Mr. Right

AN: Hello fellow SasuNaru/NaruSasu fans!! I just want to let you know, I am TOTALLY oblivious to how to work this website, so PLEASE if I am doing anything wrong or if there’s anything I need to fix, please don’t hesitate to tell me. This is my VERY FIRST FANFIC of ANY kind……I’ve read many but I’m still like a SUPER amateur…I wouldn’t mind a BETTA!!!….because, I think I really suck at this…but I get points for trying eh?
Well any ways, this chapter is VERY short and will probably be the shortest….I’m kind of testing the waters…if enough people read I’ll put the rest of it up here but I’m pretty far into the fic, it’s about 45 pages long on word so far, through a period of about……….three days…yeah I’m hella rushing things but I couldn’t wait to start writing…..I won’t say the good stuff and get your hopes up for hot SasuNaruSasu sex because that’s gonna be until towards the end….so if you have patience PLEASE READ... and tell me how I did : ) DOMO!

“I can’t believe this man! You’re getting married in a couple weeks!”

An ecstatic Kiba came roaring into the room.

“Yeah I know right?! I wonder when that’s gonna’ be me.” Naruto said forlornly.

Kiba took a seat in his favorite chair by one of Sai's favorite paintings and smirked.
“Last time I checked, gay marriage wasn’t legal.”

Naruto shrugged his shoulders and grinned.
“Eh…we’ll make it work.”

Kiba’s eyebrows rose to meet his hairline.
“We?”

Naruto’s grin faded into a thoughtful scowl.
“Nahh….I’m just saying, in the future. I still haven’t found “Mr. Righ”t yet.”

Kiba nodded in agreement.
“Yea…..I get cha’.”

Naruto’s face contorted into a look of thoughtfulness-eyes glazed over with the thought of his fantasy man-ready to start his animated description.
“I’m thinkin’ dark hair, dark eyes, pale skin-but not too pale; like Mr. Orochimaru pale…"

Naruto visually shivered.

“…smart, cool, calm, collected but knows when and how to have a good time and freaking hot!”

Naruto’s voice went into a high-pitched sing-song voice on the word “hot” which made all three boys chuckle. Just when the other two boys got into the description of Naruto’s idea of “Mr. right” he cut himself off and changed the subject with a wistful sigh.
“*sighhh*….But enough about me, back to the lucky man and his wedding! You must be dead tired, I saw all those invitations you had to write and send to the fam’.”

Sai was caught off guard with the sudden change in subjects; he barely had time to register what was said.
“Yes, I was… I had some trouble with changed addresses and whatnot. Plus, my cousin Sasuke-“

Sai was cut off by a howling
“WHAAAAAAT?! SASUKE? AS IN, UCHIHA SASUKE?!”

Sai’s face, usually stoic had a hint of surprise mixed with confusion on it.
“…Yes, what of it?”

“He’s like thee most coolest, smartest, hottest guy at the state’s most prestigious high school! He’s really rich and famous because his family owns this big-shot company. All the girls love him, but I heard he’s not really into girls…and come to think of it Naruto he kind of-no, does fit your little fantasy description.

Naruto still thinking dirty thoughts of said fantasy, scoffed.
“Heh, I’ll have to see it to believe it.”

Sai cut in.
“Well actually, he’s moving over to our side of town today and he’ll be attending my wedding. Took a lot of begging…on Sakura’s part, but in the end he agreed."

“Y’ know if I was gay, I’d totally go for him myself.”

Naruto frowned, not knowing why he felt agitation towards Kiba’s comment.
“What makes you think you’d have a chance?” Naruto asked flippantly.

“Ever heard of opposites attract?”

Naruto rolled his eyes.
“Yeah….right…once again, I’ll have to see it to believe it.”

“Plus, how could you say no to a sexy face like this?”
Kiba turned around; the back of his head facing them, then whipped back around making the infamous Zoolander face, resulting in another group laugh.

“Easily….NO!”

Kiba stuck his tongue out at Naruto and looked over at Sai.

“Well as nice as it is talking to you boys, Sakura will be home shortly soo….”
Sai trailed off knowing the boys got the hint.

Kiba narrowed his eyes.
“Ohhh….Wee get it. *wink* Gotta’ have some alone time with the fiancée.”

Sai’s cheeks involuntarily shaded pink.

“It’s probably not what you think Kiba. And have you no morals? Sex comes after marriage.”

“Yeah yeah whatever. Alright, see you later Vangough and tell honey we said hey.”

“Okay, don’t forget to drop by tomorrow we have another gathering to discuss before the wedding. Bye.”

They nodded in unison, as they filed out of Sai and Sakura’s newly purchased home.

While walking, Naruto began to wonder about this new character Sasuke.

“Ne, ne, Kiba, Tell me more about this Sasuke guy.”

“Well-“
Kiba glanced down at his watch.
“OH SHIT! I GOTTA GO! SHINO’S GONNA BE PISSED! Sorry Naruto I’ll talk to you later, kay? Kisses!” ; P
Kiba blew a kiss at Naruto and Naruto dodged the invisible flying kiss.

“Whatever, later.”

Ever since Kiba discovered Naruto to be Bi he’s been using every chance he’s gotten to tease him about his sexuality. But lately Naruto began to question his own…as Kiba dashed off in the opposite direction Naruto headed to his own home. Schooling his face into that cheerful smile everyone knew him for; he thought about how lonely he’d become. Although, he has a countless amount of friends, barely above average grades, and a cozy one-room apartment, he couldn’t shake the feeling that he was missing something.

‘Maybe…Love?’

Not too far away sat a dark figure in the corner of a coffee shop waiting for his guest to arrive.

“Ahh…there you are. How have you been? Long time.”(!)

“Hn.”

Neji rolled his pale eyes at the monosyllabic response.
“Still can’t speak a whole sentence eh?”

“I see you’ve changed.”

“Oh? How so?”

“You….talk”

“All thanks to the love of my life. He’s lazy but he knows how to make me happy."

“Ahh…I see…
His gaze downcast.
…a lover”

“That’s right. I know I used to be a cold, selfish, mute bastard- a lot like yourself actually, but as you can see I’ve changed...Shika opened my eyes to many things I never could have imagined existed. But they have that sort of affect on you. You should get one.”

‘I’m working on that, asshole.’
The figure just glared.

“Well, down to business,luckily since my father is head of all the apartment buildings in the area, I got an apartment for you, not in the best part of town but not the worst like you asked. It was the least I could do to get you away from there. Once again I know I’m a little late but I’m sorry about the family.”

“Hn.”

“Alright Sasuke, let’s go. I’ll drive to the apartment and you can follow me.”

They each got up and exited the coffee shop and walked towards their respective cars.

Neji got in his white 2006 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350H, started the car and rolled down all the windows. It happened to be a fairly nice evening out, he thought, so why not? When the car was started the silence was instantly broken by the song “Deep” by Nine inch nails. After situating himself in the car he began to sing along.


Blank stare
Disrepair
There's a big black hole

Sasuke turned back around at the start of the music.

Neji lowered the volume when he noticed Sasuke on his way back over to him.

Sasuke walked up slowly and leaned into the passenger side window.
“I didn’t know you liked Nine Inch Nails.”

“Yeah, and I can tell by you coming all the way back over here to say that, that you do too.”

Sasuke was impressed he would have never pegged Neji as a Nine Inch Nails fan. He was thinking more along the lines of Coldplay or something.
“I would have never guessed you to have liked Nine Inch Nails.”

“Well this kid I went to school with listens to them and he’s a MAJOR fan and he’s always singing the songs, so I decided to look them up. Turned out they weren’t such a bad band.”

“Last time I checked you weren’t too concerned with the world around you.”

“It’s hard not to, Naruto’s really popular, all the kids talk about him, and he’s well-known for his colorful vocabulary; he makes up words or hears them in movies that people don’t notice and starts using them….it’s contagious. Everyone finds themselves repeating a word he uses at least once. He peaked my interest.”

’Naruto eh?’
“Hn.”

“He’s funny and talkative, stays in trouble a lot though. He’s really a cute kid. I think if you met him you’d like him too.”

“What makes him so cute? Sounds like an idiot to me.”

‘Yeah right Sasuke…I think you’d be cute with him…hmm.’
“He’s got short, blonde, spiky hair, big sky-blue eyes, with thick eyelashes and cute. plump. pink. lips…

At this Sasuke found himself getting agitated for some reason.

"…He’s a little on the short side, but what’s weird about him is, he has these three lines on either side of his face, kind of like whiskers. He’s so adorable!”

“Why don’t you date him? Seems like you’re in love with him.”

“…I did…but he said he didn’t feel…right…and every time I wanted to take things further with him he said he was saving himself for someone he felt was, “Mr. right”. Somewhere in the back of my mind I felt the same way. Luckily, I realized I really didn’t have that strong of feelings for him so we broke up easily…but, although I found Shika he still hasn’t found anyone yet."

Sasuke looked thoughtful and Neji had an idea.

“Y’know, we’re still cool, I could-“

“Don’t. Even. Think about it. I’m highly capable of finding someone on my own, thank you.”

“Fine, fine. But I think if you meet him, and he likes you, it’d be hard to resist. He’s sooo cute!”

“Hn.”

“Well enough about your future boyfriend, let’s hit the road.”

“Whatever.”

While Sasuke walked to his black 2005 Maybach Exelero. He thought about what Neji had said.

‘Future boyfriend? Yeah right…...I’ll have to see this Naruto for myself anyways.’

Sasuke started his car and waited for Neji to pull out so he could follow him. The whole way he drove in complete silence thinking about what kind of life awaits him in his new “home”.


Sasuke, deep in thought, didn’t even realize that he’d arrived at his destination.

‘They’re pretty nice apartments.’

He thought, as he looked around the complex and noticed tall white apartment buildings, small gardens, green grass and a park for little children.

Neji got out of his car and walked to Sasuke’s.
“Here’s the key, you’re room 213 building “B”…Well my work here’s done! Welcome home. I’m going to Shika’s so don’t call me if you need me."
Neji gave a cheerful smile and walked off.

Sasuke exited his car and looked around again.

‘Welcome home’

(!)Long time....like long time no see....that's how i say it so i just put it in there.
Just so you know, the way I wrote Naruto to be in this story reflects me , so as you read, you get to know me better b[>.<]d YEAH!
