Chapter Two
After taking a hot shower Sakura collapsed on her bed, god it felt so good, she ending up a sleep wearing a towel around her body and her hair wet.
Sakura woke up to the sound of her doorbell. She changed into a T-shirt and some sweat shorts then answered the door, Naruto and Hinata. Sakura invited the two in. Naruto had been dating Hinata for two years now. They were very close and happy. Naruto was like a brother to Sakura he cared a great deal about her and would always be there for her. “So I hear that you were given a vacation,” Sakura wondered how it was that he knew everything before telling him herself.
“Tsunade-sama gave me the next two weeks to relax.”
“Naruto you didn’t tell Neji-san that I had the next two weeks off did you?? She asked giving Naruto the evil eye.
“Well a,, I kind of a,, ran into him this morning, and I a,, said that we were on the way to visit you.. And a…”
Sakura cut him off “Did you tell him or not?” she asked impatiently.
“Well yes.” “Why?” Naruto said with a dumbfound look on his face.
“You Dobe!!” Sakura said, wait a minute where did that come from she thought, Naruto had been called Dumb, stupid, idiot, ass from her But Dobe, that was what Sasuke used to call him.
Sakura explained to Naruto that she wanted to relax without people bothering her and since Neji was interested in her, she knew that he would keep asking her out. It wasn't like she didn’t think that Neji as a attractive and a good person. It was because she did not want to let herself fall for any man.
Naruto could read Sakura like a book, He began to lecture her again.
“Sakura I know that you loved Sasuke a lot and I know how devastated you were when he left us. But come on its been five years!”
“You need to move on with your life and you cant pass up an opportunity to be happy, just because you are afraid of getting hurt.” Naruto said while holding Hinata’s hand.
Sakura had heard this from everyone that was close to her and it drove her insane. She would live her life as she pleased.
“Thank you for caring Naruto.”
After the two lovebirds left, Sakura knew that she had to leave Konoha if she really wanted to relax. She noticed a pile of mail and a flyer, she came across a flyer with a picture of a quiet secluded hot spring deep in the mountains. That was it she was going to go there she packed her bags and headed over to let Tsunade know that she would be leaving Konoha to take a vacation. Tsunade wished her well and told her to be careful.
