(A/N: It's nice to hear some constructive critisism from you readers. I'll be sure to make my format a little less "troublesome" as Reigh put it and I'll try to make my descriptions better. As you may have seen in my previous chapter im pretty bad at writing but hey practice makes perfect.)

Forest outside Konoha

It had been really quiet since they left the village. It seemed two quiet and now they were getting a little suspicious of that silence, well everyone except Naruto.

"Hey don't you guys think that this silence is creepy?" asked the clueless blonde.

"You really are hopeless aren't you dobe?" Sasuke asked in an annoyed voice.

"What do ya mean you teme?" Naruto yelled raising a fist as Sasuke

"He means that were either being watched or followed....... duh." Sakura pointed out. 'CHA!!! Can Naruto get anymore stupid and annoying!?!' Inner Sakura yelled as she broke a rock with her fist.

"We are??? I don't hear anything following us" Naruto said as all of them looked at him with little sweatmarks.

"Umm Na....N....Naruto-kun, umm were ninjas remember....., we're not s...s...supposed to be seen or heard." Hinata quietly stated.

"Oh yea that's right" Naruto said as he scratched the back of his head and let out a nervous laugh.

Just then they heard a kunai cut through the air and it hit a nearby tree.

"What the hell was that? Good thing it didn't hit us, is everyone ok?" Naruto yelled in a panicky voice.

"NARUTO YOU BAKA!!!! GET OUTTA THERE!!!!!" Sakura yelled.

"Huh??? Oh Fuck, Hinata-chan hang on. There's tags on that kunai!!!" Naruto yelled as he picked up Hinata.

"No, Naruto-kun let me handle this. Eight Trigrams: Palms Rotation!!!" Hinata confidently yelled as she began to spin with Naruto right by her side. Sakura and Sasuke failed to see this and thought that they were goners.

"NARUTO, HINATA!!!!" Sasuke and Sakura hollered together

"Hinata-chan are you all right?" Naruto asked in a frightened voice just as a branch hit Hinata's left calf.

"Y....Yea I'm fine." Hinata stated as she smiled nervously while holding her leg.

"No, you aren't fine, just look at your leg. It seems like a splintering branch hit it from the explosion. Can you walk?" Naruto asked concerned.

'He....He's worried about me?' Hinata thought. 'I don't want to seem like a burden to him, I...I have to be strong for N...Naruto-kun.'

"Umm, I can." Hinata said in a soft voice just before falling back onto the floor with tears coming out of her eyes

Naruto looked at the leg that Hinata was covering up and took a look. He was no doctor but even a complete moron like himself could tell that she was in no condition to walk.

"Look at you. There's a huge gash on your leg. That thing must be 4 inches deep. We have to find Sakura to get her to fix it" Naruto told her.

"Ok Naruto-kun. Umm, Na....Naruto-kun" Hinata said as she blushed.

"What?"

"Umm, nothing never mind" 'Oh kami my leg hurts so much..... I...I cant walk.' thought the now limping Hinata but just then Hinata is picked up and carried on Naruto's back.

"Don't sweat it Hinata. I'll carry you the rest of the way. I wont let anyone special to me get hurt and if they do I will try my best to get them to safety." Naruto said confidently while grabbing onto Hinata's ass cheeks to get a better grip.

"Ahh" she squeeled as she got the biggest blush she ever had in her life.

"Oh my god, I am so sorry Hinata-chan. I didn't mean to touch you there if you want I can carry you a different way instead." he nervously said almost dropping Hinata from the embarassment. 'What the fuck am I saying, asking her if she wants to be carried like this is like asking if I want to touch her inappropriately. Makes me look like that old pervert of a sensei I had. Fuck why am I soooo stupid?' he thought in is head while mentally slapping himself across the face.

'What should I say? I....I don't think I'll ever get this close to Naruto-kun. I have to t...take advantage of this.' "Na....Naru..to-kun. I don't mind you ca...carrying me like this. It is the safest way t...to travel in my state." she said to the Naruto as he gave a sigh of relief.

"Umm as you wish Hinata-chan. I wonder where Sakura and my teme of a best friend went..." Naruto trailed off as he searched the area.

"Byakugan" Hinata said as her eyes scoured the 500 meters in all directions. "I can't see them, but I do sense that there are people ahead but.....but they're t..too far my byakugan can't see that far." Hinata said shamefully thinking that she had let Naruto down.

"Well you can't fight in your state, so just be my lookout. Cover my backside please."

'Backside? Oh he means his back...... not his b..butt. What the hell is wrong with m...me. Why am I...I such a pervert around Na...Naruto-kun lately.' Hinata thought as she lowered her head in shame.

*10 minutes later, Hinata and Naruto go in the direction of the people. All conversation ceased so nobody would hear them.*

"Hinata? Since we're closer do you think you could see ahead?" Naruto asked while looking over his shoulder. "Hinata? She's out cold. Her body's probably using a lot of chakra with that injury... This is getting too dangerous for her, I have to go back and get her to Baa-chan." He said as he turned back.

When he was a couple of minutes away from the villiage gate he sensed people coming out from behind. Then Naruto saw Sasuke and Sakura coming up to him.

"Naruto there you are, we've been looking all over for you" Sakura said in a voice that seemed relieved.

"We'll when Hinata-chan protected me from the exlposion she got hurt and I had to help her." Naruto explained.

"Umm help her do what, rub her ass for her?" Sasuke coldly asked while rolling his eyes.

Naruto just then noticed that he had his hands up her skirt and that his hands were tightly gripping her ass. As soon as Sasuke pointed that out his face turned the familiar shade of crimson that Hinata often wore.

"Shut up you teme! I'm no perv, I just helped her because she couldn't walk." Naruto retorted.

From his verbal skirmish with the Uchiha he accidentally slipped on a branch and Hinata feel out of his grip. He jumped on after her but failed to reach her. As she fell she hit her arm on a branch and a clear cracking noise was heard. Saukra managed to get a grip on her sweater and then the Uchiha threw her onto his back. Naruto also got injured as he fell as he also hurt his arm.

"Sakura you heal Naruto right now, I'll go on ahead and take her to Tsunade." Sasuke yelled from the distance.

"Hai, we'll catch up to you later Sasuke." Sakura yelled. "You baka Naruto....."

"Hey I'm already feeling horrible about her getting hurt to protect me and then me repaying her by braking her arm, so shut up Sakura-chan." the blonde sincerly said as a couple of tears ran out of his eyes.

"Oh Naruto I'm sorry, I didn't mean....."

"It's ok just hurry up so I can be there for her in case she needs something. It's the least I can do for her after what happened to her because of me. Tsunade's gonna be pissed since we failed the mission because of me."

"No this mission was doomed from the start" Sakura said in a tone that made it seem like she was stating the obvious.

"What do ya mean?"

"Well there never was a Saitou Takahiro. He was an Akatsuki spy that made himself look like the boy. They also gave him a tiny bit of the bijuu's power so that he would seem like a jinchuriki. And that Hoshigake Kisame was a clone like one of those 2 years ago. It was all a trap to lure you out so they could catch you, but it seems that their plan was foiled by their own hands. Had Hinata not been there to get hurt and be carried off
by you they would have gotten you. So be thankful for Hinata-chan, she just indirectly saved your life." Sakura explained while finishing off bandaging Naruto.

"Wow I owe Hinata-chan my life now. I really have to pay her back. But I have no idea how." Naruto said in a clueless voice.

'We know how you can. Sex that bitch up!!!!!' Inner Sakura thought as Sakura smiled in a very sly way.

"Umm Sakura any particular reason for that evil smile?" Naruto asked as he flinched at the sight of Sakura's evil smile, which usually meant something horrible.

"No nothing. Let's just get back and see how Hinata's doing." Sakura said as she tried to get Inner Sakura's dirty fantasies outta her mind.

(A/N: Ok hopefully this was better then the first chapter. It was sorta a "filler" one though. I'll try a bit better to get the details better and thanks for the reviews and constructive criticism. As Sho-chan does *e-huggles* for all. And since I'm a whore and my payment is reviews, plz do so. And I'll try to update today once more, I'm sick for getting my dumbass dehydrated and then trying to race people on the track so I can't be on for as I used to. I'll update as much as I can so c ya guys in another chappy.)
