Chapter One
Hidaka Juni woke with a start, jolting up in her bed with a strangled cry. Magenta eyes were wide, darting around her darkened room. There were no flames, no smoke. Everything was fine. She was right at home in her bedroom, in the apartment her partner allowed her to share with him. She sat there a moment, shaking. Her hands moved through her slightly spiked leaf green hair, trying to calm herself down.
It had been months since the accident, since her home where she and her mother lived burned to the ground. Her mother had had a heart attack, taking her life. Luckily for Juni, she wasn’t home at the time of the fire, which started when her mother had been cooking lunch just before the attack. Juni had been out on a mission with her partner at the time, but she felt if she’d been home sooner, she could have stopped the blaze and given her mother a proper burial.
Months had indeed passed, but Juni still had nightmares of flames engulfing her. She had been afraid of fire ever since that incident. Small, contained fires didn’t bother her; it was the wild, uncontrollable ones that gave her the chills. Still shaking, she moved to stand on wobbly legs. Slowly moving to the door, she stepped out of the room and into the hall, shuffling to the kitchen area for some water. After a glassful, she felt a little better, but still a little shaken. She knew her partner was still asleep, but, she couldn’t help but need that feel of someone next to her for a little while.
Biting her lip, she went to his door, quietly opening it and stepping in. Hoping she didn’t wake him, she slowly inched towards his bed. Her steps were slow and quiet, trying her best not to make any sound.
“Have another nightmare?” his voice made her jump. He had been awake. She cursed mentally, having hoped he wouldn’t be awake so she could lay with him while he slept. She turned to leave, a bit embarrassed at being caught.
“It’s nothing, really,” she spoke quietly, her voice shaking just slightly. She heard him sigh and shift on the bed.
“Come here,” he said to her.
“Kakashi… you don’t have to…”
“Just, come here. You’re already in here, so you might as well stay.”
Juni turned towards the masked jounin and couldn’t help but smile and nod. She moved towards him, climbing into his bed with him. Once under his covers, she felt his arms encircle her, pulling her close. She tensed, only a moment, before relaxing under his hold. She sighed quietly, letting her eyes drift closed. The sweet, masked kiss to the back of her neck made goose bumps rise up on her arms and legs, as well as a blush form across her cheeks and down to her covered chest. She wondered why he did these things to her, but only shrugged it off to him being his usual self and wanting her not to worry about the past.
Even though they were only friends, Juni found that she came to her partner more than often for his comfort. She’d heard from far too many people that they should just drop the ‘friend’ act and just be lovers, that they saw the way they looked at each other. But they both knew that in the lives of the shinobi, they were constantly in danger of losing their lives. If they stopped being just friends and became more than that, if either of them lost the other, it would devastate the both of them. They figured if they just stayed friends, the pain wouldn’t be so bad. But, Juni knew if she lost him, her world would be over. She needed and loved him more than she liked to admit it.
“Do you want to talk about it?” his voice purred near her ear. Just hearing him speak so close pulled her from her thoughts. She jumped slightly as well, not expecting him to talk. She felt his smile against her neck. “Sorry,” he chuckled, not meaning to scare her.
“It’s alright,” she whispered softly, shifting a little to get more comfortable against him. “I keep… dreaming about the fire,” she says quietly. “This time, I was inside the blaze. I couldn’t move, couldn’t scream, couldn’t breathe. The flames were all around me.” She paused a moment, closing her eyes, seeing the flames again. “I know it was just a dream, but, I felt like I was about to die.”
Kakashi nodded silently, listening to her talk about the nightmare. His hold on her tightened a short moment before letting his grip loosen again. She felt his masked nose brush against the edge of her ear gently. She shivered yet again, his touches beginning to drive her crazy. If he kept up, she wondered if her self control would hold her back from what she so wished to do to him.
Feeling her shiver, Kakashi stilled his ‘nuzzling’ against her ear, resting his head on the pillow just behind her head, still able to smell the scent of her hair. For a few months, Kakashi had felt an attraction to her as well, but did everything in his power to suppress such feelings, staying focused on missions among other things. But, said missions became difficult when the object of his distraction was with him every step of the way. Not even the smutty pages of his Icha Icha novels could satisfy the urges he had to ignore for the sake of their friendship.
“I can only imagine how difficult it’s been for you,” Kakashi whispered softly against her. “I wish I could take away the pain you’ve felt these past few months; to take away the loss and the hurt.”
“Kakashi…” Juni started, but he brought a hand up, pressing his finger to her lips to stop her from speaking.
“Just hear me out. I’m here for you, you know. I always will be. That’s what friends are for, ne?” He smiled again, a crease forming at his eye like it did when he showed a true smile.
Juni let out a soft sigh, shifting around to face him, looking at him in the dark of his room. She couldn’t help but smile, resting there next to him. Biting her lip slightly, she shifted some, draping her arm over his abdomen, and curled close to him. The warmth of his frame calmed her, even though her heart pounded in her chest.
One of his hands gently stroked her back, along her spine, hoping to calm her a bit more. It usually worked when something truly upset her. He felt her sigh against him again, a chill running down his own spine. He pressed a light, masked kiss to the top of her head and smiled again to himself. Though, at the kiss, she lifted her head, looking up at him. He could see the sparkle in her cross patterned eyes even in the dark. Moving a free hand to her chin, he lifted her head a bit more, ducking to press a kiss to her lips through the mask. At that point, she whimpered.
“That’s not fair, you know,” she spoke as he pulled away.
“What isn’t?” He asks with innocence in his voice.
“You can’t just kiss me through the mask. It’s not a real kiss.” She pouted. She’d seen him without his mask on, only a few times when he allowed it. She didn’t know why he wore the mask, he was gorgeous without it.
The silver haired jounin pondered a moment, regarding what she said. He wondered if it would be worth it to give her a true kiss while she lay there in his arms in his bed. He wondered if his own self control would keep him in shape. He wasn’t even sure if he got a true taste of her if he could stop himself from wanting more. Could he actually kiss her and nothing change between them?
After fighting with his thoughts and conscience for a few moments, he lifted his hand to his mask. Slowly, he pulled the fabric away from his nose and mouth, tugging it just below his chin.
“Do you think you can handle just one kiss? Or am I going to have to give you more than just one?” He asks in a teasing tone. Juni frowned a moment, lightly pushing his shoulder.
“Not funny, Kakashi,” she pouted. How dare he tease her! “Just… kiss me already.” She already felt the blush on her cheeks again, anticipating what was to happen between them.
Kakashi shook his head, chuckling lightly. He enjoyed teasing her, loving the reactions she gave him. Seeing her pout made him want to grin from ear to ear and tell her how cute she really looked when she was mad at him.
Lifting his hand then, he brushed his thumb across her cheek, just watching her eyes, looking for that sign of her truly wanting his kiss. It didn’t take too long for the spark to flash through the magenta hues, showing him the need in her very being. He moved, slowly, pressing his lips to hers in a gentle kiss.
At the same time, they both saw sparks behind closed eyelids. His hand moved into her hair then, holding her head gently in his hand. Her fingers pressed against his chest, then crept up to the back of his neck, holding onto him as well. He took the lead, deepening the kiss between them, his tongue snaking out to brush against her bottom lip. Upon instinct, her lips parted, granting him the access he desired. He tasted her then, a slight sweet taste to her mouth. Her tongue twitched against his, brushing against him curiously, almost afraid if she acted, he would pull away. To her surprise, he didn’t pull away, returning the brushes and encouraging her to do more.
She took the time then to explore his mouth, tasting him in return. She could taste the sake on his tongue from the drink he had at dinner, the lingering alcohol still on him. The slightly bitter taste of the drink mixed in with what she couldn’t even describe, except for it being him, sent shivers down her spine.
When they finally broke away from their kiss, they were both panting for breath. Juni looked up at Kakashi through half lidded eyes. They both stared at one another for a few short moments, want and need radiating back and forth between one another, but both afraid to make the first move. He wanted her; she needed him. He leaned, giving her a second kiss, this one shorter and gentler than the first before pulling away from her.
“I can’t,” he whispered to her.
“I know,” she responded, knowing what he meant. Her heart pounded in her chest.
“I want to.”
“I know. Me too.”
“If only we weren’t shinobi.”
“I know…”
Her eyes closed then. In the time her eyes were closed, his hand had moved, placing the mask back in its place on his face.
“We should get some sleep. We have a mission tomorrow morning.”
Juni nodded then, her eyes still closed. She felt him shift from her hold, turning to face away from her. Her eyes opened then, looking at the back of his head. It stung only a short moment, but she understood why he couldn’t continue with what they both wanted. She knew it would only be a distraction to the task they were to begin the next morning.
Biting her lip, she decided she would sleep in her room. She sat up, looking down at him a moment before leaning, kissing his cheek lightly before turning to go. Before she could get off his bed, she felt his hand grab her wrist. Frowning, she looked down at him, his eye looking at her.
“Stay. Please?” He asked her, hoping that she would.
The words went straight into her ears and straight to her heart. Though her mind was telling her to get the hell out, her heart told her to stay. Nodding, she smiled, moving back under the covers next to him, settling in to be comfortable next to him. Once again, he held onto her, as if making sure she wasn’t going anywhere.
“Goodnight,” he whispered softly next to her ear, pressing a light kiss to her neck.
“Goodnight,” she responded, her eyes closing again, allowing her to drift off into sleep.
************************************************************
The next morning came far too soon for Juni. Sunlight crossed over her closed eyes, making her groan in discontent. She rolled over in attempt to going back to sleep, still tired. But, as soon as she rolled over, her eyes opened. The deep blue sheets reminded her that she was not in her own bed. She also took note that whoever’s bed this was, they had already raised for the day, hearing the shower running in the washroom connected to the bedroom.
Juni had to rack her brain to remember where she was and how she’d gotten there. Sitting up, she noticed she was still clothed. That had to be a good sign. Her womanhood didn’t feel sore from a night’s romp, so she knew instantly that she had not screwed the person she’d slept with.
Glancing around a moment, she took in the room, letting it all click. She was in Kakashi’s room. As soon as she realized where she was, the night’s events came back to her. Her hand moved to her lips where she could still feel his kiss. She smiled a moment, letting her eyes close a short moment. After collecting her thoughts, she darted from the bed with a gasp.
“Oh no… I’m late for the mission!” she squeaked, moving from his bedroom and down the hall to her own to get everything ready for the trip. She packed her bag with civilian clothes and her dress kimono, knowing very little details about the mission, other than she needed something ‘dressy’. Juni didn’t own many dressy clothing. She was a ninja. There were some things the green haired jounin felt she didn’t need to have. The last things she packed were her own copies of the Icha Icha novels. Juni blamed Kakashi and his addiction to the smut after she’d stolen one of his books, read it, and had gotten hooked as well.
After a quick wash, she dressed in her usual red tunic, black leggings, and sandals. Tying her black and red bandana to her head, Juni left her bedroom and moved into the sitting area where Kakashi sat, waiting.
“You’re late.” Kakashi smirked behind his mask, lifting his eyes to his partner. “I’ve been waiting an hour.”
“You have not!” Juni fumed. “I heard you in the shower when I woke up. Don’t even pull that.” Kakashi only smirked again, moving to stand. His hand instantly moved to his pocket, pulling out both his novel and the mission scroll. He handed her the scroll, which she instantly opened to read the objective on hand. Her eyes went over the objective and widened. She lifted her gaze to her partner, who only nodded his head to her.
“You read correctly. If this mission is a success, we both get 200,000 ryo,” he said to her, his eyes never leaving his book.
“That’s not what I’m worried about. Seduction hasn’t been my strong point,” Juni admitted. She was more submissive when it came to the art of sex. Having to be the aggressor made her nervous.
“Don’t worry about it,” Kakashi smiled, lifting his eye to her then. “You’ll be fine. You don’t have to worry; I’ll be there with you.”
“That’s what I’m worried about. If I do horribly bad, I’ll never live down your teases.” She pouted, crossing her arms.
“Oh, come now. My teases aren’t that bad.” His eyes went right back to his book, ignoring her glare. “We should get going. We need to be halfway to our escort by night fall.”
Juni nodded, leaning to pick up her bag, slipping the strap over her shoulder. Kakashi did the same, moving to leave the loft just seconds after. He took the time to put the book away for the time being, making sure the home was locked up before leaving. He didn’t worry about anyone breaking in, but, there was always that caution. He did own things that, if fallen into the wrong hands, could jeopardize them both.
“Tsunade should be waiting for us at the gate to see us off,” Kakashi announced. Juni lifted her eyes to him, arching an eyebrow. “That is… if she isn’t hung over.”
“Which wouldn’t surprise me if she is,” Juni laughed, lifting a hand to scratch the back of her head.
Kakashi shook his head and took off. Juni followed right behind him, jumping from roof to roof towards the village’s gates. To their luck, the Hokage was indeed waiting for them once they arrived.
“You two are late this morning,” the lady Tsunade looked at Kakashi, as if blaming it on him. He only lifted his hands in defense. The young looking Hokage looked between them both, assuming something was going on between the two. No one who was only friends with another human being would ever be literally joined at the hip every where they went and still just be friends. “Nevertheless, you both know your objective. Get the information as detailed as you can, retrieve the artifact, and get back here in one piece. I trust you both to make it out alive.” She eyed them both again. “Good luck. Dismissed.” With that, the Hokage was gone in a flash, probably gone back to either sleep, drink, or gamble.
The two left standing there looked at one another and only shook their heads, laughing softly between one another. At that, they both began walking down the path towards their destination in the land of the Water Country.
************************************************************
Twilight had just begun by the time the duo stopped to rest for the night. They had made it to the halfway point, even going a bit further into an area that was safe for them to make camp. Once in a safe clearing, they both went in search for fire wood for a small fire to keep them warm during the chilly night. Once they had enough wood, Juni set up the area so that the fire couldn’t jump from the small pit she’d made. Using a small fire jutsu, the wood started to burn with a nice, warm blaze.
Juni tugged out the blanket she had packed in preparation of the nights being cold from her bag. She set it up on the ground near the fire, just next to a slightly uprooted tree with enough room to fit perfectly and comfortably. Standing straight again, she turned, seeing Kakashi standing there, looking at her. She brushed her hand through her hair a moment, flashing a small smile.
“What is it?” She asks after a moment, as he had continued to stare at her. He shook his head, smiling behind his mask. “Have I gotten dirt somewhere I can’t see?” She asks again, looking behind her, trying to see her butt.
“No, not at all.” He held that smile behind his mask a few more moments before glancing around the area, listening to the wind. “Do you want to take first watch, or do you want me to?”
“You can if you want,” she smiles, leaning against the tree root a moment, looking over her partner. She reached into her bag, pulling out the novel she was reading. Kakashi lifted a brow in her direction. “I figured I could catch up on some reading and a light nap before my shift,” she grins at him.
“And you call me a pervert for reading Jiraiya’s books,” he teases, shaking his head. “I’ll take first watch. Don’t wear yourself out too much reading.” At that, he whipped out his own novel from his back pocket and took flight, jumping high into the trees above them.
The kunoichi couldn’t help but smile at his words and shook her head as she moved to take a seat on the carefully made up sleeping area, propping her book up on her knees. Juni felt like she was the pervert now, her eyes reading over the words of the book in front of her. What made it worse was the thoughts of the previous night still plaguing her conscious state. Just thinking about the kiss that she and her friend shared brought a tingle to her lips as well as another shiver run down her spine. Why were those thoughts giving her such trouble? Had she truly enjoyed his kiss that much? She couldn’t help but admit that she did enjoy them just that much, and couldn’t deny that she in fact did crave for more. She possibly even craved more than just his kisses.
Shaking her head of her thoughts, her eyes trailed back to the pages of the orange bound book. Though, she didn’t really read what was on the page, her mind still trailing back to her thoughts. Closing her eyes a moment, she stilled her thoughts before trying to read again. Her mind played tricks on her at that moment, for a moment almost believing that the names of the characters in her book were that of herself and her beloved partner. Juni choked on her breath a moment before reading the line again.
But, she found that her mind was not playing tricks on her this time. The page she had to reread three times indeed were her name along with Kakashi’s. His fictional protégé seemed to be successfully seducing ‘her’ character very well. And to her surprise, the Juni in the book was not in the least trying to stop him. In fact, the Juni in the book was very happily allowing Kakashi to practically ravish her against the door of her apartment. Juni took that moment to both praise and curse Jiraiya for writing them in his book. Did he too believe that the two should just admit that they love each other and get it over with?
“No wonder Jiraiya handed me this personally,” she whispered to herself. It clicked that moment that the perverted Toad Sage had not intended on this story to be published. She recalled the look in the author’s eyes as he handed her the book and told her he hoped she truly enjoyed this book from him. Pausing a moment in her thoughts, she quickly flipped to the back of the book to the page that was normally blank, where a note from the author was scratched so neatly in the page.
‘To the fan who rivals Kakashi’s obsession to Icha Icha:
I do hope you enjoyed this novel of the series. It was written especially for you, and for the infamous copy-nin if you decide to let him read it as well. May it bring happiness to your thoughts and dreams.
-J.’
Juni mentally cursed again at the ninja’s words as she read his note over again. If she decided to let Kakashi read the novel, which she was rather afraid to let him read the smut that Jiraiya had written about them, she did idly wonder what he would say as well as how he would react. Biting her lip, Juni flipped back to the page she had left off on. A smile graced her features again as she settled down on the blanket a bit more. Magenta eyes traced over the words carefully, taking in the words and actions on the page. The steamy atmosphere in the stories Jiraiya wrote usually didn’t affect her very much. She’d grown accustomed to his writing that it usually didn’t arouse her as much as it used to.
Though, she still enjoyed his sex scenes, she couldn’t deny that. Perhaps she had just gotten more like Kakashi in masking her feelings as she read the dirty novels in the presence of other people like he did. It definitely wouldn’t be a very good thing to have to run to a washroom in the middle of public all because of a scene in a book. To her, it felt juvenile and childish. She was a shinobi after all. Shinobi had to keep their emotions in check at all times. Silly things like smutty novels shouldn’t distract her so much that she couldn’t stay focused on the task at hand.
However, the case at hand was much different this time. This time, it was her own fantasy on paper before her eyes. The more she read of this novel, the more arousal she felt. Just the actions of their fictional halves made caused a blush to form on her cheeks and spread to her chest. The air around her felt hotter than before, and she knew it wasn’t because of the fire nearby.
Juni whimpered as the two in the book disrobed without much thought of what would happen to them, kisses and sensual touches shared between the two. The green haired kunoichi turned the page and shifted in her seat. When she moved, she felt that all too familiar moisture pooling between her legs and silently cursed at her perverted mind thinking too hard on the story. It was only a story! There was no way that the text could ever come true. They were only friends!
But these two characters were showing that they were more than just friends, that was for sure. Juni squirmed again, her free hand inching towards the top of her leggings. For a moment, she had to mentally stop herself from doing what her body desired. She knew she shouldn’t give into the lust she was feeling, knowing it would exhaust her far too much when she had watch duty when Kakashi got tired and needed his rest. But, reading the words on the page and vividly picturing herself underneath her beautiful partner, letting him do such erotic things to her, she whimpered again.
“Oh… god...” she gasped, her hand slipping beneath the elastic of her leggings. Her control was far breached by then, giving into herself at that time.
Her fingers lightly grazed the thin hair protecting her nether lips. Already, she could feel the heat and moisture of herself just from the light touches she gave herself. Licking her lips, she glanced back to the pages, reading a bit more just before letting her fingers trace along her vaginal area. She gasped quietly to herself, picturing it as Kakashi’s long and slender fingers as well as his slightly rough and calloused hand brushing against her rather than her own.
Just as the two in her story submitted to lust and became one, two fingers slid into her warmth, emitting both a whimper and a groan. She continued to read the text a bit more before she found she couldn’t hold the book any longer. She let the novel drop to the blanket before lying back completely to satisfy her current urges. Her eyes closed for a short moment, picturing a certain silver haired man above her, strong hips gyrating against hers, and taking her to further heights that no man had ever done to her. Careful with her moans and cries, she made sure to stay as quiet as possible so as not to bring on any unwanted guests to their small camp.
When her eyes opened again, she caught a flicker of silver in the tree branches. Her hand slowed its movement, just for a second, before whimpering again to herself and continuing with her actions. Her eyes nearly closed again before catching a mismatched gaze with her own eyes.
She’d be damned. He was watching her! He’d even pulled his hitae-ite from the sharingan eye, gazing down at her. She found herself mesmerized in his stare. He wasn’t using the power of the sharingan, this she knew, she didn’t feel the chakra being used. Keeping her eyes on his, her movements quickened, pressing deeper inside. She pressed as far as she could, a whimper stuck in her throat.
Her legs shifted, giving herself better access. She found she couldn’t close her eyes as she lay there, masturbating under the stare of her partner. Just seeing him watching her, she knew she wouldn’t last much longer. She worked her fingers a bit harder, panting, and squirming on the blanket. Release came to her harder than she had expected. Her back arched off the ground falling over the edge at last.
“Kakashi…!” she gasped his name as she came. She held his gaze, even as she sank back down to the blanket beneath her, spent and semi-satisfied with herself. Though, she still wished it had been him there, aiding her in her pleasure. Slowly, she pulled her hand from her leggings, lifting it to her face to examine the moisture that had collected on both her hand and fingers. With a slow smirk, she brought it closer, licking the slightly sweet and salty essence from her hand. She shifted her eyes again to where he still sat and gave him a wry grin, just before he took flight through the trees in a puff of smoke and scattered leaves.
The young woman smiled again, sitting up slowly. She picked up the book she’d dropped and shook her head. With a grin, she packed the novel back into her bag. With a flurry of hand symbols and the mutter of a transform jutsu, her clothes had switched into something clean and not reeking of her womanly scent. Heavens only knew how much of a distraction it would have been for Kakashi to come back after his shift to smell her there.
Satisfied and feeling just a tad exhausted, Juni moved to curl up on her side on the blanket. It didn’t take too much longer before sleep claimed her, lulling her into a dream filled with just what she desired most.
************************************************************
Kakashi cursed under his breath as he darted through the trees, leaping from limb to limb with great ease, even though his nerves were shaking from what he had just witnessed. Never had he expected to come back to camp just to check up on Juni only to find her writhing on her blanket with her hand in her leggings. He hadn’t expected that he would sit there and watch her. And, he definitely had not expected her to spot him as he spied on her from above.
‘Kakashi…!’
Her whispered cry with his name on her lips still rang in his ears as if she had truly screamed it into the night sky. He could still smell her, that distinctive musk that could have only been her. Just by watching her, he could feel his painfully hard organ pressing against the material of his pants. It wasn’t fair! How was it she could tease him so much, yet, he couldn’t do anything about it? He had to admit it to himself that it wasn’t that he couldn’t do anything about it; it was that he wouldn’t.
When the copy-nin decided that he was far enough away from the campsite, he sat down on a tree limb, resting his back against the trunk. Sitting there, he panted for breath, trying to calm himself down. What had gotten into her? Never had he ever witnessed her reading an Icha Icha novel and give in to the arousal of the text. Surely there had been something else. Had she known he was there all along? Was it all a trick to see if he’d lose his own self control? He raked his hands through his hair in frustration. No way. No way would his friend and partner do that to him. It had to have just been hormones that drew her to such measures.
‘But why was your name on her lips?’ his conscience asked in his head. He didn’t have an answer to that. Kakashi usually had all the answers to what seemed to be impossible, but for once, he couldn’t answer that question. Why had she cried his name? What could have possibly been going through her mind? Did he really want to know?
The silver haired jounin let out a frustrated groan, slamming his fist against the tree branch beneath him. He heard the crack in the wood and instantly knew he shouldn’t have done that. He moved in a flash, jumping from the branch before it broke from the tree and crashed to the forest floor below. He landed on another large branch below, using a small amount of chakra to keep from breaking that branch as well. He let out a breath he didn’t know he had been holding, sighing with relief that his frustration hadn’t caused him any damage. Heavens knew that he couldn’t afford to be injured before the mission had even started.
Kakashi sighed as he sat again, resting just for the moment. But, when he closed his eye, all he could see behind his closed lid was Juni. The vision of his beautiful, green haired partner laying on the deep red blanket with her eyes staring longingly up at him sent an unexpected wave of emotions through his veins and down his spine. Why was she plaguing his thoughts?!
‘Kakashi…’
It wasn’t fair. He could hear her whispering his name over and over in his head. It was driving him mad. His hand inched towards the button of his pants, need coursing through his senses, wanting to please the aching member he was trying his best to ignore. He bit back a groan as his fingers brushed against the hardened member along the outside of his clothing. He jerked his hand away as if the mere thought of pleasuring himself was the plague.
“No,” he told himself. “I can’t do that. I can’t disrespect her.” He shook his head, trying to clear the thoughts from his mind. But, he found that task to be none too easy. The more he tried to ignore it, the more he found he couldn’t. With another frustrated growl, he was darting through the trees again in search of the stream that ran along the path through Fire Country.
It didn’t take Kakashi very long before he heard the sound of running water. Dropping to the ground, he walked on shaking legs towards the stream’s bank. Careful with his clothing, the jounin peeled off his flack jacket and shirt, dropping them to the ground. His gloves followed after that, as well as his sandals. Kakashi took a moment before tugging his pants off. The material brushing against his already sensitive flesh didn’t help the matters any. He bit his lip, holding back a moan. He made the mistake of closing his eye again, seeing Juni lingering in his mind again.
He’d had enough with his mind putting those perverted thoughts into his head as he stalked towards the cold water. There had to be some way to get himself to stop thinking about her. Kakashi flinched as he stepped into the stream, ignoring the cold biting at his flesh. The copy-nin continued into the water, dropping to his knees in the water so that it came up to mid stomach. The cold helped some, but not a whole lot. Desire was still running through his mind. He groaned at himself, unbelieving that even with the coldness of the water, he was still picturing his friend touching herself back at camp.
A pained whimper escaped his throat as his hand slid down his chest in to the water. His fingers brushed along his abdomen muscles, feeling them ripple under his own touch as he pictured his calloused fingers that of his partner’s slender, delicate touch. He groaned, unbelieving that he could even think of her touching him this way. He had thought all along that he couldn’t picture her wanting to pleasure him, and yet, here he was imagining her running her hands along his body.
His hand crept then, moving lower along his abdomen, his fingers touching the light trail of hair leading from his navel to his manhood. Biting his lip behind his mask, he allowed his hand to finally grasp his hardened penis and give the organ long, slow strokes. A moan escaped his throat then. His head fell back as he continued to stroke himself, panting for air. In his mind, he pictured Juni before him, stroking him, daringly leaning to lick him, trailing her tongue along the pulsing nerve down the underside of his member, and finally taking him into her mouth. Just that image alone sent a wave of pleasure down his spine and set him off. Without realizing it, his hips had been rocking forward into his hand as he pumped.
With a strangled groan, his hips jerked forward as he came, letting his seed spill into the stream. Never before had there been as many waves come from him than at that moment. When the last wave spilled from him, he nearly fell back into the water. Spent, he sat there a moment in the water, resting on his knees, his hands in the mud below him to keep from falling over. He panted, catching his breath, letting his eyes stay shut for a moment longer until that beautiful face faded from his mind.
When Kakashi felt himself able to stand, he moved. Slowly he picked himself up, wobbling a bit at first before making his way back to where his clothing had been discarded. Piece by piece, he tugged his clothing back on, shivering as the night air brushed against his wet skin. It wasn’t anything that a warming jutsu couldn’t handle.
His senses came back aware when he heard movement in the bushes near by. His visible eye darted towards the noise, narrowing slightly. In the blink of an eye he was no longer standing out in the open, but back in the trees and leaping through the limbs to head back towards camp. He mentally cursed himself for ignoring his duty of being on watch, hoping that nothing had bothered both camp and his partner.
Coming back to the clearing, he saw the slowly dying flames of the fire as well as the sleeping form of Juni. Inwardly, he smiled, thankful she was still alright. Letting out a sigh, he nodded to himself and darted off through the trees again, heading right back into his watch duties until it was time to wake Juni up for her turn.

Author’s notes: I had actually not wanted for any sort of smutty material to come so soon, but, it just sort of happened. The plot came to mind and I couldn’t help but write it. I’m sorry that Juni looks like she would be a Mary Sue, and I really hope there’s no one out there thinking she is. She’s just a character I had come up with for myself, rather than using my character (and me) Ryo for another story.
Anyway, with that said, I’m open for comments and ideas that spark my interest. Flames will be ignored as usual.
