Alpha: just to point out, I’ve combined what many saw as chapter 2 and 3 together (like I originally wanted it) and added more to this chapter also. (I indicated where I added more at, since most of this is pretty much the same as before)

Every Woman Loves a Man that Will Listen

II. The Curious Maiden and the Raven Haired Nymphet

The journey to Moegi’s house was a quiet one. Naruto walked with the younger female to her house; he kept giving her side way glances to see if she were alright.

Moegi for her part was just being quiet, her thoughts occupying her time as she walked home by her Senpai’s side. She didn’t know what to say, so just opted for being silent as they walked. She was glad he was walking with her though, she could take care of herself if she ran into trouble at this time of night; but it was nice to have someone with her. Even if that person was her Senpai, the very person that turned her down, she guess he was right so did not argue with him.

As they were walking, Moegi quietly put his arm over her shoulders, he questioningly looked at her, but she said nothing. Naruto only sighed and complying with the simple request; left his arm there, pulling her closer to his body and into his hold. He rubbed her shoulders in a comforting manner. It was a little chilly tonight so he guessed that’s why she did it; he smiled in her direction quickly before turning his sight back in front of him.

Moegi’s face instantly flushed, and she started to think about what would have happened if he didn’t say no and took advantage of the situation. Her heartbeat quickened again and she found herself leaning her head some on her Senpai’s chest as they walked.

“At least he’s not telling me no, so I guess this is alright,” she thought. She knew what would have happened alright, she wouldn’t be able to walk straight much less be walking at all. The more she thought about getting laid by her Sempai the more she felt her face getting hotter.

“Moe-chan?”

She liked the way his body felt, he had some nice muscles: toned, broad, lean, hard but nice to touch like velvet. She really liked the way his arm muscles looked and was sure his legs wouldn’t be any different. He was certainly tall and well built and her perverted mind kept wandering about a certain anatomy of his; that probably looked nice as well.

“Jou-chan?”

She wondered if he would have been gentle with her, she was told quite some stories from some of her female peers about their first experiences and she was very curious. Some girls said it hurts the first time, while a few didn’t have that problem. He looked to be a bit experienced with the subject of sex; at least more so than Konohamaru.

Truthfully she didn’t really know if he really was or not, when it came to the subject of females in general for her Senpai, he looked a little lost. She noticed whenever his friends were around that he barely conversed with the guys when they went into that topic.

It almost seemed taboo for him to even speak of sex and girls at the same time. He was sweet to her when he turned her down, she unconsciously snuggled deeper into him. Yes! Her mind concluded, he would have been very gentle with her, even if not experienced because Naruto was just nice that way, and plus he seemed to be patient.

“Jou-chan!” Naruto bellowed a litter louder to get her attention.

“Nani!?” she yelled with a small whine in her voice, annoyed that someone interrupted her daydreaming. Her facial expression changed when she saw Naruto looking at her, a small blush graced her features; “I mean what…Sempai?”

Naruto grinned, “This is your place right Jou-chan?” he asked, rubbing the top of her head in a brotherly way.

Moegi huffed, swatting his hand away from her head, she looked at the front door to her house, sighing. “Hai Sempai.”

Naruto tilted his face to the side, “What’s with the long face Little Lady?”

Moegi gave him a weak smile, “I don’t know Sempai,” she looked like she was on the verge of crying again, “I feel relieved and at the same time disappointed. I guess I’m a little confused right now,” she shifted on her feet.

Naruto looked thoughtful, brushing a few tears that escaped her eyes, “Don’t cry Jou-chan, I don’t want to be the cause of your tears,” he smiled at her, “Give me a smile please.”

Moegi just gave him a smile of someone who smiled for the camera without really smiling.

He laughed, his soft baritone mesmerizing the younger female, “That’s pitiful! You can do better than that!”

She just nodded her head not saying anything, she looked at him laughing and suddenly closed the distance between them, laying her head on his chest, Naruto instantly got quiet, he looked down at the girl snuggling up against him. He smiled; she was adorable, kind of reminding him of a kitten that showed affection when wanting attention.

He rubbed her back and she sighed, eyes closed and feeling content where she was, her blush growing redder across her cheeks. Adorable and innocent, it was why he wouldn’t sleep with her; she looked up to him as an older brother, he saw her as his little sister. She was only upset because of Konohamaru, and she instantly got the impression that Konohamaru didn’t like her that way because he didn’t say anything.

Moreover, if she didn’t have regrets, he sure as hell would have, dealing with someone more his age like Tenten was different than dealing with someone a few years younger. The thought of doing something like that with Moegi made him feel like a dirty old man and he was not a pervert and an old man at least!

“Senpai you smell,” she muttered, sniffing a bit at his tee in a mocking fashion, “Now I smell like your sweat nasty!” she laughed.

Naruto just laughed, “Not my fault, you came before I could barely do anything Little Lady! Feel better okay? Whenever you’re ready we’ll talk to Konohamaru,” he said.

“Sure thing Sempai!” she exclaimed, smiling brightly.

“Jou-chan, you’re smiling again,” he said.

Moegi nodded, “You’re gonna help me with Konohamaru, so I feel grateful.”

“Good! We’ll make his ass suffer first before we make him apologize!” Naruto laughed, Moegi just chuckled, shaking her head with exasperation; she watched him walk off waving at her, “JA NE!!” he yelled.

“Ja! Thanks for walking me Naruto Sempai!” she waved back smiling, watching him walk away.

She stepped up on her porch step standing there before sliding the door, she smiled thinking about her Sempai. Maybe, she was wrong?

Moegi had been thinking about that conversation from Friday night about who could be ‘Tenten’s Special Friend?’ For some reason her Senpai came to mind.

She didn’t know why, but Naruto just screamed ‘Nice’ or ‘You can count on me to do anything you ask’. Sure he was still loud when he chose to be, and didn’t have a clue but he was nice and he did listen; she didn’t know much about the other things, maybe he wasn’t the one Tenten sought after all. She was sure a man like the one Tenten described would have done anything to make her happy. Like rid her of her innocence if asked, she felt disappointed and a bit embarrassed that she threw herself at her Senpai like that.

To her it didn’t sound like it could really be anyone else; once upon a time most of the women at the table would have assumed Sasuke was it; their minds making up and assuming things about the handsome brooding male who never did pay much attention to any of his ‘adoring fans’. But he was with Sakura and that was still shocking to this day.

Other than those two, it didn’t sound like anyone else, at least in Moegi’s opinion. Maybe Naruto wasn’t really a ladies man after all. But that was fine with her; at least she didn’t have to worry about some woman liking her Senpai and if Konohamaru was content with chasing Hanabi around town and ignoring her that was okay too. She wasn’t going to foolishly wait and cling to her crush only to get her heart broken. As the saying goes ‘there’s plenty of other fish in the sea’.

Her Senpai was a caring person, one that no woman cared to recognize, she saw how the girls in his age group treated him, like a friend and a brother, or an annoyance. Sometimes she felt a little bad for him, wishing there was something she could do for him. Even if he wasn’t Tenten’s ‘friend’, he still cared about her, his advice sounded plausible and she was jumping too fast from being upset.

Well in any case, he may see her as a little sister now, but if she had to, she’ll make him see her as a woman, she’ll be 18 soon. She surely thought him to be handsome, especially when he got older and stronger. It was why she hung around him with Konohamaru and Udon when her little crush on Sasuke faltered or why she wanted to be different and asked him to teach her some skills personally and why she called him Senpai unlike the others.

Suddenly she smirked, getting a glint in her eyes, “Naïve Senpai, who said I wanted help with getting Konohamaru? There’s someone else I’ve found more appeasing.”

She chuckled to herself, closing the door behind her and trekking her way upstairs for the night.

Naruto sneezed. Someone must be talking about him, he took his time getting back to his home, it was quiet tonight, and the cool summer air felt nice. Plus it was easier to think while walking, and he had quite some things to think about; like Moegi for example.

That was one thing he never saw coming, he was glad he was able to defy her no matter how much she pushed. The girl was very stubborn when she chose to be.

(Flashback)

Naruto was at a loss for words, with Moegi clinging onto him and asking him to sleep with her out of the blue. She didn’t look like she was willing to let go anytime soon. He didn’t want to think about what her reaction may suddenly be when he turned her down. He had to turn her down, the entire situation was awkward and he would feel even more so if he granted the young girl her wish.

“Jou-chan, listen to me please?” he asked, resting his hands on Moegi’s shoulders, to back her off a bit. He decided to use ‘jou-chan’ instead of ‘imouto’ like before when addressing her now. The thought of calling her his little sister with the current situation didn’t feel too comfortable right now.

Moegi looked up at him, the blush on her face burned her with embarrassment, “Yes Sempai?” she still was hugging him close to her, not willing to let go.

“Uhh…err…,” Naruto couldn’t think of what it was he wanted to say, he seemed a little stuck.

“Senpai? Will you? Will you really do it?”

Naruto’s mouth hung open, and his eyes widened, was she actually looking almost hopeful?

“Jou-chan will you let me go?” the first thing to come of out his mouth, but he couldn’t think of anything else without blurting something to either embarrass her and making himself look like an ass.

“No!” this only made Moegi sound and look very childish, and made her lay her head back on his chest and cling to him like he was her life line.

Naruto only sighed, since the girl wasn’t trying to put distance between them, he’ll just have to do it himself. It wasn’t a far walk from his kitchen to the living room, at least there he could properly sit down and talk with her rationally; so things wouldn’t get out of hand.

Naruto’s grand idea to getting things started was by picking the girl up into his arms bridal style; Moegi was startled and looked up at her sempai, her whole entire body was tinged a pretty pink color. She didn’t know what to do or say, her heart was racing in her chest, and her nerves began to shake. He was carrying her out of the kitchen, looking to be heading straight to the stairs leading to the second floor; where his bedroom is located, at this Moegi immediately shut her eyes.

“Is he really going to…I’m so nervous! Why did I ask that stupid question? I change my mind Sempai! Then again I do want him to…but it’s too soon! On the other hand…I want to know what it looks like and how it feels…but I’m scared! So what! If Sempai wants too I want to too! It was me who asked him…still what if- NO!!”

Moegi shook her head violently, she didn’t notice she suddenly screamed “NO!” squirming around in Naruto’s arms. She accidentally whacked Naruto on his head with her fist.

“Ouch! Jou-chan, be still dattebayo!” Naruto was having a hard time holding onto her and keeping his balance, he wanted to very much rub the sore on his head but his hands were tied, trying not to make the young woman in his arms fall.

“NO! PLEASE SEnPAI!!” she screamed, still flailing about, not paying attention to anything as her eyes were shut tight; her mind was still grasping the fact that her sempai was really going to go through with her embarrassing request.

“Jou-chan! Watch what you- ah-ahh!” between all Moegi’s squirming and making him walk backwards, the heel of his foot hit the leg of a table, he lost his balance.

He fell, hitting his head on the arm of the sofa before finally meeting the carpet on the floor. A lithe form came right after, hitting him dead in his stomach, before the impact of the fall made her keel over, her forehead hit his chin, which only added more pain to the poor blond seeing stars in his vision.

Moegi’s red face met the skin of a tanned neck, and her feminine hand planted squarely on a muscled chest.

Naruto was dazed, his head was throbbing with pain and he had a female who chose that moment to shift her position on him to where she was oblivious to the consequences of straddling her hips on top of a full grown man.

It wasn’t helping either that she grinded against him unintentionally; she was still trying to get a grip on her bearings, rubbing her sore forehead which made a hard impact with Naruto’s strong chin.

All that moving about, caused a certain reaction in Naruto who was now fully aware of his surroundings; Moegi moving about on top of him was one of those things.

The fact that the girl was grinding in such a way that he picked up on but she didn’t was another thing. The fact she was grinding against him in that way and on a certain part of his anatomy did not help the already awkward situation any better.

“Jou-chan?” he tentatively asked.

The last thing he wanted was to startle her, she figure out what she was doing and how it was making him react, only to be called a pervert and slapped for it. It didn’t matter if he started it or not, he would still be in the wrong, according to her.

Moegi for her part, started to notice that a pleasant feeling was beginning to form itself in the lower part of her body. The same part that was moving itself against her senpai. This brought a blush to her face, and while she finally noticed what she was doing and how embarrassing it was, she didn’t want to stop.

It wasn’t making Naruto happy at all, oh, he was excited that was for sure; but it didn’t mean he was happy about his situation,

“Ano…Moegi, Moegi?” he said a little louder this time; it was so hard to stifle the groan wanting to state how he was feeling, there was a blush slowly growing across his face.

She visibly blushed, averting her gaze from Naruto’s face, opting to just close her eyes, that way she wouldn’t feel so guilty for doing what she realized she was doing, and hoping he didn’t know that she knew. She couldn’t help it, the way their bodies were positioned and moving around like that caused an unexpected wave of pleasure to go up her spine.

So much so, she started to purposely grind and push her hips deeper into Naruto’s groin. She actually bit her bottom lip.

“I should stop what I’m doing before I embarrass myself even more,” Moegi blushed at her own thoughts, “But it feels nice, so very nice.”

All that grinding made the male underneath her became hard. As she kept thrusting her hips into him, she felt something move, it was the first time she felt ‘it’.

She momentarily stopped, unsure, but having a clue to what she felt; she furrowed her brow, moving once more to figure out what it was that moved against her. Moegi’s face took on a deep red coloring; as she felt Naruto’s own private twitch underneath her.

Naruto’s face was flushed from embarrassment and he looked up at Moegi a little worried.

“Uh…Naruto Senpai?” she felt it again and her eyes widened considerably, she was completely still, looking down at Naruto underneath her.

“Yes Jou-chan?” he started to laugh nervously, he really wanted her to get off. He didn’t do anything for obvious reasons.

Well for one thing, Moegi was doing a fine job of making their situation awkward as time moved on. This was confirmed when she suddenly answered him by kissing him, it was a small, hesitant and unsure kiss but one all the same.

She broke the kiss, before doing it again more roughly and running her hands over his torso, and moving down to put her hand inside his pants.

Naruto’s shock from being kissed by the girl wore off and he quickly pushed himself up from the floor, using his hands to push Moegi off him somewhat.

Moegi!?” he screamed, startling the girl, who looked at him a bit taken aback.

“Jou-chan, please get off me,” he asked, lowering his voice towards the young girl who just lowered her head. She got off him, standing there looking ashamed.

Naruto stood up, taking in Moegi’s appearance, her face was downcast and her hands were trying to do the job of hiding her eyes from his sight. He heard her sniffling, trying to suppress her crying.

He sort of panicked, not sure what to say, he didn’t like for anyone to cry especially because of him. He was sure she would have been mad at him for screaming at her; but he couldn’t help it, he had to do something to make her stop.

“I’m sorry for yelling at you, I honestly didn’t mean too, but you wouldn’t stop and…well…I-,”

“No, I’m the one who is sorry Senpai, I’m so stupid, I really thought…and then I did that! I really didn’t mean to be brash like that! You must hate me!” she cried, her skin was hot from humiliation.

“Little Lady, please understand I’m not mad at you,” he emphasized this point by hugging her in a brotherly way around her shoulders.

“You’re not?” she asked, looking up at him disbelievingly.

Naruto shook his head no, “Not in the least, a bit embarrassed and awkward but not mad; you pretty much surprised me all night Little Lady. Please understand that I can’t do that favor for you, I see you as a little sister and I’m sure that if we have gone through with it, you’ll regret it.”

He smiled down at her, “Besides, if it weren’t for Konohamaru, you wouldn’t have asked me otherwise am I right?”

Moegi wiped the tears from her eyes, nodding her head, “I guess so Sempai, it was wrong of me, sorry again.”

“It’s alright, no harm done Little Lady,” he kissed her forehead, than patted her on the head; even after all of that, Moegi still managed to blush prettily.

It was quiet between the two, until a low rumbling sound was heard among them. It came from the both of them as Moegi slightly blushed and Naruto started grinning sheepishly, rubbing his hand behind his head.

“Um, hey Jou-chan, are you hungry?” he grinned towards Moegi.

Moegi just smiled, grabbing a hold of her stomach, “A little,” she said, glad to have something else to talk about.

“Well! Do I have something good for you!” he exclaimed with a huge grin on his face, heading back into the kitchen, Moegi following behind him.

“Something good? I bet its ramen again,” she mockingly looked disinterested.

At this, Naruto just stomped his foot childishly, turning around to point an accusing finger at her, “Now see here missy! I damn well know how to cook stuff other than ramen!”

She only smirked, dismissing his statement with a wave of her hand, “Yea, yea Sempai, I’ll believe it when I see it.”

An evil glint appeared in Naruto’s eyes, he looked fired up at the challenge; “YOU’RE ON! I’ll make you see I can make stuff other than ramen, DATTEBAYO!!”

The young girl only laughed, “Uh huh, okay, whatever you say Sempai.”

Naruto just frowned, “You still don’t believe me?” he whined.

Moegi just sweat-dropped, “I know you’re quite- um…fired up about it,” she smiled.

Naruto just grabbed a hold of her wrist, “Maa! We will prove my cooking abilities now! TO THE KITCHEN JOU-CHAN!!” he yelled, marching comically inside the kitchen.

Moegi laughed, letting him drag her into his kitchen; she was feeling much better than before, Naruto certainly knew how to make somebody feel better.

She sat down at the small round table in the kitchen, watching him move about quickly with one shadow clone. Both had a pink bandana and a matching apron; which said ‘I love ramen!’ with hearts floating around.

Moegi just chuckled at the sight in front of her.

As time moved on, Moegi sniffed the air, her stomach was growling by now; whatever Naruto was making surely wasn’t ramen and it smelt good. Within twenty-five minutes, Moegi had a small but nice looking late night dinner in front of her.

“Ha! I told you I can cook other stuff besides instant ramen!” he yelled, looking proud of his little masterpiece.

“So I see, but it doesn’t mean it’s tasty too, for all I know Sempai, you could have burned the rice,” she smirked.

Naruto just flopped in his chair, his shadow clone proofing out of existence; he still wore the ridiculous bright pink bandana, “Just eat it and see smart ass!” he grabbed some chopsticks, filling everything he made into one big bowl, “Ittadakimasu!”

“Fine,” Moegi also took a pair of chopsticks, filling her plate with rice, vegetables, and steak, “Ittadakimasu,” she started eating.

She chewed small bits before swallowing, a satisfactory look graced her features and before she knew it, she was scraping her plate clean.

“That good ne?” Naruto asked, grinning like a madman behind the bowl he had up to his mouth.

Moegi just nodded her head vigorously, filling her plate with more she forwent her table manners and started chewing down her food noisily.

Naruto only snickered, finishing his second bowl already. He sat and watched Moegi noisily eat her food.

“Done! That was really good Senpai!” she rubbed her full belly, sighing contently.

“I told you I could cook,” he said, crossing his arms.

“Okay you made your point Senpai,” she sulked, “Don’t have to rub it in every second.”

“Heh! Yeah, but its fun!” he smiled.

Moegi sat up from the table, pulling the bandana from Naruto’s forehead, “I’m ready to go home now, would you mind walking with me Senpai?”

“I wouldn’t mind at all,” he said.

“Good! Let’s go then!” she said, walking to door she first came in that night.

“Yea,” Naruto quickly followed the teenager out the back door, shutting it behind him, catching up to her.

(End Flashback)

……… ……… ……… ……… ……… ……..

Naruto was almost home now, the newly refurnished houses and apartments just coming into his view. He was still thinking about his earlier dilemma, what a way to end the night.

In the end, it was better this way for both he and the young girl, at least there wouldn’t be any regrets and he could focus more of his attention on only one female. After all, he was comfortable with the situation he found himself in concerning Tenten; even if he was feeling attached to her and knew at the same time she was using him.

But unlike Tenten, he saw Moegi as a kid and plus she asked him on a whim to just sleep with her. Something if under normal circumstances would never been uttered from her mouth, had not she been too upset with Konohamaru. Of course there were other reasons as well, ones he probably never would think of or could understand.

As much as he would like to try, and sometimes he did try, he still didn’t understand the working processes of the female mind. Like for instance, Tenten wanting to continue their secretive intimacy; but in public pretend that their friendship with each other was still impersonal and nothing more. He knew she didn’t tell anyone about ‘them’, but he knew there was quite a gossip mill going around town about this ‘special man’ that caught the females in the village attentions.

He didn’t say anything about the two of them either, that was something Tenten could decide informing others of if she wanted to. She was probably too embarrassed or ashamed to tell anyone she was sleeping with the dead-last, the man no one wanted, maybe just admitting she was spending her spare time in his company was considered a taboo.

This still bothered him and he knew it shouldn’t, knowing one day she’ll leave him or God will grant a miracle and the Hyuuga prodigy would suddenly ‘return her affections’. He knew all too well that no matter how hard you tried, or how long it takes, you still thought about your first crush; and having such a long one at that on someone- well made it even harder to forget. He should know, a small part of him still thinks of Sakura from time to time.

It wasn’t just getting attached to another female that held all possibilities to break his heart yet again; maybe it had everything to do with accepting the fact that he was only good for friendly company and nothing else, he was all too eager to please others and expect nothing in return.

In the end, he figured he’d be alone the rest of his life, yes it has been years since the Fourth sealed the demon inside him, and yes he was shunned for it, and yet still the village eventually accepted him after all he’s done.

Even so, he was still seen as the same person he was back then, the same one who still walked among them with the demon sealed inside him, the same ‘child’ that was loud, hyperactive, gullible, and none too bright. To top it all off, he didn’t get much attention with the ladies, Uzumaki Naruto wasn’t what a woman would call ‘eye candy’ as he’s never been told otherwise.

He didn’t see himself as being attractive like Sasuke and Neji; he didn’t have the brains like Shikamaru, nor was he the silent smooth type like Shino, he didn’t shout magnetism and charisma like Kiba and Kankuro, or the sweetness and exuberance only Chouji and Lee possessed; even Gaara’s mysteriousness was alluring to females.

He only had his eagerness to please everyone and expect to receive nothing in return; to be the sacrificial lamb and nothing more. The last resort when nobody will do.

Like right now, his duty to pretend and please the female awaiting his arrival at his doorstep was all he was good for. Tonight, he complied with her wishes and in the morning he was to erase the memories of the night before, never speaking of or acknowledging her presence unless approached or he came to her in a way that didn’t reveal the things they’ve done with each other.

“Hello Koibito,” Tenten greeted him, kissing both his cheeks before she kissed his lips.

“Hi Kanojo,” he replied, silently undoing the buns she put in her hair, using his foot to kick his door shut; his other hand twisting around to lock it from behind.

He picked her up in that way she liked, hoisting her up by her thighs, legs wrapped around his waist, she ardently kiss his face and he made the trek across familiar territory, across the living room, up the stairs, and to his bedroom.

Doing the same thing he knew how to do so well and tonight wasn’t going to be any different.

The sun was bright, the skies were clear for a beautiful summer day in Konoha, and to top it all off a brightly colored beach ball bounced off the head of a young auburn haired teenager; who was content to just sigh and daydream and look almost sullen.

“Moegi!” a voice shouted to her, the figure of a young girl was coming into her sight. Moegi, leaning against a brick wall just turned her head slightly to glance at Hanabi before looking ahead again.

Hanabi finally was standing next to her older friend; also behind Hanabi was her teammates Keitaro and Mikino. The three of them were currently taking the opportunity to relax by the shore; they didn’t have any missions to do and their sensei was off handling his own. Rarely did they get a chance to do mundane things like this; their sensei was ruthless when it came to training and missions.

Mikino, had fiery red hair that came to her shoulders and she wore glasses over her indigo colored eyes. She was holding the beach ball she and Hanabi’s teammate Keitaro hit Moegi with.

Keitaro, the only male in the three person team was taller than his two female team members; he had dark teal colored hair and brown eyes. He just stood behind Hanabi and Mikino, arms behind his head as he leaned on the brick wall.

“Hey, sorry about the ball Moegi,” he said.

“It’s alright, no harm done,” she said, eyes looking straight ahead. She was too deep in her thinking to really care about anything else.

Hanabi’s lavender eyes held concern for her best friend, since yesterday Moegi was looking gloomy about something. The girl didn’t even pay Konohamaru a speck of attention when he said hi to her. Konohamaru had tried to explain to Moegi about why he didn’t say anything to her that night; but she wasn’t listening. She even brushed off his explanation stating it didn’t matter; but she never once looked at him; just remained staring into space.

“Are you sure you’re fine Moegi? It’s not like you to space out like that,” said Hanabi.

“Heh, yeah that’s usually reserved for Mikino,” Keitaro added.

Mikino calmly pinched the back of Keitaro’s neck with quick reflexes. He instantly touched the now bruising spot on his neck; glaring daggers at his red haired teammate.

“Um something happened two nights ago that I’d rather not talk about,” at this Moegi suddenly began to blush a little.

“Was it bad or good?” Hanabi asked.

“Yes and no,” Moegi said.

Hanabi smiled, “Was it embarrassing?”

Moegi had a small upturned on her lips, knowing exactly what Hanabi was doing, “It was really, extremely, embarrassing.”

“Embarrassing like, my first kiss with Toshiya and getting caught by my oneesan?”

At this, Keitaro groaned, walking a bit away from the gossiping females, he did not need to know about his icy teammate lip locking one of his best friends. It seemed Mikino had the same idea, he couldn’t blame her, who wanted to hear about their twin playing kissy faces with Hanabi?

“Getting caught by your sister in her room while locking lips for the first time with Toshiya has nothing on my predicament Monday night,”

“Getting caught like that was really embarrassing you know! It’s hard to do anything in my house without having someone constantly watching my back. My father could have caught me; that would have been painful,” she said.

“So what did you?” asked Hanabi.

“I told you, I don’t want to talk about it, if I did more than just kiss it wouldn’t-,”

Hanabi smiled, “More than just kissed?” her lavender eyes were gleaming.

“Damn it!” Moegi berated herself, she just told on herself, how stupid could one be?

Hanabi actually squealed like a school girl, something she rarely does, being more calm and collected, “Who did you kiss? You have to tell me! I told you who I kissed, it’s only fair!”

Hanabi certainly had a knack for getting someone out of their depression; even resorting to acting like a crazed school girl.

“I can’t, you’ll probably think I’m out of my mind, and I know you Hanabi, you’ll think I’ve lost it,” she nervously laughed.

“Hmm, it’s not Konohamaru that’s certain,” Hanabi stated, thinking about the possibilities.

“Well, you haven’t showed any interest in the other guys our age, so is it an older man? You seem to have a distorted complex for liking men older than yourself; and that’s excluding Konohamaru because he’s in our age group,”

Moegi could do nothing but turn red, trying to looking anywhere but in Hanabi’s direction, “Must you be so perceptive ‘Nabi-chan?”

“Yes, until I get what I want,” she smirked.

“Hey! I do not have a complex thank you!” Moegi shouted.

Hanabi only smiled, “Really?” she started counting on her fingers, “Let’s see, there was Sasuke, than Chouji, oh yeah my cousin, and at one point my sister’s boyfriend. If I didn’t know any better, I swear you had one on my team’s sensei even if it was shorted lived.”

The auburn haired girl face was beet red, “What does that prove?!” she panicked, Hanabi was perceptive, she just prayed she didn’t pick up on her crush on Naruto; since she just figured it out herself. It wasn’t helping matters any because unlike all her silly crushes on those guys, were all stupid reasons and didn’t last very long.

“My crushes only lasted for a month! I mean give me a break here! I was only twelve Hanabi!”

Hanabi answered her, ignoring the fact that she was yelling in her face, “It means you did more than kiss a grown man. It means your first kiss was with a man a few years your senior; and it also means this is someone you’ve had a crush on for longer than a month!”

“Yeah…er…so what about it huh?”

“Some comeback that was,” Hanabi laughed, at her flustered friend. She fluffed her hair from her face with her hand.

“The only thing is I don’t know who this could be…” Hanabi said, looking thoughtful.

Moegi sighed, feeling relaxed she didn’t suspect anything that was good; man did she not want to go into details; if there was one thing Hanabi knew how to do it was to get any piece of information out of someone; no matter the method she used.

“Only man that could get you this wound up is Naruto,” she stated.

Moegi felt all the air leave her body, she felt like asking god to just take her life right now; how did she know?! How?!

“But that just sounds too crazy; for one you’ve always seen him as an older brother and two, he’s practically you’re sensei, and at times you two bicker,” the young Hyuuga stated.

“Yeah! You’re absolutely right, how can I have a thing for Sempai?”

“Hmm, a ninja is always suppose to expect the unexpected, read between the lines, look beneath the-,”

“Okay, okay you’ve made your point, please stop quoting things like Iruka-sensei!”

Hanabi chuckled, “Yeah, I guess Naruto isn’t it,” Hanabi’s aura darkened somewhat, “Besides, you of all people know how I feel about your Sempai right?”

“Eh?!!” Moegi’s eyes widened from the shock. She totally forgot about that actually; oh god! Hanabi would kill her if she knew; thankfully she hadn’t caught on….yet.

Hanabi raised her eyebrow, “What? Naruto’s hot, I guess if there’s one thing I share in common with my sis’ is that we both have similar thoughts about your Senpai. If I was Hinata’s age, I would have so made a move a long time ago. I wouldn’t have given that woman a chance in hell to do what she done; no offense Moegi I know how much you like Haruno-san,”

Moegi sweat dropped, “Um none taken?”

Hanabi sighed, “It’s just my sister has no damn backbone! Hell, if I had a crush on Naruto for years like that…Hinata’s too nice its painful, I on the other hand would have used jyuuken every chance I got on that snobby two-faced…” Hanabi trailed off mumbling all types of curses towards the pink haired older woman.

“You’re insane ‘Nabi-chan really insane,” Moegi said, she knew how Hanabi felt about Naruto and Sakura. Hanabi had spoke kindly of her Sempai, but knowing that her sister liked him so much, she wouldn’t mind him as an older brother, Hanabi’s infatuation with Naruto was kind of puzzling sometimes. She also knew Hanabi detested Sakura with a passion, mainly because of her older sister, that and the fact that since dating the Uchiha, Sakura became a bit overbearing, too indulged in her own self.

Hanabi playfully bowed, “Why thank you, thank you very much,”

Both girls started laughing together unaware of the silhouettes of four individuals approaching them.

“Well, well, well, if it isn’t Bushwhacked and her overgrown breasts!” a haughty voice shouted out, droning out the voices of everyone close to Moegi.

There was only one person, Moegi knew of that taunted her with that name; it was because of that name she changed her hairstyle when she was 12.

Moegi glared hard at the female walking up to her with her two lackeys and a girl Moegi considered a friend, trailing behind; the four teenagers were a year older than Moegi and the others. Three of them were but together into an all three female genin team; the fourth female was part of another team, but chose to follow the other three around since she ‘adored’ Kachina like everyone else.

Her name was Kachina, a snooty uptight girl who loved to be the center of attention; one of her favorite pastimes was teasing Moegi relentlessly. She was pretty, with long wavy midnight blue hair and honey brown eyes; but her personality made her ugly. Ever since the start of their genin days, Kachina made it her goal to let everyone know who was the superior one in their group.

“Aww come on Ka-chan, give the girl a break; she already has troubles plaguing her mind,” this was stated by Midoriko, a nice girl who befriended Hanabi and Moegi when Kachina started teasing Moegi during the last year of their academy days. She had forest green hair she kept in thick ringlets that never seem to come undone and sit right on her shoulders. Her ruby eyes were friendly, and were intensified when she smiled at Moegi and waved at Hanabi. One of her eyes was always covered up by her bangs.

She tolerated Kachina only because they were teammates and the same age; the same could be applied to her other teammate, Ritsuka. Though, she did like Ritsuka, she didn’t hang with her much, only because the girl got on her nerves clinging to being Kachina’s shadow. She didn’t get it and therefore resulted to paying neither her team members no mind; anyone else part of the ‘worship Kachina fanclub’ she didn’t give the time of day too.

Kachina slapped Midoriko’s hand off her bare shoulder, scowling at her before continuing her need to pester Moegi.

“I thought for sure you’d remain flat-chested when you hit 15. What did you do? Get the Hokage to make some adjustments in that area?” she laughed, she had a nasal sounding laugh; it made Hanabi groan and frown resembling Neji or her father in a way, and everyone else cringe. Except her two cohorts, Yagami and Ritsuka, who laughed along with her joke.

Ritsuka had brownish red hair with purple streaks in her hair; always wearing it in a braided pigtail and she had emerald green eyes; you really wouldn’t notice her much unless she spoke or was around Kachina. That’s not to say she was the timid type; she preferred to be kept out of the lime light; gladly letting her teammate take that spot. You were just better off pretending she didn’t exist if you wanted to live. Much of what came out her mouth wasn’t at all pleasant; and if angered she usually could reduce a timid person like Yagami to tears. If she showed any respect to someone it was either to Kachina, their sensei, the Hokage, or any other much older and mature persons.

Yagami, giggled softly, she was very shy and timid, she reminded Hanabi too much of her sister when they were younger; except Yagami didn’t show any regard of concern for her enemy when confronted; nor was she very friendly. Probably her disdain for Moegi is what led her to befriend Kachina; the only person she acknowledged as her friend. The girl did everything Kachina told her to do without batting an eyelash or voicing her opinions if she had any. She wore her sky blue hair long, either braided or just out; she had dark violet eyes.

None of them knew; but she didn’t like Moegi at all, not because of Konohamaru. In this regard she shared Hanabi’s sentiments; she didn’t see what anyone saw in that annoying prick, than again Kachina liked him also so she never questioned it. She didn’t like Moegi because she was close to the people she looked up too. Sakura, Sasuke, and especially Naruto; she didn’t think it was fair that Naruto not being a sensei was teaching someone like Moegi. She personally didn’t find the girl attractive at all; but was jealous of her because Naruto gave Moegi special attention. She had softened up to the blond when he substituted as her team’s sensei for a mission. Being the only female on her team; her male teammates chose to smother her and watch her than letting her really do anything. They acted more like protective older brothers and it annoyed her. Naruto had let the girl train and believed in her abilities. She was very grateful to him after their mission was completed. Not only that, but he had saved her quite a few times; she had thought he was an immature dolt; but he proved to be otherwise; she was 14 when he accompanied her and her team on that mission.

“For you’ve information, they just happen to naturally grow that way; however yours are taken into question; and their small like plum fruits,” Moegi smiled at the sour look Kachina gave her.

“I clearly remembered, Konohamaru stating he liked his ‘women’ with bosoms where he could snuggled his face into, neither of which he can do with yours,”

A twitch started in Kachina’s eye, “Heh, that maybe so but he also likes them with much more experience; something a child like you lacks,” she pointed her finger on Moegi’s shoulder.

That statement, made Moegi’s eyes widen before making her become sullen once more. It wasn’t because of Konohamaru but because of Naruto; the statement made her think about why he didn’t take her. She was too inexperienced, and a child.

However, Kachina kept mistaking Moegi’s look because of Konohamaru; “Is the baby going to cry? Finally realizing I’m right after all?”

Moegi didn’t take the bait, turning away from Kachina, almost afraid that she was going to cry. She didn’t want her rival to see her cry.

“Oi! Don’t ignore me all of a sudden! Come on, just admit I’m right and deal with it, between the both of us, Konohamaru obviously favors me more,”

Moegi didn’t say anything; Hanabi glared at Kachina walking over to face Moegi; she saw the two stray tears that fell down her face.

She whispered to the older girl, “All of this over that prick? You’ve got to be kidding me.”

Moegi shook her head no, without saying anything, Hanabi understood she wasn’t crying because of Konohamaru but about something or someone else. Also, she knew Moegi didn’t want Kachina of all people to see her cry.

“Can your feeble mind see that the girl before you refuses to rise to your no nonsense taunting?” Mikino said, pushing her glasses up on the bridge of her nose.

“No one was talking to you, you freaky little nerd!” Kachina screeched.

“And she wonders why no one can tolerate that banshee of a voice she has,” Mikino mumbled, deciding to ignore the mindless Amazon wenches and started solving equations in her head from the small book she owned; she was easily getting bored with the situation.

Hanabi and Midoriko only sighed, looking at each other before nodding, “Today is not the best day to tease Moe-chan, try taunting her about Konohamaru tomorrow,” Midoriko said, trying to pull the dark blue haired girl away from the others. She was not going to be held responsible if Hanabi activated byakugan on her annoying teammate.

“Why? Does the ice queen always have to fight you’re battles baby? Hmph, its not like I don’t already know what her byakugan does; quite small in comparison to what I can do,”

Hanabi glared, smiling with the intent to kill the annoying bitch. “Oh?”

Kachina turned her attention to the youngest Hyuuga, “Yes, ‘oh!’ nice to finally meet your acquaintance Ice Princess,” she mocked.

“The pleasures all mine, you Bakemono” Hanabi retorted in greeting to Kachina.

Hanabi smirked evilly at her, watching in satisfaction as the girl got annoyed with her. Hanabi had been told before that her smirking and cold indifference to those she couldn’t tolerate made her sound like her cousin Neji. Despite her cold demeanor to someone like Kachina and her flunkies Ritsuka and Yagami; Hanabi’s softer side was associated to her older sister’s.

Kachina chose not to comment, just sneering at Hanabi crossing her arms going back to trying to bait Moegi, “So Bushwhack, what has your panties in a bunch, Konohamaru refusing to date you again?”

Moegi glared, “Not all my problems have to deal with Konohamaru Nasal breath!”

Kachina had a vein popping in her forehead, “What the hell did you call me?”

“What business do you have here?! If you want that idiot you can have him, I really don’t care!” Moegi screamed.

“Giving up so easily now?”

“Augh! You dumb ass you don’t understand anything, you’re always too self absorbed. I just told you if you want Konohamaru, you can have him! If he even wants you for a girlfriend, Nasal Breath,” with that Moegi unkindly pushed the three girls out of her way walking off to be alone to think.

“Tch, this is why you need to think before you act Ka-chan, really,” Midoriko only sighed.

“Really,” Hanabi, Mikino, and Keitaro added.

“Not everyone is head over heels for Konohamaru; anyway there’s someone else more mature than him that capture my friend’s fancy,” said Hanabi.

“And I’m going to figure out just who he is.”

Hanabi and Midoriko started walking off in another direction together; Mikino going another way towards her home and Keitaro decided to follow behind the Hanabi.

“Midoriko where are you going?” Kachina pouted, she hated to be made a fool of.

“What does it look like? There’s but so much tolerance I can take from hanging around you three; if we have a mission you know where to find me,” Midoriko said without turning to face the snooty teen and her two lackeys.

The friends left the girl scowling after them; she was peeved, not knowing what else to do; she started to walk with Yagami and Ritsuka following behind her. She couldn’t help but rethink about Hanabi’s words; She has someone else she likes? Hmph, sounds intriguing.”

Moegi slowed down, walking at a slower pace; that Kachina was a clueless bint. She was the least of her worries and wasn’t worth thinking about; she was upset because ever since she left Naruto’s home she couldn’t stop thinking about him; about what she done and then what she did afterwards.

The man, damn him to hell! He had no idea how much he affected her hormones. Everything from the color orange to the blue color of the sea invoked emotions and thoughts of her sempai.

She had never felt so sexually frustrated before; not to the point she actually took the time to pleasure herself. She took every moment alone to do just that the previous evening. She had her first orgasm during her shower taking; and had quite a few more even after that.

She was embarrassed the first time she thought about doing such a thing; and doing so while thinking about her Sempai. She did like what she felt, it was an accident they fell and it was also a mistake that she moved so provocative on top of him. She had excited him, he did like what he felt; but his rational thought overruled everything else. What a fine time for him to actually use his brain.

After that incident, Moegi wanted to feel more; she wanted to experience sex; but she only wanted one man to touch her first and sadly he wouldn’t. She didn’t care if he was a few years her senior; Naruto was the one she wanted, if just for one night.

Naruto didn’t know how his gentleness and caring for her only enticed her desires for him; being the way he is now only made her feelings for him worse. She had no plans of just letting him be; she was going to find a way to pursue her Sempai, she told herself this once before. She was going to make him see her as a woman.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Long sheer blonde hair wet from the hot sprays of a shower; cascaded down the lithe form of a female body. A long red towel was wrapped around her figure and then her hair to dry it, as she made her way into her bedroom.

The first thing she did was stand and stare at her reflection in the tall vanity mirror; a habit she formed since being 12. Her indigo eyes staring back at her in the mirror. Ino balked at the oncoming sight she was about to grace herself with once more. She honestly didn’t know why she bothered; maybe it became such a habit that she never stopped it before now. She undid the towel around her body, only to cringe at what she saw.

She was a woman who was obsessive with looks so much; it ate away at her soul. She hated what she saw but at the same time; was unable to stop the madness that kept her going on with this unhealthy trend. Yes, she had an unhealthy diet; though she didn’t quite know whether to classify her disorder as anorexic nervosa or not; she had a funny way of eating and she did eat; but she went about it the wrong way. At times she just classified it as borderline anorexia; and she hated it; but had to will of stopping.

Ino resorted to examining her figure yet again, her face lost a lot of its baby fat from her younger years; but also seem to get shallow the more she continued with her disorder. Overall it wasn’t too bad and she did quite a job covering up the small details with make up; no one noticed the impurities of her face and she continued.

Looking further down, her habit wasn’t so forgiving to the rest of her figure; Ino sighed, grabbing what was suppose to be full, firm, and healthy looking breasts. She always compared herself to the other kunoichi’s sizes, she concluded that while she didn’t mind that she wasn’t as big like Temari or even amazingly Hinata; she was sure her breasts were suppose to be firm and fuller; like Sakura’s and Tenten. Instead, hers were only big globs of flesh that were just there and out of shape.

Her shape wasn’t what she could consider curvaceous at all; there wasn’t any defining qualities about her figure she could think of. Her abdomen was nearly hallowed, her hip bones and her ribcage was on the verge of protruding out of her body; her thighs and legs were too skinny and she was sure you could see the bones in her backside as clear as day.

This was why everywhere she went nowadays she wore clothing twice her size and being a ninja, wearing something akin to boyish styles gave her a good excuse. After she turned seventeen, she stopped wearing her clothes that showed off her body; the dilemma of her eating habits starting to catch up with her and she wanted to avoid anybody questioning her about it.

No one did, they didn’t suspect anything; because like any normal human being she ate heartily, in the company of others that is. On the inside, her mind berated her for eating like such a pig and thinking of all the fat and calories she was in taking; but her stomach was feeling great joy in the almost absence of knowing how it felt to be full.

By herself, Ino ate next to nothing, preferring too fix herself only one small portion of a meal for an entire day. If she happened to eat out with everyone and consume so much, she didn’t eat at all for a couple of days. She also had a habit of going to the weight scale every half hour; when she was younger she had desired to be at a certain weight and keep it that way no more and no less; somehow that goal died out and there was no certain weight as long as she went to the scale and it stated how much she lost from the previous weight she was before.

This whole entire diet trend went way out of hand, all because she was obsessed with beauty and looks and believed those ridiculous teen magazines about what ‘real’ beauty is suppose to look like. She blindly went through it all just to impress a boy she had a crush on at the tender age of 9.

Ino sighed, frowning before moving away from the mirror, rewrapping the towel over her figure and undoing the one on her head. She grabbed a comb on her dresser and sat on her bed to begin combing her hair.

It was bad enough she was self-conscious of herself; not in just looks but with everything else. Of course no one would notice this because since she was little; she always was the center of attention, the one who was the voice of reason, the one who had all the answers, the one that taught others how to have confidence in themselves. She had been the most popular female, the ring leader out of the females in class back during the academy days.

That all seemed to change, once she became a genin, then she became a chuunin, and now as a jounin; Ino had this urge to suddenly hide herself inside this unbreakable shell; like Sakura used to do when they were young. Everything she said, or done wasn’t with much confidence like it used to be.

And this all stemmed from her desires to impress Sasuke and have him as a boyfriend. He was her first and only crush, no other would do; she had been determined to make him hers. But looking back on it now, Sasuke didn’t pay much attention to her from the start; not that he paid any other girl much attention to begin with, except Sakura and that was only because they were on the same team. Even when the stoic Uchiha did come back, he suddenly started dating his pink haired teammate.

From trying to impress Sasuke, he paid her no mind, Ino’s confidence in herself kind of faltered, and when Sasuke left to become one of Orochimaru’s subordinates, her crush for him sort of dimmed and when her interests moved onto Sai, her confidence came back full force. It even helped that he called her ‘beautiful’, but yet again, the anti-social artist didn’t show any hints of interest in her at all. She even had pushed him into going out with her once, that failed horribly; he didn’t look happy about the whole situation at all, barely spoke and when he had finished his meal, he rudely got up and left her alone to pay for both their meals.

She tried her luck again with Sai, choosing to forgive him and coaxed him into another date that ended uneventful. Sai once again resorted to keeping quiet until the end when he rudely told her she was wasting her time and that she shouldn’t mindlessly go after someone just because they called her ‘beautiful’. He than told her as he was leaving, the only reason he said it was because he didn’t want her hitting him in the head like Sakura had done when he called her ‘ugly’ and that he really didn’t mean anything by it.

After that, Ino hardly spoke to Sai, opting to just let it be, having a repeat of falling for a man that didn’t want her didn’t sound all that appealing to her anymore.

Ino couldn’t think of any other guy she deemed to be boyfriend material, at least for her; she thought about her teammate Shikamaru on a few occasions but didn’t bother to pursue that route. There were already enough gossip about him and Temari being an item, and even if they denied the accusations; Ino thought the two would make a cute couple.

She did try dating other men, but they didn’t do anything for her at all; one was a bore a nerdy egghead who was way into himself. His classification of fun was reciting the history of the five great nations in time order. The second guy was a major flirt (and that also includes with some of the men as well); and the third a complete pervert, not only did he have the gall to constantly feel up her thigh, even after she kicked or kneed him in his privates many times; he fondled anything with breasts and an ass that came within his reaching standards.

She gave up for awhile, deciding to look around for her Mr. Right instead of trying to snag him by going out with him the moment she saw a hot stud.

Her rivalry with Sakura was another reason; as they got older, their rivalry with one another went far beyond that of just trying to win Sasuke. It was who had the better looks, who was more popular, which kunoichi had the better skills, the best clothes, who’ll end up with the better boyfriend; anything. Out of all the women in their generation, Ino compared herself with Haruno Sakura the most.

Ino had always loved anything classified as beautiful, and had an eye for catching anything and anyone she deemed belong in this category. She saw her best friend and rival as one of these people; even if Sakura didn’t see it in herself at point in time.

As time moved on, Sakura gained confidence in her self and it seemed like she was winning their long time rivalry as they got older. Sakura had the best of everything, and always looked to be gaining while Ino felt herself losing.

Sakura had Sasuke; even after all this time, she never let go of him, Sakura had, not only the woman known as one of the legendary three but also the woman to become the fifth Hokage; put a lot of her time and effort to train Sakura and perfect her skills. Sakura, when she was pinning over Sasuke, had not one but two boys wanting to date her. Naruto and Lee never gave up either, it didn’t matter that Sakura always rejected their offer. Though, Sakura did seem to gain sadistic tendencies when it came to belittling the orange wearing blond.

Sakura was the perfect image of the ‘girl-next-door’, she was respectful, shy, and sweet, when she wasn’t on missions or trying to beat Naruto into his grave when he got on her nerves. She had a pretty figure, a healthy curvy and in balanced figure; she let her hair grow a bit past her shoulder blades and often let it out or into a wild spiky ponytail. The young woman’s hips filled out nicely and her legs were well toned and shapely. Sakura had nice firm breasts and though Ino teased her about them being fake, she knew they weren’t, it was her just being envious that between the both of them Sakura beat her again when it came to looks.

Sakura also got everything handed to her on a silver platter; whatever the pink haired woman wanted, she got it. Her demands were met more easily because of who her boyfriend was; it was no secret that the Uchiha was well off. Ino was sure Sakura indulged every moment of it; anything Sakura asked of Sasuke, he easily gave without so much as blinking an eye. In one word, her friend became spoiled rotten; but she was happy for her, jealous but none the less happy.

From her crush on Sasuke, to dating anti-social Sai, to considering a teammate to dating a bore, a flirt, and a pervert; and her rivalry with Sakura; made Ino think just how much she stressed herself out. The men in her life made her lose confidence in her own beauty, and every time she saw her reflection she didn’t like what she saw. She stressed herself out to look beautiful in others eyes, she wanted to be told she was beautiful, like Naruto had always told Sakura all the time. Her rivalry with Sakura and her need of comparing everything she did to Sakura made it worse. The more time passed on, the more Ino ate less and less, the more Sakura got attention, the more Ino wanted to hide herself and become invisible; the more Sakura got compliments on her looks, the more Ino chose to wear clothes that made her look tomboyish and hide her body. The better Sakura got at her ninja skills, the less Ino tried to perfect hers.

The more she thought about these things, the more she made herself feel unhappy. Ino set her brush down on the bed, looking whimsical. She never pictured herself as being the type to give up; but she was just ready now to give up on this idiotic rivalry; she already decided that Sakura had won. After all these years, Sakura won; she went over to her closet to see what she could put on today. She was ready to admit defeat, but lately when Ino was in the company of her friend, Sakura would gloat and Ino’s immediate reaction was to get spurred on by her taunting. She was truly sick of it though; but a small part of her during moments like those wouldn’t relent. She kept telling herself that she’d pull herself out of this funk she gotten herself into and beat Sakura once and for all.

However, lately whenever someone said Naruto’s name, if Sakura herself did not, she would almost flinch before contorting her face into a scowl. At first, Ino didn’t pay this much attention to the small details; but being around Sakura and knowing her moods, she was positive something was wrong with her friend.

Ever since their girl’s night out last Friday, Sakura had this dark mood about her when she or someone else talked about Naruto. When Ino asked her what was wrong, Sakura would brush it off, not bothering to say much. But when Ino picked up on Sakura’s mood when Ino personally talked about Naruto, Sakura began taunting her. Her taunts and gloating would sound harsh, nothing like her usual playful manner when they bickered. Ino also noticed that when Sakura began to do this, she not only taunted Ino about Sasuke but about everything else and would then change the subject from off of Naruto altogether.

Ino didn’t know what it was about Naruto that made Sakura seem so…irritable. It was funny because when the guy was around the female group; Sakura brightened, masking her annoyance. Ino figured out that Sakura was annoyed not with Naruto, but with them and she watched how Sakura would instantly cut into a conversation Naruto started with one of them, preferably her or Tenten. It was almost as if Sakura didn’t want him to speak with anybody; no rephrase that, Sakura didn’t want him to be speaking with any woman unless it was her.

Ino decided to think about Sakura’s odd behavior later; her mind was now thinking about a certain blond male; she had recalled quite a few times he was around for the right time; times she needed to just speak with someone about anything and hear her out.

That person, she clearly remembered, had comforted her whenever she talked about things that were bothering her or about her boyfriend troubles. It wasn’t that she expected anything out of him; like he had anything wise to tell her; but if anyone knew how it felt to be dumped or overlooked he did. He was the next best person to talk too when Shikamaru or Chouji weren’t around, or there was no one she knew that would understand her better than Naruto.

Thinking about it more, Naruto only came to her once and that was by coincidence; but he knew she was sad and offer to listen; he was attentive to her and never interrupted her once. He didn’t say anything; honestly having nothing he thought was worth saying to her. He was surprised when she suddenly hugged him and cried on his shoulder; he let her and hugged her back.

All the times she talked and he listened, Ino was the one that sought him out, not the other way around. Once, Naruto had shared with her some of his feelings about Sakura and Sasuke; even little details about the nine tailed fox demon. Ino didn’t let him know, so he didn’t have a clue to how much his little confession meant that much to her. She never spoke of her other issues; just mainly about her boy troubles; so she had found herself smiling genuinely at Naruto when he told her a bit about the fox demon. Comparing their different troubles together; let Ino see how much they compared when it came to their feelings about their woes. She confided in him so much so, that she started to begin admiring him from afar, for his courage to do what he’s done all his life, carrying such a heavy burden.

If she was honest, she could say she was beginning to see what Hinata saw all along; why the Hyuuga heiress deemed it necessary to worship the ground he walked on. Naruto had no idea how much his words and sincerity gave a person so much joy, gave them hope and also confidence.

And if his words from when she was in the hospital proved her wrong and him right; one day she’ll let him know, just what his words have done for her. Right now, Ino had to make the effort to actually wear shoes that showed off her legs and ankles. She didn’t like her boney legs to be shown in public but she wanted to see who was wrong and who was right.

For his sake, he better prove her wrong or he was going to find himself begging for mercy once she began to torture him.

……….. …………… ……………. …………… ……………

It was working! It was really working; she couldn’t believe the idiot’s advice was really working. They were staring and if the looks of satisfaction wasn’t an indication; she didn’t know what was.

A small smile showed on Ino’s lips, and it remained so as she walked through the crowded streets. Who would have thought despite wearing a pair of dark violet Capri pants twice her size and a white tee over her mesh shirt with sandaled heeled ankle strapped shoes would invoke so much attention. She thought Naruto was out of his mind to suggest she show off her ankles and here she was testing his theory by wearing shoes she brought three years ago but never worn. Ino was certain the blond was just blabbing off; she didn’t like the idea of showing any part of her body off at all; but she was curious and at the same time wanted to prove Naruto she was right; that nothing on her body was worth showing off. Seems she was proven wrong, she’ll have to thank Naruto the next time she saw him around.

He had no idea how much he brought some of her confidence back if even a small amount; but she beamed like she was the sunlight radiating the earth.

Ino’s trek through town halted when a glimpse of blue light shone in her line of vision. That pretty blue light was reflected on the most beautiful piece of jewelry she had ever seen. It was on display in the window, and it was with familiarity that Ino noticed this was the same shop the bracelet she saw similar to Tenten’s was on display in the window a couple of weeks ago.

The blonde was busy looking at the simmering piece of quality stones and metals that she didn’t notice someone behind her.

………. ………. …………. ………. ……… ……….

This is how Naruto found the lovely blonde, staring into a window shop at pretty jewelry. He was walking with Sasuke; they were talking about the mission they, Sai and Sakura were dragged into with Kakashi and Yamato who begrudgingly came along.

A devilish smirk graced his features as he was planning how he would greet his prey. He chuckled inside; Ino was sure to bop him quite a few times; but if he got the reaction he wanted from her; it would be worth it.

“Oi, Sasuke I’ll be back, there’s something important I’ve gotta do first,” he smiled slyly at the brooding dark haired male.

Sasuke looked at Naruto with a nonchalant look; shrugging his shoulders.

“Whatever idiocy you’re planning hurry up and get it over with dobe; I don’t want to be seen like I have idiots for friends,” not hearing a retort coming from Naruto, Sasuke turned to his left.

He scowled darkly at the spiky yellow hair belonging to his idiot of a friend; Naruto had already left him standing there by himself. Left him there to talk to thin air, he hoped no one noticed that he, the last Uchiha was standing in the middle of the street talking to him self when he clearly was not. He was not the crazy one between he and Naruto, he stared in Naruto’s direction wondering what he was up too. He raised an eyebrow, curious to know what the hell Naruto was about to do to Yamanaka Ino.

He smirked, Naruto was setting up to get a bad beating; whatever the dobe was about to do, it wasn’t going to end pretty in Naruto’s case.

The glittering sapphires and aquamarines with tiny white diamonds in the shape of five petal flowers was mesmerizing to Ino’s eyes.

“It would be so nice if I had someone like Tenten’s mystery man, some women just get lucky I guess,” she thought, she walked up to the large windows to take a closer look.

The jewelry came in a set and was pretty expensive. There was beautiful hair ornaments in shades of blue. The hair combs and ribbons were to die for; they had such intricate flower designs in them. Ino was sure if she owned hair accessories such as the ones on display; she’ll have a reason to wear her hair out all the time.

Ino began imagining what she would like look with the combs and ribbons with small precious gemstones in her hair, the dazzling bracelet, the elegant earrings, and the pretty anklets adorning her arm and legs.

The day dream didn’t last for long. She felt a presence behind her, the warmth of a tall masculine figure and a pair of hands placed on her shoulders. Ino didn’t get a chance to instantly react, for she felt the stranger move swiftly.

She felt one hand cover her eyes, and another caress her cheek and fingers run through her hair; only to have removed her infamous hair tie, letting her long blonde hair fall out behind her. Ino got instant goose bumps from the intimate contact, and suddenly blushed just by the thought of such familiarity this stranger seemed to possess. He did it in such a way as to be gentle, like she was his lover.

Ino knew she should stop him and set him in his place; but this sudden feeling she got was like nothing she ever felt before. Even if she didn’t know who it was, she wanted to bask in her little daydream for the short moment she had.

He didn’t feel threatening, and he didn’t touch her anywhere else other than keeping a hand over her eyes and the other playing in her hair. Her daydreaming took her to a place where she was wearing the jewelry set on display in the window. The stranger behind her was a friend, a lover, someone who cherished her.

The jewelry was a gift to her from him. A special someone with blond hair and a set of ocean blue eyes that showed how much he loved only her. A young man, Ino was thinking about more and more as time passed.

“Very lovely indeed,” A smooth deep baritone voice whispered in her ear. It was oddly familiar; but it only made the blonde woman’s blush intensify dramatically. She was sure she heard that voice before, and to be called lovely with such a voice- Ino felt like she could just melt. She had been thought of as cute, or pretty by guys before but never lovely.

“I think Ino-chan would be the most beautiful lady in all of Konoha; wearing those pig earrings in the window,” a small chuckled vibrated from the male behind her.

Ino’s daydream came crashing down instantly, and much to her horror the very same man she was thinking about was the exact same one standing behind her. She suddenly felt her face flush from annoyance and embarrassment.

She instantly slapped his hands away from her person, completely turning around to confirm her suspicions.

Yes she was right. Standing in front of her with that same blond hair and deep blue eyes was none other than Uzumaki Naruto. Clad in all his orange glory though it wasn’t as overbearing like when he was younger.

“Nice to see you too Ino-chan,” he said smirking at her flushed face.

She glared a little at Naruto, huffing before turning her back to him and crossing her arms.

“You dummy! Didn’t I tell you already not to do things like that!” she bellowed, turning back around to snatch her hair tie out of his hands quite rudely.

“Things like what? Compliment you?” he asked, all the while still smiling at her rising annoyance with him and ignoring her rudeness.

“You think I look lovely with those pig earrings?” she sneered, still annoyed. She was sure he meant she looked lovely with the jewelry she was gawking at, not the small baubles in the form of baby pigs.

Naruto nodded, “Well of course I do,” he told her.

He guessed that was the wrong thing to say, it didn’t look it, but you could tell he was feeling throbbing pain in his foot. Ino didn’t look too ready to let up her punishment on his foot either.

“Idiot, don’t pretend to act so familiar with me, that wasn’t very nice!” she yelled.

It wasn’t that he was pretending, it was just she was embarrassed that she was thinking about him in such a way and that he caught her off guard. She forgot that the Naruto in real life wasn’t in any way like the one she pictured in her mind.

Naruto whistled, eyes widened in mild surprise at the price of the aquamarine and sapphire jewelry set. The one he knew she was really admiring. It was just funny seeing her reactions whenever he was around, especially when he purposely teased her for the hell of it. Ino didn’t know she made it worse by not figuring out that he meant no harm.

“Wow that is some expensive jewelry, think you can afford it?” he asked her, already knowing the answer.

Ino, not expecting the sudden question looked at Naruto before turning a wistful stare at the precious gemstones and shiny metals that captured her interest.

“No, I wished I did, it’s so beautiful. Not like the pig earrings over there,” Ino pointed to the small piglets, scowling at the offending jewelry.

“Aww, even pigs are cute, just look at Tonton,” he lightly poked her nose with his finger, “And you too,” he smiled widely at her.

Ino slightly blushed, bopping Naruto a few good times on his head.

“Stop comparing me to farm swine!” she yelled into his ear.

Naruto just laughed at Ino’s flustered state, wincing from her screaming in his ear and rubbing his sore head. “Sure, sure whatever you want Ino-chan,”

“And stop calling me ‘Chan’,” she said, looking at Naruto who focused his attention on the jewelry Ino was so enamored with.

“Five million ryou; that’s too pricey for something like that,” he said.

Ino looked offended by his statement, “Too pricey? Don’t you know anything about the quality of precious gems?”

“No, not really, I don’t get what the big deal about them is anyway,” he said looking uninterested.

“Don’t get what the big deal is?!” she exclaimed, looking shocked.

He had his fox grin plastered on his face, nodding his head, “Yea, that’s right.”

“Owning something priceless like this is a big deal! Every girl dreams of owning something beautiful such as that,” she said pointing to the jewelry in the window, “It’s even more of a big deal when given as a gift from the person you love,” Ino sighed, getting a faraway look on her face.

“If you say so, but still I don’t see how someone can waste all their money on something so small. I mean who in their right mind would pay that much money on just a piece of jewelry? I thought it was ‘the thought that counts’ when giving someone a gift anyway.”

“That maybe true, but that’s what makes getting something that expensive so much more of a big deal. Just like this pretty bracelet Tenten got from her secret lover,” said Ino.

Ino didn’t see it, but he looked a bit surprised when she mentioned him as Tenten’s lover, yet she didn’t know he was the one Tenten was seeing.

“Hmm, well this guy may actually have money like that. As for us normal men we don’t usually have that type of money, as least I don’t. I wouldn’t go that far just to spend my last cent on a woman anyway, seems too much of a hassle,” said Naruto, easily containing the smile he knew wanted to spread across his face.

“Unless it was Sakura or maybe even Hinata, you’ll think otherwise. Any other woman is a hassle and those two are spoken for,” she thought angrily. Instead of saying this to him she retorted with, “You don’t get anything at all Naruto.”

“Huh?” he said, totally not understanding her rebuke or why she sounded a little jealous.

“Hmph!” she said, crossing her arms and turning from him.

She was disappointed with herself for thinking those thoughts about him earlier and she couldn’t believe she sounded jealous. Naruto wasn’t much of a romantic, didn’t have much experience with dealing with women period and much to her chagrin was still a jokester. Ino frowned at that, while he was saying those things to her, it was probably all meant as a joke. He probably didn’t see her as lovely anyway and aside from that, the real Naruto was no where near as well off like Sasuke or the man Tenten sees in secret.

“Um are you okay Ino?” he asked, looking a bit puzzled. He knew he was only teasing her, but he didn’t think she was going to get that upset over it.

“I suppose.”

“You surely don’t sound it.”

Before she had a chance to respond to him they were interrupted.

“Dobe!”

Ino and Naruto looked over to see Sasuke coming towards them. The dark haired young man smirked at Naruto, “How much time are you planning to waste?”

“Hello Sasuke,” said Ino smiling.

“Yamanaka-san,” he nodded in her direction. “Well? You know I hate waiting,” he said to Naruto.

“Yeah, yeah I’m coming. Keep your shirt on teme, its only training,” Naruto replied.

“Unlike you, most of us plan to make some worth of our time,” Sasuke said.

“I said I was coming, heh don’t use me just to avoid Sakura-chan and you’re ‘Sasuke forever’ fanclub.”

Sasuke glared, choosing to ignore that statement as if it were false, “If I remember correctly you are the one that asked me to train with you.”

“That’s right, but I’m not the one who saw the perfect opportunity to evade a mob of female worshippers and an angry Sakura-chan,” Naruto chuckled at the dirty look Sasuke sent his way.

“I do not hide like a coward from women,” the Uchiha heir stated.

“I beg to differ, well I guess I’ll see ya around Ino-chan,” Naruto waved, he put his arms behind his head as he started to walk off with Sasuke to train.

“Bye,” she said in a small voice, she glanced back to the shop’s window, looking contemplative.

“Daydreams are nice, but that’s all they are, just dreams,” she muttered to herself, not knowing Naruto heard her.

The blond grabbed a few strands of Ino’s hair, “If it’s worth anything, I say they can come true and just for the record, I really do think you’re beautiful Ino,” he whispered to her grinning, twirling her hair before dropping it.

“Dobe, leave Yamanaka-san alone and stop trying to play the role of a ‘Casanova’ you fail horribly at it,” Sasuke yelled, walking with his back to the two blonds.

Naruto blushed, catching up to Sasuke while yelling, “Hey! I dare you to say that again!”

Ino soon found herself blushing again, staring as Naruto walk off by Sasuke’s side; both friends busy arguing with each other.

Okay, so maybe just maybe she could consider Naruto as boyfriend material. Any man that could make her blush or show how much of a gentleman he could be, were worth their weight in gold. So, Naruto didn’t have money like Sasuke or that guy Tenten was with. Or any other amazing qualities like the other guys; but what the others lacked the blond shinobi seem to make up for it in full.

“Hey! Naruto!” Ino shouted, running to catch up to the retreating backs of Sasuke and Naruto.

“What?” he paused, looking at Ino running towards him and Sasuke.

“I’m a bit hungry, come with me to have lunch,” she said.

Naruto stood there with his mouth hanging open, unable to process that Ino asked him of all guys to have lunch with her. It was silent, Naruto standing there looking like a complete idiot and Ino starting to feel a bit awkward, shifting from side to side. Sasuke only smirked at the whole situation.

“Naruto, stop standing there with your mouth open and answer her. You’ll make her feel embarrassed of course we were going to train. I can find someone else Yamanaka-san if you find being in public with the dobe appealing,” Sasuke said amused.

Ino only blushed harder, if only he knew what went through her mind.

“Hey! I’m very pleasant company teme!” Naruto shouted, coming out of his mild shock.

“Hn,” Sasuke gave Naruto and Ino a short wave of the hand, walking away and leaving the two of them alone, “We’ll train some other time Naruto. Anyway I need to find Sakura and speak with her.”

“More like get the shit beat out of ya!” Naruto yelled at his friend’s retreating back.

Sasuke said nothing, giving Naruto the finger which was out of character for even him. Naruto only laughed, turning his attention to the young woman by his side. Ino was laughing a little at their antics, the cool Uchiha always seem to be relaxed and comfortable about himself when in Naruto’s company.

He smiled at her and she returned the gesture, still having a small blush across her face.

“Why did you ask me? I’m sure there’s a plentiful supply of men just waiting to ask you out Ino,” he smiled giving her a once over, “After all I was right, very cute ankles attracts a lot of attention.”

The blonde blushed, feeling an urge to squeal but holding down her excitement, “So he did notice!” she thought.

“Well, that may be true but none of them interest me much,” she said smiling at Naruto.

“How come?” he asked.

“They aren’t interesting like you are. None of them paid me much attention until after I took your little advice; so I want to say thank you,” she said.

Naruto gave her a grin, slightly blushing, “It’s quite alright.”

“So in order to show you how much I appreciated what you’ve told me, I want to invite you to lunch, we’ll have ramen at Ichiraku’s stand and I’ll pay,” she said, taking a hold of his hand; all the while turning red.

“Really?”

This didn’t go unnoticed by Naruto who perked up at the idea of free ramen. He smiled, giving Ino a few glances. His smile widened when he took notice of her apparent blush. He was itching to tease her; but let it go this time. He was more curious about why she would blush from just holding his hand? There wasn’t anything special about him; maybe she was embarrassed?

“Yes really but I’ll pay for only three bowels so don’t over do it,” she warned playfully.

“Yes Ino-chan,” Naruto smirked, he felt her tug on his hand some more, deciding to walk by his side rather than going ahead of him. She also walked purposely closed to him; almost wanting to wrap herself around his arm. She was aware of how they might have looked to others out in public; but she didn’t care. If they wanted to stop and stare at the woman who walked with the man who carried the nine tailed demon; than let them stare.

She smiled to herself, chuckling every time her right breast ‘accidentally’ bumped into Naruto’s muscled arm. She chanced a glance up at the taller blond; but he seemed oblivious to what she was doing. Well she couldn’t help it if every time they walked, her breast made contact with his arm; and what a nice one it was too. All muscled and tanned. Ino knew her mind was about to become perverted and so just decided to not think about her breast or his arm. She decided to be content to holding his hand.

What she didn’t know was that he wasn’t oblivious, he just chose not to comment. He did rub his fingers gently against hers as they walked, every now and then squeezing her lithe hand comfortingly. He made her blush and he smiled while they made their way to Ichiraku’s.

……………… ………… …………… ……………

Deep blue-green eyes brightened with a smile. The eyes looked at two blond haired people like herself, walking side by side. From an outsider’s view, the two looked like a loving couple. Two people who adored one another; but to someone who knew them well, it was a completely different story.

To Temari, Naruto and Ino were only good friends that were going out to lunch. Today’s special was of course Naruto’s favorite, ramen served from Ichiraku’s ramen stand. The blonde wind user could see why from a different point of view how someone that didn’t know the two well could mistake them as a couple.

Temari witnessed how close the other blonde was to Naruto. Even from her distance and it was not that far; Temari was only a short distance away from the two heading over to the ramen stand as well. But from her stand point, Temari could see the expressions that played across Ino’s face. She could make out the blush, her coyness, the way she moved when Naruto moved. How the woman gazed at Naruto; how she was disappointed she had to let go of his hand in order to eat when they sat down.

For his part, Naruto just looked amused by the things Ino did. The look his sent her way also looked like he thought she was adorable. He would smile every time Ino got flustered and before they sat down, Temari caught the way he touched her hand, squeezing and rubbing it tenderly to equal the hold she placed on his.

Things were about to get very interesting in a minute; Temari was anticipating the reaction she was sure Ino was going to throw her way.

“I knew I’ll find you here,” the blonde ninja from Suna stated; waving at Naruto and Ino as she made her way over to the ramen stand.

Both blondes turned around to look at Temari who smirked more than smiled. Ino started to feel self conscious, an embarrass blush forming on her face. She quickly let go of Naruto’s hand; hoping Temari didn’t say anything about it. She looked at Naruto, wondering if he took her scooting away from him the wrong way. She didn’t want him to think that; she was enjoying his company. Ino didn’t want anyone to get the wrong idea about the two of them; how much she was starting to want it that way.

“Hey Temari-ane, guess I’m very predictable,” he smiled, waving in Temari’s direction. He ignored the way Ino blanched away from him when Temari appeared. He figured she was embarrassed by Temari’s sudden arrival, catching her being so close to him.

“Uh huh,” Temari smiled. Her grin couldn’t get any wider; they were a funny sight to see.

“Naru-kun, you wouldn’t mind if I joined you two for some ramen?” she asked this while sliding into the seat on Naruto’s opposite side. She leaned in a little closer to him, watching for Ino’s reaction.

Naruto gave her a weary smile, the aura surrounding him was beginning to feel tense. “Of course not Temari-ane.”

“You don’t mind either Yamanaka-san?” Temari asked slyly.

Ino pouted, placing her chin in one hand, while her elbow rested on the counter. “Why should I? Naruto certainly doesn’t mind,” Ino stressed on her words.

“Hey Teuchi-san, I want a pork ramen!” Temari shouted over the counter, satisfied with Ino’s growing jealousy.

Teuchi just smiled at his current customers. “One pork ramen for the lovely miss!” he ordered to Ayame.

Teuchi and Ayame were both intrigued by the little scene unfolding before them. It was quite a shock to see their favorite customer accompanied by two pretty women. Both women seeming to have an interest in the blond.

“What is her problem?” Ino thought. She didn’t like how Temari was taking all of Naruto’s attention from her. Did the sand Kunoichi like Naruto as more than a friend? Or was she only trying to tease her?

Ino was sure, the suna nin knew that their friend wasn’t interested in getting into any relationships; probably afraid of getting hurt again. Ino started to feel defensive over Naruto. Thinking about what Sakura had done to him and now looking at Temari. A woman looking to make a strong impression upon her…friend? In all honesty, Ino didn’t want Temari pressing her feelings on Naruto because she was jealous.

She was jealous of the other blonde because she had more confidence. If Naruto was the man Temari wanted, she would have no problems staking her claim on him. Not only that, Naruto was very fond of Temari. He was sweet to all his female friends, including her rival. She also didn’t want Temari to pursue him because she didn’t want the other woman to end up breaking his heart. Ino wanted to be the one to have him.

Without much thought, Ino placed her hand back onto Naruto’s, giving it a little squeeze. Naruto looked in her direction with his brow raised. He smiled at her when she touched him in such an affectionate way. If Temari was going to ruin her moment alone with Naruto by shameless flirting she was going to counter it by showing how much he meant to her too.

Having Naruto take his eyes off her made Temari annoyed. “So the piglet wants to play eh?”

Being ignored by the man she wanted, just would not do. “Hey Naru-kun, I think your date does mind that I’m interrupting your company,” Temari slyly leaned very close to Naruto. By doing this she was able to make contact with his body. She placed her gloved hands onto his shoulders, pressing her face against his.

“Ino-chan and I aren’t on a date Ane,” Naruto’s immediate reaction was to blush very hard from his Ane’s touching. Ino’s immediate reaction was to pour her ramen on Temari’s person. Instead she settled for glaring at the suna ninja.

“Really, I was so sure the two of you were dating?” Temari replied, leaning further into Naruto’s back.

“Don’t you think you’re being a bit too friendly for someone you consider to be like a little brother to you?” Ino stressed to the older girl. Besides, she felt a little disappointed that Naruto didn’t see their small outing as a date. She was starting to see it that way.

Temari’s face flushed. She was angry and embarrassed; she didn’t know someone to actually voice the fact that she was older than Naruto.

Recovering from his initial shock from Temari’s touching by Ino’s words, Naruto spoke up, “Umm, Ino-chan Temari-ane does see me as her otouto. I’m sure Temari-ane saw hugging me in that way.”

Ino’s scowl softened to smile at Naruto. Leave it to Naruto to state the obvious. Temari looked dejected. She let go of Naruto to fully sit in her own seat; pushing the noodles around in her bowl. “Little brother?” she thought aghast. She saw Naruto as more than a brother. She already had Kankuro and Gaara, they were enough as far as siblings went. Temari frowned, Naruto still saw her as his ‘ane’. This was something that had to change.

The silence was deafening among the trio, between Temari frowning, Ino smiling, and Naruto sort of clueless to each woman’s feelings. He had the feeling that he said something to upset Temari.

“Aneue, sorry,” he said simply, smiling reassuringly in Temari’s direction.

Temari smiled with a pretty blush going across her face. She would bet all her money that Naruto really didn’t have a clue to what he was apologizing for. Naruto’s oblivious nature could be cute sometimes. He was apologizing for the sake of apologizing, hoping to cheer her up.

Temari hugged him again. She did quite a job latching onto his arm; and laying her head on his shoulder.

“Apology accepted Naru-kun,” she smiled. She decided to let him slide with the ‘Aneue’ nickname for now. When she was ready, she will have changed his mind about seeing her as an older sister.

Naruto felt a tug of his arm on the opposite side of him. He looked over to Ino her face was flushed with anger. More like at the other woman who attached herself to his body.

“Temari-san, will you refrain from rubbing up against Naruto like that!” Ino yelled looking red in the face, jerking the male from the other blonde. This was not how Ino envisioned her lunch date to go and yes to her it was a date.

“No, why should I?” Temari teased playfully. She tugged Naruto closer to her.

“Um Temari-ane?”

Ino pulled him towards her, clearly getting agitated with Temari. “I said let him go!”

“Please Ino-chan,”

“And I said no!” Temari hauled Naruto closer to her.

“You two can you-,” it was obvious he was being ignored. Naruto sighed.

“Do it now!”

“Hey-,”

“Make me!”

Naruto looked between the two women, both refusing to let him go. This was something he wasn’t used too. He felt like a human ping ball. The two kunoichi were very strong women; Naruto felt like his arms were going to rip out his joint sockets. He could have sworn he heard a tear in his shirt.

“Ladies! Ladies! Please stop!” Both women stopped their ‘tug-of-war’ on Naruto’s limbs.

“Sorry,” both blondes mumbled at the same time. They looked dejected.

“Hey, hey, it wasn’t that bad, um I’m okay really! You’re ramen is getting cold…” Naruto trailed off, looking from Temari to Ino. He rubbed the back of his head, grinning sheepishly. “Ah…”

Ino giggled a little, “Naruto its okay, you didn’t do anything wrong,” she smiled.

“Yea, she’s right you know,” Temari stated, “While this was fun, I only really came here to tell Naruto that Hokage-sama wants to speak with him tomorrow afternoon,” Temari laughed at the looks she was getting from Naruto and Ino.

“You ruined my date for nothing!?” Ino yelled, ready to kill the Suna kunoichi.

Naruto looked surprised at Ino’s words, “So this really was a date Ino-chan?”

“Oh Naruto it doesn’t matter anymore!” Ino yelled, “You could have said that from the beginning Temari!”

Standing up, Temari regained her infamous smirk, “Yes I could have, but I didn’t,” she leaned over Naruto, boldly kissing his cheek and ruffling his hair,” I’ll see you around Naru-kun.”

“S-sure Temari-ane,” Naruto stuttered. There was just something about Temari that got him to stutter and blush like his was 15 again.

Ino grumbled at Temari’s retreating back and the deep blush on Naruto’s face. “How long are you going to keep that up?” Ino glared in his direction.

Naruto looked questioningly at her; before smiling. “What’s the matter Ino-chan?”

Ino said nothing; getting red in the face. She didn’t want to be outdone by the suna kunoichi so in her haste to leave, she aimed to kiss Naruto on his other cheek. In a friendly way of course, there wasn’t any deep meaning behind it, Ino kept telling herself.

Naruto turned his head slightly to the side to see Ino’s face closing in on him. What Ino ended up doing was kissing him partly on his lips missing his cheek instead; and she felt him subtly return her incidental kiss.

Ino blushed harder moving away from Naruto. He instead just gave her one of his foxy looking grins.

“There’s something I have to do at home; maybe next time we can do this again without any interruptions,” she said in her haste to leave Naruto alone at the ramen stand.

Naruto watched her go, he sighed before smiling at her retreating back. “She forgot to pay for lunch,” he chuckled.

“Trouble in paradise?” Teuchi asked. He was interested with the events that happened today with his favorite customer.

Naruto only laughed, “Trouble? No trouble ojisan, just something very interesting happened with my friends.”

Teuchi and Ayame looked at each other smiling knowingly. Something far more interesting was happening alright; those two women were falling for the blond and he didn’t even know it.

“Hmm, this is the first time Naruto’s been surrounded by women, wouldn’t you say dad?” Ayame smiled.

Teuchi only nodded.

“Not really,” Naruto grinned at Teuchi and his daughter.

Naruto sat there thinking about what just transpired with the two women. When they fought over him; they seemed protective of him. Defending him from the other woman; as well as trying to keep him away from the other. He didn’t read much into it; or rather he didn’t dare try. It was better for him to see it as Temari looking out for her little brother and Ino looking out for a friend that understood the feelings of heartbreak. Both women didn’t feel anything more for him. He was just their friend.

Ojisan and Ayame-neesan had to be wrong about Temari and Ino. Truthfully he didn’t know what to do in a situation if he did have more than one woman really in love with him. It was better off any female friends he had, he remained friends with. It made things less complicated.

Four young men walked together through the streets of Konoha. Three of them were known to be part of the rookie nine, while the fourth male was a year older and belonged on a team with two interesting men who dressed alike.

As Shikamaru, Chouji, Shino, and Neji walked side by side; the Hyuuga prodigy caught sight of a pretty face in the crowd. He was listening to Chouji talk with Shikamaru about food. Shino was silent as usual; and Neji was equally silent.

Neji looked at the pretty brunette walking with a woman with pink hair. The two women were looking at some of the antiques on display. He smiled in Tenten’s direction. She did look happier after he rejected her; he wanted to tell her why he did it. He had his reasons, but it certainly had not been for another woman. There was another woman per say; but not the one she thought he had turned her away for.

Well as long as she was happy right now he wouldn’t pry into his teammate’s personal life. He noticed she was wearing her hair down in a braid today; he never saw Tenten with her hair in any style other than her trademark buns.

Then Tenten and Sakura walked away from the antique stands chatting away and they came in contact with him and the other guys.

There was a moment of tension in the atmosphere; and when Tenten smiled and Neji nodded to her the groups went their separate ways. Neji looked on as the two women continued to walk away from them. That smile was faked so she was still upset about what he done; but before she saw him there was really a true smile upon her face.

Neji wanted to know what made her smile so brilliantly that he was able to overshadow the hurt she felt inside.

Maybe one day the Hyuuga prodigy will know.

The breeze was refreshing tonight. The summer nights in Konoha were merciful unlike the days when the sun’s ray made the earth feel on fire. A young woman with long raven hair wearing gray ninja attire headed in one direction.

It had been bothering her since she started to live here in Konoha. The Girl’s Night Out the past Friday really got to her. The subject of discussion turned out to be Uzumaki Naruto. While she does admit to being the one who brought him up, if only to tease Ino; Kin was still bothered about it.

The moment she was appreciative to Naruto for saving her life was the moment she fell for him. If it weren’t for him finding her body, even though it was by coincidence; she wouldn’t be here today.

When Orochimaru had used her and her other teammate Zaku for his world resurrection technique; she was sure of her death. The forbidden technique had required the need for a sacrifice and her soul to be transferred into awakening one of the Hokages. After the defeat of the Third and the battle between Gaara and Naruto was over; all the ninja’s who were listed as ‘dead’ were to be immediately buried.

Kin still didn’t understand it; but by some miracle her soul had been returned to her body and she awoke from her ‘eternal slumber’ and made a painful getaway from being buried alive. She wasn’t really sure where she was when she had awoken or where she was going but after walking for many hours she had passed out. When she had first woken up, she didn’t remember anything at all, suffering from slight amnesia. She didn’t have any strength to go on; and had strong hunger pains.

She was out for the next two months and when she opened her eyes again she was met with compassionate blue eyes, whiskered cheeks, blond spiky hair, and a genuine fox-like smile.

She was sad to say she couldn’t remember anything before she first saw Naruto in her hospital room. But she could perceive that the others that were in there minus the woman who was the new Hokage were not too fond of her. She felt like she did something terribly wrong; but didn’t know what she’d done.

The raven hair beauty smiled from her thoughts; Kin remembered Naruto defending her from his teammate Sakura and the others who agreed in their own ways that she should be punished for her crimes. It was eventually decided by Tsunade-sama, that she would be placed under house arrest, since she didn’t remember what she’d done and that her crimes were only minimal. What she’d undergone by being Orochimaru’s puppet was more than enough to redeem her of anymore consequences; she eventually remembered everything that happened up until she ‘died’. Naruto had also told her about how he found her, passed out in one of the training areas nearby when he was training that day. She was also told by Tsunade-sama that while Naruto was horrible at helping in the hospital, he did visit everyday. Wanting to help out just a little; even keeping her company just by talking to her or bringing her flowers.

During her days of ‘house arrest’ she was always accompanied by Naruto and some other Jounin ordered to keep an eye on her. Most of the time Mitarashi Anko was the one who looked on her; being someone who knew how it felt to be used by Orochimaru. When she was relieved of her ‘house arrest’; Kin had wanted to become a citizen and ninja of Konoha. She spent most of her time being trained by Anko who volunteered, or sometimes Kurenai; as most of her techniques were genjutsu types.

With everything else, Naruto was always around becoming her sparring partner since she wasn’t on a team yet and none of the other’s really knew her that well. Half of the girls were cautious of her and a few didn’t bother to make friends. She later assumed they were jealous. A lot of the guys came by to see her, (which was the reason for the girls getting jealous) though they were coaxed most of the time by Naruto.

All in all it didn’t bother her that much; she was just fine with the only person that seem to care about her coming to see her as often as he could. He was a real friend to her; while she got tired of always being treated to ramen, one day he complimented her for being beautiful. It was the day before he left on his two and half year journey to train with Jiraiya. The compliment did enough to compensate for all those times Naruto took her out for ramen. She never complained because she knew Naruto wasn’t as fortunate like other’s because of the demon and was shunned.

After he left, she realized she had a crush on him. She did know that he was the human container of the fox demon; information told by Orochimaru. So she wasn’t very shocked by Naruto’s odd appearance or the fight he had with the shinobi from sunagakure who harbors Shukaku. She was however amazed that no one in their generation knew about what Naruto holds inside him. It wasn’t in her to despise him because of it; it wouldn’t be fair to Naruto. He was the only person to befriend her first; the only one who came to her defense. She never told him she knew his secret and didn’t tell anyone else. She did get annoyed from time to time by the teasing she got from Anko when she told her she liked Naruto.

She felt lonely when he was away; as she rarely spoke with anyone. She kept mainly to herself, or spent her time with Anko or Kurenai and her team when they trained. Eventually she started to become friend’s with the three of them; talking a lot with Kiba. Hinata spoke but wasn’t very talkative, just very shy. Rarely did she talk with Shino, as he was the silent type. He only spoke when he had reason to.

As time passed, she gradually became friends with the others; Sakura being the last one. There was always some sort of tension between her and Sakura that remained. Many reduced this to their duel during the first chunnin exams; and so Kin usually challenged the kunoichi in sparring matches. Seven out of ten times; Kin ended up the victor.

But when Naruto returned home, there were other reasons she and Sakura didn’t become very close friends. Kin had a crush on Naruto, along with Hinata who had one too; who had one on Sakura; who had one on Sasuke. This was all very clear to Kin before Naruto left to train for two years.

Kin in a not so subtle way told the other girls she really liked Naruto. Much to her exasperation they were just as bad as Anko with the teasing. Probably couldn’t get over the fact that someone had the guts to like the blond idiot. She knew Hinata had a crush on him; but if Hinata wasn’t going to stake her claim she certainly was. She knew Hinata wouldn’t be too fond of her than, knowing she was going to tell Naruto how she felt about him. Sakura surely didn’t seem to mind; looking grateful that Naruto wouldn’t return home fawning over her just like he did two years prior. Now that there was someone who was interested in him.

Sakura was a horrible liar; and while Hinata still was her friend though she was hurt to know there was another woman who liked Naruto too; she wasn’t like Sakura. Kin knew how much Sakura had missed Naruto when he left; the girl was beaming when he returned. Kin wasn’t a fool; she saw things for what they really were. Sakura could deny it all she wanted too but she liked how Naruto paid her so much attention. The raven haired beauty also knew that Sakura was growing a love interest in her friend.

Kin knew why Hinata was so reluctant to tell Naruto after so many years. She wanted Naruto’s happiness to come before hers. Hinata must have seen the signs that Sakura was going to return the feelings that Naruto had for her all these years. Hinata was too kind for her own good, god bless her pure heart. Kin wasn’t ready to give up; actually wanting Sakura to turn the other way. She was jealous because of their close friendship, she admits that.

Due to their many missions to defeat Akatsuki and bring Sasuke back; Kin spent less and less time with Naruto who was with his teammate more and more. Even after everything was said and done and Sasuke returned; Kin had hoped she could deepen her friendship further with Naruto; get his mind off of Sakura.

Naruto was so far gone with his obsession over the pink haired kunoichi; he did anything for her; he felt so ‘in love’ with Sakura he followed her everywhere she went. It didn’t seem to matter what anybody did to snap Naruto out of his love sick phase. Kin felt more sad than envious about the entire situation because she knew Sakura was going to break his heart. She saw the signs; but she gave up trying to tell Naruto the inevitable. She soon just forgot about telling him what she felt; not for the same reason Hinata did.

Naruto told her he was in love with Sakura; really in love with her. He was confident Sakura felt the same way and was going to tell her. When he told her this, she was tired. She was angry with Naruto for being oblivious, even to Hinata’s feelings. Angry that he was refusing to open his eyes and see he was only ‘the second rate hand me down’ if Sasuke rejected Sakura. She was mad at him ignoring her feelings and she was mad at him for following Sakura around like she held him on a leash.

But she still wanted to make him see that Sakura was only going to break his heart. She didn’t do anything more; Kin decided to leave him alone. He had to learn for himself, she just wished it wasn’t in the way Sakura portrayed it.

He was also going to ask Sakura to marry him; and he was turned down. Sakura didn’t just turn him down gently; she done it in such a cold uncaring way, Naruto had more of a reason to wear his fake mask. The poor guy was so broken, he shied away from women for a long time; the only woman he let touch him was Tsunade-sama. At first he involuntarily flinched when she did.

He made excuses when Hinata or she tried to cheer him up. He got more quiet and stayed to himself mainly; going on mission after mission after mission. Doing anything to keep himself busy; he stayed around whenever the guys were around; but that was all. Kin assumed he was afraid of getting close to anyone feminine, as if they were going to say or do something hurtful in the same way Sakura did. She knew he was naturally shy around the girls; and really didn’t know what he should do to around them. Tsunade made sure every opportunity she got to instill fear in Naruto if he ever followed any advice Jiraiya gave him. So after the debacle with Sakura happened, he didn’t try again. It wasn’t like he tried to go with anyone else believing Sakura was ‘his one and only’.

Then one day Naruto came home from a week long mission to Snow Country yet somehow later he returned from Greenery Country. After his initial break down which lasted for five months it took him to return home from a week long mission to feel like his old self. No one seemed to notice the change in him from the time Sakura denied him to the time he returned from that one peculiar mission. She did and she was sure Hinata did as well. Tsunade and Jiraiya noticed too; but Naruto never shared what had changed his mood around when he returned.

All Kin knew was; both the princesses of Snow and Greenery were very good friends of Naruto’s. Kin didn’t want to believe that the very same entity he developed a ‘phobia’ for was the exact same thing that helped him recover from his depression. Whatever those two princesses did, Kin was grateful to them. She would keep the thanks to herself refusing to know what they ‘did’ to help Naruto.

Even though he was his old self again, he still wore his mask. He was comfortable around the girls again; but he still didn’t want to get too much involved with any of them. He was still being cautious and didn’t want to destroy the friendships he was forming with all of them. If he did try dating again or there was one of them he liked; he didn’t voice his opinions. He didn’t want to feel embarrassed or feel rejected again. As for talking with Sakura, Naruto spoke a few words with her from time to time. Gradually their conversations got longer; but he would end them abruptly making an excuse to go somewhere or do something. With Sakura he was still the same yet not the same.

Kin altogether gave up on him afterwards, still holding on to lost hope. She started to go out with other guys but there was nothing there that excited her. They weren’t Naruto and therefore were not the one for her.

Tonight would be a different story. Kin was going to make him see her, touch her, listen to her. He was going to spend his night with a woman that cherished him. Not in the way Kin exactly wanted; as her visit was just something out of pure physical satisfaction. She gave up; but that didn’t mean her feelings for him lessen; seeing Naruto’s behavior only intensified her feelings. She wanted to love Naruto and feel that love reciprocated. She foolishly knew he wouldn’t do it; and wouldn’t push him to do so. He may have already found another woman he could try to love again. But until then, Kin was going to make use of his single status.

The raven hair young woman couldn’t wait to see the look on Naruto’s face when she told him what she had in store for tonight’s visit.

………… ………… …………. ………… …………

Naruto heard knocking at his door. He looked up to see the time; which stated it was ten minutes ‘til eleven. He wondered if it were Tenten coming back a little earlier from her part time job? She didn’t indicate she was going to drop by tonight; so it couldn’t be her.

He started to worry; he hoped it wasn’t Moegi at his door. She couldn’t be it either, he was sure he gotten his message across to the teen.

Maybe it wasn’t a female at all, maybe he was just paranoid?

Naruto opened the door to see Tsuchi Kin standing there with a smile on her face. Her hands on her hips and long raven hair put into one long braided ponytail. She was wearing gray ninja attire that was similar to her old uniform from the Chuunin exams.

Okay, so it was a female after all. Naruto was beginning to see a pattern forming here; with him and women showing up at his doorstep. If he learned anything by now it was apparent Kin was here to fulfill some sexual desire.

And if he was smart; he should know he will be expecting more female company in the near future; Ino and Temari just to name a few.

Who knew? Maybe the two of them wouldn’t stop by at least for sex. But he had his hunches.

Whatever the reason, seeing Kin only meant one thing. She wanted him to sedate her need. Naruto was confused; why did they come to him? What made these women lust after him? Naruto never remembered doing anything to attract their attentions at all.

More like he was doing the opposite. Naruto knew he wasn’t the type to fix him self up to look pleasing to the eye. He also knew, Tenten nor Moegi mentioned anything about seeing him. So women popping up at his house are a mystery.

“Naruto are you going to let me in or not?” Kin smiled, pinching the side of his cheek.

“Sure, make yourself comfortable Kin-chan,” he said, moving to let her in.

Kin walked in taking in her surroundings; before turning around to look at Naruto. She smiled nervously; and he smiled back.

The raven hair woman didn’t know what to say. She was here in Naruto’s place, this was the first time she’s gotten to really see his new place. It was the first time she really got to spend time in his company as both of them have been rather busy; or seeing other friends.

“Um…” she uttered.

“Kin-chan how have you been doing?” Naruto asked.

She started twirling a lock of hair around a finger, “I’ve been really good! My training sessions haven’t been as fun without you around lately.”

She moved to sit down in the sofa; her fingers stretching the material of her pants very tight. It was getting quiet and so far she didn’t make any progress to getting what she wanted from Naruto.

Naruto watched her fidget around, twirling her hair, and looking around feeling lost. “Are you nervous about something? Want to talk about it?” he offered.

She blushed speaking very low that Naruto was only able to hear her with his very good hearing, “I’m not nervous, I- It’s- What- nothing…,”

Naruto laughed, “Kin-chan you’re not making any sense. Speak up.”

“I said I am not nervous,” she said louder; her face getting hot. Kin huffed, pouting. She had an agenda to fulfill and she wasn’t going to accomplish that by getting cold feet.

Kin muster up her courage to walk over to Naruto. “I came here for something; and you are the only one that I can get this from.”

Naruto smiled, watching the young woman’s face develop a pretty blush. “Lately, I am the only one capable of giving women that Kin-chan,” he thought.

“What can I give you?” he asked her, wanting to hear the lady in front of him say she wanted him to please her.

He thought it was cute how she formed a habit to twirl her hair on her finger when she became nervous.

“I want you to-”

“You want me to?” he started laughing lightly at how embarrassed she seem. Maybe he shouldn’t tease she was already a nervous wreck. At least she didn’t blurt it out like Little Lady did.

Kin said nothing, hastily making the first move. She pushed Naruto against a wall, ruffling the white blouse he wore over an orange tee. Throughout her haste in trying unsuccessful to get Naruto’s blouse unbuttoned she shook with nerves. Not looking to see that the blouse was already open. The resolve she had coming here to get what she wanted out of him vanished.

Naruto took her wrists in his hands gently lowering them. “There isn’t any rush, calm down and tell me what you want?”

He said it so soft and low in that deep voice of his, Kin wanted to melt. “God Naruto don’t ask me like that! I really won’t be able to talk!”

Kin took a deep breath; looking into Naruto’s blue eyes and than exhaling slowly. “I want you. I want to feel you, I want you to touch me, ‘and love me,” she thought that last part.

Naruto moved his hand to lightly cup Kin’s cheek; his other hand moving slowly over the opened gray vest jacket she wore. “So basically you want me to make you feel sexually pleased right?”

Kin softly moaned, “Yes.”

“Then I need a new nickname for you don’t I; Kin-chan?” He pushed her body into his, hugging her frame as he leaned on the wall. His hands slowly undoing the braid she put her hair in.

He was purposely taking his time with her. She was getting impatient with waiting for him to do something. Naruto felt her squirming and her breath getting labored.

Kin wrapped her own arms around his torso, “New nickname?” she asked.

“Yea,” he finished undoing her hair and he took off her forehead protector. He watched in satisfaction how her long midnight locks unfolded about her body; wavy from the tight braid she had.

Naruto lifted Kin up in his arms, carrying her bridal style. Kin stared into his eyes with a heady gaze, skin aflame and arousal heightening. She wasn’t aware of her surroundings until she felt a soft cushioning underneath her back. Naruto brought her to his bedroom he was above her, undressing her.

“Bella,” he whispered. Blue eyes roaming over her nude figure before claiming her mouth with his.

Kin closed her eyes, moaning into the kiss. She reached out to touch him; undress him too; but he stopped her with his own strong hand. She blushed, feeling excited by his need to take control. Kin looked at him looking back at her with so much passion.

She sighed and moaned from feeling the press of his fingers travel down her exposed body. She let out a tiny shout when his hand stopped to press between her thighs.

She couldn’t contain her need to voice how good this pleasurable feeling was. He kissed her mouth, moving to her cheek and then her jaw. Kissing her neck before giving it a small lick; he had one hand massage her breasts while the other pleased her womanhood.

Naruto was just enjoying the sounds she made, coming closer to that feeling of release. Suddenly he stopped his ministrations; looking at Kin’s facial expressions. She went from sexually aroused, to confusion and finally frustration.

She looked at Naruto who just smirked at her. He was teasing her! She was shocked when he started laughing. Her face got red and she opened her mouth to shout at him.

She never got to say a word, his mouth was claiming hers again and it felt very nice. He moved around while still kissing her lips; getting situated to continue what he started.

She watched him as she moved above her again, spreading her legs and penetrating her. She shuddered at the unfamiliar sensation of being joined in such an intimate way.

“Bella, are you alright?” he asked, looking concerned for her.

Kin just nodded her head, hugging his body to hers. “I’m alright, its fine,” she left chaste kisses on his left cheek.

It wasn’t a painful feeling, just sort of awkward and a little uncomfortable at first until she got used to it. Naruto moving inside her took care of that problem.

She began to writhe, feeling the need to climax rise again. As she started to get more into it; she moaned louder; tightening her hold onto Naruto’s back.

“Bella, say my name,” Naruto heavily breathed into her ear.

What he got out of her was just a loud moan and heavy breathing. Kin lifted her head to kiss his lips, softly begging for more.

What she wanted, she got. He thrust harder, and she whimpered more; his hands touching her body excited her, she wanted more. She was so close.

“Come on Bella say my name,” Naruto asked again, licking, biting, and kissing any part of her body he could reach.

Kin blushed the more Naruto coaxed her into saying his name.

“Bella say it,”

The raven hair woman blushed harder; she could admit it was quite a turn on for her. The more he asked her, the more he doubled his movements. She was almost there.

“Bella,” he said for the last time.

Kin’s hands tightened their hold onto his shoulders, “Naruto!” she cried out at last; finally feeling herself orgasm first the first time. He followed right after her.

It was silent in the room with the only sound of heavy breathing being heard. Kin had a very happy smile adorning her face. Now if only she and Naruto were in a relationship together; her goals were set for life. That was incredible and she wasn’t completely sedated. She craved more; she wanted to return his generosity in full.

She started to get to working on that right away. Kin was going to make sure she got the most out of her visit with him tonight. She was also going to make sure, to keep him up all night.

Tap, Tap, and Tap…more impatient tapping. Tsunade was beginning to lose her patience. It was so the brat to keep her waiting this way. The more time he took getting here, the shorter her breaks got.

“Come on Naruto!” she thought, he was 21 and he still acted the same. But to be three hours late?! Was there something seriously wrong with her charge? Or was he just picking up Kakashi’s bad habit to be chronically late. There had to be something wrong, Naruto was never late for a meeting, a mission, or anything job related. Somehow when it came to missions, and it was related to his situation; Naruto was always the first to show up or know. Of course he stealthily eavesdropped on everything she had to say.

The doors flew open and a strong gust of wind blew in the office. It only lasted a minute before a familiar man with yellow hair tripped and fell face first into the floor.

The Godaime had a huge vein throbbing on her forehead; she had to calm down. There wouldn’t be any point into murdering her surrogate son for being late and barging into her office in such a manner. Tsunade felt the side of her desk crack from the force of holding onto it tightly. She really needed to calm down. Hitting Naruto and damaging her new mahogany desk would only delay what needed to be said.

Naruto stood up to look death in the face. He waved, smiling poorly at his ‘Baachan’. Tsunade looked ready to murder him.

“Good Afternoon Tsunade-sama,” Naruto prayed she wouldn’t kill him. There was a very good explanation for why he came late. Telling Tsunade the reason would result in someone’s death. He wasn’t sure if it would be his or Tsunade’s. Getting knocked out by Tsunade’s inhuman strength for explaining he slept with Kin or Tsunade getting cardiac arrest from shock that he did get around.

Naruto turned his head to see Temari waving in his direction, smirking. She was doing a good job of holding in her laugh.

“Hello Naru-kun,” she said.

“Temari ane,” Naruto waved back.

“Naruto!” Tsunade yelled.

“Yes Tsunade-sama!” he jumped.

“Do you have a good excuse as to why you’re three hours late, you’re pants are on backwards, shirt is inside out, the scrolls are ruined in your Jounin vest, your jacket is half on your body, there’s left over noodles hanging in your hair, and why one of your shinobi sandals is in your hand?”

Naruto gave Tsunade a fox-like grin, “If I made up an excuse would you let me live?” he asked, rubbing the back of his head.

Tsunade’s eyes slanted in an evil way, she crackled her knuckles ready to punch some sense into Naruto when Temari coughed.

“Hokage-sama please don’t hurt Naru-k, Naruto. He did make an effort to show up after all; just look at the way he’s dressed,” Temari stated.

Tsunade calmed down, following the kunoichi’s advice to hurt her charge later on. “Naruto?”

“Yes ‘Baachan?” he asked nervously. Was she still planning on hurting him?

“Did you at least shower before getting here?” she looked serious.

He began to laugh, “If I didn’t you would be questioning me now wouldn’t you ‘baachan? Like I need you and the rest of Konoha knowing I delayed a mission because I’m sleep deprived from banging a sexually addicted kunoichi who seems to never run out of gas.”

“Yeah I showered Tsunade baachan,” was what he said instead.

Tsunade glared at her ‘son’ before starting the meeting, “Now that Naruto is here we can begin,” she said.

“Luckily what I needed to see you for wasn’t to go on a mission today. Instead you were requested personally by the Kazekage to escort Temari-san when she goes home to Sunagakure. Also once you and Temari-san have reached Suna, you are to team up together on a mission which the Kazekage will give you further instructions.”

“That’s it?” he looked incredulously at Tsunade.

“That’s it, when you get to Suna, Gaara will give you more details,” she said.

“I head for home early the day after tomorrow Naruto,” said Temari.

“Okay,” he said. He excused himself to go fix himself up.

Then that’s when they all heard it, the rumbling of something coming their way. There was a faint voice yelling outside those doors. Naruto paused at the door, cautiously stepping to the side.

Suddenly a green blur barge through the doors; making Tsunade form a throbbing vein in her forehead.

“Lee! Don’t barge in like that it’s rude!” this was shouted by Tenten who was a ways away from the green beast of Konoha.

“It’s all in good youth my adorable teammate!” Lee shouted, giving Tenten the nice guy’s pose.

Tenten sighed, bowing in apology to everyone in the room, “I’m very sorry about my teammate’s bizarre behavior Hokage-sama.”

“Naruto!” Lee shouted very loudly in the office.

“Hey Lee how are you?” Naruto asked.

“I’m feeling very youthful, yosh! I’m here to receive my mission from Hokage-sama!” Lee stated.

“I see,” Naruto said, sweat dropping. He looked from Rock Lee to Tsunade; he hoped she didn’t hurt him too much.

“Naruto, is that you’re new clothing style? It’s totally hip, as Gai-sensei would say,” Lee asked astonished by Naruto’s bizarre clothing.

“This? No, I was kind of in a rush getting here, I was about to go fix myself up-,”

“Ko- Naruto?” Tenten caught herself before slipping up and calling him by his nickname, raising one eyebrow up at Naruto’s choice of clothes.

“It’s a long story Tenten,” Naruto said, not really wanting to explain the situation.

“Naruto was trying to make it on time just for me,” Temari said, walking over to the two of them.

“Yeah, though I came three hours late, he-he,” he said rubbing the back of his head.

Tenten scowled at Temari who was making it her business to get close to Naruto. “Really Naruto?”

Temari smirked, “Another easy one,” The blond suna kunoichi spoke for Naruto, “Yeah, he has to come home with me for a very important mission. My brother obviously knows there’s something only Naruto could do with me.”

“And what would that be?” Tenten asked, getting angry at Temari.

“Now I wonder what that could be too; maybe something very beneficial for me. You know, my little brother does like to spoil me from time to time. Anything I ask of Gaara, he gives it to me,” Temari said, leaning on Naruto from behind. She laid her head down on his back.

Naruto was beginning to see a repeat of yesterday between the two women. He was going to try reassuring Tenten that Temari didn’t mean anything she said; but the young woman ran out before he could say anything.

Why she’d run? Temari this time kissed him on the mouth, instead of his cheek.

Tsunade was shocked. She was watching the little talk between the two kunoichi over her charge. Suffice it to say, she was actually very happy to see the brat finally get attention from the opposite sex.

She realized that both women really did feel something for Naruto; but her ‘son’ was oblivious. She was going to have to help him see what God was presenting in front of his face. An opportunity that her damn perverted teammate would kill to have.

“Remember, bright and early the day after tomorrow,” Temari said, walking out after an irate Tenten.

Lee was just shocked and a little confused at the situation.

Naruto had already left to run after Tenten, looking everywhere for her.

…………… …………… ……………… …………………

Maybe she shouldn’t have run off like that. He did look sorry and it wasn’t like they were dating. She knew when they were alone she pretended to be in her own fantasy world. In reality, they were only friends. He didn’t owe her anything.

Still, she didn’t like that he let Temari flirt with him that way. What was her problem anyway? She didn’t even like Naruto in that way. She deduced she was jealous of the suna nin. She was very pretty, what man wouldn’t love to talk with her?

Naruto found the sulking brunette walking down the hallway.

“Tenten!” he shouted, running up to her.

Tenten looked at him with a dejected look in her features, quickly wiping away her tears.

“Whatever I did Kanojo, I’m really, really sorry,” he said to her.

That was the first time he called her that in public, though they were alone and no one was around. Tenten shook her head.

“You have nothing to apologize for; it was Temari who was flirting with you not the other way around,” she said.

Naruto sheepishly grinned, “Hmm, Temari-ane just likes to tease people a lot. Sweetheart, would you like to go out for some ice-cream?”

Tenten nodded her head, “But first fix you’re clothes Naruto,” he smiled.

Naruto looked down at himself, “Oh, oh! Yeah, I’ll be right back okay?”

“Okay,” Tenten said at his retreating back.

The smile she presented to Naruto to reassure him; steadily disappeared from her face. She was sure there wasn’t any competition for the young man’s heart. Now from seeing Temari flirting with Naruto, she knew she had to really do something to keep the blond from leaving her.

Temari’s flirting wasn’t just teasing, the woman really meant what she said, and just like that Friday night all of the women were together. Tenten started to think of what she could do to keep the other women from taking away Naruto? She smiled, leaning her head against his shoulders as they walked alone.

Kin walked the quiet streets that night with only one destination in mind. The previous night was the best night she had in her life. The dark haired beauty had tingles all over her body from thinking about it. She wanted more of what she experienced the first time with Naruto.

She felt guilty but didn’t want to stop. If only Naruto would open up to her; she wouldn’t have to feel like she was using him for sex. She wasn’t desperate if she wanted to sleep around she would have done so. She didn’t want him to think she was also flighty, which she proved proudly to him the night before. She just wanted to feel touched by the man she still felt something for.

Naruto was her friend; in her mind he was her everything. She wanted to still give him time to open up but he never made a move to try again after Sakura. Kin was getting desperate in regards to wanting Naruto. She was amazed he took well to giving into her needs to have intercourse; but he still looked like he would refuse her if he wanted to start a relationship; and she didn’t want to feel rejected for a second time.

While he didn’t do it intentionally; as he didn’t know she felt anything for him and he still didn’t know. Kin wasn’t too thrilled to let him know how she thought afraid of being rejected again. So she stuck too seeing Naruto whenever she could to literally let him exhaust her burning desires.

She admitted to Naruto she wanted a relationship that was physical only.

She never knew how much physical attraction mixed with sexual frustration would invoke her to become addicted to sex itself.

The outfit she brought with her for this night, made her nervous. She wasn’t sure what his reaction would be to her little suggestion. She was just coming to terms about how much of a nymphomaniac she became. It was insane because she only just started having sex last night; but once wasn’t enough for her. She had ended up making Naruto very late to see the Hokage earlier that day. The poor guy didn’t get much sleep because of her.

After that night and her talk with Anko; though she only asked her questions that were impersonal, she started to get ideas and was curious. She always had some fascination with dressing up; Kin believed herself to have a complex.

“Well only one way to find out,” was her thoughts as she knocked on Naruto’s door.

She did feel guilty about using him; and felt she needed to be disciplined for her actions. Looking at Naruto looking down at her; Kin immediate felt her arousal doubled.

She suddenly blushed; feeling naughty and devilish. She smiled at him with this innocent face that hid the truth of her guilty thoughts.

She was a bad girl; a very bad girl.

A young woman with light yellow hair sighed for the fifth time today. She was sitting at the ramen stand for half an hour already hoping to see a young man that captured her fancy recently. So far Ino didn’t have any luck spotting Naruto all day, it was lunch time and usually he was found here eating ten bowls of his favorite dish.

She looked around again to see if she would catch a glimpse of him coming this way. No luck was granted to her; she looked at her watch again seeing that another five minutes had passed by. Ino decided to go; she wasn’t in the mood for ramen today and Naruto wasn’t going to show up, she didn’t see the point of staying.

As she was standing up to leave, a familiar woman with long raven hair sat down in the seat next to hers.

Onyx eyes looked up to greet those of a sky blue hue. “Hello Ino,” Kin smiled.

Ino smiled back at the kunoichi she became close friend’s with. “Hey,” Ino sat back down to speak with her. The two of them haven’t spoken in awhile both always ending up on different teams to carry out missions. When they weren’t doing that, Ino was always at her family’s flora shop and Kin she was usually doing odd jobs or hanging around Anko.

“I’ll have a miso ramen!” Kin shouted to the owner. “Hmm its lunch time, usually Naruto is here,” Kin stated to Ino.

Ino smiled, “I know, today must be a rare day he doesn’t show up here. I actually wasted my time coming,” Ino said more to herself; but Kin heard every word she said.

Kin’s curiosity peaked, “Why would you wait for Naruto? I thought he was annoying?” the raven haired woman couldn’t fathom what Ino wanted with Naruto. While she teased Ino about liking Naruto, Kin thought she was completely sure Ino only saw him as a friend.

“Yes I do; but it doesn’t mean I haven’t notice how mature he can be,” Kin looked at the dreamy look Ino had on her face.

“Naruto is really sincere and he knows how to comfort you and,” Ino’s face was aflame, “He’s just too handsome for his own good!”

Kin smiled, “He sure is, it’s too bad he won’t try to date anyone anymore. I mean I know I would jump at the opportunity to go out with him; given he ever asked me.”

The tension between them was getting thicker by the minute.

“You like Naruto too?” Ino asked, not looking at the other woman next to her.

“More like in love with him,” Kin stated.

Ino suddenly felt her heart stuck in her throat. Ino was feeling liquid forming at the corners of her eyes, “How can you be? None of us have really been around him-,”

“You’re wrong,” Kin interrupted, “Aside from Sakura I have been around Naruto the longest. It doesn’t look that way now, because of how we spend our time; but before Naruto left for those two years I had developed a crush on him since and when he came back; well you know what happened when he returned.”

“Why didn’t you ever say anything?” Ino asked, looking ready to shed a few tears.

“Don’t you think I wanted too? I just didn’t, you know how he was about Sakura and while I can tell him now I’ve lost my courage,” Kin smiled sadly.

Ino stood up from her seat she looked at Kin with a determined face. “Then don’t give up.” The blonde hastily wiped away the few tears that escaped her eyelids.

“As long as you don’t, than I can have a reason to feel motivated,” Kin said.

“Than I won’t, if I’m not the only woman falling for Naruto, than that makes me know that he’s worth fighting for,” Ino smiled.

“I guess we are now rivals,” Kin said smiling kindly at the other woman.

“Yes I suppose we are, don’t forget there’s a possibility of us fighting Temari too,” Ino said.

“And Hinata, it doesn’t matter if she’s dating Kiba, I would watch out for those two younger girls as well,” said Kin, “And I have a feeling Tenten’s not off the hook either.”

“Sakura,” Ino said.

Kin grinned, understanding everything Ino meant just by saying that girl’s name. “Sakura too.”

Ino nodded her head giving a little smile before walking off, leaving Kin by herself. Kin sat at the serving table alone; having her thoughts occupy her time.

“Well this is interesting, Ino’s falling for you too Naruto. You have quite the growing fan club,” Kin knew she should feel more jealous than humored over the situation.

“To think all this started with one conversation one Friday night; Naruto being the center topic of discussion. Tenten’s friend and our curiosities about who he could be; somehow lead us all to you. You have no idea of the trouble you’re causing Naruto. This time it isn’t your fault, maybe deep down each of us saw some quality in you that makes you unique or maybe we felt your pain and wanted to help you somehow…I hope you realize Naruto that while we are being selfish, our intentions are good.”

Kin sat there eating her ramen, playing with an extra set of chopsticks. She wondered how long it would take before the ordeal over who will win Uzumaki Naruto’s heart will blow out of proportion.

It was bound to happen one day. It didn’t matter how much they argued, because the one who held the power to stop it all was Naruto. Since the blond didn’t look too ready to make a move right now; Kin was surely going to stick around for the fireworks.

The raven haired young woman smiled. She had just as much right as any of them to share Naruto for the moment.
