Macaroni and Cheese
I don’t own Naruto, any of it’s characters nor do I profit from my fics.
Okay, I lied, this will be the last chapter before I leave until Sunday, oh and to answer your question no, they’re not gonna be drunk through this whole chapter Moiraine XD
“Okay, why must you look at me like that? Pakkun wagged his tail frantically. “No, no you’re going to stop that right now! Not after you jumped all over me and chewed on the suitcase.” Anko said to Pakkun
“Aww, look he wants to sit on your lap.” Kakashi said. “Isn’t that wonderful?” he kissed her. Kakashi knew how pissed Anko had been at Pakkun over the past two days.
“No! You are not sitting on my lap!” she scolded him. He barked and asked why. “You have been a total bitch!”
“Did you just call Kakashi’s dog a bitch?” Iruka asked handing Asuma the drink he has mixed for him. Everyone had already agreed that tonight was a light drinking night because they were going on a hike tomorrow. Gai, Hayate, Shizune, Genma, were helping Kurenai search through the pantry for something to cook that night.
“Yes, I did because that’s what he’s been today!” Anko said pointing at him. Apparently Pakkun figured that since Anko was curled up on Kakashi’s lap that he could curl up on Anko’s lap. Besides they were closest to the fir on the couch and that’s where he wanted to be.
“You know I could summon another dog…maybe a bigger one.” Kakashi said.
“Don’t you dare summon anymore dogs.” Anko said. It wasn’t that she didn’t like dogs, it was just that Pakkun had driven her insane up to this point. Pakkun wagged his tail harder and pranced around nervously. Anko sighed in disgust.
“Fine! Come on…but don’t do anything stupid.” She said. Pakkun quickly hopped on her lap and turned around in circles before making himself comfortable.
“Now, see look how happy you made him.” Kakashi said pulling her tighter into him.
“Okay, I’m fixing macaroni and cheese because that’s all we can find in the pantry that can be prepared in less than 20 minutes.” Kurenai said sipping on Asuma’s drink and getting a pot out to boil water. Shizune and Hayate had made themselves comfortable with a beer and were sitting in the floor up against the hearth of the fireplace. Gai and Genma sat at the bar stools in the kitchen with Asuma while Kurenai cooked.
It was going to be a great night.
“You know a two drink limit is really unusual for us.” Genma said.
“Yeah, the last time we had the two drink limit was the night before Hokage’s inauguration.” Hayate said. And so the conversation began. The mountain home couldn’t have been cozier that night. It was the perfect contrast to the harsh night air outside and the light and heat from the roaring fire was more than relaxing. Anko would have never said it out loud to anyone but she was so happy at this moment. She was sinking into the man she dearly loved on the couch and Pakkun was now asleep in her lap. She had to admit….she liked that damn dog even though he had been a royal pain in the ass.
“Okay, who wants macaroni?” Kurenai asked.
“It’s more like who doesn’t because I think we all do.” Iruka said, and he was very correct. Kurenai pulled plates down from the cabinet above her and began dishing out her macaroni. Iruka handed heaping plates around the room. Kurenai turned the kitchen lights out and joined everyone else in the living room. The only light burning came from the fireplace.
“Kurenai, you make a mean boxed macaroni dinner.” Kakashi said eating off Anko’s plate. Kurenai laughed.
“Thanks, it’s one of my strengths…things out of boxes.” She answered.
“Anko do you think those chuunins will take care of those tasks we left for them?” Iruka asked?
“Iruka, I’m not discussing work with you, I’m on vacation. Now, if you’d like to ask me about what I plan on doing to Kakashi tonight, or how wide I can spread my legs, then go ahead.” Anko said as she ate the rest of the macaroni.
“I already know how wide you can spread your legs, so let’s talk about the first item.” Iruka winked at her. She smiled viciously at him.
“You’ll hear for yourself later.” She answered. Anko thought this would be a good time to pick on Shizune. Anko liked Shizune, but sometimes Shizune thought she was a know it all when it came to sexual relationships and Anko and Kurenai loved to rub it in her face when she was in fact clueless on several items.
“So, Shizune is your idea of kinky still doing it without a condom?” Anko asked her as Kurenai gave her another plateful of macaroni.
“Hey, Hayate and I did 69 the other night.” Shizune said. Anko had to hold back her laughter.
“Have you ever used bondage….real bondage….bondage that you can’t get out of? Anko asked taking a bite of the macaroni and eyeing her devilishly. Shizune looked at Hayate, who looked back at her. Neither of them said anything for a moment.
“Okay, you’ve made your point.” Shizune said quickly.
“That’s what I though.” Anko said softly. The evening went on with random conversation. Since Anko had a sleeping dog on her lap, Asuma helped Kurenai clean up the kitchen and the dishes. It was getting late and everyone decided to call it a night.
Anko took Kakashi by the hand and led him upstairs after everyone else had already headed upstairs…it was going to be a wild night…
