Temari blushed as he laced kisses from her neck to her belly button. It was so odd to be treated this way. She wasn’t any kind of princess or even a decent woman, so to be treated as one was awkward but he never made it unpleasurable.

“Cho… Come lay with me…”

She was so glad that other women were too shallow for their own good. Men like this were a rare find, he was kind, he was diligent, he was charming, he was soft, he was fierce he was one hell of a cook as well. She threaded her fingers through the thick auburn hair and smiled.

No matter what would happen he was hers. No one ever gave him a second glance but even if they did she wouldn’t allow them to take what was hers. He was a very handsome guy. His shoulders were broad, his jaw a strong yet smooth curve, his eyes were almost always smiling. His skin was flawless and always had a healthy flush that darkened the color of his facial tattoos.

She lay with his arm draped over her. Her back was pressed against the broad wide chest that was always there to support her. The sand nin just breathed in his sent deeply. That earthy musk that she associated with a broad smile and a ‘let’s go out tonight.’

The mornings light filtered through the olive curtains on to their faces and sections of the cream colored carpet. His low growl of annoyance echoed through the room. “I hate mornings.”

“I’ll make some breakfast while you shower.”

What am i gonna say

The spread that she prepared was grand with French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, ham, oatmeal fruit salad and pomegranate juice. Nothing less would state her man. She took pride in making the meal she knew he would enjoy and appreciate.

She heard him before she saw him. The morning greeting of ‘man, that smells great’ was always welcome. She turned and seated her self at the table and began to serve herself.

Her brothers hadn’t taken to the idea of her being with the Akamichi as well as she had hoped. But they eventually got over what they precived as an intrusion once Temari stated she wasn’t going to be bullied into being lonely for the rest of her life.

Breakfast was soon done and she walked to the door to see him off. He was a ninja and no matter what else she wished for, his missions came first. She looked up at him as he stood in the doorway the same awkward smile she wore when she had first asked him out graced her face now. “I’m going to make steak.”

“Then I’ll definitely be sure to come home… ” He leaned over and pressed his lips against her own briefly and sweetly. He then placed his large hand on her swelling stomach, “Wait for me alright…”
