Authors note: Well I put Peace and War out there, End of Dreams, and now this little piece. So if you didn’t review, this good old boy from the hills is going to come down there and put a shot gun to your head till you do. (LoL makes me think of shot gun weddings) And if you did review, I’ll come down there with some shine and well have ourselves a little hoedown. LMAO
Chapter One: A New Hokage
After Akatsuki was finally eliminated along with Itachi, many people thought that the worst was finally over. But what the peons thought wasn’t always true. The ruling class of the most powerful people on earth knew that the fight had just begun.
With the most powerful of evil eliminated from this world. the smaller more anonymous villains will show there faces. Now the ruling class with there right hand of powerful warriors, attempted to keep these evildoers far from the public eye. But to no avail they were determined to make themselves known.
It was a nearly long forgotten foe that seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth, and he sought to unite all evil within the world for one single purpose, to destroy someone. That someone shattered his destiny and stole his duty. Someone who he trusted, and called his friend. Most of all he called him brother.
This person who is he that is so dark, so evil that he would do so much to seek revenge. This person goes by many names, Traitor, Bastard, Lover, Sensei, Master, Friend, and Brother. But most of all Sasuke Uchiha
Back to the village of Konoha
It had been ten years since the death of Itachi and nearly just as long since Sasuke was last heard of. It was even longer since Orochimaru had disappeared. No one will forget that day, the day the Villages’ most unpredictable Ninja wobbling into the gate dragging the long dead Itachi. Rain poring down so hard you couldn’t see ten feet in front of you.
Not even a few feet into the gate Naruto, a Hokage to be, collapsed nearly dead himself.
The Hokage’s office
Tsunade was at her desk finishing up some last minute paperwork before calling it a day when the Gatekeepers’ ANBU guard burst in the window.
Report Shikamaru.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it’s Naruto he’s badly injured… Huh?!?!... Hokage-Sama
Before he could finish telling Tsunade about Itachi she was out the same window he came, in no doughtily headed toward the hospital. She was there before Shikamaru was even able to leave her office. Not that he wanted to leave any way, it was raining and you couldn’t exactly cloud watch with it raining. I probably should head back before Shizune comes in here wandering what’s going on.
Just as he left she came in; Tsunade-Sama what’s going on… in here??? What she left already? At least she did more work than yesterday, I guess I could let it slide since it is such a lousy day.
At the Konoha District Hospital
Where is Naruto??? Tsunade said in a half scared, half ordered kind of way.
Hokage-Sama we just sent a Medic to get you, he couldn’t be that fast, A Nurse said.
Yes I know. I passed him on the way here. Now where is Naruto?
Opp-room 5, but I don’t think?!?! Before the nurse could finish her sentence, Tsunade was already down the emergency wing.
Tsunade-Sama!!! The surgeon was surprised to see her here so quickly, the Medic that was sent to get her only left about a minute ago, and it’s at least three minutes to the Hokage’s tower from the Hospital. She must have got word from the Gatekeepers first.
Out of my way, and tell me what’s wrong with him, and get Shizune I’m going to need her help.
Tsunade-Sama, He’s lost so much blood his heart is starting and stopping. There is not enough blood to pump. It’s amazing how he was even able to make it back from the Land of the Grass.
Tsunade gave him a good going over. He was purple almost blue, the surgeons aide was helping to keep his heart going trying to pump what blood was left. Naruto was covered in deep cuts allover, how could this happen, how could he even be bested. He was even more powerful than her. These things kept going over and over in her mind.
Tsunade-Sama… Tsunade-Sama??? Tsunade-Sama!!! The surgeon knocked her out of her trance. Tsunade-Sama do you have any ideas?
She thought for a second he had lost to much blood, the other surgeons’ aides were healing up his cuts. There wasn’t going to be enough blood on stock. There was only one other way to try and same him. NO… there is only one way TO save him.
Tsunade-Sama what’s wrong with Naruto??? Shizune asked.
There is no time Shizune! Doctor what’s his blood type?
It’s B-Negative… But we don’t have enough to replace… SHUT!!!UP!!! We have enough right here… I’m B-Negative too. Well have to do a direct infusion. I’ll give him all that he needs. Use what bags we have then I’ll supply the rest we have got to hurry... MOVE NOW!!!
But, Tsunade-Sama he’s lost too much you don’t have enough for both of you!!! Shizune screamed

Thirty minutes later
Tsunade sat slightly higher than Naruto in an adjacent bed they had already gone thru three of the five bags and she was starting to get dizzy. Naruto was starting to get his color back but the surgeons aids were still not sure that he would make it but Tsunade never gave up hope. For this boy no, this now young man was her successor and she new that thus dream cannot die.
He will do great thing for this village no, he has already done many great things for this village. And just as she had that thought she passed out. And just as she did Sakura came in… Tsunade-Shishou I brought you your lunch… Tsunade!?!? NURSE!!! Sakura dropped the food tray and ran over to Tsunade removing the infusion tube from her, but she was still careful not to lose the fluid of life that Naruto so desperately needed.
Now Sakura had in her mind set that she can save both her loves, One her surrogate mother, and the other the love of her life. After checking Tsunade-Sama to be sure she didn’t give to much to Naruto to be deadly she begin to check Naruto over. His heartbeat was so weak she was wondering how anyone could survive with such a weak pulse.
Sa…kura…
Sakura whips her head around so fast that you could swear she would get whiplash. Her eyes land on Tsunade looking like she was trying to get up. Sak…ura… Tsunade-Shishou you need to… She grabbed Sakura with a surprisingly forceful grip… You ne…ed to give…N…aruto… your blo... as soon as she said that she passed back out. It was a still theory that O Negative was compatible with nearly all blood types. And if she was to attempt to give Naruto her blood not only would she be putting her life at risk but Naruto’s too. If his body rejected her blood the shock could kill him, and she didn’t know if she could lose another teammate.
Sakura-San did she just say what I thought she said? The Nurse asked.
Yes she did. Prep for the direct transfusion this is the only option that we have left. So they moved Tsunade to another room and brought in another bed for Sakura. But just as the Nurse was about to stick her with the needle the last person anyone would expect to see opened the door. Garra of the Desert
Garra wha?!? What are you?!/! Never mind we don’t have time, Nurse stick me now.
Wait!!! Garra said and at the same time her had his sand stopping the Nurse’s hand. Garra what are you doing??? We…We don’t had time for this... Let him…
Sakura Wait and listen… Another unexpected person said, this person being Shikamaru. Sakura… Garra is also B Negative just like Naruto. No need to risk his life on a theory.
