Chapter 21: Of moving and getting a job

Sasuke opened his eyes and stretched his arms. Damn… he had just had the nicest dream ever. Naruto had accepted him and they had almost made love on the fluffy rug by the fireplace.

He let out a sigh and turned onto his side, where his eyes grew wide as they meet bright blue eyes.

Naruto… in my bed?

Sasuke held his breath at the heavenly sight.

´Wasn´t the cremation of aniki the day before yesterday… which means that the monk will bring the urn today… and didn´t we have breakfast with Iruka-sensei and Kakashi… then we had a date with take-out by the fireplace with candlelight… and we… we kinda had… sex… didn´t we?` The Uchiha thought and felt his pale cheeks heart up while a happy smile crept onto his face.

´Thank kami that the Dobe is still sleeping… if he saw me know I would never hear the end of it.` He smirked. Was Naruto finally his… and only his? Hadn´t the Dobe agreed to date him like lovers do… and encouraged him to kiss him, touch him and moan his name in delight last night?

´How did we end up here… in my bed?`

Sasuke lifted the sheets and stared at his own naked form before he lifted the fabric further; only to drool as he found that Naruto was just as naked as he was.

´Damn hot… I love every part of him.` The Uchiha thought happily.

“Morning hot stuff,” The blonde purred as he leaned closer to kiss the stunned Uchiha on the nose.

“You´re drooling again, Teme… Just like last night.” He chuckled playfully.

“… It was real…” Sasuke whispered.

“Nani? What was real? That we kissed and made out last night?” Naruto chuckled.

“Yeah… I almost feared that it was just another one of my dreams.”

“You have naughty dreams of you and me, Teme? How long have you had those?” The blonde purred seductively as he tasted Sasuke´s neck; sucking on the pale skin to mark the Uchiha as his.

“Mmmmm, Yeah. I´ve had them… Ah… too long… would you mind… to refresh my memory… of what we did last night?” The Uchiha moaned as Naruto licked a trail up to his ear before nibbling at a soft lobe.

“Mmmmm, just like last night or could we take it further, Teme?” The blonde asked hungrily without letting go of the soft lobe. “I want to feel you… inside me.”

“Then let me grant you your wish, Dobe.” Sasuke smiled as he dragged Naruto closer; embracing the man of his desires.

Sakura walked down the main street. She had a brunch date with Sai in ten minutes.

´He´s actually a cute guy though he´s emotionally handicapped… but I´m sure that I can help him get over it.` She thought smilingly.

She realized that Sasuke had always been out of her reach… and Naruto… well, he had offered himself to her many times and she had rejected him… and lost him to Sasuke. It had been her own fault for waiting too long… to treat him like dirt for years. ´I guess I got what I deserved… I´m just happy that I got another chance to find happiness with Sai.`

“Morning hag,” Sai greeted her with his usual insult.

“Morning yowamiso(weakling)” She chuckled playfully. They were just as bad with their name calling as a certain blonde and a certain Uchiha.

“Ahhhh…” Naruto cried out in a mix of pain and pleasure as he lowered himself onto Sasuke´s hardness. He felt the Uchiha buck beneath him as the tight feeling around his cock was driving him crazy.

“Is something wrong, Sas´ke?” The blonde asked him as the Uchiha didn´t return the kiss he had demanded.

“No… I just realized that I want you to be at my side… forever… and I want to be all yours.”

“Sounds nice, Teme…” Naruto hummed as he licked the spot on Sasuke´s neck that was grazed by the seal of heaven. Sasuke groaned at his touch which made the smirking blonde bite down on the skin before running his tongue over the mark to soothe the pain.

“Faster,” Sasuke demanded as Naruto slow place was like sweet torture.

“Nope… If you want… faster… harder… then you have… to do it yourself…” Naruto teased. The chuckling sent small vibrations through his body and onto Sasuke´s as well.

“Ahhhh” The Uchiha moaned. He tried to buck his hips to f*** his lover, but Naruto wouldn´t allow this, as he kept his balance and Sasuke in place by pressing his palms against his´s pale heaving chest.

“Hai, Hai… So typical you, Teme,” Naruto purred. “Then show me how much faster you want it.”

“With pleasure, Dobe,” He withdrew almost all the way before slamming back into Naruto´s hot ass; earning him a cry of desire from his lover.

“F*** yes, Sas´ke…hit that spot again.” Naruto begged as he saw stars as Sasuke hit his prostate because of the new angle of penetration.

“… I´d love too… I don´t like to be alone either.” The blonde completed the Uchiha´s line of thought.

“So… you wanna eat breakfast with me at Ichiraku´s before we move your stuff? My treat?” Sasuke hummed against his shoulder.

Sakura and Sai walked from the restaurant towards Sai´s apartment as they walked past Naruto´s apartment building. They soon noticed that Naruto´s door was widely open and decided to check it out.

“Do you think that someone broke into Naruto´s flat?” Sai asked his pink-haired girlfriend as they claimed the stairs to Naruto´s floor.

“I don´t know. Naruto´s place has been broken into a lot in the past… but I thought it stopped after Tsunade-sama became Hokage and after he moved in here. The villagers who disliked Naruto quickly found out that it´s not very wise to hurt their Hokage´s favorite brat.” She forced a smile onto her lips as she feared what they were going to find.

“Oi Teme… help me with this, will ya.” They heard Naruto call out from inside the apartment.

“Naruto? Sasuke? Are you in there?” Sakura called as she stepped inside the two bed-room apartment. There was only one person in Konoha that Naruto would call teme… well except from Sai when he teased Naruto… but Sai was standing right next to her… which only left the Uchiha.

“… Sakura-chan? Sai?” Naruto turned around to face them. He looked as if he had been about to dissemble one of his bookshelves as they disturbed him and Sasuke in whatever they were going to do.

“What do you want?” The Uchiha growled at their former teammate.

“Your front door was open… we were worried that someone might have broken in or something, Naruto-kun.” She told the blonde, while ignoring the growling Uchiha. ´Possessive bastard,` she thought as she watched him step in front of Naruto.

“Thanks for your concern, Sakura-chan… well, come on in. Can I offer you some tea?” Naruto asked while gently showing the Uchiha aside and waved Sai and Sakura inside.

He didn´t know if he should act nice or pissed at her for all that happened earlier with her confession of love towards him and the reaction after she found out that he was gay… but he wasn´t going to ignore her or kick her out for that. Maybe they could talk this out and go back to being friends again.

“Thank you, Naruto-kun, tea sounds nice. Are you redecorating or something?” She asked as she dragged Sai into the apartment and closed the door behind them. Sasuke didn´t look too pleased with their presence but Sakura decided just to ignore him.

“Or something,” Naruto said from the kitchen. “I´m moving out as I´m hardly here anyway.”

“Where are you going to live then, dickless?” Sai asked as he sat down on Naruto´s comfortable couch.

“He´s moving in with me and don´t call him that. I´m the only one who may call him names, Sai. Besides my place is huge so it was a logical solution,” the raven-haired Uchiha stated flatly with a smirk as he saw their eyes grew wide.

“… Oh, so you´re together for real now?” Sakura asked.

“Hn.” (A/n: means yes XD)

“Congratulations, so the flowers were for you then?” Sai asked the Uchiha who raised a brow at the question.

“No, the flowers were for my fathers and someone else´s graves…as I already told you back then,” Naruto growled as he handed his guests their tea. (A/n: Naruto didn´t tell them... he told Ino and Chouji… but he forgot heh heh)

“What are you doing in this part of town anyway?” Sasuke asked; trying to change the subject.

“Oh we were on the way to Sai´s place… we just had brunch.” Sakura told them as she sat down next to Sai and leached fingers with him. Sasuke and Naruto gave each other a knowing look.

“Uzumaki-san, Uchiha-san, I beg my intrusion but your presence is requested. Please head to the Hokage tower at once. Hokage-sama awaits you there.” One of the ANBU that were tailing Sasuke said after he had warped himself into Naruto´s living-room.

“Hai.” Naruto said in confirmation before turning his attention to Sakura and Sai. “Sorry, but would you mind letting yourself out when you´re done with your tea? Just give the key to Iruka.” The blonde said before he and Sasuke was gone.

“So they plan on moving in together?” Sakura said more to herself than to her boyfriend.

“What are you planning to do, hag?” Sai asked as he knew that look on her face; she was planning something… but what?

“Sai-koi… I need you to do me a little favor...” She said with a smirk. “I need you to…”

“Oi Baa-chan, what do you need?” The blonde asked with a grin as he and Sasuke crawled into her office through the window.

“Use the door, you damn brat!” She growled as she threw a heavy book at him. Naruto dodged it easily as he rushed forward to hug her.

“You seem happy today, gaki… and Uchiha… you look… relaxed and what is that… Ma ma… a smile on Uchiha Sasuke´s face, where is a camera when you need one… So what have you two been doing since yesterday, since you both look like this?”

“That´s private, Baa-chan… but let´s just say that we overcome our issues and created a new bond.” Naruto grinned.

“And the dobe is moving in with me today.” Sasuke said; flashing a rare smile at her.

“… Congratulations… for both of you… it makes things easier for me.” The Hokage told them with a warm smile. ´This is perfect… finally all my plans are going to come true… thank kami that my final wish is being granted.`

“What do you mean by that? Why did you call us here?” Naruto asked.

“Jiraiya is back which means that your training will begin tomorrow morning at six on training field B with him and me. You´ll have to train with us for four hours every day for six months or till you have learned all there is to learn about elemental jutsu, summoning, medical jutsus and other stuff. Then Shizune, Iruka and Ebisu will teach you how to do the paperwork, to be a leader; to be able to handle treats against our nation, welcome guests from foreign nations and how to make the right decisions.” Tsunade told Naruto.

“You already know how to lead a team as you have been an ANBU for awhile already… so you know how to deal with adults… now you need to work on your patience and ability to teach children and youngsters…I have already picked a team of genin for you already. You´ll meet them tomorrow as well.”

“… Alright, I´m game,” Naruto told her.

“… Hokage-sama… why am I here? I already knew that Naruto is going to be your successor and I´m familiar with the training he has to go through. Why am I here when I´m not allowed even to spar with him?” Sasuke asked as he leaned against the windowsill with his arms crossed across his chest.

“You are here because you and Naruto are linked together and I want you to be a part of this important stage in his life… but there is more. The council has accepted my request to remove the surveillance on you if you would agree to move in with one of my ANBU… which you are going to by sharing your home with Naruto… so no more stalkers.”

“Thank you,” Sasuke said. He was surprised that she would make such a request for him… but then again… she loved Naruto as a son and she knew how much Sasuke and Naruto loved each other and liked their privacy.

“There is more, brat.” She said as she poured herself and the young lovers some sake. “I even managed to get you reinstated as a shinobi… though you´ll have to begin at the very bottom. There are two kinds of jobs you´ll be allowed to do at first before you will be given the opportunity to work you way back up.” She told him as she gulped down her drink.

“… Two kinds… of work?” Naruto asked as he leaned against the wall next to his pale lover; grabbing his hand to tell him that he was there for him.

That he would support him no matter what kind of shitty job Sasuke had to do before he could become a real ninja again.

“D ranks?” Sasuke asked.

“Yup for a year or…” Tsunade poured herself some more sake as the men hadn´t touched theirs yet.

“Or?” The Uchiha asked impatiently. He hated to wait and he knew that the old hag was dragging it out to see how far she could go before he snapped. She really loved to piss people off.

“… Come on, Baa-chan, tell us already.” The blonde chirped.

“Alright, alright… The other option is going to allow you to take the Chunin exam in only six months… but you´ll have to work every Monday to Friday and every second Saturday till the day of the exam.” She told him.

“What kind of job?” The Uchiha asked.

“You´ll have to work at the orphanage… you will be allowed to train the children in the use of Taijutsu and light weapons training…”

“… You want me to baby-sit kids that has no family left… just like Naruto and me?” Sasuke asked calmly.

“Sasuke?” Naruto tried to read Sasuke´s reaction but it was impossible. Sasuke showed no expression what so ever as he was thinking about his options.

“Yes… it would do you good and if you manage to make the orphans feel like someone cares, their lives will be better… The council want´s you to get attached to Konoha again… and your relationship with Naruto and if they see you with the children they´ll allow you back on active duty in no time… but the choice is yours. You could always remove weed from the councilmen’s gardens or walk their dogs if you like.” She said with a smirk.

The Uchiha shuddered at the thought of dusting someone’s house or kneeling down in the dirt to pull out weed… the idea of teaching some little brats Taijutsu and the art of using shinobi weapons sounded way more appealing to him. He squeezed Naruto´s hand to tell him that he had made his choice.

“I´ll teach the orphans… I don´t know much about kinds… but it´ll be better than D ranks… when do I start?” The Uchiha asked.

“Tomorrow at nine. Now that everything is settled… you can both get the hell out of here and let me go back to work.”

Naruto and Sasuke left through the window and left their untouched drinks behind. Tsunade walked up to the window and looked at them as they jumped over the rooftops towards Naruto´s apartment.

“You didn´t tell them about your condition?” A male voice asked from behind.

“No… how come that you know, Jiraiya?”

“Shizune told me… how long… do you have left?” The toad sanin asked with a sad voice. He loved the busty woman and would gladly die if it meant saving her life.

“… A year if I´m lucky… So we have to hurry if we want him to be ready to take my place. Don´t be sad love… The council granted me my final wishes… to make Naruto my successor and give the Uchiha brat a second chance… This is their time, Jiraiya…” She felt his arms around her waist; pulling her closer against his broad chest.

“… Will you grant my final wish too, Jiraiya?” She asked shyly after a short while.

“Just name it, and you´ll have it, Tsunade-Hime.” He whispered softly.

“Stay with me till the end… as my boyfriend.”

He turned her around so they where face to face. He could see love and a hint of fear in her golden eyes. ´She´s afraid of dying…and I´m afraid to lose her…” He thought as he reduced the space between them. Their lips meet in a sweet kiss that sealed their new relationship… a relationship that would last till death do them part.
