Chapter two
(Again I do not own naruto or any other characters i choose to use)
Chapter Two
Sunlight shone through the curtains covering the only window in Sasukes bedroom. It lightly flittered over his eyes and his eyes fluttered open immediatly. He yawned and sat up, stretching out his arms. He stood up and headed to the bathroom. He ran water for his shower, while he took a leak. After undressing himself, he stepped into the shower. The water felt good, running down his skin in a wonderful way. He sighed. He would be having training soon. He hurried and finished his shower, dried off, and changed into his usuall attire. After a quick breakfast of eggs, he walked down to the training grounds. He was a few minutes early, but who cares. At least he could get some extra training before the others arrived. He was pounding the hell out of a tree, when he saw Sakura walking down the path towards him. Naruto could be heard following behind her. "But Sakura....." he was saying.
"Shut it naruto!" she answered angrily. Sasuke just looked at them. 'Dobe, what did you do now?' Though they were on time, Kakashi was not. They had to wait for another three hours, before he showed up, sitting on a tree branch. "Sorry guys, but I was looking for the meaning of life and I kinda lost track of time. Lucky for me a little birdie helped me on my way." his smile only seen through his eyes and the folds in his mask. Naruto and Sakura pointed at him angrily and called out in unison.
"YOU ARE SUCH A LIAR!" Kakashi just smiled. Sasuke crossed his arms and leaned against his tree. Kakashi pulled out his book and began to read it. Sasuke was getting annoyed right about now.
"Aren't you even going to tell us what we're doing today?" he called up to Kakashi. Kakashi looked down at them.
"Oh, isn't it obvious? Since you couldn't figure it out, todays training will not be what we did yesterday. Instead Sasuke will be sparring with Naruto at first and then you'll switch and it will be Sakuras turn. After that it will be Naruto against Sakura." he said lazily, before returning to his precious book. Sasuke uncrossed his arms and stood up fully. He and naruto took their stances as Sakura took a seat on a nearby bolder. When Kakashi gave out a certain noise, the boys went off.
Naruto was throwing all sorts of punches and Sasuke was dodging every one of them. Well almost all of them. A few got past his defence and caught him in the stomach. The last punch that hit him sent him sliding back a little. He caught his balance. Naruto came flying at him with more punches, but Sasuke was ready for him. He ducked as a punch flew out and kicked Narutos feet out from under him. He landed on his back with a thud. He kicked out, knocking Sasuke into the nearest tree. He got to his feet quickly, before dodging the stream of fire that came flying towards him. Naruto made a few hand signs and about five clones apeared. They each flung themselves at Sasuke, carrying a kunai each. Sasuke had already pulled out his kunai and had blocked the first clones attack. While he was fighting off that one, another came up behind him and kicked him in the back. He fell forward at first and then after channeling some chakra to his feet, he jumped into a tree branch. He performed some hand signs and put his fingers to his lips and let out a river of fire, burning up three of the clones. Two remained, along with the real Naruto. Sasuke threw a kunai at one and hit it right in the neck, causing it to disapear in a cloud of smoke. Now there was only one left to go. A naruto came at him, kunai in hand, aiming for his throat. The other was flying towards his back. Quickly he pulled out another kunai and slit the neck of the one coming at him from the front. it disapeared. Now only naruto was left. Sasuke turned around and kicked him in the stomach as he came near him. He flew to the ground and landed hard.
Naruto didn't get up. Either he was really unconcious, or he was faking to get out of todays training so he wouldn't have to do a lot in the overtime. Well whatever it was he was doing, Kakashi believed him. "Ok Sakura, looks like you're up." Kakashi called down, not even looking from his book. During some time in Sasuke and Sakuras training, Naruto had woken up and was now sitting on a boulder. He hated loosing to Sasuke, but he really didn't want all that training today. He was willing to do whatever it took to get out of it and if that meant loosing t Sasuke, so be it.
The day wore on and things grew darker as sunset approached. Naruto was kneeling on one knee, breathing hard. He was now currently undergoing his overtime. Since there was no ne else to spar with, he had to take on Kakashi. Kakashi was perfectly fine, where as naruto was bruised, tired, and out of breath. They had been at it for about four hours now and the others had long since gone home. Kakashi looked up from his book and observed Naruto silently.
"I think that's enough for today. You've taken up more time thatn I was really expecting so I guess your even now." he said, before vanashing in a poof of smoke. Naruto trudged back to his apartment. The first thing he didwhen he got back, besided kicking off his shoes, was take a nice long shower. He emerged from the bathroom, wearing a pair of jeans. Drying off his hair with one hand, he used the other to put a cup of ramen in the microwave. When his hair was dry, he put the towel in his bin. The ding of the microwave as heard and he ran to get his food. He slurped it down immediatly and went to get another.

Sasuke was sitting at his kitchen table. A plate of sushi and a cup of cocoa sat in front of him, untouched. He was thinking about what had happened earlier that day. When he had watched naruto fall to the ground, he had a small feeling of guilt ring through him. He had also noticed that, when he looked like he was asleep, he looked rathe pretty. Sasuke shook his head. 'What am I thinking. narutos a guy and I am not gay.' He took a bite out of his sushi. ~'How do you now if you are gay or not?'~ came a small voice in his head. 'Who the hell are you?' ~'Your inner inner concience of course, who'd you think i was, Santa Clause?'~ 'whatever, and i am not gay.' ~'You never know unless you try to find out.'~ 'Shut up' he was expecting a reply but the voice had long snce faded away. Sasuke growled. He was not gay, was he? He shook his head. 'Nope, definatley not gay here folks.' He finished his supper and put the dishes in the sink. He took note on ho they desperatly needed to be washed. He'll do it in the morning.
He went to his room. After stripping down to his boxers, he crawled into bed. he was so tired, he didn't even wan't to read his book. So he turned off his light and laid his head on the pillow. After a while he fell asleep.

Naruto was on his tenth cup of ramen. He finished it with one last slurp. he threw the cups away and patted his now full belly. "That's better." he said to himself. He flopped down on the couch and flipped on a light. His favorite book was lying on the coffeetable. he picked it up and flipped to the page he had left off with. He read for a cople of hours. Around midnight he yawned. He rested he book back on the coffetable and stretched, before standing up and turning the light off. he went to his room and turned on his bedside lamp. After changing into his pajamas, he wiggled into bed. He dreaded tommorrows training. Hopefully they would have a mission tommorrow. Oh how he prayed that would happen. At that hopeful thought he turned of the light and went to sleep. Outside his window in he sky, a shooting star fell out of the sky.
