Yoshino had gathered a bowl of cool water and a cloth and was washing Naruto's face, as Shika paced, "Are you sure she's alright Mom, I mean she fainted?" Yoshino looked up at her son, worry clearly etched in his face. "Yes sweetheart, it's common for pregnant women to faint if they are under stress or just tired, Naruto is going through a lot, and not just this sex changing stuff either. Read some of those pamphlets, she's going to ache as she stretches, be nauseous, tired and irritable, her body is making a baby out of two tiny cells. We need to be there for her." Shikamaru looked at his mother, she was acting so nice, not that she was mean but she wasn't griping at him which was different than her normal way of dealing with things.

"Mom are you alright?" Yoshino laughed, "Yes I'm fine, I just know it was tough for me and I wasn't a man who turned into a woman. I got pregnant with you right after my wedding Shikamaru, and let's just say your grandmother could have been a lot more helpful. My mom died when I was just six, I knew nothing about pregnancy. Your father and I had a lot of fights thanks to his mother."

The door swung open to show Shikaku, his eyes sad, "Yoshino... I'm sorry you went through that." She smiled and then said, "I know danna, I also know I can be a nag, but it's because I want you to always be prepared, know what you're facing. I don't want you to have to guess and hope things will be okay." Shikamaru actually had never thought about his mother's reasons behind her bossy personality, never thought of how hard it had been to be pregnant during the war and have a baby when Kyuubi attacked. He walked over and gave her a hug. "Thanks mom, for always being there." Naruto began to toss and turn her eyes fluttering open. Yoshino stood up and walked over to her husband, taking his hand she turned and said, "No problem son, that's what I'm here for, now take care of your wife, alright?" Shika nodded as his parents smiled and left the room.

"Naruto... are you alright? You fainted." She pushed to sit up and grabbed her head and moaned, "Yeah, Shika, don't worry I'm just a little dizzy." He walked around the futon and slipping his haori off and then his kimono before he slid in behind her. Wrapping an arm around her waist he pulled her close. "Just lay back and rest Megitsune, it's all over." He pressed a kiss to the top of her head and then feeling her relax he did too.

Naruto woke up feeling smothered, then lifting her head she noticed she was still in her wedding kimono, it had been loosened but was still thick and heavy. She looked to her left and saw Shikamaru asleep, slipping out of the futon she pulled the formal clothing off and then in only her panties she slipped back into futon. She leaned up on her elbow and looked at her husband, he was so handsome, his lashes were long and his face softer in sleep. She smiled, his chest was bare and she leaned down to kiss a nipple peaking at the edge of the covers. He arched up in his sleep and she giggled, then carefully pulling the covers down she trailed kisses to his belly button and he moaned. Sitting back thinking he was waking up she grinned when he started breathing evenly again despite the erection growing. She trailed a finger down the bulge in his under wear, then leaning over she blew hot air on it. She tried not to laugh when it twitched, then seeing the head peeking out of his waistband she leaned forward again and licked it. He murmured in his sleep wiggling some then settled back down. With a big smile she notice about an inch and a half was now sticking out, she gently pulled his waistband back some more and then trailed her tongue across the sensitive ridge.

Suddenly she felt hands in her hair and a chuckle, "Kami I hope you plan to finish that, I thought I was having the best dream." Naruto smiled then making eye contact she wrapped her hand around him and engulfed the head to suck and lick it. "MMMmmmmmmm" Shikamaru decided if this was a dream he would kill anyone who woke him up. Naruto shifted to reach more and then bobbed lower with each inward draw until she was taking almost all of him in, using her tongue to caress the underside. Shikamaru moaned clenching his hands in the blond hair, it was all he could do not to thrust into the warm heat, "Naru... Koi, I'm gonna cum!" Naruto backed off him a little and then her mouth was suddenly filling up with his cum and she tried to swallow but when he was through she still had some on her cheeks and chin, she smiled at him and Shika wished he could remember the way she looked forever, 'his wife'.

Naruto grabbed her robe from the morning before and wiped her face then turning back to him she smiled and whispered, "Good morning." Shikamaru laid back with a big grin, "Yes it is... good morning to you too." Naruto couldn't help herself, she started laughing and laid her face on his chest listening to his heart. So far they both thought, marriage is great. Then Naruto shot up and made a mad dash to the bathroom, Shikamaru sat up and heard the sounds of her throwing up, 'note to self no more morning protein shakes for the pregnant wife... damn', he thought with a scowl. Getting up he went to get a cool cloth for her when she finished.

After they had showered, with Shika holding Naruto up, she was wobbly after the barf-fest, the two headed downstairs. Yoshino took one look at Naruto and went to the kitchen, she returned moments later with some ginseng tea and crackers, "Here sweety, it will help with the nausea." Naruto nodded and sipped the tea then smiled as Yoshino laughed hearing Shikamaru, "Mom as the cause of all of your pregnancy symptoms... well, I just want to say I'm sorry." Even Shikaku had to grin, 'yep... my boy's finally a man.'.

Yoshino smiled and then walked over to her son who had sat near Naruto, pressing a kiss on his forehead she said, "Ahhh... I guess you were worth it." Shikaku chuckled and Naruto smiled. Yoshino went back into the kitchen to fix breakfast, "Shikamaru carry out the trash, it's full. And don't forget to do the compost, you always forget that, alright." Shikamaru sighed, she was back to normal but this time he didn't mind so much. Shikaku knowing to go while the getting is good quickly walked to the door and called out, "I love you dear, see you this afternoon." With a wink to Naruto he left, Yoshino came out of the kitchen talking, "Wait a moment, I really need you to stop and pick up.... he left didn't he?" Naruto smiled nodding she replied, "Yes I think he felt a chore list coming on..." Yoshino laughed then confided, "Well this time it's his loss, the bakery was having a sale on his favorite sweet rolls, guess he didn't need them anyway."

The two women smiled at each other both thinking... 'serves him right'. Then they chuckled. Today was definitely less stressful then yesterday. Naruto sighed and then smiled so far things were looking up, even with the morning sickness.
