Chapter 3

Thank you to everyone who reviewed! Also, I've had this sitting on my computer since early February *runs* I've just been busy and forgot. Will try to get the next chapter up sooner than later. ^^

Sasuke sprung into action, not waiting to get a verbal response from anyone in the group. He grabbed Naruto’s hand, quickly pulled his boxers up and dragged the blond towards the exit. He fished clumsily in his pockets for his keys, and unlocking the doors helped him inside and drove breakneck speed for their off campus apartment.

The neighborhood was quiet as he made a ruckus trying to get a drunken Naruto through the entrance, which didn’t help his case because he kept bumping into the walls and missing the door completely. Finally entering, he flipped on the switch, kicked off his shoes and made his way through the rooms.

Naruto kept groaning like an old man, making a move as if to heave the contents of his stomach on the carpeted floor. Sasuke sensed this, and not wanting to foot another bill made at Naruto’s expense, roughly guided him to the bathroom and promptly directed him to the toilet.

Taking this as an ok, somewhere in the subconscious of his half awakened state, Naruto gripping the sides of the lavatory vomited until everything came up. Sasuke clearly not satisfied, secured his arms under the taller boy’s armpits and lead him to the shower, where he allowed the full blast of icy cold water to shake Naruto out of his demure condition.

“What the fuck was that for?!” Naruto grasped his head as the makings of a migraine embedded itself into his brain. He shook himself out of the clothes that were plastered to his skin. Clutching a towel from the rack, he wrapped it around his nether regions.

“Don’t you know?” Sasuke slid off his shirt, which had gotten wet in the process of bathing Naruto. His abs moved in tune, showing off his alabaster skin in the dim shadows. “It’s for having to drag your heavy, drunk ass back here and sober you up!”

“You didn’t have to do that,” He burped before saying, “I could have just had Kiba drive me here.”

“Yeah, right.” Sasuke scoffed, “I guess that would have fit in nicely right after you explained why you screamed my name shooting a load into Gaara’s mouth!”

“Shit. I did that?” Naruto sheathed his mouth in shock, clear realization of what had happened finally making show on his face.

“Did it now fucking occur to you?!” Sasuke went to his bedroom, looking in the chest of drawers for one of his midnight blue jerseys. He was getting really tired of quarrelling with Naruto.

“Sasuke, I’m sorry, even though I know that doesn’t-“

Sasuke laughed. A dry, sarcastic laugh which had Naruto wishing he was anywhere else than in front Sasuke. Little did he know of the wrath that was going to be unleashed.

SORRY??! YOU CANNOT GET DRUNK, GET A BLOWJOB FROM GAARA, HAVE ME DRAG YOU HOME AND THEN SAY SORRY!” Sasuke felt a vein throbbing in his neck with anger.

“Gaara wasn’t as good as you, you know.”

Sasuke stomped up to the blond idiot and did the one thing he knew would get his attention.

He drew his hand back and slapped him. One firm, taut slap across the face that had Naruto’s cheek reddening in seconds. Then he screwed a fist into the bastard’s stomach.

Naruto hunched over, coughing dryly for having the air knocked out of him.

“I’m leaving to stay over at Itachi’s until you get your shit together.” Sasuke said before picking up a jacket and heading for the front door.

Naruto wasn’t having it. He grabbed at the raven’s forearms and spun him around, giving him a taste of his own medicine. A sickening crack was heard before Sasuke felt a searing pain shoot from his jaw.

He launched himself at Naruto, barreling his shoulder into his chest, successfully racking his spine into the nearby wall. Naruto started throwing punches in a hazed daze; Sasuke kicked him in the shin as they steadily destroyed themselves and the apartment.

They crashed into the coffee table, overturning it and Naruto slammed into one of the chairs by the counter, hitting down a vase, causing a resounding crash which allowed splinter and water to seep over the floor. The tumbled to the floor together, Naruto’s eye already starting to swell, and Sasuke had a split lip.

Halting to a stop and out of breath, Sasuke had locked his thighs in place around Naruto’s waist. Wiping his bloody lip with the end of his sleeve he seethed, “What the fuck is wrong with you Naruto?”

“I don’t-“

“What?” Sasuke leered down at him, the blond’s chest moving in time with his own as they both tried to catch their breaths. The blond’s eye was already halfway swollen shut, his head sporting a bruise that was leaking some of the same red liquid pumping through them at course speeds.

Sasuke made to get up, a bit wobbly and spent for energy, when a hand latched unto his wrist. “I don’t…I don’t want you to go.” Naruto was looking up at him, those somber azure eyes staring pleading into his own depthless black ones. Then his heart was in his throat and Sasuke swallowed because it felt as if he’d digested gravel.

“Then why did you let him do that?”

Naruto pushed up on his forearms bringing his head to rest closer to Sasuke’s before breathing, “I don’t know.” He looked away when he saw how cold Sasuke became.

“You let that redhead put his filthy mouth around your cock, something that belongs to me! In front of everyone!” He was speaking at the height of his voice but he didn’t care.

“I didn’t want to think about him doing that, so I thought about you, and how you make me feel.” Naruto made to put his hand on Sasuke’s cheek but the raven slapped it away.

“Don’t touch me. I don’t want you near me until you’ve figured out what you really want Naruto. If it doesn’t register in your mind that getting sucked off by another guy near your boyfriend is wrong, then you really are a lost cause.”

“Sasuke-”

“I’m going.” He got off Naruto’s stomach and gathered a few things he thought he’d need. His keys, books, organizer and wallet. He had some clothes over at Itachi’s he could use.

“I’ll pass by to pick up my other stuff later.” There was no response as the door slammed, leaving Naruto to his thoughts in the dim lights.

*****

Sasuke checked the time as he ran on the treadmill, adrenaline pumping through his system, sweat pounding against his neck. The slap of his feet against the machine echoed throughout the gym.

Reaching over, he took a gulp of the spring water he had in his pack and looked up when Itachi came in. Slowly switching off the machine, he stood with his chest counting as he waited for his heart beat to regularize.

“I didn’t know you were home.” Sasuke looked over to the form of his older brother who stood at a good 6 foot 5. He had distinctive markings below his eyes that were from the inner corner to the cheek, his resemblance to Sasuke uncanny.

Itachi loosened his tie, striding over to the computer located in the far corner. His waist length hair swished almost silently when he walked, the silk tresses perfectly tamed into a rubber band. The business suit adjusted to his body nicely, framing his shape and accentuating his muscles. He spent his fair share of time in this room also.

“I thought you had classes.”

“I did. One of the older lecturers had an accident and so her classes got canceled.”
He took a towel he’d laid over one of the bikes and dabbed at his forehead feverishly. His bangs lay against his head, perspiration gliding down his neck once more.

“Is that why you’ve chosen to coop yourself up in the house than face your boyfriend?” Itachi didn’t look at him, but there were hints of amusement in his tone.

“Itachi, I don’t feel like speaking about this today.”

“I just don’t comprehend you Sasuke. How you choose to commute farther away from school, and behave like an immature child than to face your problems head on is beyond me? I thought father grew you up to be a man. ”

“Are you saying you don’t want me here?” Sasuke gritted his teeth and went to stand close to his brother.

“Not exactly. While you do interrupt the time that I get to spend with my own lover, it’s not very pleasant with a killing aura floating around my house.” Itachi finally turned to watch him, his face set irritant.

“Hnn.” Sasuke mumbled.

“Why don’t you just call him?” The older brother rested his head on his fisted hand, in a thoughtful way.

“No.”

“I’m a little saddened that you don’t invite Naruto-kun over anymore.”

“You’re making a joke out of this aniki, but that’s not the point. It’s just that the idiot won’t admit that what he did was wrong.” Sasuke flopped unto a chair, clearly muddled by his thoughts.

“So why don’t you help him see it?” Itachi stood up and took off his shirt, bothered by the heat generated in the room.

“I’m giving him some time.”

“A month doesn’t seem fairly suitable enough already? This thing that you two have stirring up already isn’t going to resolve itself.” Little water droplets of sweat cascaded down Itachi’s torso, and he went over to one of his machines.

“You think I don’t know that?”

“Would you rather it eats away at the both of you? I’m sure Naruto has already repented everyday since the party for his sins.”

“And if he hasn’t?” Sasuke quirked an eyebrow at his brother.

“Then I suggest you get your ass out of that chair and go beat fucking some sense into that hard skull of his. That and I can’t take your sulking anymore.”
