Naruto and Gaara had been writing to each other everyday and sending the notes by birds. Naruto had gained a special loved the red head and was always making sure he was okay. Everyone thought Gaara felt the same way, but would never admit such a thing.
Itachi was worried about Naruto though. He was acting weird and asking for all kinds of things. It started small a peppermint, cake, and stuff you can get your hands on. Then he started asking for things they didn’t have burnt eggs, turkey covered in onions, pickled pig feet. Itachi was worried, but they only increased when he woke up one night and walked in the bathroom.
Naruto sat on the floor in front of the toilet, his hair pulled back into a tight bun.
“Naruto” Itachi mumbled
Naruto flew up from his spot on the floor and flushed the toilet.
“Itachi, I’m fine. Go back to bed.” Naruto tried to push Itachi out of the bathroom before his senses kicked in.
It didn’t work Itachi took a sniff at the air. It smelled like…
“Naruto, are you sick?” He questioned waking up completely.
“No…” Naruto looked down.
“Then why did you throw up?” Itachi hated when Naruto TRIED to hide things from him.
“I ate something bad.” Naruto whispered.
Itachi narrowed his eyes and walked out of the bathroom. Naruto slammed the door and locked it.
The next morning
Itachi picked Naruto up and carried a whining Naruto to the dining hall.
“Itachi, I’m fine!! I don’t need to go to the doctor!!”
“Naruto, all you have to do is sit there and get poked.” Itachi sighed
“Itachi,” Naruto whispered in a sexy voice “I only want to be poked by you.”
Itachi paused and walked a little faster.
“Not working.”
“Itachi, please!!! I’ll do anything!! I don’t like doctors!!!”

When making down stairs, there was a man with spiky hair and wearing sunglasses.
“Doctor Aburame” Itachi said
The man looked at Naruto over Itachis shoulder.
“Ignore anything he says” Itachi answered a silent question and sat Naruto in a chair.
The doctor gently check over Naruto.
“What has been wrong?” He asked, checking Narutos pulse.
“He’s eating everything in site-” Naruto cut him off.
“ARE YOU CALLING ME FAT!!??” Naruto screeched
“No, If you were fat I would just say it.”
“Your too blunt” Itachi ignored him
“Not only for that. He has odd cravings.”
“How odd?” Aburame asked placing his hand on Narutos forehead.
“Pickled pig feet.” was all Itachi said.
The doctor hummed.
“I caught him throwing up last night.”
Naruto huffed and turned away.
“I never introduced myself.” The doctor said to Naruto. “My name is Shino Aburame”
Naruto turned and looked at him. Naruto smiled and stuck his hand out.
“Naruto” The doctor took his hand and shook it.
“Naruto, was this the first time you threw up?”
Naruto bit his lip and shook his no. Itachi growled.
“Naruto, do you want me as your doctor?”
“Maybe….why?” Naruto asked carefully
“Because if you do, I just became a family doctor.”
“Huh?” Naruto and Itachi said at the same time.
“As crazy as it sounds, Your about two months pregnant.”
Naruto did a mental count down of where he and Itachi were at that time.
The sand.
Narutos eye twitched.
“YOU BASTARD!” Naruto screeched
Everyone in the house and outside ran in to see what had happened. Everyone watched as the doctor stepped back and watched.
“Did I mention stress is bad for the baby.” He added
Naruto started taking really deep breaths and stormed up to the doctor.
“Thank you. I’ll be leaving now, nice to meet you.” Naruto stormed from the room.
Naruto ran out into the garden and stomped around. Finally when he sat down on a large stone, a red bird landed next to him. Naruto ran inside and wrote a note to Gaara.
Gaara,
I need you to come visit or possible move in for the next year. Don’t asked any questions. Tell me if you can come or not.

Naruto ran back out and saw the bird didn’t have a note for him. He ignored it and tied the note on the bird.
Naruto waited and stayed positive. Itachi had attempted to get close to him, but he ignored Itachis every attempt. Itachi gave up and decide to wait until Naruto was ready to talk.
Later that night
Naruto sat on the bed with a pile of clothes. Itachi walked in and narrowed his eyes.
“Naruto, this isn’t necessary.” Itachi sighed and walked over to him.
Naruto moved only for Itachi to wrap his arms around him.
“Itachi!” Naruto hissed
Itachi didn’t say anything and kissed Naruto on the neck.
“I. Will. Scream. Rape.” Naruto mumbled
“Why? You can’t rape the willing.”
Naruto kept pulling away, when a knock was heard. Naruto looked over at the window and saw the red bird. Naruto flew from Itachis grasp and opened the window.
Naruto pulled the note from the bird and let it go. He unrolled the paper with haste.
Naruto,
I’m on my way.
Naruto jumped up and down. Now he waited for two days and Gaara would be here to help him.
Naruto ran from the room and went to get a place ready for Gaara.
Itachi blinked and shook his head.
The next morning
Naruto didn’t asked Itachi for anything. Naruto pretended as if he wasn’t even there. Naruto heard a tap from down stairs and blinked in confusion.
Itachi stood and walked from the room and Naruto followed.
Itachi went to the door and opened it. Naruto couldn’t see so he listened.
“What are you doing here?” Itachi asked in confusion
“Naruto wanted me here.” Gaaras deep voice came from Itachis back.
Naruto jumped from his spot and ran past Itachi. Naruto flew right into Gaaras arms.
“What’s wrong?” Gaara asked holding Naruto to him.
“Gaara, don’t freak.”
“Do I ever?”
“How did you get here so fast?”
“Naruto, I’ve done things I thought I’d never had to do. You better tell me what’s going on.” Gaara said calmly
