Suspicious
Chapter 3
Walking out of the office Naruto couldn't believe that the meeting lasted so long. All that to get a few uniforms and a scheduel. Tsuande felt the need to hound him, telling him the rules, saying if he broke them, there would be a penalty. She would have suspended him if she didn't care about him, and the fact that 'this' him would enjoy it too much, thinking it as a break. Then went into the usual talk about how his father would not approve, that's when he had left, saying he needed a smoke, and to give her time to talk to Iruka.
As he was making his way through the halls, the bell rang, signalling the class change. He continued to walk, ignoring the people coming out of the class rooms and staring openly at him, as well as the whispering, that he knew was directed at him. Pulling out a smoke, he brought it to his lips, letting it hang, ready for when he could step outside a light it, when a group of familiar faces emerged from a class room, causing him to drop it. He caught it in his hand as he remembered that he no long looked the same, so he doubt that they would be able to reconize him.
As he began to approach them, he watched as one of them moved into his path. He casually shifted as if to go around till another in the group joined, seeing what the first was doing.
"Who are you?" the first growled out.
"Depends, who are you." Was his calm reply, already knowing the it was.
"Tough guy eh? I'm Inuzuka Kiba." The first said with a smirk.
'Yup, I know.' Naruto thought, as he gave a lazy nod and went to step around them again.
"Don't I get to know who you are?" Kiba asked stepping in his way once again.
'Was he always this anonoying?' Naruto asked himself. He though about other boys question before giving his gang name. "Kyuubi."
Kiba snorted, "What the hell kind of name is that."
"Tch, this is so troublesome." Was the lazy reply from the other side of the little group. 'Sounds like Shikamaru.' Naruto thought as he glanced around the group. There were only a few people that he knew in it. Kiba, Shikamaru, and who he believed to be choji, but had no idea who the other two were.
Naruto just stared hard at Kiba, before saying, "You need to get to class, and I need to go for my smoke." This time no one stopped him as he went by the group. Kiba stared open mouth after him, before scoffing and motioning for the guy behind him to follow as the joined the group heading to the following period.
'Not too bad.' He though too himself as he lit his smoke outside. He was a little bit worried when he saw two different people with black hair and obsidian eyes on his way out, but shrugged it off. 'After all, many people could look like that right?' He sighed and desided that he would worry about it come tomorrow, but for now, he was just going to wait for Iruka to come out while he enjoyed his smoke.

They were in the locker room, getting changed for class. Although no one is quite when they change, no one was louder then one highly fustrated Kiba.
Still huffing about the encounter, Kiba tried his lazy friend this time. "Shika, your smart, what do you think?"
"Troublesome," was the one word expected reply.
"Well is it just me or did he look kind of familiar? Do you think he's a new student? But if he is why would he be dressed like that?" Kiba frowned, as he tilted his head to the side.
"Maybe you saw him on the street before. New student who hasn't started yet." Shikamaru answered
"Well all I know is that guy smells funny." Kiba said to the group as they made there way outside.
"Everyone smells funny to you, Kiba." Choji commented as he finished of the rest of the chocolate bar he was eating.
"Ok, I ment familiar?" Kiba tried but shook his head at his own statement.
"Maybe because he smokes like Shika." Ichari suggested.
"Tch, leave me out of this one."
"Ah, Finally, we are all here! Let us begin with laps." Maito Gai shouted out. There teacher had to much energy in Kiba's opinion. Only Rock Lee from one of the other classes seemed to keep up with their teacher.
"All I'm saying is that if I had Akamaru with me, he would be able to tell me what is so off about that guy." Was the last comment said on the topic before they got with the rest of the class to do the laps.

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter. Doesn't help that the next chapter had to be broken down into 2 chapters. But hopefully you guys are enjoying this. Starts slow yes, but soon the story get real good. I'm excited just writing it, but let me know what you all think ok. Also a appologies for spelling. I'm stilling trying to get a hold of a few computer programs such as microsoft word since there is a spell check! lol.
And thank you to those who have been reviewing, you help encourage me to put aside my school work to try and get the next chapter out.
