"Don`t call me that, I`m not! It`s just I`m not used to wake up with a fucking blindfold on you fucking snake prick!"

A soft rumbling behind him told him that Itachi was awake. And that strong hand hugged him closer, and a warm breath ghosted over his ear, making his tiny neck hair stand out. "shh.. watch your tounge pet.. would be too bad if we were forced to cut that out now wouldn`t it koi?"

Naruto visibly stiffened, before he grinned sheepishly at the younger Uchiha currently smirking at him.
Naruto noticed how similar, yet so different Sasuke looked from his older brother. The same damn knowing smirk adorning his beatiful face. He had softer features though, not so masculine as his brother, no....more feminine. He snickered when he imagined how the young raven would have reacted to that statement.

He brought up a hand and touched that soft alabaster face with the pads of his fingers, amazed that Sasuke let him. The raven just closed his eyes as Narutos seeking digits slid carefully over those black eyes.Continuing their search down over his nose and his soft, soft pink lipps.

A tiny shiver ran up Narutos spine as a wet tongue darted out and lapped at his searching appendage. Those eyes opening again and staring at him lustfully, taking the finger into his mouth and sucking it suggestively. Smirking as Naruto moaned low, and offered him another finger.

He felt the bed shift as Itachi got up and padded into the bathroom. Probably to relieve himself..

Sasuke didn`t even hear his brother get up, he was to lost in those blue eyes staring lustfully at him. Pushing fingers in and out of his mouth, the blonds own mouth slightly ajar.

Naruto carefully leaned in, never breaking his stare, and replaced the fingers with his tongue.

And let his hand trail down to Sasukes ass, putting those saliva slick fingers up against his entrance, teasing the tight ring there, letting the digit push in ever so slightly before pulling out... and just when he was about to protest, a sultry voice whispered low into his ear, "You know, I`ve already fucked your brother.."than the mouth was sucking on his earlobe before it continued down to a sensitive spot on his neck.

He angled his head so the blond would get better access to that spot. "Your brother likes this spot too, you are so similar on some parts you know..I wonder if your ass is as tight as his."

Itachi had apparently emerged from the bathroom, and was sitting on his knees behind Naruto.whispering into his ear. All eyes were fixed on Sasuke as a sly smile adorned Narutos flushed face. He nodded and swirled his hipps, making Sasuke moan again.

"Stay up Sasuke.." Naruto bendt over and started kissing Sasukes neck, ears and down his spine. While massaging his back and ass cheeks.

Sasuke watched him intently, wondering what they were up to. And then Narutos face contorted in pain for a brief moment. Before he visibly shuddered.

"Nngh.. god yeah Itachi." Sasuke craned his neck so he could see better what had just happended. And his suspicion was confirmed as he saw Itachi buried to the hilt in Narutos ass.

Something was wrong, he wringed open the phone and called Kiba, his heart beating fast in his chest, the soreness in his ass long forgotten.

"Where the hell have you been man? I`ve been trying to reach you all night"

"Why? Whats wrong Kiba?" Narutos voice was stressed. He had gotten up from the bed and was pacing back and forth on the soft rug. Ignoring the familiar sting to his backside.

"Sakura? What about Sakura??"

Naruto whispered into the phone, pressing it hard against his ear as he sat down on the bed. Eyes closed, prepared for the worst. `But.. he promised..`

"Uhm.." Kiba sighed into the phone and was clearly looking for words. He had been trying to reach Naruto all night, and now that he finally had reached him, he didn`t know what to say.

"What? Tell me Kiba! Is she hurt? Oh my god.. I-is she dead?" Narutos voice was shaking and he clutched his stomach, feeling sick all of a sudden.

"No..no, I`m sorry Naruto.She is still alive, barely.."

"Barely?"

"Yeah..you know last night after she left the bar?"

"..."

"Well you remember that it stopped raining not long after she had left?"

Naruto just nodded, forgetting that Kiba couldn`t see him before he dragged in a broken gasp for air.

"She..she was attacked.."

"Attacked?"

"Yeah.. after it stopped raining a swarm of bugs attacked her.. she is still fighting for her life."

Kiba went silent after this..he sounded tired, and Naruto knew that he had probably been at the hospital all night.

"The doctors don`t know what kind of bugs it is. but...it seems like they have crawled into her.."

Naruto felt warm trails of tears running down his cheeks.

"Wh-what do you mean? Crawled into her?"

"Well.." Kiba swallowed hard." It seems like these insects have crawled in under her skin, a-and is eating her, from the inside...eating her alive"

His voice broke now.. "We-we can see them move under her skin, a-and they don`t know how to save her.Naruto. she is asking for you."

"Me?"

He knew that he couldn`go..Itachi would never let him. Ìtachi...`and then it crept into his mind.. `The Snakes...* One of them is known to be able to wield sand. Another can control bugs,*` he had heard the stories told so many times. He didn`t even think about it as he shut the phone and flung it on the bed. Rushing into the living room where Itachi was sitting reading a book casually, that bastard.

"What the hell did you do?!"

Itachi just smiled and shrugged.. " What are you referring to koi?"

He saw the tears running down Narutos face, and the blond was so angry, his blue eyes almost gleamed in red. All the muscles in his body spent.

"Don`t fucking play with me! you know damn well what I`m talking about! Why? why did you do it? Huh? You said.. you promised you wouldn`t kill her if I played your little game. And I did... but you still hurt her. Why?Make it stop, call that bug guy, and make them.. " Narutos voice faltered here.. and he started sobbing "Just make them stop.. please, make them stop.."

Itachi smirked at him, seemingly unaffected by the rage directed his way, and he got up from the couch and dragged the numb blond into his arms. Hugging him close. He whispered low in a smooth, cold voice. Wiping away Narutos tears with his hand.

"Have I broken any promises to you? No.. I only said that if you played along, that I would consider to let her live. I never said that I would. And she isn`t dead now, is she??
I will not have you crying over that bitch. So unless you stop crying now, I`ll call Shino and tell him to direct his bugs to her internal organs.. "

He felt the body in his arms stiffen, and he could feel the anger radiate from the blond. It was a long time since he had made anyone this angry, so close to the verge of a break down. And he loved it.
He knew Naruto was struggling with himself.. and he felt the urge to just give him one little push closer to the edge.

"After all, this is your fault. It was you who met her, after I warned you not to.. so really, if she dies. You are the only one to blame.Or was it your friend Kiba who arranged the meeting? If so, I just might have to punish him too."

"No!!....It was my fault, I`m sorry. And I promise. If you just call back the bugs and please let her live.. I will never even speak of her again. I promise. Just..please baby."

Naruto struggled to keep his tears back, and fought the trembling in his bottom lip. He forced himself to flush away the anger, hatred and sorrow. To tuck it neatly back behind his big pile of repressed images in the blackest of his mind.
And he looked into those eyes, forcing his soul to show love, towards the man he hated so much. He knew this was the only thing that could save Sakura.

"Do you mean that Naruto? If I find out that you are lying, and you go to meet her again. I`ll have the bugs eat out her heart."

Naruto tucked a black strand of hair behind Itachis ear, staring into those beatiful cold eyes before he leaned in to kiss him softly on the lipps..

"I promise baby.."
