Fight

He was tired but before he went up to his room he found his mother in the kitchen. She was currently walking around and talking on the cell phone. Naruto was pretty surprised he saw her home so early.

“How was school?” She said quickly hanging up the phone. Naruto shrugged his shoulders, and dropped his bag on the tiled floor with an echoing thud.

“School was fine until I ran into a bunch of assholes and I think I have a girlfriend. “ Naruto exclaimed all in one breathe while plopping down into the seat.

“Oh and who is this young lady.” His mom shot back going from counter to counter making dinner. Naruto paused in his rant to watch his mom. She really was a beautiful woman, with long golden hair and sparkling green eyes. She face was chiseled just right so that any angle she looked beautiful.

“Why you are home early, and yeah her name’s Ino.” Naruto muttered trying not to drool, he was also thinking about Sakura.
“Hmm, I home because your father has just got a raise and we are going to celebrate.” She announced practically bouncing up and down. Naruto grinned at her, she was always so energetic but the raise was good news. That meant that his dad was now the head of his apartment officially. He wondered if he could visit “Space” later.

The next day when Naruto raced down for breakfast, he was greeted again by his cousins, while his dad was getting ready for work, and his mom was making breakfast. They all sat down and talked about random stuff. Naruto really liked having his cousins here because it really felt like a big family. Back home where he lived his dad was always gone and his mother was always doing something leaving him at home most of the time.

“So the department of Science and Technology had called and wanted me…” There is dad went again with telling them about the raise. But it also looked like they were going to be moving again, this time in the facility. Naruto really hoped not, there was nothing to do and he had already seen practically everything there plus his friends wouldn’t be there because of the Top Secret problem.

“Yea lets go before we have to stick around and here some more of your boring fathers rants.” Kyo whipred to Naruto loudly snickering at the looking he had gotten.

After that Kite dragged Naruto and Kyo off by the shoulders saying that they would be late. Kyo being the hot head started to protest while all three of them walked out the door.
Naruto walked behind them laughing because Kite had Kyo in a lock hold almost the whole way to school.

“Hey man let go.” Kyo said stubbornly. Kite being bigger just rubbed Kyo’s orange hair harder saying “no”. Naruto shook his head. This was there ritual every morning but usually he would also get some teasing in, but today…

“Hey what’s wrong squirt.” Kite said to an annoyed Naruto. He hated that nickname even if he was short.

“Nothing, well do you think we have to move again? I mean with the job and all.” Naruto said looking through the traffic. Cars seemed to be steadily increasing now that it was around eight in the morning.

“Don’t worry about it. Just be gland that you can go there” Kyo said finally after a long pause surrounded the group. Naruto was going to retort to Kyo’s little comment when he saw something in the distance.

Then he stopped and looked over by the gate where the school entrance was and saw Sasuke and his friends. They were leaning against the wall. Sasuke was looking at him again with that annoying smirk of his and his dark emotionless eyes.
“Hey Naruto don’t look at them. You know there just messing with you. Come on” Kite said ruffling up Naruto's hair.

They walked inside the school padding across the tiled smooth floors and passing white bland walls, with the occasional flyer posted here or there. Naruto had to weave in and out of the crowds to get to his locker while Kite and Kyo went the other way to there lockers.

He was almost there when he heard, “So did you change your mind yet? Or do you need a little persuasion” Sauske said behind Naruto, who turned to meet him.
“Are you deaf or something. I said no the first time so what makes you think I’m going to change my mind second time Teme,” he said casually.

Sasuke stood there for a minute looking very irritated, it looked like no one had ever refused anything to the ice prick. “Who do you think you are.” Sasuke said walking up to Naruto, the next thing Naruto knew was intense pain in his gut. The bastard had hit him in the gut! Naruto doubled over trying to catch his breath. “No one talks to me that way.” Sasuke said in a threatening way, while holding up Naruto’s shirt. Naruto was about ready to hit him back but was stopped by a loud noise in the crowd.

“Hey what’s going on here,” yelled someone from behind the crowd. She had long blonde hair with blue eyes and a white blouse on with black pants that seemed to hug her form.

“Sasuke put him down now, and everyone else go to your classes immediately” she said loudly. Sasuke let go of Naruto’s shirt and smirked at him then turned around and left.

Naruto winced getting up, scowling at the Uchiha’s back. What the hell was up with him Naruto thought getting to his feet.
“Are you ok. Your new here right. My name is Tsuande the principle of Konoha school ” Tsuande said.

Naruto looked up, “Yeah I’m fine.” He muttered picking up his backpack. “Well don’t let him bother you and go on to your class.” Naruto nodded and walked away.

When he got to his first class he saw Kyo and Sakura along with someone else sitting down in the middle. Naruto started to walk towards them then saw with dread that Sasuke was in the back sitting with Haku, and another student he didn’t know. He took a calm breathe trying to calm his nerves and the idea of just rushing over to the Teme and beating him up.

Great why does he have to be here Naruto thought, while taking a seat with Kyo. “Hey Naruto meet Kiba Inuzuka.” Kyo said cheerful. Kiba who was sitting behind Kyo had long brown shabby hair with a dark shirt on and a gold necklace that hung low with parachute pants on.

“Hey my names Naruto.” Then he turned around and saw Sakura. “Hey Sakura what’s up,” before sitting down in back of Kiba.
“So man I hear you’ve been to “Space” what’s it like.” Kiba said turning around in his chair.

“Not much there really just some technology about space itself and new science.” Naruto answered. Kiba just grinned.
“Hey I know Top Secret crap and all, so where did you live before this.” Kiba said.

“Well I did live in the mountains before this, then I was in Washington for awhile.” Naruto said smirking. While Kiba looked like it was Christmas.

“Dude did you find any secret UFO’s there.” Kiba exclaimed. Naruto looked puzzled and watched Sakura sigh.

“Naruto whatever you do don’t mention Alien or anything like that to Kiba please.” Sakura whispered. Naruto nodded, all the while trying to ignore Kiba and his Alien theories about the government. It also turned out that Kiba loved dog’s and always brought one to school.

“Thank’s Sakura chan.” Naruto said, sitting back into the plastic uncomfortable chair. Like the chair itself, the room looked uncomfortable with white bare walls and the dull atmosphere. Other then that it would have been a good first class except for that bastard.

The whole time Naruto was in class, Sasuke kept throwing paper balls and spitballs at him. Naruto, trying not to turn around and yell at them had to endure until the bell rang. When the bell rang he got up and brushed what was left of the spitballs only to be pushed back down into his chair by Sasuke who than walked way. Man did I hate him Naruto thought argrily narrowing his blue eyes even more. At lunch, Naruto was with Kite and Kyo again at the lunch line since he got the privilege to cut.

“Hey sorry about that. Sasuke tends to be annoying” Haku said, when they went into the cafeteria. Naruto just nodded not into talking about the Uchiha, and got his food. While Kite and Kyo were fighting again because there was only one last pudding.

“I’m the eldest I should have it.” Kite said already reaching for the chocolate pudding. But Kyo thought otherwise.
“No you had one this morning it’s mine.” Kyo shot back. He looked like he was actually going to start throwing fists soon.

Eventually Kite won like always leaving Kyo to cures out loud. When they sat down to eat they saw Sakura and the rest of the group come over to their table.

“Hey Sakura chan, Ino.” Naruto chirped happy, eating his chicken sandwich. Sakura nodded her head to him before looking for Sasuke, her heartthrob.

“Hey Naruto what happened this morning” Kyo, said with his mouth full said spiting food everywhere.

Naruto looked up “Nothing really just the Teme….” Naruto suddenly stopped after he felt a sharp pain in the back of his head causing his head to bang into his lunch. “What the fuck!” He yelled, turning around to see Sasuke and his friends pointing and laughing at him. Ok, he thought angrily. I ‘m going to finish this now, with that thought he got up from the table. Still rubbing his sore head.

“Naruto what are you going to do” Kite said trying to reason with his cousin, he didn’t need to get kicked out of school just yet. Sighing Kite got got up along with Kyo.

“I’m going to beat the crap out of Uchiha Sasuke and his friends” Naruto sneered angrily. Kyo and Kite followed him thinking this was a bad idea.

When Naruto arrived at the table Sasuke and his friends stood up to looking calm and collected. “What do you want. Maybe you finally got it through your thick head to join us” Sauske said smugly. Naruto just stood there for a minute, thrying to remain calm, then without warning he tackled Sasuke to the ground punching him while Kite and Kyo fought Sasuke’s friends.

Naruto punched Sasuke in the face and Sasuke came back with a punch of his own in Naruto’s gut. Then Naruto stood up qickly to wipe some blood of his lip, while Sasuke did the same. The both glared at eachother before they went at it again. Naruto kicked Sasuke in the gut and Sasuke punched Naruto in the face.

Kite and Kyo were fighting the same way as Naruto and Sasuke were. Kite had broken a guy’s sunglasses and Kyo and the red head were pouching each others faces in yelling the whole time.
Then suddenly Sasuke punched Naruto hard making him drop hard into the cold unfeeling gray tiled floor, tasting blood in his mouth.

“What are you doing. Stop this right know.” A yell could be heard around the whole building. Everyone froze on the spot.
Kyo and the redhead on the floor, Kite and the sunglasses dude that were yelling, Naruto and Sasuke that was currently also on the floor.

A couple of minutes later they were all waiting in the principles office. Naruto was sitting right by Sasuke and Kite. Holding his left cheek that was swollen, and Kite having his right eye black and blue. Kyo who was sitting by the wall just had a bloody nose and then there was Sasuke with his eye being black and blue. They all just stared ahead not saying anything. Naruto grunted a little before shifting into the not so comfortable chair. He looked around the office itself, already getting bored from waiting. The office at least had some color in it, blue but it was better then white. There were three desks with secretaries and other staff members all working on the computer or on the phone.

“Naruto it was all your fault to begin with. Why did you start a fight”, Kite said bluntly.

Naruto turned annoyed that Kite had intrupted him while he was analyzing the boring place. “Because of that bastard over their and his stupid friends” Naruto said bluntly.

“You want to say that again” Sasuke hissed, standing up with his fists raised. Naruto stood up to making the chair squeak.
“Hey you two stop it right now. I want to see you in my office imminently” Tsunadi yelled. Naruto and Sasuke walked into the office not talking to one another.

Later after they got yelled at for about 20 minutes they had to do class clean up. Most of the time Sasuke was by the corner sweeping, with the occasional glance that was sent towards the blonde. While Naruto was muttering under his breathe and shooting glares at the prick.

But half way through Sasuke stopped mopping the floor and looked over to see Naruto who was cleaning the tables. It was already around five. Naruto also stopped and looked up, frowning.

“Sasuke I’m sorta sorry… you know about what happened. I didn’t mean to call your friends stupid” Naruto said. But he wasn’t sorry for beating the Uchiha up.

Sasuke looked down at the floor trying not to have any feelings surface, he was an Uchiha after all. “Don’t worry about it”. Sasuke said softly then they went back to work in silence, and a semi peaceful atmosphere.

When they stopped it was already 5:30pm. Naruto was packing up his things while Sasuke was doing the same. Naruto watched as Sasuke started to head out the door complicating on what he should do. Naruto knew that it was now or never and he did want to know more about Sasuke’s friends, so he swallowed his pride saying, “Sasuke I would like to know your friends a bit more if the offers still up you know”.

Sasuke turned around surprise in his eyes and said, “Sure it’s still up. Tomorrow”. He said with that little smirk on his face before disappearing out of the room.

Naruto swung his pack over his shoulders shaking his head wondering why he said that. It was probably due to his guilt that made him say that, he thought. Now he needed to go home, he was dreading what his parents would say about the whole fight.
