The Spy

Note: Wah! Sorry I keep jerking you guys between angst and feel good stuff, but like I said, this is the first time I’ve tried writing a story like this. So please bear with me! Oh, and I know you all want a happy ending, but I can’t really think of one. If any of you have a cool idea for an ending (good or bad), it would help me greatly if you could aim me in the right direction. Just e-mail me and tell me, but don’t write it in a review, we need to keep the other readers guessing, ne? So thanx again for the reviews and I hope I don’t let you down!

Chapter Five: The Spy

(Six years later)

“Ah... Kakashi-sensei, harder.... please,” Kakashi deepened his thrusts, making the body beneath him moan from the penetration. The jounin pushed in as far as he could go, and he knew he was on the brink. He ran his hand through the black hair of his lover, and pulled it back to expose the man’s throat. The man groaned from the pain, and Kakashi began to kiss the hollow of his throat, leaving a trail of saliva to the man’s mouth before kissing him ravenously. Kakashi drew the man’s leg up higher, and felt himself slide in deeper. The body beneath him screamed into his mouth before coming onto his flat stomach. Kakashi came soon after, thrusting once more as he gripped the man’s shoulders. “I love you.... Iruka.”

The jounin collapsed onto the bed, and frowned as he let his chakra fade, making the clone of Iruka disappear in a cloud of smoke. Guilt started to rip through Kakashi’s heart. He had been doing this for years, ever since he had finally gotten rid of Iruka. But he couldn’t get the chuunin out of his thoughts, and came up with this solution to ease the ache in his body and heart. He knew it was wrong, and that it was disgusting and weird, but he couldn’t stop himself. It was either this or a dead Iruka, and he much preferred to spare the chuunin. He would just have to deal with his heartache in his own way, no matter how repulsive it was.

Still sweating from his exertion he slowly rose from the bed and walked to the shower. He may have retired temporarily from teaching gennin, but that didn’t mean he quite being a ninja. He was due in the main office later that evening to receive a mission report, the first he had gotten in a long time. Life in Konoha had been peaceful the last couple of years, everyone getting along and no battles or wars to speak of. But to someone like Kakashi that only meant that it was only a matter of time. The Copy Nin could feel something on the horizon, and wondered what could be stirring that would have his senses on such high alert...

~*~*~*~

Iruka left his apartment as usual, locking the door behind him and heading to work as he whistled a tune. He carried a clipboard under one of his arms, and a cup of coffee in the other. He had woken up in a fairly good mood today, and he just knew that this day was going to go well.

Iruka finally reached the office building, when he suddenly felt like he was being watched. He gazed around him, but no one was to be found. A slight breeze started up, and blew the leaves from the trees surrounding him, and still nothing stirred. He shrugged off the feeling and continued to hum as he stepped into the office.

A figure in the trees silently watched Iruka disappear into the large main building. He had been following the chuunin for some time, watching everything Iruka did, making mental notes for later use. “I’ve finally got you.... Iruka-sensei.” Said the figure with a malicious grin before vanishing in a swirl of wind.

“Hello Kakashi-sensei, here to get your mission report?” Kakashi just nodded, avoiding eye contact with Iruka. Iruka had grown accustomed to this, ever since Kakashi opened up to him over six years ago. He thought he had made some head-way with the jounin, but the man clamped right back up, never so much as giving a hint of his true feelings ever since. It made Iruka sad, but he knew it was pointless. Kakashi was just one of those people that could never be touched. He had resigned himself to just let the jounin go a long time ago. For now he settled for seeing Kakashi whenever he could. That was enough for him.

Handing the paper to Kakashi, Iruka said, “Oh, Tsunade-sama wanted me to inform you,” Kakashi barely looked up, and Iruka continued. “She told me to tell you to meet her in her office.” Kakashi’s eye went slightly larger. “Why?” That was the first time in a long time Iruka had heard the jounin’s voice, and he had forgotten how much he loved the sound of it.

“She said that she needs to talk to you privately about the mission parameters and some information she has recently come across.” Kakashi nodded again and turned to leave, when Iruka said to his back, “Good luck on your mission.” Kakashi walked silently out of the office. Iruka sighed. He couldn’t even remember how many times he had watched Kakashi’s back as the jounin walked away from him. It wasn’t the first, and Iruka knew that it definitely wasn’t going to be the last.

~*~*~*~

Kakashi knocked politely on the door to his Hokage’s office, wondering what kind of mission this really was. After several seconds he heard her voice usher him in, and he opened the door to see Tsunade sitting at her desk, papers and scrolls littering the surface. “Come in Kakashi-san.. Please take a seat.” Kakashi bowed subtly as he sat down in front of her. Kakashi noticed that her hair was disheveled and she appeared to be under quite a bit of stress.

“Why is it you wanted to see me Tsunade-sama?” She looked directly into Kakashi’s visible eye, and said gravely, “We have reason to believe there is a spy among our ranks.” So that was the reason for all the secrecy. Things must be pretty bad for the Hokage to personally ask for him.

“I’m assigning you track down a spy that we believe has infiltrated our village. Since you have a talent for sniffing these things out, I thought the task would be best suited to you.”

“But Tsunade-sama, any other jounin could do this. So why choose me?” Tsunade sighed heavily. “Because we have reason to believe this spy is very skilled, and you’re the only one that has enough power and wit to defend yourself.” Kakashi slumped slightly in his chair, deep in thought. “Who do you think this guy is?”

Tsunade rummaged through her papers, and after several seconds she found what she was looking for. “We think he’s a covert spy from the Land of Sand.” Kakashi took the paper, and scanned over it as Tsunade continued. “Don’t let your guard down Kakashi. We still don’t know what the man’s capable of. Be careful.” Kakashi didn’t need to be warned of such things, but he nodded politely anyway before standing.

“Where was the last time someone sensed his presence?” Said Kakashi on his way out. “In the interior of the village. Everything you need to know is written down for you. Your mission doesn’t officially start until tomorrow morning, so go home and get some rest. You look horrible.” The jounin nodded absently at Tsunade’s advice and bowed again before closing the door behind him.

Tsunade sat back in her chair. She wasn’t sure if Kakashi was up to do a mission like this, but she had no other alternative. He was the best of the best, and in truth he was the only one she could trust to find out what was really going on. She just hoped that he wouldn’t get killed in the process.

Kakashi practically ran into Iruka on his way out. The chuunin took a step back, blushing from hitting Kakashi directly in the chest. Kakashi saw the coloring and continued to stare at the flustered chuunin.

Still blushing, Iruka tried to deflate the situation, and said, “Ah, Kakashi-sensei, how was your meeting with the Hokage?” Kakashi just scratched the back of his head, wanting to get away from this uncomfortable situation. “It was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary.” Iruka nodded relieved, and said, “I’m glad.”

Kakashi just stood where he was, his attention being drawn to Iruka’s jaw line, and invariably down his neck. Iruka was still blushing, and it reminded Kakashi of how Iruka would look when he was being touched, how the chuunin would pant a certain way that would drive him crazy. Kakashi could feel himself becoming hard at his impure thoughts, and he needed to get away from Iruka as soon as possible. His hormones were in overdrive from being so close to the chuunin, and combined with the still fresh memories of his morning exertion it was too much for hm. Kakashi needed to get home immediately....

Iruka wasn’t the least bit surprised when Kakashi muttered something under his breath and walked away in a hurry. The chuunin slumped his shoulders, and while he stood there a bit annoyed something flashed out of the corner of his eye. He looked closer at the object on the floor and realized it was a kunai. He picked it gingerly, rolling the cool metal dagger in his hand. Kakashi must have dropped it when they ran into each other. If Iruka left now he would be able to catch up to Kakashi and return it to him. Smiling at another chance to see the Copy Nin he left the building in a hurry. He just knew today was going to be a good day....

“Hmm, interesting, it seems that little Iruka-sensei has a crush. And on the legendary Kakashi no less.... I could use this to my advantage,” Said a figure sitting outside on the branch of a tree. He had camouflaged himself quite well, and was in no danger of being detected. Watching through a large window he had seen everything between the two ninja, and found it very intriguing. He was going to have so much fun breaking that do-good Iruka....

~*~*~*~

Kakashi barely stepped through the door when he started to take off his clothes. He was completely nude after only a few seconds, and his already hardened flesh ached to be touched. He flopped face up onto his bed, gathering his chakra to create a clone of his beloved Iruka. It took all his willpower not to touch himself, but after the telltale ‘poof’ coming from the end of the bed, he knew he didn’t have to. He felt a body crawl onto the mattress, making the bed dip under the weight. He looked down the expanse of his body to his fully erect member, and a naked Iruka slowly coming closer. He watched in anticipation as the clone bent his head, running his tongue along Kakashi’s shaft. The contact made the jounin buck up into the hot mouth, and he felt himself suddenly encased in the warm cavern.

Kakashi could hear Iruka suckle at his shaft, which coupled with the sight of the black head of hair bobbing up and down made Kakashi moan. He knew that if this continued any longer he would come, and groaning he tangled his hand in the black tresses, and brought Iruka up to kiss him. He tasted himself on the clone’s lips, and licked it up eagerly as he felt Iruka straddle him, his legs spread wide over Kakashi’s lower torso. Their erections rubbed together, making them both moan in complete ecstasy. Kakashi grabbed the clone’s hips, drawing him up farther on himself so he could properly aim himself at the sweet entrance.

Kakashi’s shaft grazed the clone’s most intimate spot, and the jounin couldn’t contain himself any longer. Simultaneously he arched up into the clone and thrust Iruka’s hips downward, causing him to penetrate the man’s most inner depths in one swift movement.

The clone cried out at the invasion, and Kakashi moved himself up further, making Iruka rise up and down to meet the eager thrusts. The clone’s hands rested firmly on Kakashi’s chest before he arched his back, crying out in intense pleasure as Kakashi continuously hit the tender spot deep inside him.

Gasps escaped Kakashi’s lips, and he brought his hand to the clone’s erection, pumping it along to their rhythm. Kakashi knew he didn’t have to do this, knew that the clone was only there for his pleasure, but he wanted to. He wanted to feel the hot and hardened flesh in his palm, to stroke it until it wept to be released.

The clone took over, moving his body up and down impaling himself on Kakashi as the jounin stroked his member. Kakashi felt the slick pre-cum dripping from the clone’s head, and he knew he was on the brink. Only a few more thrusts and Iruka came hard into his hand, which pushed Kakashi over the edge, and he climaxed soon after into the tight depths. He cried out Iruka’s name, and didn’t care if anyone heard him. He needed this, and even if it wasn’t the real Iruka, he was going to keep doing it. It was the only thing that kept him sane anymore.

Iruka stood frozen outside Kakashi’s door, his mouth agape in shock at the sounds issuing from the jounin’s house. Kakashi was obviously with someone, and from the sound of it he was with another man. It made Iruka’s heart contract with pain, and he felt he could hardly breath. He knew he shouldn’t be surprised, but he hoped deep down in his heart that Kakashi would never find a lover, and then Iruka wouldn’t feel like such a fool for saving himself for someone he knew he’d never have.

Iruka was just about to run from the horrible scene he had come upon when he heard a scream issue from inside the apartment. It sounded like Kakashi. He leaned forward, and put his ear against the wood, not really knowing why he was forcing himself to hear the jounin cry out another person’s name at the height of his pleasure. At first the chuunin couldn’t hear anything, then suddenly another loud gasp was heard, and his eyes went wide at what was said, “Oh god... IRUKA!!”

The chuunin backed quickly away from the door so fast he almost toppled over. Kakashi had just screamed his name. HIS name. Iruka couldn’t even fathom what that meant, but he soon found out when he heard his own panting voice through the door, “I... love you, Kakashi-sensei...” Iruka blushed. Kakashi must have made a shadow clone of him, and he, he had....

The thought was too much for the chuunin. Why would Kakashi go to the trouble of making a clone when he had the real article right in front of him? It disgusted Iruka, and he stabbed the kunai into Kakashi’s doorframe before he cursed the jounin under his breath. Kakashi was just confusing him even more, and for the life of him he couldn’t figure out why the Copy Nin kept pushing him away. Suddenly Iruka felt tired, and with downcast eyes he stepped away from the door, not wanting to confront Kakashi at the moment.

~*~*~*~

Iruka numbingly reached for his door handle, and stepped silently into his house. He slammed the door behind him, not caring if it was loud or not. It was completely dark out now, but he didn’t even turn on the lights as he made his way to his bed by memory alone. He flopped down, and crushed his face into his pillow. He felt like crying, but the tears had dried up long ago. Now he just felt hollow, and all he wanted to do was sleep for a very, very long time.

Iruka didn’t know when he had fallen asleep, or for how long, but suddenly he felt a presence in his room, and he jumped from his bed hastily to be met by a voice that was a purr coming from the opposite corner of his room. “Hello, Iruka-sensei.”

A/N: Heh, heh, Kakashi and Iruka had sex without interacting. I know, I’m a genius. And who is this mystery fella in Iruka’s room? Ohhh, the plot is thickening, now isn’t it? The next chap’s even better, and it involves poor Iruka. Jeesh, for him being my fav character, I sure do like to torment him. But it’s fun, so I’ll keep doing it. I also hope I made Tsunade in character. I haven’t seen much of her, and don’t really know how she acts, so hopefully it’s not that bad. If she is, tell me and I’ll fix it. Anyway, thanx again for the reviews, and I’ll update as soon as possible. Later!!
