Birthdays, Hot Springs, and a Pale Moon

Chapter 5


As Sasuke walked over to where Naruto was, he received a look of stupidity from Naruto. “Hey teme, I was jus wondering what are we suppose to wear while we’re down here,” sarcasm rising from the young blonde. With those words running in his head he gave Naruto a simple smirk and told him to follow.

Naruto got up from, jogged over to Sasuke, seeing that he was headed towards the parking garage. As the two walked through the garage, they saw a section where the Hyuuga cars were settled. Naruto could only stare at the selection of car the hot spring had for them to choose from. “Alright froggy, close your mouth before you catch a fly,” the Uchiha teased walking towards the black Toyota Tundra 2004.

Naruto gave the vehicle a good look over and noticed that the tires on the truck weren’t the same ones you’d get if you bought it brand new. Sasuke noticed the wondering eyes of lover. “Naruto, the resort is on a dirt road, so they provides vehicles so guest can arrive to the resort without having to rent a off road vehicle,” explained the smirking raven.

Naruto then walked over the passenger side and told Sasuke that he would have to drive, sense he didn’t know the way. Sasuke sighed a little and got on the driver side and put the truck into reverse. Pulling out of the garage, Naruto looked out of the window and started to think about how he and Sasuke met.

-Flashback-

Naruto smiled as he walked over to the automated register. “Hello Sano-chan, it’s good to see you again.” A young lady smiled and started talking to Naruto. While the young lady was talking, Naruto started picking a few of the Cherry tarts, and placed them inside a small bag. “Sano-chan, it was nice seeing you today and your tarts come to $13.74,” Naruto said sweetly.

As the young lady went into her purse, the door to the pastry shop opened. Naruto looked up and before he could say anything, he gazed upon a man as pale as the moon. With his mouth wide open, Naruto started to study the young man body. The young man wore a black satin like shirts that seemed to attach it to show off his chest, a pair of black kakis that were settled nicely around his firm butt, and a pair of black Armani shoes. Before Naruto could do anything else, Sano-chan cleared her voice and snapped Naruto out of his stare. “Oh sorry Sano-chan I was looking outside,” Naruto retorted trying to cover his tracks. Sano-chan jus smiled as Naruto handed her the change and almost ran into Naruto’s new crush. She looked up and notices that the young had onyx colored eyes and had raven black hair. As the raven looked down, he showed a stern straight face, as if he were devoid of any emotions. She was entranced but also frighten so show left the store very quick as she apologized.

Naruto looked at the young man welcome to the store. With a no effort to put an arrogant tone in his voice, he asked, “Thanks I need a window seat if that’s alright with you.” With those few words, Naruto became so what pissed with his new customer, but tried his hardest not to show it. He walked the young man over to a corner window booth and told him his waiter will be with him shortly.

“Well if the customer’s always right I believe my waiter is already here to take my order,” the young man said again with the same arrogance as before. Still hold back his frustration with the raven, Naruto took his order and walked it back to the kitchen.

He slammed the order down and looked over at Shino. “Here’s the order for table 8, the guys a real jerk so I’m going back to my register.” With that off his chest Naruto walked back to his post and waited for the next customer to walk in. Once Naruto had reached the counter did he see one of his least favorite people in the world walk through the door. Naruto then tried to leave but the young man called him by name. “Naruto-kun, don’t think you can get away from me just because we broke up.”

Naruto stopped where he was and looked back at his next customer. “Look I don’t know you’re here but leave me the fuck alone.” The young man sighed a little and placed his hand on his hip. “Naruto-kun don’t tell me you hate me because of that one little fling.” Now Naruto had been pushed to his limit for the day. “Look you asshole, it was several flings, and you are a pompous, airhead that can’t take a hint, now leave before I call the police to arrest you.” With that Sai walked into the seating area of the shop knowing Naruto wouldn’t show him to a seat. However Sai sat close enough to watch Naruto as he worked.

From his window seat, Sasuke had seen the entire incident with the other pale skinned raven. Sasuke had become a little annoyed by the new upstart, but was glad to see Naruto wasn’t too friendly with the guy.

By now Sasuke by already gotten his coffee and was now enjoying the little sunspot, but the new pale raven was ruining his chance at getting closer to Naruto. Looking over at the Sai, he only thought about how to get rid of him. With a simple little plan, Sasuke figured out how to get on Naruto’s good side and get rid of the brat who was bothering his blonde.

Calling for his waiter, Sasuke wanted a refill of his coffee. The young girl was some hesitant to bring him some more to drink see how Naruto was already mad with him, but nonetheless she gave him the refill.

As she left from his sight, Sasuke took another sip of the coffee and looked over at Sai. With his plan finally formed, he got up from the table and started walking over towards the new upstart.
Once he reached where Sai was sitting, Sasuke looked over at him and asked, “I don’t know who you are but why are you bothering the blonde at the counter?” Sai hadn’t noticed Sasuke walking up to him and when his mind was able to understand what he had asked, he only replied that it was fun. With that short little answer, Sasuke extended his arm and turned the cup of coffee over.

The hot liquids scorched the young raven legs as he screamed in pain and jumped from his seat. Running out of the store he swore to get the other raven back for making a fool out of him.

/It wasn’t really hard, I think I will do that anytime I see him/ Sasuke thought to himself viciously. By this some of the other customer had noticed what he had done so Sasuke decided to go home for the day. His visit to see the young blonde had been cut short but he knew a way to make sure the blonde would come see him soon.

Walking over to the register he smirked at Naruto, who had watched and saw the entire event between Sasuke and Sai. Sasuke went into his wallet and pulled out a fifty dollar bill, a card and handed it to Naruto to pay for his coffee. Naruto was confused about what was going on but when Sasuke started talking he snapped out of his trance.

“Hey dobe are you going to take my money or not,” was Sasuke’s way of making sure the blonder heard him. Naruto snatched the money and put it in the register and pulled out Sasuke’s change but when tried to hand it back, he was gone. Naruto walked out eh door to see if he could find Sasuke, but with no lucky, he put the money into his register and then noticed the card that had been stuffed into the register along with the fifty dollar bill.

Naruto took the card from the bill and looked at it, the card had Sasuke’s name, cell, and home number on its, but there was something written on the back as well. The note said to call his cell at 9:00 pm that night so they could get to know each other, and that this was actually a back up if thing hadn’t gone well in the restaurant.

Naruto started to ball the card up, but then decide to call Sasuke and found who the mysterious raven was.
-End Flashback-


The SUV came to a halt as Naruto came out of his trip down memory lane, and looked out to see a large wall in front of them. Naruto looked over at Sasuke and started to open his mouth when Sasuke cut him off. “Naruto this is the rear entrance, a secret way for VIP’s to enter and leave the hotel without crowds of people bothering them.” Naruto then closed his mouth having his questioned answered, but before he could ask another, Sasuke got out of the SUV and walked over to the wall.

Sasuke looked all over the wall until he saw a large crack and placed his index finger on the crack and draw out a square. As Naruto got out of the SUV, he walked over towards Sasuke but before he could get close enough to see what his lover had done, Sasuke told him to get back in the truck.

Naruto huffed at Sasuke’s words and walked over to the SUV and buckled up. Sasuke then followed back to the SUV and got in on the driver’s side. Before to long a mechanic voice started to speak, “Welcome to the Kaguya Hot Spring Resort, Uchiha Sasuke, we have been expecting.” The area where the crack had been started to glow then the crack began to grow and revealed that the wall was actually a door.

As the door opened completely, Sasuke drove in and parked the Tundra, and went to the front desk. Once they reached the desk, Sasuke’s good mood began to disappear as he looked at who would be checking him in. Naruto looked at Sasuke and saw his normal poker face show up so he looked in the direction Sasuke was looking in and wondered why his lover was annoyed now. At the desk stood a young man as pale as Sasuke but with long raven hair and his pupils were almost white.

The young man at the counter looked up from his paperwork and gave Sasuke a smirk to make his face that made him look away from him. It wasn’t long before they stood at the counter and the long haired man began to speak. “Hello Sasuke-chan, I was surprised when I saw your name on the reservation list.” Sasuke didn’t say anything for a moment, but glared at the gentleman, when Naruto spoke. “Yeh having him do anything is a chore but he’s tired right now so can you hurry and get us checked in.” “Of course sir, and my name is Neji, call me if you need anything, and I do mean anything,” the long haired young man said in a very seductive voice.

Naruto pretty much ignored Neji and asked where their room was. Neji couldn’t believe that this blonde had just ignored him, when he could normally charm the pants off any guest. He then called a name that sounded very familiar to him, but before he could think about it, a young lady with dark purple hair came from around the corner and looked at Naruto and started to blush. Naruto smiled and then dropped his draw. The girl happened to be in his English class, Hyuga Hinata; she was very shy but a kind hearted girl. Once she knew it was Naruto she walked over to him and bowed and greeted him. “Hinata why are you working here?” Naruto yelled. Before she could answer her friend, Neji interjected, “That’s simple, our family owns this spa and sense she had a break from school, her father wanted her to return here.”

Naruto was thrown into complete shock, never knowing that Hinata could’ve gotten him a free stay at his dream vacation spot. Once he had gotten over his shock, Sasuke give a small smile and followed the girl down a hallway where their room was waiting. After making it safety into the room, Naruto looked outside and saw the sun had already begun to sink below the horizon and he still hadn’t eaten yet.

“Sasuke, can we get some room service I’m starving,” Naruto whined. Sasuke only turned to look at Naruto with lust in his eyes. “Well I already see what I want to eat.” Sasuke then walked over to Naruto and pushed him on the bed and kissed him on his neck. Naruto couldn’t fight Sasuke when he was like this, not to mention that it had been almost two months sense they had any true private time, so he let Sasuke do what he did best.
