamaru, Choji, Neiji and Kiba left for home and they were doing they same after Sasuke was released.
“Sasuke are we cool?” Naruto asked nervously.
“What do mean?’ He asked as they walked.
“I mean are we still friends?” Sasuke slowed down and glanced at the blonde.
“I didn’t know you thought of me as a friend.” Sasuke said.
“Well yeah, why else would I drag you back to Konoha?”
“Friends don’t punch each other in the gut.” Sasuke said and Naruto flinched.
“I said I’m sorry. You just piss me off and…well I just lost my cool.” Naruto said.
“And how did I piss you off?” Sasuke asked.
“Well everyone loves you, no matter what you do.” Naruto said. “Well maybe not leaving the village.”
“They hate me now because of that and now they know that Fuguku was not my father, but Orochimaru.” Sasuke said. “I don’t know why I should be talking to you about it, but you lived most of your life with the assholes treating you like crap because of the nine tail fox.”
There was a moment of silence before Sasuke turned to the blonde who was looking at him with a light blush.
“But yeah we’re ‘cool’ as you said. Just for now on if you get mad over stupid things like that just remember all the bad things that happened to me in the past. That should lighten up your mood.” Sasuke said and Naruto grabbed the Uchiha’s wrist, making them both stop.
“I would never take pleasure in the thought of what happened to you!” He said angrily. “No matter how upset I am with you I will never think of that.”
Sasuke shifted a little bit and finally looked into the blue eyes.
“Okay fine. Then if you get mad just tell me.” Sasuke said and his arm was let go.
“I’m sorry for grabbing you like that, but don’t ever say that shit again.” Naruto warned and they began to walk again.

‘His eyes look so sad now.’ Naruto thought.
‘That’s because you scolded him.’ Kyubbi said.
‘Well he needed to be.’ Naruto said.
‘He’s lonely young one. He’s the last Sharingan weilder of his clan and he wants to pass that down, but he must be feeling…scared of being with anyone.’ Kyubbi said.
‘Well he’s still young Kyubbi and he’ll find a nice girl.’ Naruto said.
‘Who said he’s even straight?’
‘What!? Of course he is, I mean look at all the girls that lust after him.’
‘But he never goes with them and he seems disgusted when they come onto him. He’s gay and that Hyugga guy knows it. Why else would he want to pursue him then?’ Kyubbi said.
‘Neiji isn’t getting him! He’s….’
‘Yours?’ Kyubbi chuckled and Naruto gulped.
‘Shit. I did fall the bastard didn’t I?’ Naruto sighed and Sasuke shook him.
“Dobe we’re at your apartment.” Sasuke said. “I’ve been trying to talk to you for almost 15 minutes now.”
Naruto blushed sheepishly and wrung his hands together nervously.
“Sorry I was just thinking.” Naruto said and they stepped inside.
“Dobe you don’t have to lie to me, I know you can talk to the Kyubbi.” Sasuke said and Naruto’s eyes widened a little.
“How-how did you know?”
“I just assumed you always could.” Sasuke said.
“I haven’t always been able to, just for about 3 years or so now.” Naruto said.

They sat on the couch in silence and Sasuke closed his eyes. Naruto took the opportunity to look at the Uchiha closer.
‘I hate to admit it, but he is cute.’ Naruto thought.
‘He’s more than cute young one.’ Kyubbi said.
‘Why can’t I think to myself without you barging in?’
‘Oh come on. I just want to talk.’ Kyubbi said with a laugh. ‘But you know you’ve always had a thing for that boy. It’s funny that you’re bi-sexual though, with all the dreams of Sasuke you would think you were gay.’
‘Kyubbi just shut up.’ Naruto said.

“Are you in pain Sasuke?’ Naruto asked finally and Sasuke opened his eyes.
“No why?”
“You’re lying. Is it cramps?” Naruto said and saw a fist raise up. “I wasn’t trying to be an ass, I’m just curious!”
“I don’t want to talk about that kind of stuff…with anyone.” Sasuke said.
There was another moment of silence before Naruto spoke again.
“Sasuke are you gay?”
Sasuke gave Naruto a death glare and Naruto could swear the room was going to ignite any moment.
“What the hell kind of question is that!?” He shouted.
“I was just wondering because Kyubbi said you are.” Naruto said defensively.
“Well Kyubbi should just mind his business.” Sasuke growled and Naruto could hear the fox demon laughing.
‘Tell him you want him!’ Kyubbi said excited and Naruto blushed.
“Why are you turning red?’ Sasuke asked.
“He’s being a pervert.” Naruto said.
“Why what’s he saying?”
‘The Uchiha needs a good lay and we’re the only ones that can give it to him.’
“Um I don’t think you want to know.” Naruto said.
“Yes I do.” Sasuke said and Naruto fidgeted next to him.
“Well he said you need a good lay and he’s the only ones that can give it to you.” Naruto said, his face pure red now.
“Do you think that?” Sasuke asked.
“What!? No I don’t think you’re even interested in sex, I just assume you were asexual.” Naruto said and Sasuke raised an eyebrow.
“I’m not asexual dobe.”
“So why don’t you go with one of your fan girls?” Naruto asked.
“Because Kyubbi is right about that part. I don’t care for girls sexually.” Sasuke admitted.
“So you are gay!” Naruto shouted and a red faced Uchiha pushed him.
“Shut up! Don’t go yelling it all around!”
“Well I’m bi if you want to know.” Naruto said.
“Well I kind of figured that.” Sasuke said and the blonde chuckled. “God I can’t believe I’m telling you this stuff.”
“Don’t worry I don’t judge.” Naruto said. “Have you ever had sex before? I never have yet.”
“…No.” Sasuke said.

“Well we should drop the sex talk huh?” Naruto said, sensing the Uchiha was starting to get uncomfortable with the subject.
“Yes.”
“You know I think Kyubbi has a crush on you.” Naruto laughed as Sasuke’s head popped up.
“Well he‘s a sick demon then.” Sasuke snorted and the blonde went quiet.
“I was kidding dobe.”
“I know, it‘s just weird for you to joke.” Naruto said and Sasuke was taken aback.
“I’m only human.”
“I know you are, I‘m just not used to it.” Naruto said. “Well I think I’m going to bed.”
Sasuke nodded and the blonde went to his bedroom leaving a very confused Uchiha to think.

NOTE: Whooot! Another chapter done and still nowhere near any loving. I know this is going on long, but I don’t want them to declare their feelings and then jump into bed.
