The Chemicals Between Us
Iruka made a small noise halfway between a moan and a whimper as his eyes slid open, squinting against the light coming in from the tall windows. He rubbed his face tiredly, wincing with the sharp headache he sported. The brunette hated this part of drinking and nuzzled his cheek against the plush pillow beneath him.
Outside the day was overcast and gray, making it impossible to tell what time it was. His internal clock told him it was far too late for him to be just waking up and he sighed tiredly as he shifted.
It took a few seconds for doe brown eyes to shoot open in surprise, the owner only just registering that someone else was in bed with him. Iruka's back stiffened before he looked behind him.
Sasuke was still asleep, half his face hidden by his thick bangs. One of his hands was lying over Iruka's hip, lightly brushing the tanned skin exposed as the loose pants dipped. The smaller man blushed faintly as he remembered the night before and certain things he had said. He sighed and closed his eyes. Sasuke probably thought he had a drinking problem by now.
Iruka gave a brief smile when he realized they had slept in a 'spooning' position. He brushed his brown locks from his face, pausing when it occurred to him exactly what was poking him in the rear. The brunette glanced over his shoulder again as the Uchiha shifted his hips, pressing his morning problem against Iruka's cheeks.
Iruka grinned and suppressed a laugh and stared forward, watching the blurry outlines of his furniture as Sasuke moved again, apparently having a good dream. The professor waited a few moments before roving his hips trying to see...oh my...it seemed Iruka was going to have to buy large condoms.
He blushed with slight embarrassment and crawled out from the bed, stretching as he went to the bathroom to relieve his bladder and take a quick shower. Sasuke was still sleeping when he came back out, drying his hair. Iruka fumbled around for a few long minutes, crawling on the floor to try to find his glasses.
The search proved fruitless and he sighed before deciding to just use his contacts. A knock sounded on the door once before it opened while he was in the bathroom. Anko shut the door behind her, yawning loudly as she went to the fridge.
"Iruka! You wouldn't believe the stud I brought home!" she called.
The smaller man rushed out to shush his co-worker as she clambered up the stairs. She was struck silent anyway however when she caught sight of just who was in Iruka's bed.
The brunette woman looked over at Iruka, his long locks still wet from the shower, before her gaze roved back to the sleeping Uchiha, who was shirtless and by the way the covers were laying, he looked to be pant-less as well.
"Did..." She looked back at Iruka.
"No," the darker professor said firmly. "We didn't do anything. We got drunk and fell asleep...stop staring at him like that."
Anko's mouth curled up into a large grin.
"You should have." She eyed the younger man again, licking her lips. "I might have to-"
"No you won't," Iruka said quickly, shoving at Anko until she stepped away from the bed. "I found him first, go get your own."
"But..." The woman started as Sasuke shifted, her eyes lighting up as more of his toned stomach was exposed to them.
Iruka's gaze was drawn as well and both of them stared distractedly at the younger man. Sasuke moved onto his back and his strong erection became apparent as the bulge showed through the thin sheet.
"One of us should take care of that," Anko muttered as they continued staring.
The scarred nosed professor nodded his agreement slowly.
"He has to be huge," she muttered. "It would be cruel if he wasn't."
Iruka blushed and grinned with guilt.
Anko glanced at the smaller man, a wry look in her gaze. He closed his eyes as he held his hands apart in a rough estimation of what he had felt earlier.
Sasuke cleared his throat, his eyes on the two staring down at him. The Uchiha was aware of his... condition and with the posturing the other two were in he assumed they were talking about him. Unfortunately for them, Sasuke wasn't easily embarrassed.
Iruka nearly yelped as he shot his doe brown eyes up to the younger man's face, blushing furiously. He realized what his hands were doing and suddenly slapped them together before waving them.
"There was a mosquito," the darker professor explained quickly.
"It was a huge mosquito," Anko leered.
Iruka grabbed the woman and pulled her after him down the stairs, "Shut up and show me how to turn off the stupid porn program."
"I'll bet Sasuke-kun can show us something--"
"Anko!"
Sasuke watched the two disappear down the stairs, reappearing in his sight by the couch before he slid from the covers. Going into the bathroom to empty his bladder and wash his face, he could hear Iruka and Anko whispering between each other before he re-emerged from the bathroom.
Iruka was pointing at the TV with the image of two men slowly undressing each other while Anko was struggling with entering the code she couldn’t remember to block the channel from the main list.
Sasuke pulled on his dark dress shirt, buttoning it most of the way up, then sat and put on his socks and shoes. Grabbing his tie, wallet, and keys off the table he headed down the stairs just as Anko managed to get the correct code.
She looked up and immediately frowned. "Damn it, he's dressed again."
Iruka glanced over his shoulder, his own disappointment showing before he corrected it with a small smile. "Do you have to leave?"
"Your pants are loose," Anko noted distractedly as she pulled at the hem of the smaller man's jogging pants.
Iruka slapped her hand away and went around the couch to meet Sasuke, crossing his arms over his shirt after sweeping his loose locks from his face.
Sasuke nodded. "I need a shower and clean clothes." He eyed the woman who was staring at what little could be seen of his bare chest.
Dark eyes moved back to Iruka. "I'll be back." Pale lips curled up into a sly grin. "Be ready."
"I have clean clothes back in my apartment..." Anko muttered hopefully.
The smaller man blushed and couldn't stop the smile from spreading over his mouth. "Ready for what?"
"I owe you lunch and dinner." The Sasuke replied having ignored Anko’s suggestion.
"And you're going to repay me all in one day?" Iruka asked, stepping closer.
Sasuke's smirk grew slightly. "If you'll let me."
He slipped his phone from his jacket pocket.
"I'm turning it off, and no one knows where I am," the Uchiha said lowly.
"What if something important happens and you're needed?" the smaller man asked, his apprehension showing.
"Neji can handle it." Sasuke answered sliding his phone back into his pocket. "You shouldn't be concerned. Just worry about where we are going to eat."
Iruka grinned slightly before lifting his hand and curling his fingers around Sasuke's shirt collar, going up on his toes as he pulled them into a kiss. He cheeks flushed a dashing pink, but he was tired of waiting for a kiss and the Uchiha didn't seem to be in a hurry to do anything.
Sasuke was taken back for a second with the professor’s forwardness, not completely expecting the kiss. It didn't take him more than a half a second to return it, pressing their bodies together as his tongue glided over the smaller man's lips.
Iruka turned his head to the side and wrapped his arms around Sasuke's neck, balancing on his toes with the Uchiha's help to better reach. He teased the younger, refusing to open his mouth until the raven started massaging their lips together. The brunette moaned lightly, closing his eyes as Sasuke’s slick muscle slid against his own.
Sasuke could feel Anko's eyes on them, his back to the peering woman. Pale fingers brushed against the tanned skin of Iruka's lower back. The professor leaned his weight against the taller man as Sasuke pinned Iruka's tongue with his own while letting their kiss subside slowly but nipping lightly on the brunette’s lower lip before they pressed together again then finally pulling back.
"Get a room," Anko scowled as she flopped back on the couch and flipped on the gay porn.
Iruka grinned widely and stepped back, moving his tongue around his own mouth as though to get a feel for it again. He tugged lightly on Sasuke's shirt, his face flushed.
"Hurry back."
Sasuke nodded, slipping out the door and closing it silently behind him before making his way to the elevator and getting in, turning his phone on silent on the way down. He planned on leaving it in his car for the rest of the day.
After going home and showering and changing, the Uchiha finished up the last bit of paperwork he had laying around, setting it on the kitchen counter where he knew Neji would find it when he came looking.
Grabbing his wallet and duster, Sasuke headed into his garage, grabbing the keys to the black Ferrari he owned, climbing in and opening the doors before backing out, making sure his home was locked before leaving and heading back to Iruka's apartment.
Iruka tied his hair back in its usual ponytail before pulling up the white drawstring pants around his slender waist. Anko took the hair tie back out for the fifth time in a row and drew her fingers through his silken locks.
"Stop it," he finally snapped.
"You stop it," she shot back. "You look better with your hair down. And you're not wearing those glasses, they make you look like a nerd."
"Are you really so jealous that you're going to stand there and make fun of how I look until I make you leave?"
"Yes."
Iruka quirked his mouth to the side as he buttoned up the thin long sleeved white shirt, liking how it looked against the gray sky outside.
"Why don't you watch more porn?" Iruka suggested flatly as he tried to put his hair up again.
Anko slapped his hands away. "I've already seen that movie. Does this mean you won't need that vibrator in your closet anymore?"
The darker professor's eyes widened in surprise as he blushed hard. Anko laughed at him.
Sasuke was leaning against the back of the elevator, waiting as he rode slowly up to Iruka's floor. When the doors opened, Sasuke pushed off the wall. Halfway to the professor’s door Anko made herself known, her loud laughing poured out of the slightly open door before Iruka fussing was heard.
The Uchiha peered around the open door, apparently the doorman called to tell the brunette he was here, but Sasuke knocked anyway.
Anko answered and winked at Sasuke as she let him in, closing the door behind her as she left without a word. Iruka was in the kitchen looking distinctly harassed before he swept some hair behind his ear. A smile spread quickly over his lips as he looked up to see the taller man.
"Would you like anything to drink?"
"No, I'm fine, thanks." Sasuke walked into the kitchen, stopping to lean again the breakfast bar while Iruka got himself a glass of water.
"Where are we going for lunch?" He lifted a brow in question as the brunette turned to face him.
"The ramen stand," the smaller man answered. "It's in the Market Square downtown. If we leave now we'll just get in after the lunch rush."
Sasuke nodded. "Alright." He stood up straight and waited for the brunette to walk past him, following Iruka out the door.
The smaller man grabbed his keys and a thin coat and locked the door behind them. He checked his phone messages on the elevator ride down, leaning close to Sasuke and glancing up at him before he turned the small machine off and slipped it in his pocket.
The guard waved at them as they entered the garage and Iruka glanced to the Uchiha. A sleek black car was parked in the guest spot close the door and the professor slid his gaze to Sasuke and raised his brow.
"It's a classic." Sasuke answered backing out of the parking space, a grin curled on his lips.
"I couldn't help myself." He added before the tires screeched as he pulled forward, heading out of the parking garage and turning onto the half empty street.
It didn't take them long to get to the restaurant being as everyone was eating lunch. Sasuke parked on the side street, the two heading into the small building as a large group of people headed out.
"Iruka-kun!" the heavyset cook shouted joyfully. "You should have seen it, Naruto nearly beat his record today!"
The smaller man laughed with a wide smile. "I didn't even know he had a record to beat, are you keeping track?"
Teuchi grinned and pointed to a sign by the door reading 'Anyone who eats more than Naruto, eats free!' He leaned forward a bit and glanced around.
"Of course I have to take that sign down when one of the Akimichi’s roll around you know."
Iruka shook his head and turned to Sasuke, standing closer to him. "Sasuke, this is Teuchi, he's been running this stand since before I was born."
The raven nodded, the large man sticking out his hand for the younger man to take. Sasuke shook the man's hand, a burst of laughter escaping the cook.
"Haven't had such a firm grip in a while." He let go.
"So what'll it be, Iruka?" He waved them over to a table, Sasuke following the professor.
The brunette walked to the corner of the restaurant to a booth that was a bit more secluded from the wide opened doors. They sat down and ordered miso ramen, both passing up the sake with a slight wince. Iruka leaned back in the cushions, his shoulder brushing Sasuke's in the curved seats.
"It seems nice." Sasuke commented as he looked around, noticing family photos hanging on the walls.
Hanging just behind the brunette's head there was a picture of Iruka with a bandage over his nose leaning over a large bowl of Ramen, smiling. Sasuke chuckled lightly before Iruka turned around to see what was so amusing.
The smaller man sighed with a small smile as he shifted up to take down the framed photo, sitting back as he stared at it.
"I keep taking this away from him and somehow he always gets it back."
"I've got copies." Teuchi grinned, setting the bowls of ramen down on the table. "I think that was the first smile I had seen in a month from you."
The old man stood up straight again. "If you need anything else, just give holler." He turned and left the two alone again.
Iruka stared silently at the picture for a few minutes, not touching his food. He looked lost in his memories and frowned as a sad expression passed over his features when he traced the worn frame.
"What happened?" Sasuke was waiting for Iruka to eat, his eyes taking in the picture.
The brunette glanced at him for a few moments before looking away.
"My parents died in a car crash," he said softly. "This was a while after Sarutobi and Chiyo took me in. We lived in the bad part of the city. A few boys from my school caught up to me one day and did this."
He tapped his scar lightly.
"Teuchi scared them off and took me back here. He had known my parents and told me stories about them while I ate as much ramen as I could."
"Must have been good ramen then." Sasuke looked up at Iruka who had the hint of tears in his eyes. His own dark eyes reflected understanding when the professor looked up at him.
The smaller man stared before laughing happily, his foul mood breaking in an instant. "Yes, I told you before. It's the best in the world."
He smiled when Sasuke glanced away to the other pictures on the wall, giving Iruka a little time to compose himself.
"And I'm keeping you from it, try some before Teuchi-san thinks you don't like it," he warned as he snapped his chopsticks apart.
Sasuke glanced down at the bowl of steaming ramen in front of him before picking up the chopsticks and breaking them apart, the two taking simultaneous bites.
Once he had finished chewing, the Uchiha nodded. "It is good."
Iruka smiled again and nodded, taking the time to sweep his hair back into a loose ponytail before he started eating again. "You can pick where we eat diner."
"Already have a place in mind." Sasuke took another bite, enjoying the confused look Iruka was giving him.
"It's up to you what we do until dinner." He smirked before taking in a mouthful of noodles, chewing slowly.
"Have any ideas?" the smaller man asked with a raised brow.
"Mmm, possibly." Sasuke took a long drink of his tea.
Iruka laughed, "What do you like to do for fun?"
"I don't know." The Uchiha answered honestly. "I never really have the time. I'm always working."
The brunette furrowed his brows. "You can't be busy all the time. You must have at least dated before."
"Not really." Sasuke answered taking another drink of his tea, dark eyes closing before they settled on Iruka. "Most dates I've had, were arranged for me."
Iruka blinked and looked like he didn't know whether or not the younger man was kidding. "You've never picked who you've gone out with?"
"It's been a while." The younger man leaned back against the booth after pushing his bowl more toward the center of the table, finished with it.
"And I caught your interest?" Iruka joked. "Or was it by convenience?"
"Mm, you are quite interesting." Sasuke chuckled lightly, pressing his glass to his lips.
The professor grinned and looked over their booth as a gasp was heard. "I apologize in advance."
Sasuke's brows furrowed but when the squeal from the girl suddenly beside the table sounded he knew what it was. Ayame bounced from one foot to the other, blushing fitfully in a cute way as she looked at the Uchiha.
"Hi! Hello!" she said happily. "You're Uchiha Sasuke right? The richest man in the world?"
"Third richest," Iruka said automatically, remembering the article Kurenai had read.
Sasuke glanced over at Iruka before turning back to the girl.
"I am." He answered slightly cautious of the petite waitress.
Ayame had whipped out her small cell phone in half a second and was already taking pictures of the raven haired man, much to the professor's amusement. A slow look of realization came over the young girl's face as she looked between the two men.
She gasped, "Are you on a date?! Iruka never dates! Not since Kakashi. He's almost as cute as Kakashi though, good job Onii-san!"
Sasuke arched a brow. "Kakashi?"
A small smirk spread across his lips, the grin growing when the smaller man began to hurriedly dismiss the owner’s daughter. Ayame sat down across from them, perfectly content in gossiping about Iruka even while he was staring at her.
"Oh yeah, you know that sexy Art teacher at the University? Well they dated for...a week? Less? Onii-san is too picky! That poor good-looking man was after him since they were kids! And before that, Iruka dated this horrible guy named Mizuki. He was a real freak. You're not creepy are you?”
"Not that I know of." Sasuke answered noticing the fierce shade of red Iruka was turning. The girl continued on.
"Well good, Onii-san has had way too many freaks if you ask me!" Ayame said, nodding seriously. "He dated Mizuki forever until the guy just went crazy and started attacking people. I always knew that guy wasn't good enough for Iruka.
You might be good enough, but I haven't decided yet, so don't try and pull any moves on my brother here. You see, he's just too kind and stupid. Well not stupid. Naive. You know what I mean. He'd give a snake a piggy-back ride if it asked. So don't take advantage of him or you'll have a lot of people to answer to, starting with me! Understand?"
Sasuke obliged the young woman, nodding in agreement before she smiled.
"I still can't believe you're actually here!" Ayame squealed again.
Sasuke looked at Iruka before Teuchi appeared. The smaller man was blushing hard and scowling, looking like he was ready to start yelling.
"Dad!" Ayame chirped. "This is one of the most famous people in Japan and second cutest. He's dating Iruka now!"
The large cook stared from Sasuke to Iruka. "I thought he was another student!"
The professor lost all his steam and sunk down a little in the booth as Teuchi plopped down next to his daughter.
"A real date?! Iruka never dates! Not since Kakashi. He's almost as good a customer as Kakashi though, good job Iruka-kun!"
Sasuke chuckled lightly. "I'm sure Iruka goes on plenty of dates." He answered looking down at his watch. "And we’re late."
Sasuke stood, giving the father and daughter a courteous bow. "Thank you for a delicious lunch." He turned to Iruka who was slowly scooting out of the booth behind him.
"It's on me!" Teuchi said happily as Sasuke pulled out his wallet.
Ayame dragged the smaller man to her to try to get him to gossip a bit more and the burly cook reached out to shake the Uchiha's hand again.
Suddenly his smile dropped and his grip became much firmer. "I can break you in pieces and no one would ever find your body if you do anything to Iruka-kun."
Teuchi grinned brightly again when the other two came over, the professor looking like he was about to run and leave Sasuke behind.
Sasuke grinned back and shook his hand just as hard.
"Don't worry." He nodded and Iruka excused them, the billionaire following him out of the small shop.
The brunette gritted his teeth, daring the younger man to say anything with a sharp glance as they got back into the car.
"Where to?" Sasuke asked as he pulled out onto the street and into traffic.
Iruka sighed and slowly smiled, his blushing fading with time. "You pick."
Sasuke headed back towards Iruka's apartment, knowing there was a market nearby. Since being questioned and the professor suffering more than enough embarrassment for one day the Uchiha decided to make the smaller man dinner at his apartment.
"You'll have to show me where everything is." Sasuke turned and looked over at Iruka. "I normally don't do my own shopping." He car stopped and shut off the engine.
"You're going to cook?" the smaller man guessed as he met the Uchiha's gaze.
"I am." The Uchiha replied as they both exited the car, Sasuke locking it before walking towards the sliding doors to the store.
"What will you need?" Iruka asked lightly. "This store sells general goods, for anything special you'll want to walk the market."
The taller man rattled off a list of things he would need including meats, rice and a few vegetables.
"Unless there's anything special you'd prefer." He waited while Iruka picked up a small hand basket.
"No, not really," the brunette paused for few moments as a group of giggling girls passed them. "Maybe something for dessert?"
"I can make something with Strawberries." Sasuke lifted a brow as a few pictures were taken with camera phones.
"Troublesome." The raven mumbled softly following behind Iruka as the professor led the way.
Iruka glanced up sharply, reminded of a former student. "I can get everything you'll need if you'd rather not attract a crowd."
"It's alright, I'll go get the steak." Sasuke glanced over his shoulder. "I'll meet you at the car."
He slid from the smaller man's side, heading towards the back of the store where the fresh meat was sold, the tiny crowd of people following after him.
Iruka suppressed his laugh but not his wide grin as he watched the Uchiha leave, walking with long strides to escape his fans. He caught two people that were probably reporters watching him carefully with their brows raised. When they started toward him, the professor ducked quickly into the isles to hide. If they were reporters for a tabloid, he certainly didn't want to talk to them.
Once Sasuke had signed a few magazine covers and had more than a few pictures taken of him, the girls slowly dwindled.
"What are you doing here?"
Sasuke turned the voice, seeing Ino being handed a cut of wrapped meat.
"None of your business." He replied flatly, turning to the butcher as he asked what the Uchiha wanted.
"You don't live anywhere near here." Ino answered, Sasuke turned to glare at bleached blonde.
She stared at him with her brows furrowed gently as she narrowed her eyes. "You aren't visiting anyone here are you Sasuke-kun?"
"As I said, it's none of your business, Ino." Sasuke turned back to the man, ordering the chicken after being handed the steak.
The leggy woman clicked her tongue, trying to figure things out. "Professor Iruka lives near here..."
“Your point?” Sasuke didn't bother to turn and look at the blonde this time. "Don't you have something else to do?"
Dark eyes could barely be seen through parted bangs as Sasuke watched Ino leave, smiling sweetly.
"I'll see you later." She whispered passing by the stoic man. The butcher looked afraid as he handed Sasuke, who was still glaring, the chicken breast.
Iruka sighed as the reporters followed him around the store. They split up after a few minutes, one probably going after Sasuke to see what he was buying.
The brunette blushed with agitation as he passed the small isle with condoms and other items he'd probably need in the near future. He certainly wasn't going to buy them now. The professor rubbed his scar, they wouldn't be using that tonight anyway.
Sasuke spotted Iruka as well as a reporter following him, scribbling down things on his notepad.
Sasuke waited until Iruka stopped, the smaller man looking over a few spices. The raven walked up behind Iruka, looking up at the spices.
"Take a cab back to your apartment, I'll meet you there." He said softly, reaching past the professor, grabbing spices off the shelf.
Iruka looked up with surprise as Sasuke leaned over and around him, moving aside quickly and apologizing loud enough for the reporter to hear.
He walked away, trying to appear like he didn't know the Uchiha. The brunette glanced back once as if he were checking the younger man out. The reporter mumbled something to himself and stopped following him. Iruka checked out and flagged down a cab outside the store, quickly going home with the things he had bought for dessert.
Sasuke lost the reporters easily, circling back around to Iruka's building after about thirty minutes, parking near the back of the enclosed, private garage, warning the doorman about possible photographers and reporters.
He rode up the elevator carrying the bags of things he needed to cook, a bit surprised when Anko was exiting Iruka’s apartment. The woman gave the Uchiha a sly grin as she passed. At Sasuke's raised eyebrow, the pretty professor just couldn't stop herself and pulled what she'd been hiding out from behind her back.
The vibrator was thin and long with a thick base and a life-like texture. She waved it at him with a wide grin.
"I guess a certain someone won't be needing this anymore," Anko leered as she turned around, swishing her hips as she walked back to her apartment.
Sasuke's raised brow stayed even after Iruka greeted him. The younger man cleared his throat, causing Iruka to catch a glimpse of Anko and the....device she was carrying before the professor turned a furious shade of red. Sasuke said nothing as the smaller man opened his door wider for him to come in, shutting it behind them.
Iruka choose to ignore what was soon becoming the most embarrassing moment of his life and acted like it was perfectly normal for a man his age to have a vibrator and loan it to his friend. He closed his eyes as he locked the door, composing himself before he turned around and helped Sasuke with the groceries as they went into the kitchen.
"Did you have any trouble getting here?"
"No. Did you?" Sasuke set the bag he was carrying down on the counter. "I apologize for them bothering you."
He turned as the smaller man pushed past him to start unpacking the sacks, putting the meat into the fridge. Iruka brushed some loose strands of hair from his face, tucking to behind his ear in annoyance before shaking his head.
"No, I think I fooled them into believing we didn't know each other," he grinned over his shoulder. "And it's fine. It didn't bother me like I thought it would."
The taller man nodded moving back to give the other enough room. "I'm sure they'll somehow spin it to work, especially the tabloids."
He leaned back against the counter, looking across the large room to the wall with photos on it.
"You're welcome to look at them," Iruka said as he bent down to grab some pans they would need. "I keep pictures of a lot of my students."
"No it's fine." The stoic man replied, moving his eyes to something else. "I can start making dinner whenever you'd like." His eyes passed over Iruka before settling on the building just outside the large windows.
The brunette frowned slightly as he straightened. He was a bit thrown off by the Uchiha's sudden lack of attention and wondered if something was wrong. So far Iruka had thought they'd been having a great day and he didn't want it to end yet.
"If it's your work that you’re concerned about..." the professor started hesitantly, taking a guess.
"No, it's nothing." Sasuke turned back the professor. "You have anything in mind until dinner?"
"How about a movie?" the professor asked as he passed Sasuke.
"Alright." Sasuke pushed off the counter and followed Iruka, taking off his long coat and laying it over the back of the couch. "Anything is alright with me.”
The brunette scanned the movies he owned, calling out titles until they agreed on one. He stuck it in and settled on the couch beside Sasuke, blushing only slightly as he sat close and got comfortable.
Since it was already gray outside, and it being late in the afternoon, lighting wasn't a question, the dimming glow from outside leaving the two only being lit by the TV. They sat in easy silence together, each enjoying the movie and the other's company.
Exactly forty-two minutes into the movie Iruka was blushing through a rather long and steamy sex scene he had forgotten about.
He glanced away during most parts of it, pretending to inspect his walls as the woman moaned and the man grunted. The professor opened his mouth a few times to apologize, but it felt silly to do so. They were both adults and...when were those two going to cum and get it over with?!
Sasuke could feel Iruka's discomfort, the smaller man shifting more than five times in just under thirty seconds.
"Are you getting hungry?" The raven asked in a quiet tone, watching Iruka instead of the screen.
The brunette nodded, not because he was, but to have something other to do than watch this woman's poor acting skills. He turned off the movie and TV, a slow and slightly sheepish grin passing over his features as he glanced up.
"That movie has a bad ending anyway."
An elegant brow arched,
"I haven't seen a move in a while, I'll take your word for it." Sasuke shifted. "We can watch another one if you'd prefer." He looked over at the smaller man, a small grin on his lips.
"Why do you not take time from work long enough to even see a movie?" Iruka asked as he got up, stoutly ignoring the suggestive glance he received.
He picked out another movie, one he knew had no agonizingly long and irrelevant sex scenes and put it in before coming to sit back down. Sasuke's arm was over the back of the couch and the brunette smiled before settling against the taller man's side.
"No, watching a movie just seems to be uninteresting when it's just me." The preview came up and Iruka pressed past them, skipping right to the movie.
After about five minutes there was a small sex scene, making Iruka uncomfortable enough for the smaller man to shift again, bumping into Sasuke's side causing the Uchiha to shift as well. Iruka's shoulder rested just under the taller man’s own, making his movements and subtle flinches more than easy to pick up.
It wasn't long before Iruka was asking himself why he even owned this movie. Apparently he had put it in the wrong casing once and now they were stuck watching a chick flick instead of the one he had wanted. Sasuke didn't seem to mind the cute film; in fact he seemed to find it funny.
The brunette turned his head away at a point, his eyes trained on the taller man's chest to block out a rather humiliating but funny scene that reminded him far too well of his own life.
"We can change it if this isn't what you wanted." Sasuke could tell this was not the movie Iruka had intended. He leaning down, eyes trained on the smaller man.
"Let's go make dinner." He said softly, a doe brown gaze darting up to meet his own.
Iruka stopped the movie as he sighed.
"Anko's been in my collection again," he laughed. "Next time I'll pick something we both like."
Their faces were closer than the brunette had realized and he blushed faintly before getting up. "Diner?" Sasuke stood as well, following the smaller man into the kitchen.
Once they both retrieved all the ingredients and any bowls or pans they needed the two stood side by side at the breakfast nook, the counter just high enough to be right below the waist.
Sasuke was slowly working the spices into the uncooked meat while Iruka was preparing the desert which would need to be chilled while they ate. Their hips brushed at times, and it was quickly turned into a sort of game, each trying to force the other into making a mistake.
Iruka was dipping the strawberries in honey, some of them being rolled in powered sugar while the rest were left alone. He bumped against Sasuke when the taller man picked up the slabs of meat to start cutting them, almost making them drop. The Uchiha caught them with deft fingers and a smirk.
The professor laughed and went back to his own preparations, soon cleaning up after himself and placing the dessert in the fridge to cool. Sasuke surprised him with a sudden bump, making him spill the powdered sugar. The kitchen was douse in white in under a second, most of it landing on Sasuke.
The two stood there staring at each other for a few moments in surprise before the brunette doubled over and started laughing loudly.
Sasuke took another long glance down at his black, now white and grey pants; the only part still retaining its original color was the back of his legs. He coughed slightly before reaching for the rag on the counter to attempt to dust most of the powder off him, noticing that a fair amount had landed on his dark blue shirt as well.
Since the professor had kept the fine powder in the fridge, it was cold as well, slightly chilling the pale skinned man. Iruka was busy laughing at the sugar frosted Uchiha as Sasuke patted off what he could of the loose powder.
Iruka clapped a hand to his mouth as he slowly slid to the floor, his legs becoming unable to carry his weight. He leaned heavily against the counter, closing his eyes tightly as if he were unable to take anymore of the sight in.
The professor was already dressed in white from head to toe, so the sugar didn't show up as well anywhere except his skin. He took a few deeps breaths to calm himself before he blew it off of him, knowing that rubbing it would only make it worse.
"I...I think I have some clothes that might fit you," Iruka laughed as he glanced up, his cheek hurting from the wide smile he had.
Sasuke's brow arched wondering why Iruka would have clothes in his size. "I believe I have some in the back seat of my car..."
Sasuke was in the kitchen alone by now, Iruka rummaging through his drawers looking for clothes. The younger man waited by the counter for Iruka to return.
"It's alright, don't worry about it." Sasuke added in a slightly louder tone as he gave himself another look over.
The sugar would come out in one wash, and now they needed to clean the counter and floor.
The professor took the time to change, dressing in his regular loose jogging pants and a simple white shirt. "Give me a moment."
He took out the contacts that had been irritating his eyes for the past hour and grabbed his glasses before sweeping his hair back into its usual ponytail and coming back down.
"I'm sorry about this," Iruka lied, knowing perfectly well it had been Sasuke's fault.
He smiled brightly as he grabbed a mop, looking the younger man over.
"You look..." the brunette closed his eyes and chuckled a bit, shaking his head. "Never mind. Help me clean."
Sasuke reached for the towel he had used earlier to brush off the excess powder, wetting it slightly before wiping down the counter. Luckily he had been blocking the meats from most of the shower of sugar.
The Uchiha smirked noticing the small patch of white powder on the side of Iruka's neck and ear lobe as the professor proceeded to mop the floor beside him. The Uchiha reached over, wiping off the tiny smudge on the tanned neck with his thumb.
"You missed a spot." He set the rag down on the counter next to the pan with the meat in it.
The smaller man laughed, blushing faintly as he straightened. "Maybe you should take a shower, I don't mind finishing up here."
Sasuke licked his thumb reaching out with his long arm, brushing the moist digit over Iruka's ear lobe. "You missed another spot."
Pale lips were curled up in a smirk. The blush that spread over the professor’s cheeks didn't go unnoticed as the billionaire stepped forward, the smaller man standing between him and the shower. Sasuke stood close to Iruka, knowing if he walked around on the open are the older had mopped, he would track more powered sugar on it.
"Then I'll shower too," the brunette suggested lightly as he leaned so their chests were pressed together.
Sasuke looked good covered in sugar, he quickly decided. Iruka let his gaze fall as he brushed some of the powder from the Uchiha's shirt, glancing up with a slow smile as he set the mop against the fridge.
"Then who's going to finish dinner?" Sasuke's arms wrapped around Iruka as he lifted the smaller man, walking forwards until the breakfast bar prevented them from going anywhere else.
"Hmmm?" the Uchiha tilted his head slightly in question as he brushed a smudge of powder off Iruka's cheek just to the side of his right eye, leaning in a bit closer.
The older man's blush spread quickly as he hefted himself up and settled on top of the counter. "I didn't mean shower together..."
But now that the idea was in his head, it did sound like a good plan. He shifted his legs apart as Sasuke moved between them, his heart speeding up as he pressed forward.
"You shower first...I can finish here. Or I have leftovers we can heat up if..."
"I owe you a dinner." Sasuke interrupted, more than enjoying the blush that continued to stain the man's cheeks. "I just need to get my clothes from my car before showering."
Dark eyes were locked on sparkling brown. As if he were reading Iruka's thoughts at that moment, knowing the smaller man was debating on letting the Uchiha shower alone or to join him.
"I can get them for you," Iruka smiled, leaning away a bit in a teasing manner. "It won't take you long. You can finish making diner after."
He didn't specify what after was and he grinned in a boyish way, making him look almost cute with the full blush. The brunette glanced to the side as he grabbed the wet rag, looking back before starting to wipe off the sugar from Sasuke's high cheeks.
Slender fingers curled around Iruka's wrist, halting the smaller man in his actions. Before Iruka could protest, soft lips met his own as Sasuke lowered their hands so the smaller man would set the rag down on the damp counter. His hand ghosted up the other's arm before those same fingers curled around the back of Iruka's neck.
The brunette tilted his head back and opened his mouth to the kiss, letting his grip find purchase over Sasuke's shoulders. Their lips moved slowly as Iruka accepted the Uchiha's tongue, making a soft noise of approval before he moved forward so that their torsos were pressed against each other.
Sasuke's other hand slid from the counter top to lie on the smaller man's leg, the heel of his hand gently massaging the inside of Iruka's thigh. The billionaire’s slick muscle grazed over parted lips, swirling around the other's tongue.
The brunette moaned softly, bringing his arms to wrap around Sasuke's neck as his fingers worked into the fine black locks. The Uchiha's body pressed flush against his own as the kiss became more heated.
Iruka sucked on the younger's tongue, tasting powered sugar on his lips. He groaned with a heavy blush and pressed forward again though there was no room separating them, slowly curling his legs around Sasuke's waist.
Long slender fingers weaved into chocolate locks, cradling the professor’s head in his hand as the other slowly slid into the shirt Iruka was wearing easily exploring the soft, deeply tanned skin beneath. Sasuke leaned them back, slowly dipping the smaller man more towards the counter as the kiss deepened.
The professor pulled away to take off his glasses in annoyance, the rims pressing against the bridge of his nose painfully. Sasuke's fingers drifted to his hips and Iruka pulled him back for another kiss.
He made a frustrated noise in the back of his throat, knowing he hadn't bought condoms or lube. Not wanting to get the Uchiha excited for nothing, Iruka turned his face away, pushing a hand against the young billionaire's chest.
"You should go shower," he panted.
Sasuke simply nodded, sliding from Iruka's reach, giving the smaller man a quick glance over his shoulder before disappearing out of the professor’s sight. He walked up the stairs, pausing before walking into the bathroom.
"The keys are in my jacket pocket."
Sasuke closed the bathroom door behind him, shutting it with a soft click. Once inside the Uchiha stripped, leaving his sugar coated clothes on the counter right next to the door.
Iruka bit his lip before letting out a sigh of displeasure. He didn't like disappointing the younger man, but if they had continued it would have led to something the brunette wasn't sure they were ready for. He didn't sleep around with just anyone and Sasuke didn't seem like the type to want a long term relationship.
Plus it was really only their third official date and he didn't want the Uchiha to think he was easy. Iruka frowned lightly and hopped off the counter, adjusting his pants to hide his erection before dusting off his backside and grabbing Sasuke's keys.
