Forbidden Love

That morning Naruto opened his eyes and smiled. He sat up on the side of the bed and looked at the love of his life, then at the other love of hers. After getting dressed Naruto sat back down. Finding a sheet of paper on her night stand and after searching for an ink pen, Naruto wrote a short letter to the Hyuuga princess. He kissed her on her lips as she slept, then sat a small blue box and the letter beside her on the bed. Naruto looked at her once more as she lay there in the arms of her other lover. "Look, Naruto...I don't like you all that well, that's no secret so I'm not going to beg you to return. I love Hinata and I know that she loves me...but, if she didn't love you just as much, if not more than she loves me, then she wouldn't be in her room right now crying even harder then she had last night." Naruto was shocked but, he still wasn't sure of just what to do.

" Aren't you her cousin, Neji? But, whatever. That doesn't matter. What matters is...I just......how can she love the both of us? It's just not possible...no...I can't go back." Neji snapped
