A hundred days have made me older,

Since the last time that I saw your pretty face

A thousand lies have made me colder
He ran, he ran and never broke stride.
And I don't think I can look at this the same
With every step, the smile on his face grew. A smile that contradicted what emotions his eyes held; a deep sense of hatred. A smile that contradicted what emotions stabbed through his heart; a terrible sense of hurt and disbelief.
But all the miles that separate
A smile that echoed a thought buried deep in his mind; it was bound to happen.
Disappear now when I'm dreaming of your face
"Demon!" cried out a voice.

"Stay away!" another voice echoed. It pleaded for mercy.
But you're still on my lonely mind
"Why didn't you tell me?" asked a voice.

His eyes were void of emotion when he had uttered the question. His voice was laced with a cold fury.
