Story- Naruto has just moved from the mountains to the big city where there are gangs and street racing. His parents are known throughout the World because of “Space” a Top Secret facility.

“Good morning people! It is around six in the morning of this beautiful day and the weather...”

A groan could be heard from under a cluster of thick blankets. The room around the small bed consisted of a very dirty room. The floor was covered in inside out shirts and muddy pants.

By the small bed was a small night stand, where a small dragon touch lamp and an alarm clock conveniently laid. By another wall stood proud was a bid screen T.V. The small window that was by the small bed was covered by the blinds or else the sun would be blazing into the room with all it’s glory.

Another groan along with the blanket being pulled down revealed an annoyed figure sitting on the small bed, and trying to rub the sleep from his eyes. Bright blue eyes blinked around the room while a tanned hand came up to ruffle his spiky blonde hair. He was just about to go back to sleep when it hit him like a brick wall.

It was the first day at school in the city. Naruto was every bit excited, because he had never been in the city before. They used to live in the mountains. The schools there were small and everyone knew you but the city was totally different. His cousins also went to the school and they had said they would be accompanying him today, to get settled in and all.

He really didn’t remember the name, something high, but what ever he didn’t care. The clock said 6:30am so he should get dressed. He thought about what to wear since he wanted to make a good impression on the school, “But what to wear?”

He really didn’t care, and was going to be late so he pulled an orange shirt over his spiky blonde hair and put on a pair of black pants with Nike black shoes on. Then he raced down to breakfast where his parents were waiting along with his cousins. Naruto paused real quick to see that his parents had yet another meeting with the board of “Space.”

He quickly said goodbye and took off with a piece of toasted bread. His two cousins were right beside him as he walked down the sidewalk. On his left was Kyo who was in the same grade as him. He had brown spiky hair with black pants that had chains on the side and a white shirt. On his right he had his other cousin. His name was Kite. He was a year older in school so he was a senior. He had a red shirt on and black pants, his hair was carrot topped and spiky.

When they got there the school was huge with a lot of people moving back and forth and talking about random things. The building itself could almost rival that of “Space.” It was covered in a light cream color with huge towering trees all over the buildings sides. The lawn was a rich green and well cut. If he didn’t know any better Naruto would have guessed that there was at least eight different buildings all branching off together.

For a moment he suddenly felt so small, but he knew it was going to be like it here. After living in the mountains everything was small.
When they finally got to the school office after bypassing students and classrooms his cousin, Kite, signed him in and told him his locker number.

“What do you mean we have lockers. That’s awesome! No more lugging around books.” said Naruto, grinning and thinking about owning his own locker.

Kyo had to smile because he had forgotten that Naruto lived in the mountains. “Yeah the number is #148”, Kite said, “ Here let me show you. Kyo you wanna come to?” said Kite.

Kyo nodded and all three of them went down the hall where the lockers were located. “Well, Naruto, lets see…first you have English. I’ll show you where it is come on” said Kyo.

“Hey Kyo. Would you be kind and show him all his classes. I have to leave and do a project.” Said Kite, and with that he was gone. Naruto, after running into so many people, finally came to his class with a little help from Kyo. “Ok see you at lunch if not next class” and with that Kyo was gone and Naruto was alone going into the classroom.

Like always he had to stand up in front of everyone and tell them his name. He knew the routine like the back of his hand, because his family moved all the time with “Space” and all.

The teacher he had was called Delgoto the English teacher. She was a little over weight but looked like a good teacher, she also had on a blue dress. “Class settle down I want you to meet a new student.” Delgoto yelled trying to keep order while teens were walking around desks and laughing at lame jokes.

Delgoto huffed and smiled before indicating to Naruto that this was the best time.

"Hi my names Uzumaki, Naruto Uzumaki. ” Like always the students would start speaking loudly and ask random questions that had to do with “Space,” but what caught his eye was a kid with black hair that spiked up in the back with his emotionless dark eyes.

He was looking at Naruto with a smirk on his face. Naruto turned his head frowning a little until he caught pink hair. There right in the middle of the room sat a pink haired young woman. She had light green eyes and long pink hair that was hanging loose. By her was a blonde haired girl with dark eyes. Naruto couldn’t stop staring. Man he was going to love it here, he thought smiling a little at the girls.

“ ...Now Naruto sit behind Mr. Uchiha” Naruto shock his head, and did after she told him who that was and it turns out it was the black haired kid. He sat down and examined what Uchiha was wearing, a black shirt with black pants but after Naruto stared at him for a while he noticed a bandanna around his arm. The colors were orange and black.
Naruto narrowed his eyes looking back up front, ‘Oh great is he in a gang?’
When the bell finally rang Naruo started to pack up when he heard.

“So your new here. Where are you from” Naruto turned his head up to see the kid Sasuke talking to him. Surprised Naruto straightened up.

“Well I lived in a village in the mountains. Then my parents decided to move in the city because of their jobs.” Naruto said vaguely. Sasuke just stood there a minute and then started to

leave “Well Naruto what class do you have next. Oh and if you want, you can sit by me and my friends.” He said casually. Naruto couldn’t believe he was already making friends “Yeah sure, lets see Math”.

And so the rest of the day was like that until lunch. Naruto was just out from his last class which was art and headed to the lunch line. Kyo was already there and let him cut in front of him, bypassing students that seemed to growl that he had got to step up from the line.

“So did you make any new friends?” Kyo said ruffling up Naruto’s hair. “Yeah I did I….” But before he could say anything else, Kite and the pink haired girl came up.

“Hey Naruto what’s up” said Kite ruffling up his hair for the second time that today. “I want you to meet someone. Her name is Sakura”.

Naruto couldn’t believe his eyes she was cute very cute up close. “Um Hi my names Naruto and your’s is Sakura right” She smiled and said yes. Naruto just smiled back gazing at her.

“So before we were interrupted” Kyo shot a glance at Kite, “ you were telling me about your friend.”
“Yeah his name is Sasuke and he helped....” Naruto stopped talking looking at their

faces, “what’s with the faces?” All three of them looked at Naruto seriously. It kind of freaked him out that they were so serious.

“Naruto you leave him alone you don’t want to get mixed up with that gang. They kill people and there leader is Itachi, don’t go near them ok”. Kite said and Naruto could only nod. ‘So he was in a gang, it figured.’ Naruto couldn’t hang out with anyone that was in a gang. His parents would flip and dim the families repetition. They were after all a part of “Space.”


After hearing about Sasuke being in a gang. Naruto wanted to know more about it but his cousins clearly advised him against it.

“What was so bad…” Naruto thought while he got his lunch. Speaking of which, the food here looked horrible with gravy on all of the dishes. It looked like something the blob would be proud of.

“Hey kid your new here right? Don’t worry the food may look bad but it’s good”. Naruto turned his head up and saw who was speaking. She was working behind the counter serving the food, she had long black hair with soft eyes. She wore a black shirt with dark Levi pants on with the same bandanna around her arm like Sasuke. Then Naruto saw the name tag “Haku”

‘What! This was a guy?’ Naruto thought bewildered. “Um…Yeah I’m new here. The name’s Uzumaki Naruto.” he said and saw a light enter Haku’s eyes indicating that he knew his name.

“Well Naruto hope you like it, and here I’ll give you the dish for free. See you around”. Haku said sweetly.
Naruto just waved and turned around to find a seat to sit at. Then he saw Sasuke with his friends and was tempting if he wanted to sit there, but then he heard;
“Hey Naruto over here” Kyo said, so Naruto changed his direction and went to sit by his cousins.

“Hey you know Sakura right? Well meet Hinata, and Ino too.” Kite said with his mouth full.

Hinata who was sitting with Kyo had short blue hair and weird white eyes, probably contact lenses, and she was wearing a light blue dress. Ino, who was sitting on the other side of the table with Kite, had long blonde hair with a black “Him” T-shirt and white pants.

So her name was Ino? Naruto thought she too looked pretty.
After they said there hellos Naruto sat with Kite at the table and started eating. For once the food was good which really surprised him on the account of what it looked like.

“Hey Ino Sasuke’s looking this way” Said Sakura.
Naruto who found out recently by Kyo that Sakura and Ino had a crush on Sasuke. Even though they feared him, didn’t understand why they didn’t just go over and talk to him. He was also slightly annoyed that they thought Sasuke was better looking.
“Hey so your names Naruto?” Sasuke said setting down her spoon. Naruto absentmindedly nodded.

“That’s cool so you get to go to “Space” to and see what they have. My friend Ino’s parents also work there but there security guards unlike your parents.” Sakura said.

“Yeah but I don’t go there all the time it’s pretty boring and you have to watch out for perverts.” Naruto muttered, remembering Kakashi and another old guy who worked there.

“So can I ask you some questions on what they are doing? Concidering it’s one of the most high tech building we have today.” Sakura said.
Naruto smiled at her, she really was nice and cute. Naruto grinned and leaned over, looking all around suspiciously before whispering, “Nope sorry it’s Top Secret.” Then he pulled back and winked, making Sakura and Ino blush. After that the group settled into a light conversation.

The whole lunch was fine until he caught Sasuke and his friends that would look over to their table every so often. On top of that Naruto had to sit through his cousin’s speech about how despicable Sasuke and his friends were. Naruto was sort of glad when the bell rang and he headed to his locker. Kyo and Kite said bye and went of along with the girls.

When Naruto opened his locker and got the things he needed he heard something click. Confused Naruto looked up, frowning. It was Sasuke and a couple of his friends standing to the right. Naruto looked towards the left a little and noticed Haku in the middle, but the other two he hadn’t seen yet.

One had red hair and a tattoo on his forehead, wearing all black. To Haku’s left was a taller man who had black short hair and every dark glasses on, he was wearing a white trench coat.
“Hey why didn’t you sit by us” Sasuke said casually, with a smirk on his face like he was all high and mighty.


“Well I decided to sit with my cousins,”said Naruto, like he really didn’t care.
Sasuke walked up to the locker and slammed it with his fist making the loud bang echo throughout the hallway.

Naruto jumped a little looking at Sasuke, “Next time you sit with us and not your drop out loser friends” Naruto couldn’t believe that this little shit ice prick was telling him what to do.

“You can’t boss me around like you own me bastard!” Naruto said loudly, clenching his fists. Then for some reason it seemed like it was quiet because all the students were now staring shocked at what he said. Sasuke just gave Naruto a death stare and left while Haku was laughing silently behind his hand along with his friends.

Naruto had a bad feeling that he shouldn’t have done that but it was too late.
When the bell rang he went to his last class which was PE. When he entered the gym he saw the teacher who had a freaky bowl cut hair and large hairy eyebrows along with a green shirt and green sweat pants. Naruto turned not wanting to see any more and saw Sasuke and the red head that were staring at him. Great was all he could think of.

“Alright class sit down and be quiet. First your going to run the mile and then play soccer now go and let your youth shine out” said the Teacher blowing his whistle and practical jumping on the gyms hard wood floors. While Naruto was running by himself since no one seemed to want to be beside him anymore, he felt something brush by his arm.

He turned to his right and saw Sasuke running beside him keeping pace easily. Then he saw the other friend running up to his left. He was now in the middle. How the hell had they snuck up beside him without knowing.

“What do you want” Naruto said trying not to sound tired. Sasuke turned and bluntly stated, “I want you to join our gang.”
Naruto actually slowed down and was speechless, why did he all of the sudden say that? It was so random and it didn’t make any sense, didn’t he know how his parents were?

“No I really don’t care to be in a gang” he said back just as bluntly. Then the red haired kid put out his leg and Naruto tripped and fell making him eat gravel. “What the hell was that for?” He yelled, struggling to get up.

Sasuke just stopped and picked up Naruto by the caller saying, “Sorry about that but my friend Gaara doesn’t like to be refused and if you know any better than you will say yes” Sasuke hissed very soft and deadly. With that the two left Naruto sitting on the ground. He was seriously trying to pounder this out.

‘Great my first day and I already have a threat. Just great,’ thought Naruto. Getting up and walking the rest of the way he noticed again that people didn’t want to stand by him. Soccer was similar with Gaara and Sasuke kicking the ball at his face every chance that they got and pushing him down in the dirt. By the end of the period he was swore all over but he looked forward to going home.

“Hey, what happened to you” said the teacher. Naruto looked back “Nothing I just fell”.

Then the teacher came up “Well I guess we’ll have to find a different sport for you because you have let your youth out a little to much” he said while laughing. “Hey Gai come here I need your help” one of the students said and with that he left.

Naruto walked to the door and saw his cousins waiting outside for him so he stepped out of the gym. “Hey you guys lets go home”. Naruto said
haply with a great big grin on his face.


Back in the gym where Sasuke was watching Naruto and his friends leave, Gaara came to Sasuke’s side. “Well I think we got the point across” Gaara said sounding bored.

Sasuke didn’t answer he was to wrapped up in what the blonde said to him today. No one ever turned him down and he had a feeling that this year was going to be very interesting. “Hey Sasuke, Haku is waiting outside saying something about our leader Itachi. We should go. Come on.” Gaara said softly walking away. Yes Sasuke thought very interesting.
