"That was a dirty trick," Lee nearly yells as Akamaru is carried off the field.
"But an effective one," Ten-ten tells her teammate. "Akamaru's injuries aren't life threatening now that he’s getting treatment.” The weapons expert doesn’t exactly agree with the other shinobi’s strategy though she does understand it.
“She’s right,” the other member of their squad points out. “By injuring Akamaru he forced Kiba to choose between finishing the fight or getting his partner’s wounds treated. Kiba made the right decision.”
“It was still a dirty trick,” the taijutsu export nearly pouts. As the next match began Lee soon learned that Raven wasn’t the only one on his team that fought dirty.

As Sapphire and Ino’s match progresses more then half of the males in the audience are sporting nose bleeds while three-quarters have painful erections from watching the dark haired kunoichi’s ‘tactics’.
“And she called Jiraiya-sama a pervert,” Jade groans watching her sister ‘molest’ a very embarrassed and enraged Ino. She covers her eyes as Sapphire spins out of the way of Ino’s punch and pinches the blonde kunoichi’s ass causing the other women to yelp and turn around just in time to get kissed.
Lee, Choji, Shino and Neji all have their backs to the fight as Hinata keeps her eyes covered. Ten-ten and Sakura try to maintain a certain level of dignity as they watch the dark haired girl continue to fondle and molest their blonde friend.
Raven takes pity on the blonde kunoichi as she spits several times trying to get the taste of the other girl’s tongue out of her mouth. He walks over to the railing and calls down to the field. “Sapphire, stop flirting and end this now.” His smirk at her reaction is hidden behind his mask.
“THAT’S FLIRTING?” Sakura demands. “Looks more like sexual assault from where I’m standing.”
Down on the field Sapphire pouts as she draws a pair of chain whips from her weapons pouch. “Sorry Hun,” she says in a sweet seductive voice. “But the boss says our play time is over.” Before Ino can do anything more then gawk, Sapphire flicks her wrists as the blonde’s arms and legs are suddenly wrapped by the chakra infused metal links.

Sapphire returns to the waiting area to find her opponent’s friends starring at her. The males doing their best to hide the noticeable lumps in their pants and the females looking very flustered. She smiles sweetly at them before turning to her address Jade. “Your turn,” she says before sauntering over to stand beside Raven.
Ten-ten gulps as Jade walks down to the field. A faint chuckle fills the air as Raven addresses her. “Don’t worry,” he assures her. “She’s nothing like her sister.”
“You see, I like the pretty ones,” Sapphire says with a wink to Neji that sends a chill down the Hyuga’s spine. As Ten-ten walks past her Sapphire pinches her butt with a smirk. “Though I still like the ladies better.”

Ten-ten’s match with Jade is thankfully clean as the two weapons mistresses square off. Like Raven, Jade is able to multiply her weapons allowing her to conserve her supply of ammo. The match continues for several minutes until Ten-ten is forced to withdraw after running out of weapons to use.
There is a short intermission as the field is cleared of the lethal debris. The remaining matches find Lee’s speed and strength too much for Choji to over come while the Hyugas’ Gentle Hand Style proves to be Shino and Sakura’s undoing. They are given an hour off for lunch before the next round of the tournament begins.

The Genin join their friends in the recovery room for lunch and to talk about the remaining matches. As they enter Raven finds himself accosted by an irate Kiba and a fully healed Akamaru. Before the others can intercept the dog-nin and his partner Raven hits Kiba in the chest with a chakra laced palm forcing the other Genin to sail across the room. As Akamaru tries to bite his arm Raven strikes the top of the nin-dog’s head knocking the animal out.
Without a word to the others he walks to the corner opposite a slowly recovering Kiba and sits down while opening his lunch tray. “A word of advise,” he says looking up at the dog-nin being restrained by Choji and Lee. “Don’t start a fight with someone who is not your enemy. I have no quarrel with you but will defend myself if I have to.”
Kiba growls at him as he turns to sit down on the floor and eat his own lunch. Neji and Ten-ten carry the still unconscious Akamaru to him before joining Lee to eat their lunch as well. The rest of the Genin break up into their respective squads as they all eat. While the others sit near enough to talk. Raven’s team remains across the room listening but not joining in on the conversations. Ever so often Sapphire catches Ino’s eye and blows her a kiss causing the blonde to blush before turning away in disgust.
