Chapter 1- Sai! Enter Naruto Uzamaki's heart!
A few hours had passed since Sai had found his way into Naruto's bed, stroking the teen until he cried himself out. The two were now laying side by side in the bed, Sai's arm wrapped possessively around Naruto's hips. The other had cried himself to sleep, and Sai was soon to follow him, dreaming of what would soon come to pass.
The front door opened without said person knocking, as the brown haired teacher set about making a decent breakfast for the student he sometimes considered a son. Naruto was always heavy hearted after yesterday's date...
Who could blame him? He and Sasuke had been so close, it had been almost criminal. No one could take Sasuke's place in Naruto's eyes, and Irkua couldn't blame him. So close, so much in love so terribly in love... He went to Naruto's bedroom door and opened it slowly once the breakfast was done.
"Naruto, I stopped by to see..." Iruka broke off, staring at the two curled up in Naruto's bed. Yes, the two... Naruto was wrapped up in Sai's arms, and the two of them were sleeping peacefully. Was Naruto seriously...in bed...with someone...the...night of that date?
"Close the door, you're letting the light in." The Artist complained as Sai's eyes opened slowly, to glare out at Iruka who just went to close the door when it happened...blue eyes opened and looked at first the usually exposed belly Sai had...and then up to Sai.
"NANI!?!?!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY BED!?!?!" The blonde's reaction had Irkua on guard, had Sai tried to do anything to corrupt poor Naruto?
"Naruto-kun?...you were crying yesterday... I didn't want to leave you alone." Hearing the hurt in Sai's voice's tone, he couldn't help but feel responsible for hurting Sai's feelings.
"Oh...thanks I guess..." Naruto said sheepishly, a hand behind his head. "Why'd you come check up on me anyways?"
"Ino was checking up on Sakura, so I came to do the same for you.... I overheard Kakashi-sama saying how yesterday was a bad day for the two of you...so I came to see why" Sai, being a good friend...
"Thanks Sai... I guess I kinda forgot...yah know?"
"No. usually when people come over, I don't forget the following morning." Sai said with a warm smile, as Naruto sweatdropped and Iruka did as well from the doorway...what did Sai not forget when it came to having people over?
