Naruki stared blankly at the burning flame of the candle. She rose her left hand and put it at her heart.

"With you still here, I can't fulfill what I have to do." she said and closed her eyes. "But I won't cry, tears will never fall again from now on." she said and opened her now red eyes.

She got up and went towards the cloak and hat. She took a sit on her knees in front of them and rose her right hand with the necklace above them.

"With this I will remove you from my mind and heart. I will broke that promise." she said and crushed the fang in her hand. She let the dust slip through her fingers on the cloak. "My body and my soul won't belong to you anymore. Because this body has a new heart, one which holds only hate and despise for you." she said then leaned over her black katana. "They won't belong to you anymore, because this body has a new mind. A mind which holds only thoughts and knowledge about revenge." she said and rose her katana at her head. With the other hand she grabbed her red hair and pulled it in front of her. Without taking a glance, she cut it.

After gazing at the mass of hair in her hand, she threw it over the pile.

"This is for a new promise." she said and stared at the cloak, hat, dust and hair. "I will kill the ten of you no matter what. I won't quit even if it means dying in the end. I'll gladly die but only if I take all of you with me." she said and got up on her feet still gazing at the items. "This is for all the targets. Tiger." she said and made a sign. "For Kazegakure which you destroyed after I joined you. Snake." another one. "For Amegakure. Dragon" another one. "For Ichiro. Rat. For my babies. Ox. And last but not least, ME. Tiger." she yelled. "Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire element: Fire Dragon Flame Missile)" she said as a jet of fire escaped her lips and went straight to the pile.

She made a few steps and stared at the things which were burning hard.

"You were right only about one thing, Pein." she said. "Once you join the criminal world, you will always be part of it." she continued and a smirk crossed her lips. "But this time it will be different. It won't be anymore about money and power. It will be about justice." she said and made a pause. "Because, I, Naruki Hirayama, will grant that justice. Not like a payed assasin but like an avenger." she yelled staring at the burning fire. "Prepare yourselves." she said and turned around.

Without taking a glance at the fire, she took the two katanas and put them around her waist. She stared at the box with cloud on it and within a blink of an eye she took it and threw it in the fire too. She looked over her shoulder at the flame for on more time then went towards the exit.

Surprisingly, the rain stopped and the full moon could be seen on the new cloudless sky. Naruki made her way through the houses not looking at them until she arrived at the gates where Ayame was.

"Done?" Ayame asked when Naruki arrived in front of her.

"Hn." she responded rising her hood in order to cover her face.

"I remember this village, it was very beautiful when I brought you here 3 years ago."

"I know." Naruki sighed.

"Where to now?" Ayame asked while leaning down so Naruki could climb on her.

"Let's go and visit an old friend, if you know who I mean." Naruki smirked.

"I heard that he retired, I don't think he is in the business anymore."

"No matter. I'm sure he'll get back in business when he'll see me." Naruki said.

"You're probably right. But it's a long journey. Five days until Kazegakure." Naruki startled.

"Kazegakure? What do you mean?"

"The remaining villagers decided to reconstruct it. Also he moved there after his retirement and he helps around there like a normal person so his buyers won't find him."

"Is he wanted?

"No, it's just a coincidence that he quit after your presumed death irritating the buyers which needed him that they couldn't find him." Ayame responded. "Also he changed his appearance, no one knows how he looks right now."

"I know how to find him." Naruki grinned. "Just take me there."

"Ok, ok." Ayame rolled her eyes and flapped her wings.

As they got higher and higher, thoughts crossed Naruki's mind. 'Reconstructed, huh?' she said to herself and smiled.
